In the present invention, MULTI SUCTION SINGLE DISCHARGE LIQUID MIXURE ASSEMBLY, the flavor storage container or cavity is either fix or detachable. The placement of such cavity is flexible according to the requirements. The liquid or beverage is sipped through the multiple inputs, where the multiple/single flavors storage are connected with the single discharge device(straw/tube). In the present invention, the suction value of flavor is predefined so, the flavor contains are parallel suction, while sipped. The flavor contains are either liquid or easy soluble contains or gas which can parallel suction while sipped. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to multi-flavor liquid mixture assembly which is used to dispense various flavored beverages from a beverage dispenser. The present invented multi suction single discharge liquid mixture assembly is mainly used to add the multiple flavors in the liquid substance while it is suction through the drinking straw/ tube and mixing at mixing chamber. The multiple flavors are usually held in the different container/ storage provided with the liquid or beverage that allows the flavor to parallel suction while liquid/water or beverage is sipped through the straw/ tube. The present invention is use for oral administration of nutritional, pharmaceutical, health and energy enhancing agents. Background of the invention
There are multiple way mixing different flavoured liquid substance with of different structures for dispensing heads for single flavor post-mix dispensing heads. These heads may mix the concentrate with diluent water either within the head as is preferred, or merely discharge the concentrate and diluent into a cup. These single flavor heads have typically discharged concentrate in the center of the head, and discharged diluent water around the concentrate outlet in some type of concentric co-axial arrangement. The single flavor heads have never provided structure for multiple and different flavored concentrates, and the problem of cleaning the previously selected concentrate from the head so there will be no carryover into a subsequently dispensed concentrate has not been addressed. The multiple flavor dispensing heads have been developed for pre-mix or post-mix in both fixed and movable types. Pre-mix beverage is a complete beverage that has been mixed at a bottling factory and is supplied in large vessels to the site of dispensing; post-mix beverages by contrast, are mixed together as separate flows of water and concentrate are combined together and discharged into a cup. A fixed dispensing head is rigidly fastened to some type of dispensing machine and is not movable, whereas a movable head is on the end of a length of hose and can be hand held and moved along above a counter to fill up a line of glasses without the glasses having to be moved.
A typical fixed multiple flavor pre-mix head will either have a separate outlet for each flavor or a common funnel with a single outlet into which any of the flavors can be discharged. Typical movable pre-mix heads have separate outlets for each flavor. Structure is not provided for mixing.
Typical fixed multiple flavor post-mix heads have been quite tall, have done only a so-so job of mixing water and concentrate, and have been useable only at a single flow rate. The movable multiple flavor post-mix heads have been small and useable only at a single flow rate. These heads have typically been either of the following constructions: a group of parallel open ended plastic tubes bound together and leading into a funnel, or a plastic block having a peripheral annular water outlet and a plurality of concentrate outlets either within or outside of the water outlet, and some type of funnel spout to bring the flows together. Presently straw/tube is use to sipped the liquid /water /juice or any thick beverage in the mouth. This straw/tube is provide the same flavor as store in the liquid container, now the people wish to add flavors in the ready server liquid/water or beverage. For that at present there are different flavoring devices have been developed and available. These devices add flavors and enhance the consumption of beverages. These devices utilized various manners of securing flavoring material within its structure. In U.S. Pat. No. 5,094,861 , the drinking straw is an arrangement including a drinking tube containing a powdered flavoring laminated to an interior surface of the drinking tube for dissolving upon contact with a fluid directed through the tube, with end caps removably mounted relative to the tube for preserving freshness of the flavoring there within. U.S. Pat. No. 6,482,451 a flavoring receptacle contains a predetermined portion of flavoring agent for sale and use in conjunction with a compatible pre-packaged unflavored beverage of appropriate relative volume. Many of these devices utilize flavor imparting materials that are in powder form or dry state. When these devices are used in fla voring beverages, the flavoring is not uniform and therefore the taste of the flavored beverage is not uniform because the powder or dry flavoring material takes some time to dissolve upon contact with beverage or fluid.
These flavored straw/ tube that exists in the market, have single flavors that are in powder form. Sometimes they are clustered to form small beads or granules. The problem associated with this is when the flavor gets in contact with the beverage or water, most of the dissolved powder flavor drains back into the beverage or water because the porous partitioning holding the powder flavor in position inside the straw/tube also allows the downward passage of dissolved powder flavor into the beverage or water thereby mixing up with the drink especially when the straw/ tube is left in the beverage or water for a short period of time this defeats the purpose of having the powder flavor in the straw/tube.
Secondly, if you drink too fast it makes the beverage or water to have limited saturation period with the flavor and leaves you with a straw/tube full of flavor beads or powder that didn’t dissolve and you end up having little or no flavor in the beverage or water you sip in. If you slurp too slowly, the flavor is too strong but you end up with half a glass of unflavored beverage or water to drink, in addition to that, one has to wait a few seconds to allow the powder flavor in the stra /tube to dissolve in order to achieve a better flavored beverage. Moreover, these existing prior arts are usually used when drinking milk and they are not efficient enough due to design and the nature of the flavor they carry. If used to drink water, the flavor drains out at the other end of the straw/tube faster because water increases the solubility of the flavor while milk dissolves the flavor at a slower pace. Another limitation of the existing flavored straw/tube is that its design inadvertently put a limit on what kind of flavors it can carry thereby placing a limit on the usage. In these respects, the Flavored straw/tube with a flavor delivery system according to the present invention substantially departs from the conventional concepts and designs of the prior art, and in so doing provide an apparatus primarily developed for the purpose of providing an enhanced drinking experience.
To overcome such limitation, in the present invention MULTI SUCTION SINGLE DISCHARGE LIQUID MIXURE ASSEMBLY
is use to enhance the drinking experience. In the present invention the term use straw/tubes, is not limited it may be called as liquid carrier, suction pipe, flow restrictor, flavour in separate container, predetermined measure of active ingredients, main liquid, second liquid.
Object of the Invention
The main object of the present invention is to provide the solution of correct mixing in dissolved with multiple input flavored in single container.
It is one object of the present invention to provide a food and beverage dispensing system used to produce a quality liquid food or beverage product comprised of a water and/or dry concentrate mixture. The present invented assembly have facility to add instants multiple input way so, the user can add multiple number of flavors in single liquid or beverage. Still another object of the present invention is to provide a more versatile food and beverage dispensing system which will produce a variety of hot and cold liquid food and beverage products

In all these respects, the invention represents a commercially significant.

Before explaining the present invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of the construction and arrangement of parts illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The invention is capable of other embodiments, as depicted in different figures as described above and of being practiced or carried out in a variety of ways. ASSEMBLY comprising with single/ multi storage cavity with predefined single or multiple volume flavored (i.e. liquid and/or solid and/or gas) are connected with single discharge liquid suction assembly which is fixed or detachable or extendable.
