与现有技术相比,本申请的有益效果:本申请的颈枕枕芯,其应用时可以在颈枕枕芯外套设一枕套,使用时,颈枕枕芯的内层芯体卡设在用户的脖子上,由于在内层芯体的对用户颈部提供支撑的内层后枕部抵靠在用户的后劲背部上,此时,通过电源线接通供电接口,位于内层后枕部内的石墨烯发热片接通电源后产热,使得内层后枕部热均匀、迅速且安全性高,那么可以通过石墨烯发热片的发热对用户的颈部进行远红外理疗,如此赋予了颈枕枕芯更多的功能,工作时使用对用户长期伏案工作提供有效的颈部呵护,减少用于颈椎疾病导致的干扰和困惑,让用户的工作更加轻松愉快;同时也可以适用在旅途中使用,让旅途也成为一个移动的颈部理疗。
本申请的颈枕,由于其使用有上述的颈枕枕芯,那么通过颈枕枕芯内设置的石墨烯发热片的发热,可以对用户的颈部进行远红外理疗,如此赋予了颈枕枕芯更多的功能。

下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图1~5描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“长度”、“宽度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。

如图1~2所示,本申请实施例提供的一种颈枕枕芯,其可以作为床上用品使用,当然也可以在办公、旅行、车载等场景中使用。颈枕枕芯包括内层芯体10和用于产生热量的石墨烯发热片30,所述内层芯体10包括用于对用户颈部提供支撑的内层后枕部11和两个沿所述内层后枕部11的两端延伸的内层肩部12,所述石墨烯发热片30设于所述内层后枕部11内,所述内层肩部12的外侧设有与所述石墨烯发热片30电性连接的供电接口40。具体地,本申请实施例的颈枕枕芯,其应用时可以在颈枕枕芯外套设一枕套,使用时,颈枕枕芯的内层芯体10卡设在用户的脖子上,由于在内层芯体10的对用户颈部提供支撑的内层后枕部11抵靠在用户的后劲背部上,此时,通过电源线接通供电接口40,位于内层后枕部11内的石墨烯发热片30接通电源后产热,使得内层后枕部11热均匀、迅速且安全性高,那么可以通过石墨烯发热片30的发热对用户的颈部进行远红外理疗,如此赋予了颈枕枕芯更多的功能,工作时使用对用户长期伏案工作提供有效的颈部呵护,减少用于颈椎疾病导致的干扰和困惑,让用户的工作更加轻松愉快;同时也可以适用在旅途中使用,让旅途也成为一个移动的颈部理疗。
其中,供电接口40可以是磁吸接口或者USB接口,其主要与电源线连接并接通外界的电源为墨烯发热片30通电会使得墨烯发热片30发热。
如图1~2和图4~5所示,本实施例中,所述颈枕枕芯还包括外层芯体20,所述外层芯体20嵌设于所述内层芯体10的外侧,所述外层芯体20包括用于对用户颈部提供支撑的外层后枕部21和两个沿所述外层后枕部21两端延伸的外层肩部22,所述外层后枕部21的位置与所述内层后枕部11的位置对应设置,所述外层肩部22的位置与所述内层肩部12的位置对应设置。具体地,当用户需要携带时,可以将颈枕枕芯进行卷曲收纳;当用户需要使用时,取出颈枕枕芯,将颈枕戴在用户的颈部,使得外层芯体20的内层后枕部11位于后颈处,两个外层芯体20的内层肩部12则处于用户的双肩处,设置在内层芯体10外侧的外层芯体20为内层芯体10提成支撑,避免内层芯体10被压塌而影响对用户的颈部的支撑作用。
进一步地,本实施例中的颈枕枕芯的内层芯体10和外层芯体20的内层和外层的定义为佩戴在用户颈部上时,内层芯体10相对于用户的颈部靠内设置,而外层芯体20则相对于用户的颈部靠外设置,如此形成双层结构的颈枕。
本实施例中,如图3~5所示,所述内层芯体10的外侧设有形状与所述外层芯体20的形状相适配的嵌合型腔14,所述嵌合型腔14于所述内层后枕部11的外侧延伸至两个所述内层肩部12的外侧,所述外层芯体20嵌设于所述嵌合型腔14内。具体地,通过在内层芯体10的外侧设置嵌合型腔14供外层芯体20嵌装,这样可以使得外层芯体20容置在内层芯体10内,避免外层芯体20外露,确保内层芯体10与外层芯体20的整体性,并且也方便对内层芯体10和外层芯体20之间的组装和拆卸,实用性强。
本实施例中,如图4~5所示,所述嵌合型腔14内设有位于所述内层后枕部11上的嵌装柱111,所述外层芯体20上设有位于所述外层后枕部21上的嵌装孔211,所述嵌装柱111插入所述嵌装孔211内。具体地,嵌装柱111与嵌装孔211的配合,一方面便于用户定位组装,一旦嵌装柱111插入到嵌装孔211内即可知晓完成对内层芯体10与外层芯体20的定位,然后施加一定的作用力即可将外层芯体20嵌设于内层芯体10的嵌合型腔14内,快速方便;另一方面,嵌装柱111与嵌装孔211的配合,增加了内层芯体10与外层芯体20之间的接触面积,如此增加了内层芯体10与外层芯体20之间连接的稳定性和可靠性,使得整个颈枕枕芯在使用时不易脱离。
本实施例中,如图1~5所示,所述内层芯体10上设有位于所述内层后枕部11和/或两个所述内层肩部12上的内层透气孔13,所述外层芯体20设有位于所述外层后枕部21和/或两个所述外层肩部22上且与所述内层透气孔13位置对应的外层透气孔23。具体地,内层芯体10和外层芯体20分别设有沿厚度方向均贯穿设有内层透气孔13和外层透气孔23,设置的内层透气孔13和外层透气孔23位置对应且相互连通,如此可以增加双层结构的颈枕枕芯的透气性,一方面有利于及时散发用户颈部产生的热量,从而保证用户使用时颈部凉爽,另一方面也可以抑制霉菌生长,使得双层结构的颈枕枕芯更加洁净,用户使用更加安全、舒适和清爽。同时,设置内层透气孔13和外层透气孔23也使得本实施例提供的双层结构的颈枕枕芯更加美观,具有现实材料质感。
在其它实施例中,内层肩部12可沿其它方向贯穿开设内层透气孔13,内层后枕部11也可沿其它方向贯穿开设内层透气孔13。应当理解的是,内层肩部12设置的内层透气孔13的数量和位置可以根据需要进行设定,同理,外层透气孔23的工作原理以及设置方式参考内层透气孔13并与内层透气孔13位置相对应即可。
本实施例中,所述内层芯体10和所述外层芯体20均为海绵芯体,且所述内层芯体10由慢回弹海绵制成,所述外层芯体20由高回弹海绵制成。具体地,由于内层芯体10是用慢回弹材料(海绵)制成、外层芯体20是由高回弹材料(海绵)制成,因此在外层后枕部21可以提供强有力的支撑的同时,内层后枕部11使得用户更加舒适。
进一步地,双层结构的颈枕枕芯采用扁型结构,从而使得内层芯体10和外层芯体20的厚度较小,不仅可以减小双层结构的颈枕枕芯的体积,而且在卷曲收纳颈枕枕芯的时候更加方便,且收纳之后颈枕枕芯的体积小巧,便于携带;同时,用户在使用时,扁型结构能够为用户的颈部和头部提供更好的支撑,从而在使用上也更加舒适;并且由于内层芯体10是高回弹的材料制成的,因此内层芯体10能够提供强有力的支撑,同时外层芯体20由慢回弹的材料制成,因此用户头部倚靠在外层后枕部21时非常舒适,从而使得双层结构的颈枕枕芯既能提供良好的支撑性能,也能保证用户使用的舒适度;再者,由于外层芯体20由慢回弹的材料制成,从而可以抑制霉菌生长,驱除霉菌繁殖生长产生的刺激气味,用户使用中更加清爽。
在本实施例中,内层芯体10由高回弹材料制成,优选为高回弹海绵;外层芯体20由慢回弹材料制成,优选为慢回弹海绵。由于内层芯体10和外层芯体20均有海绵制成,因此双层结构的颈枕可以通过茶拆卸内层芯体10和外层芯体20来进行卷曲收纳,收纳方便、占用体积小、便于携带。
在其它实施例中,内层芯体10也可以由其它高回弹材料制成,例如EVA(Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate Copolymer,即乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)、泡沫EPS(Expanded Polystyrene,即聚苯乙烯泡沫)、棉花、乳胶、硅胶、塑胶PP料(即聚丙烯)等;外层枕芯20也可以由其它慢回弹材料制成,例如EVA、泡沫EPS、棉花、乳胶、硅胶等。
进一步地,内层芯体10与外层芯体20紧密贴合,即内层后枕部11与外层后枕部21紧密贴合、内层肩部12与外层肩部22紧密贴合。在本实施例中,由于外层芯体20置于内层芯体的内部,当用户使用本实施例提供的双层结构的颈枕枕芯时,用户首先与内层芯体10接触,当内层芯体10由于承受压力而压缩时,内层芯体10会将压力传递给外层芯体20;由于内层芯体10与外层芯体20紧密贴合,因此当内层芯体10由于承受压力而压缩时,内层芯体10能够更好地将压力传递给外层芯体20,从而使得外层芯体20能够更好地起到支撑作用,用户体验更加舒适。
本实施例中,所述内层后枕部11包括第一中部(图未示)和位于第一中部两端的第一端部(图未示),所述内层肩部12与所述第一端部一体连接,所述第一中部的高度低于所述第一端部与所述第一中部连接处的高度;所述外层后枕部21包括第二中部(图未示)和位于第二中部两端的第二端部(图未示),所述外层肩部22与所述第二端部一体连接,所述第二中部的高度低于所述第二端部与所述第二中部连接处的高度。具体地,由于内层后枕部11的第一中部的高度低于第一端部的高度,从而使得用户使用时,头部能位于第一中部,不仅使用更加舒适,而且可以对头部位置进行固定,且对颈椎起到保护作用。
本实施例中,两个所述内层肩部12逐渐收拢,且两个所述内层肩部12的末端相互靠近;两个所述外层肩部22逐渐收拢,且两个所述外层肩部22的末端相互靠近。当用户使用时,两个内层肩部12处于用户的双肩处,由于两个内层肩部12逐渐收拢,从而环绕用户的颈部,使得用户颈部周围都能得到很好的支撑;由于两个内层肩部12的末端相互靠近,当用户使用时,双层结构的颈枕枕芯可以稳定地支撑用户的头部和颈部,不会掉落。两个外层肩部22逐渐收拢,且两个外层肩部22的末端相互靠近,且外层肩部22的形状与内层肩部12的形状相适应,从而能够很好地支撑内层肩部12。
进一步地,内层肩部12与内层后枕部11的连接处为内层肩部12的始端,内层肩部12的高度从内层肩部12的始端到内层肩部12的末端逐渐减小;外层肩部22与外层后枕部21的连接处为外层肩部22的始端,外层肩部22的高度从外层肩部22的始端到外层肩部22的末端逐渐减小。当用户使用时,用户主要倚靠的是外层后枕部21和内层后枕部11对用户头部进行支撑,而主要通过外层肩部22和内层肩部12进行固定,防止在使用过程中双层结构的颈枕滑落;由于内层肩部12的高度从内层肩部12的始端到内层肩部12的末端逐渐减小,一方面可以使用户的耳朵下部、腮部和下巴等部位与内层芯体10接触时更加舒适,一方面节省了材料,使得双层结构的颈枕枕芯的体积更小,重量更轻,不仅携带方便,而且用户使用时更加轻盈,因而也更加舒适,同时外观简洁漂亮。
本申请实施例还提供了一种颈枕,其包括枕套(图未示)和上述的颈枕枕芯,所述枕套的形状与所述内层芯体10的形状相适配,且所述枕套套设于所述内层芯体10之外。具体地,本申请实施例的颈枕,由于其使用有上述的颈枕枕芯,那么通过颈枕枕芯内设置的石墨烯发热片30的发热,可以对用户的颈部进行远红外理疗,如此赋予了颈枕枕芯更多的功能。
综上所述,本实施例提供的颈枕具有如下优点:
第一,设计更加小巧,厚度只有传统普通颈枕的三分之一,在下巴部位,几乎不存在任何支撑,如此可以给到用户更轻松的使用环境。
第二,非常适合长期佩戴的颈枕,不管是在办公室,还是在家庭都可以一直佩戴而不担心颈枕的重量或者体积导致的闷热和不舒适。
第三,颈枕可以内置各类加热方式、监测方式、音响方式,让佩戴的过程更加富有效果。
第四,采用石墨烯的加热方式,充分可以通过石墨烯的远红外理疗,对我们长期伏案工作的办公一族提供颈部的呵护。减少颈椎疾病给我们的干扰和困惑。让我们的工作更加轻松愉快,让旅途也成为一个移动的颈部SPA。
第五,颈枕的结构沿用的是内部用高回弹材料作为支撑,外部用慢回弹材料提供舒适体验。在有限的体积之内提供给用户最佳的产品体验。既可以轻松携带及收纳,又可以具有别的大颈枕无法提供的支撑和舒适度。同时,颈枕内部设计有气孔用于透气,让我们佩戴上去后感觉凉爽不闷热。
第六,枕套优选采用的是透气性较强的运动及功能性面料制造形成。
第七,颈枕优选采用贴合方式,让高品质的魔术贴在颈枕佩戴后的枕套的两个末端的结合部形成了一个窄条的粘贴扣位。活动部分为毛边,不会粘贴到任何其他地方,固定部位用勾边,固定在颈枕两端。外观时尚,功能简单方便,较长的粘合范围可以适合不同人群的佩戴使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种颈枕枕芯,其特征在于:包括内层芯体和用于产生热量的石墨烯发热片,所述内层芯体包括用于对用户颈部提供支撑的内层后枕部和两个沿所述内层后枕部的两端延伸的内层肩部,所述石墨烯发热片设于所述内层后枕部内,所述内层肩部的外侧设有与所述石墨烯发热片电性连接的供电接口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的颈枕枕芯,其特征在于:所述颈枕枕芯还包括外层芯体,所述外层芯体嵌设于所述内层芯体的外侧,所述外层芯体包括用于对用户颈部提供支撑的外层后枕部和两个沿所述外层后枕部两端延伸的外层肩部,所述外层后枕部的位置与所述内层后枕部的位置对应设置,所述外层肩部的位置与所述内层肩部的位置对应设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的颈枕枕芯,其特征在于:所述内层芯体的外侧设有形状与所述外层芯体的形状相适配的嵌合型腔,所述嵌合型腔于所述内层后枕部的外侧延伸至两个所述内层肩部的外侧,所述外层芯体嵌设于所述嵌合型腔内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的颈枕枕芯,其特征在于:所述嵌合型腔内设有位于所述内层后枕部上的嵌装柱,所述外层芯体上设有位于所述外层后枕部上的嵌装孔,所述嵌装柱插入所述嵌装孔内。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的颈枕枕芯,其特征在于:所述内层芯体上设有位于所述内层后枕部和/或两个所述内层肩部上的内层透气孔,所述外层芯体设有位于所述外层后枕部和/或两个所述外层肩部上且与所述内层透气孔位置对应的外层透气孔。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的颈枕枕芯,其特征在于:所述内层芯体和所述外层芯体均为海绵芯体,且所述内层芯体由慢回弹海绵制成,所述外层芯体由高回弹海绵制成。
  7. 根据权利要求2~6任一项所述的颈枕枕芯,其特征在于:所述内层后枕部包括第一中部和位于第一中部两端的第一端部,所述内层肩部与所述第一端部一体连接,所述第一中部的高度低于所述第一端部与所述第一中部连接处的高度;
    所述外层后枕部包括第二中部和位于第二中部两端的第二端部,所述外层肩部与所述第二端部一体连接,所述第二中部的高度低于所述第二端部与所述第二中部连接处的高度。
  8. 根据权利要求2~6任一项所述的颈枕枕芯,其特征在于:两个所述内层肩部逐渐收拢,且两个所述内层肩部的末端相互靠近;两个所述外层肩部逐渐收拢,且两个所述外层肩部的末端相互靠近。
  9. 根据权利要求2~6任一项所述的颈枕枕芯,其特征在于:所述内层肩部与所述内层后枕部的连接处为所述内层肩部的始端,所述内层肩部的高度从所述内层肩部的始端到所述内层肩部的末端逐渐减小;
    所述外层肩部与所述外层后枕部的连接处为所述外层肩部的始端,所述外层肩部的高度从所述外层肩部的始端到所述外层肩部的末端逐渐减小。
  10. 一种颈枕,其特征在于:包括枕套和权利要求1~9任一项所述的颈枕枕芯,所述枕套的形状与所述内层芯体的形状相适配,且所述枕套套设于所述内层芯体之外。
