本领域技术人员应当理解的是,本节实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非用于限制本发明的保护范围。例如,虽然附图中的各部件之间是按一定比例关系绘制的,但是这种比例关系并非一成不变,本领域技术人员可以根据需要对其作出调整,以便适应具体的应用场合,调整后的技术方案仍将落入本发明的保护范围。
还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可 以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的滚筒洗衣机主要包括箱体1、外筒2、内筒3、门体4、密封窗垫5、排水泵6和排水管7。其中,外筒2固定地设置在箱体1内,内筒3可转动地设置在外筒2中,密封窗垫5设置在箱体1和外筒2之间。排水泵6和排水管7都设置在箱体1内,并且排水泵6的进水口通向外筒2的内底部,排水泵6的出水口与排水管7的一端连接,排水管7的另一端通向外界。排水泵6能够将外筒2内的洗涤水通过排水管7排出。
此外,本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在排水管7的每个部位都低于外筒2的内底端时,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,省去排水泵6,将排水泵6替换成截止阀。当滚筒洗衣机需要排水时,打开该截止阀,使外筒2中的洗涤水在自身重力的作用下从排水管7自动排出。
继续参阅图1和图2,箱体1的前端(图2中箱体1的右侧)设置有箱体口(图中未标示),外筒2的前端(图2中外筒2的右侧)设置有外筒口(图中未标示),内筒3的前端(图2中内筒3的右侧)设置有内筒口(图中未标示)。密封窗垫5的一端与箱体口的边缘密封连接,密封窗垫5的另一端与外筒口的边缘密封连接。门体4枢转地设置在箱体1上,并且门体4关闭时能够封闭所述箱体口,防止外筒2中的洗涤水从箱体口溢出。
继续参阅图1和图2,本发明的滚筒洗衣机还包括喷淋系统,该喷淋系统主要包括循环泵8、出水管9、控制阀10、八根分支管11和八个喷嘴12。其中,循环泵8优选地设置在箱体1内且与箱体1固定连接。或者本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使循环泵8与外筒1固定连接。循环泵8的进水口通向外筒2的内部,优选地,循环泵8的进水口通过进水管(图中未标示)与外筒2的底端连接。或者本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,在保证该进水管位于外筒2内液面以下的情况下,可以将进水管连接到外筒2的任意位置。循环泵8的出水口通过出水管9和控制阀10的进水阀口1011连通。或者,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,省去出水管9,使循环泵8的出水口与控制阀10的进水阀口1011直接连通。
如图2至图4所示,八个喷嘴12绕外筒2的周向等间距地设置在密封窗垫5上。或者,本领技术人员也可以根据需要,将多个喷嘴12非等间距地设置在密封窗垫5上。其中,所有的喷嘴12都穿过密封窗垫5,并且都与密封窗垫5密封连接,防止外筒2中的洗涤水泄漏。
此外,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,将八个喷嘴12设置在外筒2前端附近的任意位置,例如,将八个喷嘴12设置在门体4的内侧,将八个喷嘴12设置在外筒口的边缘处。进一步,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,将八个喷嘴12设置成其他任意可行的数量,例如五个、六个、九个等。
如图1至图3所示,每一个喷嘴12的出水口都指向内筒3口,以便从喷嘴12喷出的水都能够落入内筒3中,对衣物进行喷淋。或者,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,在多个喷嘴12能够将洗涤水喷向内筒3中的前提下,使喷嘴12指向门体4,然后借助门体4的反射作用,使洗涤水喷进入内筒3中。
继续参阅图1和图2,控制阀10优选地设置在箱体1内且与箱体1(例如箱体1的内侧壁)固定连接。本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,使控制阀10采用任意可行的连接方式与箱体1固定连接。例如,在控制阀10上设置卡接结构或固定结构,借助该卡接结构或固定结构将控制阀10固定到箱体1上。或者本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使控制阀10与外筒1固定连接。
如图4、图5a至图5c所示,在本发明的第一实施方案中,控制阀10是四通阀,其包括阀体101和枢转地设置在阀体101中的阀芯102。其中,阀体101上设置有进水阀口1011、第一出水阀口1012、第二出水阀口1013和第三出水阀口1014。其中,进水阀口1011与出水管9连通,第一出水阀口1012、第二出水阀口1013和第三出水阀口1014分别连接一组喷嘴12。此外,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,将控制阀10设置成其他的多通阀,例如,三通阀、五通阀、六通阀等。
如图4所示,八个喷嘴12被分成下、中、上三组。其中,下组包括三个喷嘴12,记做第一组喷嘴;中组包括两个喷嘴12,记做第二组喷嘴;上组包括三个喷嘴12,记做第三组喷嘴。第一组喷嘴中的每一个喷嘴12都通过分支管11分别与第一出水阀口1012连通。第二组喷 嘴中的每一个喷嘴12都通过分支管11分别与第二出水阀口1013连通,第三组喷嘴中的每一个喷嘴12都通过分支管11分别与第三出水阀口1014连通。此外,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,将三组喷嘴和三个出水阀口的对应关系适当调整,例如使第一组喷嘴与第三出水阀口1014对应,使第二组喷嘴与第一出水阀口1012对应,使第三组喷嘴与第二出水阀口1013对应。
如图5a至图5c所示,阀芯102与第一出水阀口1012、第二出水阀口1013和第三出水阀口1014对准的截面呈扇形。换句话说,第一出水阀口1012、第二出水阀口1013和第三出水阀口1014能够同时相交于同一平面,阀芯102被该平面剖切之后呈扇形。其中,该扇形的枢转轴线与所述扇形所属圆的圆心重合。
如图5a和图6a所示,当阀芯102转动到图5a所示的第一切换位时,进水阀口1011与第一出水阀口1012连通,第一组喷嘴将循环泵8泵送的洗涤水喷射进内筒3中。
如图5b和图6b所示,当阀芯102转动到图5b所示的第二切换位时,进水阀口1011与第一出水阀口1012和第二出水阀口1013连通,第一组喷嘴和第二组喷嘴同时将循环泵8泵送的洗涤水喷射进内筒3中。
如图5c和图6c所示,当阀芯102转动到图5c所示的第三切换位时,进水阀口1011与第一出水阀口1012、第二出水阀口1013和第三出水阀口1014都连通,第一组喷嘴、第二组喷嘴和第三组喷嘴同时将循环泵8泵送的洗涤水喷射进内筒3中。
此外,当阀芯102转动到堵住进水阀口1011时,记做第四切换位,进水阀口1011与第一出水阀口1012、第二出水阀口1013和第三出水阀口1014都不连通。
如图7a至图8d所示,在本发明的第二实施方案中,与第一实施方案不同的是,阀芯102与第一出水阀口1012、第二出水阀口1013和第三出水阀口1014对准的截面呈Y形,并且该Y形的一个分支上还设置有通孔1021。此外,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,将阀芯102的Y形的截面设置成T形或△形。
如图7a和图8a所示,当阀芯102转动到图7a所示的第一切换位时,进水阀口1011通过通孔1021与第一出水阀口1012连通,第一组喷嘴将循环泵8泵送的洗涤水喷射进内筒3中。
如图7b和图8b所示,当阀芯102转动到图7b所示的第二切换位时,进水阀口1011通过通孔1021与第二出水阀口1013连通,第二组喷嘴将循环泵8泵送的洗涤水喷射进内筒3中。
如图7c和图8c所示,当阀芯102转动到图7c所示的第三切换位时,进水阀口1011通过通孔1021与第三出水阀口1014都连通,第三组喷嘴将循环泵8泵送的洗涤水喷射进内筒3中。
如图7d和图8d所示,当阀芯102转动到图7d所示的第四切换位时,进水阀口1011通过阀芯102上Y形结构的缺口(图中未标示)与第一出水阀口1012连通,通过通孔1021与第二出水阀口1013和第三出水阀口1014都连通,第一组喷嘴、第二组喷嘴和第三组喷嘴同时将循环泵8泵送的洗涤水喷射进内筒3中。
此外,当阀芯102转动到堵住进水阀口1011时,记做第五切换位,进水阀口1011与第一出水阀口1012、第二出水阀口1013和第三出水阀口1014都不连通。
需要说明的是,无论在本发明的第一实施例还是第二实施例中,控制阀10都是电磁控制阀,以便该电磁控制阀能够被设置在箱体1上的操作按钮操作,并因此改变其切换位。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,第一实施例和第二实施例中的电磁阀10既可以被用户手动操作,改变切换位;也可以被滚筒洗衣机上的控制器按一定的指令操作,按一定规律地改变切换位。
进一步,虽然图中并未示出,但是在本发明的第三实施方案中,电磁阀10还可以被多个电磁截止阀替代。示例性地,被三个截止阀替代,并使三个截止阀分别连接并控制第一组喷嘴、第二组喷嘴和第三组喷嘴的通断。以便三组喷嘴之间既可以彼此独立地向内筒3中喷射洗涤水,也可以彼此组合地向内筒3中喷射洗涤水。此外,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,将电磁截止阀的数量进行适当调整,以及将每个电磁截止阀控制的喷嘴12数量进行调整。例如,设置八个电磁截止阀,使每一个电磁截止阀分别控制一个喷嘴12。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的上述三个实施例中,通过控制阀10或截止阀能够选择性地控制第一组喷嘴、第二组喷嘴和第三组喷嘴将循环泵8泵送的洗涤水喷射进内筒3中,优化了滚筒洗衣机的喷淋效果,使滚筒洗衣机能够选择性地从上方、侧方或下方对内筒3中的衣物进行喷淋。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,所述滚筒洗衣机包括由外到内依次设置的箱体、外筒和内筒,
    其特征在于,所述喷淋系统包括循环泵、控制阀和多个喷嘴;
    所述循环泵的进水口通向所述外筒内,所述循环泵的出水口通过所述控制阀与所述多个喷嘴分别连接;
    所述多个喷嘴设置在所述外筒的前端附近;
    工作时,所述循环泵将所述外筒中的洗涤水泵送给所述控制阀,所述控制阀选择性地将洗涤水配送给所述多个喷嘴中的一个或多个,继而所述喷嘴将洗涤水喷进所述内筒中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述控制阀包括一个多通阀,所述多通阀包括一个进水阀口和多个出水阀口,所述进水阀口与所述循环泵的出水口连通,每一个所述出水阀口分别连通有一个或多个所述喷嘴。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述多通阀是具有一个进水阀口和三个出水阀口的四通阀,所述多个喷嘴包括第一组喷嘴、第二组喷嘴和第三组喷嘴,每一个所述出水阀口分别连接一组喷嘴。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述四通阀包括:
    第一切换位,其用于使所述循环泵的出水口与一组喷嘴连通;
    第二切换位,其用于使所述循环泵的出水口与两组喷嘴连通;
    第三切换位,其用于使所述循环泵的出水口与三组喷嘴连通;
    第四切换位,其用于切断所述循环泵的出水口与所述三组喷嘴的连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所 述四通阀的阀芯与四个阀口对准的截面呈扇形。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述四通阀包括:
    第一切换位,其用于使所述循环泵的出水口与第一组喷嘴连通;
    第二切换位,其用于使所述循环泵的出水口与第二组喷嘴连通;
    第三切换位,其用于使所述循环泵的出水口与第三组喷嘴连通;
    第四切换位,其用于使所述循环泵的出水口与三组喷嘴全部连通;
    第五切换位,其用于切断所述循环泵的出水口与所述三组喷嘴的连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述四通阀的阀芯与四个阀口对准的截面呈Y形,并且所述Y形的一个分支上设置有通孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述控制阀包括多个截止阀,每一个所述截止阀的进水阀口都与所述循环泵的出水口连通,每一个所述截止阀的出水阀口都连通有一个或多个所述喷嘴。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述控制阀是电磁控制阀;并且/或者所述多个喷嘴绕沿所述外筒的周向等间距设置。
  10. 一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述滚筒洗衣机包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的喷淋系统。
