Description

双锁式锁具的防盗结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种双锁式锁具的结构方面的技术领域,尤其涉及一种可避免钥匙孔直接明显的显露于外,以使宵小无法经由钥匙孔直视内部及不易将开锁工具插入开锁,而使其具有良好防盗效果的双锁式锁具的防盗结构。
背景技术
目前市面上常见的公知锁具,为了提高开、闭锁的方便性、安全性及便于管理,有朝向设置指纹辨识、虹膜辨识、人脸辨识、语音识别、密码输入、感应输入、刷卡输入……等智能式的电子锁发展的驱势。然而,由于该种电子锁需依靠电力且内部零件精密,因此一旦发生断电或故障……等种种因素时便无法开启,所以通常会在锁具上另外设置机械式的应急锁(即钥匙锁),而成为双锁式锁具。一般公知双锁式锁具的钥匙锁的钥匙孔的插入口皆设计成朝向前方,因此宵小便轻易能直视到钥匙孔中的锁珠……等内部结构,而且开锁工具亦很容易能依据宵小的心意插入钥匙孔之中进行开锁,所以双锁式锁具的电子锁虽然防开启技术效果佳而较安全,但是应急用的钥匙锁却让其存在着安全漏洞。
有鉴于此,本发明人乃针对上述问题,而深入构思且积极研究、改良及试做,进而开发设计出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于解决公知双锁式锁具所存在的防盗效果不佳的问题。
本发明所述的双锁式锁具的防盗结构,包括一锁体、一电子锁、一钥匙锁及一钥匙。其中,该电子锁设于该锁体上可供使用者进行开锁或上锁的操作。该钥匙锁包含一锁头及一帽盖,该锁头结合在该锁体上,且该锁头的前侧面具有一钥匙孔,该帽盖的内部具有朝一侧面呈开口状的一容室,并使该帽盖的开口罩设于该锁头的前侧面,于该帽盖的周面设有贯通到该容室的一窗口;该钥匙包含一头部及垂直延伸自该头部一侧的一延伸臂,使该头部可 由该帽盖的窗口伸入至该容室之中再插入该钥匙孔然后旋转一角度以开锁或上锁。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其中该电子锁包含指纹辨识装置、虹膜辨识装置、人脸辨识装置、语音识别装置、密码输入设备、感应输入设备或刷卡输入设备的其中任一个。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其中该电子锁包含指纹辨识装置、虹膜辨识装置、人脸辨识装置、语音识别装置、密码输入设备、感应输入设备或刷卡输入设备的其中多个。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其中该锁头利用一螺帽螺锁结合在该锁体上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其中该帽盖呈圆桶状。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其中该帽盖结合在该锁头上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其中该帽盖结合在该锁体上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其中该锁头为圆筒梅花锁,该钥匙的头部呈可与该圆筒梅花锁配合的圆筒状。
本发明具有的优点在于:
本发明所提供的双锁式锁具的防盗结构,可通过该帽盖罩设于该锁头的前侧,以避免该锁头的该钥匙孔直接明显的显露于外,进而使宵小无法经由该钥匙孔直视到该锁头的内部结构,而且开设于该帽盖周面的窗口,不但仅可供本发明特殊结构的钥匙开锁及上锁,而且更是可使坊间常见的开锁工具无法插入该钥匙孔进行开锁,因此具有良好的防盗效果,进而可防堵双锁式锁具的安全漏洞。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1~3所示,显示本发明所述的双锁式锁具的防盗结构包括一锁体10、一电子锁20、一钥匙锁30及一钥匙40。其中:
该锁体10,可供安装于一门板或其它需上锁的物件上。
该电子锁20,设于该锁体10上可供使用者进行开锁或上锁的操作,该电子锁20包含指纹辨识、虹膜辨识、人脸辨识、语音识别、密码输入、感应输入、刷卡输入……等智能锁装置的其中任一个或多个。
该钥匙锁30,包含一锁头31及一帽盖32。该锁头31利用一螺帽33螺锁结合在该锁体10上,且该锁头31的前侧面具有一钥匙孔34。该帽盖32呈圆桶状且内部具有朝一侧面呈开口状的容室35,并使该帽盖32的开口罩设于该锁头31的前侧面,于该帽盖32的周面设有贯通到该容室35的一窗口36。
该钥匙40,包含一头部41及垂直延伸自该头部41一侧的一延伸臂42,使该头部41可由该帽盖32的窗口36伸入该容室35之中再插入该钥匙孔34然后旋转一角度以开锁或上锁。
在本发明中,该帽盖32可以螺锁、嵌合、枢接、焊接或一体成型……等方式结合在该锁头31或该锁体10上。
在本发明中,该锁头31为圆筒梅花锁,该钥匙40的头部41呈可与该圆筒梅花锁配合的圆筒状。
请配合参阅图4~6所示,当欲开锁时,先将该钥匙40的头部41以一第一方向(如X轴向)由该窗口36伸入该容室35之中,然后再以与该第一方向垂直的第二方向(如Y轴向)插入该钥匙孔34之中,最后利用该延伸臂42将该头部41逆时针转动一角度,便可达到开锁的目的,反之则可达到上锁的目的。
本发明所提供的双锁式锁具的防盗结构,可通过该帽盖32罩设于该锁头31的前侧,以避免该锁头31的该钥匙孔34直接明显的显露于外,进而使宵小无法经由该钥匙孔34直视到该锁头31中的锁珠等内部结构,而且开设于该帽盖32周面的窗口36,不但仅可供本发明特殊结构的钥匙40开锁及上锁,而且更是可使坊间常见的开锁工具无法插入该钥匙孔34进行开锁,因此具有良好的防盗效果,进而可防堵双锁式锁具的安全漏洞。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种双锁式锁具的防盗结构,其特征在于,包括:
    一锁体;
    一电子锁,设于该锁体上可供使用者进行开锁或上锁的操作;
    一钥匙锁,包含一锁头及一帽盖,该锁头结合在该锁体上,且该锁头的前侧面具有一钥匙孔,该帽盖的内部具有朝一侧面呈开口状的一容室,并使该帽盖的开口罩设于该锁头的前侧面,于该帽盖的周面设有贯通到该容室的一窗口;以及
    一钥匙,包含一头部及垂直延伸自该头部一侧的一延伸臂,使该头部可由该帽盖的窗口伸入至该容室之中再插入该钥匙孔然后旋转一角度以开锁或上锁。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的双锁式锁具的防盗结构,其特征在于,其中该电子锁包含指纹辨识装置、虹膜辨识装置、人脸辨识装置、语音识别装置、密码输入设备、感应输入设备或刷卡输入设备的其中任一个。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的双锁式锁具的防盗结构,其特征在于,其中该电子锁包含指纹辨识装置、虹膜辨识装置、人脸辨识装置、语音识别装置、密码输入设备、感应输入设备或刷卡输入设备的其中多个。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的双锁式锁具的防盗结构,其特征在于,其中该锁头利用一螺帽螺锁结合在该锁体上。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的双锁式锁具的防盗结构,其特征在于,其中该帽盖呈圆桶状。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的双锁式锁具的防盗结构,其特征在于,其中该帽盖结合在该锁头上。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的双锁式锁具的防盗结构,其特征在于,其中该帽盖结合在该锁体上。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的双锁式锁具的防盗结构,其特征在于,其中该锁头为圆筒梅花锁,该钥匙的头部呈可与该圆筒梅花锁配合的圆筒状。
