具体地,测试判断模块104判断测试词组中的词语是否全部依次在虚拟现实装置11上呈现结束,若测试词组中的词语在虚拟现实装置11上呈现结束时,提示模块102提示患者回答之前记住的词语,即通过步骤S21和步骤S22,依次呈现测试词组中的词语并提示患者读出该词语以加强患者对测试词语的记忆,当测试词组中的词语呈现结束时,提示患者回答之前记住的词语,通过患者的回答,来测试判断患者的认知能力。
步骤S24,采集患者回答的词语并进行语音识别处理,获得处理后的回答词语组;
具体地,采集模块103通过语音输入装置14依次采集的患者每次回答的词语并进行语音识别处理,将患者回答的词语转化为微处理器16能够识别的回答词语,形成回答词语组。该步骤采用现有的语音识别技术完成,即将语音信息处理转换为微处理器16能够识别的文字信息。
步骤S25,根据所述回答词语组计算患者的本次测试中患者未记住词语的数量。
具体地,根据所述回答词语组计算患者的认知分数的步骤具体包括:
计算模块105假设患者记住词语的数量初始值为0;
测试判断模块104依次以所述回答词语组中的回答词语为关键词,在测试数据库的测试词组中查找匹配,判断该回答词语是否包含于测试词组中;
当该回答词语包含于测试词语中时,患者记住词语的数量加1,直到将所述回答词组中的回答词语全部匹配完毕;
计算本次测试中患者未记住词语的数量,即测试词组中词语的总数减去患者记住词语的数量;
步骤S26,测试数组中的词语按照上述步骤测试三次,计算三次测试中患者未记住词语的数量的平均值,该平均值确定为患者的认知分数。
具体地,当测试数组中的第一个词语第一次重复呈现在虚拟现实装置11上时,确定第一次测试结束,计算模块105计算出第一次测试中患者未记住词语的数量N1;当测试数组中的第一个词语第二次重复呈现在虚拟现实装置11上时,确定第二次测试结束,计算模块105计算出第二次测试中患者未记住词语的数量N2;当测试数组中的第一个词语第三次重复呈现在虚拟现实装置11上时,确定第三次测试结束,计算模块105计算出第三次测试中患者未记住词语的数量N3。计算模块105通过公式(N1+ N2+ N3)/3计算出三次测试中患者未记住词语的数量的平均值N,并输出该平均值N作为AD患者的认知分数。
本发明实施例通过在虚拟现实装置上依次呈现测试词组中的词语并提示患者读出该词语以加强患者对测试词语的记忆,当测试词组中的词语呈现结束时,提示患者回答之前记住的词语,采集患者回答的词语并进行语音识别处理,获得处理后的回答词语组,根据回答词语组计算患者的本次测试中患者未记住词语的数量,如此测试三次,计算三次测试中患者未记住词语的数量的平均值来测试判断患者的认知能力,实施本发明,通过VR的技术手段能够反复测试患者的认知能力,节省了人力成本,提高了测试的互动性和娱乐性。

工业实用性
相较于现有技术,本发明所述基于VR的AD患者认知能力测试系统及方法采用上述技术方案,达到了如下技术效果:通过在虚拟现实装置上依次呈现测试词组中的词语并提示患者读出该词语以加强患者对测试词语的记忆,当测试词组中的词语呈现结束时,提示患者回答之前记住的词语,采集患者回答的词语并进行语音识别处理,获得处理后的回答词语组,根据回答词语组计算患者的本次测试中患者未记住词语的数量,如此测试三次,计算三次测试中患者未记住词语的数量的平均值来测试判断患者的认知能力,实施本发明,通过VR的技术手段能够反复测试患者的认知能力,节省了人力成本,提高了测试的互动性和娱乐性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于VR的AD患者认知能力测试系统,运行于可穿戴设备中,其特征在于,所述基于VR的AD患者认知能力测试系统包括多条计算机程序指令,所述可穿戴设备包括虚拟现实装置、适于实现计算机程序指令的微处理器以及适于存储计算机程序指令和测试数据库的存储器,所述测试数据库中存储有测试词组,所述计算机程序指令由微处理器加载并执行如下步骤:
    按照预设的时间周期在虚拟现实装置上依次呈现测试词组中的词语;
    提示患者回答在虚拟现实装置上呈现的词语;
    当测试词组中的词语呈现结束时,提示患者回答记住的词语;
    采集患者回答的词语并进行语音识别处理,获得处理后的回答词语组;
    根据所述回答词语组计算患者的本次测试中患者未记住词语的数量。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于VR的AD患者认知能力测试系统,其特征在于,所述微处理器还加载并执行如下步骤:
    按照上述步骤测试三次,计算三次测试中患者未记住词语的数量的平均值,该平均值确定为患者的认知分数。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的基于VR的AD患者认知能力测试系统,其特征在于,所述根据所述回答词语组计算患者的本次测试中患者未记住词语的数量的步骤具体包括:
    假设患者记住词语的数量初始值为0;
    依次以所述回答词语组中的回答词语为关键词,在测试数据库的测试词组中查找匹配,判断该回答词语是否包含于测试词组中;
    当该回答词语包含于测试词语中时,患者记住词语的数量加1,直到将所述回答词组中的回答词语全部匹配完毕;
    计算本次测试中患者未记住词语的数量。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的基于VR的AD患者认知能力测试系统,其特征在于,所述测试词组包括10个词语。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的基于VR的AD患者认知能力测试系统,其特征在于,所述采集患者回答的词语并进行语音识别处理,获得处理后的回答词语组的步骤具体包括:
    依次采集的患者每次回答的词语并进行语音识别处理;
    将患者回答的词语转化为微处理器能够识别的回答词语,形成回答词语组。
  6. 一种基于VR的AD患者认知能力测试方法,应用于可穿戴设备中,其特征在于,所述可穿戴设备包括虚拟现实装置、微处理器以及存储器,所述存储器中存储有测试数据库,所述测试数据库中存储有测试词组,该方法包括步骤:
    按照预设的时间周期在虚拟现实装置上依次呈现测试词组中的词语;
    提示患者回答在虚拟现实装置上呈现的词语;
    当测试词组中的词语呈现结束时,提示患者回答记住的词语;
    采集患者回答的词语并进行语音识别处理,获得处理后的回答词语组;
    根据所述回答词语组计算患者的本次测试中患者未记住词语的数量。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的基于VR的AD患者认知能力测试方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    按照上述步骤测试三次,计算三次测试中患者未记住词语的数量的平均值,该平均值确定为患者的认知分数。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的基于VR的AD患者认知能力测试方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述回答词语组计算患者的本次测试中患者未记住词语的数量的步骤具体包括:
    假设患者记住词语的数量初始值为0;
