优选地,设备端包括云服务器。用户通过语音床将指令传递至云服务器中,云服务器根据指令可以为用户提供各色的服务,如叫车、外卖等等,使本发明语音床的功能更智能化,多样化。
优选地,设备端包括云服务器、床、沙发、灯、加湿器、电视、空调、窗帘、扫地机、冰箱、洗衣机、热水器、空气净化器、智能插座、、除湿器、电水壶、烤箱、自动晾衣架、电饭煲、豆浆机、净水机中的一种或多种。以本申请的床作为控制中心,向设备端发送命令,本发明中可接收语音命令的设备是多样化的,最大程度地利用床语音交互功能。
优选地,语音采集模块包括语音识别模块,语音识别模块将采集的语音电信号识别、编码输出。语音采集模块由于采集的声音具有噪音,语音识别模块可消除无用噪音,为增强语音输入中央处理模块的可读性。
优选地,无线终端为手机APP,用户可通过手机APP发送指令。手机APP用于输入控制指令,丰富了语音床的控制方式。
优选地,无线终端通过Wi-Fi或蓝牙将信息传递到中央处理模块,中央处理模块设置有Wi-Fi信号接口或蓝牙适配器。无线终端采用与中央处理模块无线连接,可以方便无线终端的使用,无需处于床附近即可控制。在人离开床时,利用无线终端也可以实现操作。
优选地,中央处理模块设置有记忆芯片,对用户上一次的操作进行存储记忆。记忆芯片 的设置,使中央处理模块熟悉用户的喜好,提供人性化的语音交互床。

具体实施方式
下面举出具体实施例并结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明:
一种智能语音床,包括床本体、语音采集模块、中央处理模块、语音反馈模块;
语音采集模块用于采集用户的语音指令;中央处理模块接收语音采集模块采集的语音指令信号,根据语音指令信号向设备端和/或语音反馈模块发送操作指令;语音反馈模块用于接收中央处理模块输出信号并反馈于用户;语音采集模块和语音反馈模块均设置于床本体。
该技术方案中,床本体上不仅设置有采集用户语音指令的语音采集模块,还设置了将信息反馈给用户听到的语音反馈模块。床本体上的语音采集模块与语音反馈模块可以实现与用户的语音交互。床是用户说话最为舒适便利的地方,以床作为用户控制生活方方面面的地方,床成为一个机器人功能的应答角色,与用户沟通交流。由此,本发明提供了一种便于用户于生活设备语音交互,且语音交互更人性化、多层次便利生活的智能语音床。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例做详细的说明。
第一实施例
如图1所示为本实施例的智能语音床各模块示意图。该智能语音床具体包括床本体01、语音采集模块02、中央处理模块03、语音反馈模块05。其中,床本体为床的基本结构,包括床体、床垫、靠背、床头抽屉等结构。
语音采集模块02用于采集用户的语音指令。中央处理模块03接收语音采集模块02采 集的语音指令信号,并且,根据语音指令信号向设备端04和/或语音反馈模块05发送操作指令。语音反馈模块05用于接收中央处理模块03输出信号并反馈于用户。语音采集模块02和语音反馈模块05均设置于床本体01。
在该实施例中,如图1所示,中央处理模块03也设置于床本体01上,语音采集模块02、语音反馈模块05与中央处理模块03电性连接。该电性连接的方式可以是通过导线连接,也可以将语音采集模块02、语音反馈模块05集成于一体的电路控制板。这些电性连接方式都是可接受的。中央处理模块03作为智能语音床的控制中心,其设置在床本体上,与语音采集模块02、语音反馈模块05电性连接,可以将语音床作为用户整个生活设备控制的中心,提高该控制中心的可靠性。
进一步地,语音采集模块02和语音反馈模块05均嵌入到床本体01内。将语音采集模块02和语音反馈模块05安装在床本体01内,不会影响到床的外观以及其它功能。
进一步地,语音采集模块02和语音反馈模块05设置在床本体01的床头位置。该位置的选择,可以使语音采集模块02采集语音信息更清晰,也更有利于语音反馈模块05将声音传递给用户。
在本实施例中,设备端04包括有云服务器。用户通过语音床将指令传递至云服务器中,云服务器根据指令可以为用户提供各色的服务,如叫车、外卖等等,使本发明语音床的功能更智能化,多样化。
在另一实施例中,设备端04至少包括云服务器、床、沙发、灯、加湿器、电视、空调、窗帘、扫地机、冰箱、洗衣机、热水器、空气净化器、智能插座、除湿器、电水壶、烤箱、自动晾衣架、电饭煲、豆浆机、净水机中的一种或多种。其中,床包括上身组件和腿部组件、床头灯组件等,通过语音指令,可调节功能床的基本动作,适应人的不同姿态,并且对床头灯照明进行开关。其中,沙发包括与坐垫组件、扶手组件、靠背组件、小腿组件、足部组件和头部组件,靠背组件、足部组件和头部组件设置有按摩机械手,坐垫组件、扶手组件和小腿组件设置有按摩气囊,在接收到语音指令后,中央处理模块可以发送控制指令控制所述按摩机械手和按摩气囊的动作。电视等家具产品也具有类似的控制方式。以本申请的床作为控制中心,向设备端04发送命令,本发明中可接收语音命令的设备是多样化的,最大程度地利用床语音交互功能。
需要指出的是,本发明所称“设备端”,不仅仅包括云服务器、床、沙发、灯、加湿器、电视、空调、窗帘、扫地机、冰箱、洗衣机、热水器、空气净化器、智能插座、、除湿器、电水壶、烤箱、自动晾衣架、电饭煲、豆浆机、净水机等,其它的可接收本发明中央处理 模块03操作指令的设备,用于根据智能语音床提供的语音操作信息操作的生活相关设备都应该属于该“设备端”的范围,在本发明的保护范围之内。
进一步地,中央处理模块03设置有记忆芯片,对用户上一次的操作进行存储记忆。该记忆芯片可以记忆用户的操作习惯。也可以延续用户上一次的操作,使操作更科学实用。记忆芯片的设置,使中央处理模块熟悉用户的喜好,提供人性化的语音交互床。
在本实施例中,语音采集模块02具体可以为麦克风结构,采集音频信息,该语音反馈模块为音响等声源播放结构。该语音床工作的具体过程如下:
用户对语音采集模块02发出语音指令并传递到中央处理模块03,中央处理模块03接收到信息后经过处理形成数据并传输到设备端04和/或语音反馈模块05。用户根据接收到的语音反馈模块05的反馈信息,进一步发出语音指令或者结束,形成完整的语音交互,与本实施例的智能语音床对话。
比如,用户发出语音命令“房间温度是多少”,语音采集模块02采集该语音信息并提交至中央处理模块03。中央处理模块03根据该语句识别处理,输出数据至设备端04中空调,读取设备端04中空调测量的室内温度,并将该数据反馈给语音反馈模块05播放给用户听。用户根据房间温度值,可进一步发出语音命令“制冷”“制热”,语音反馈模块05进一步应答用户“开始制冷\制热”。从而,形成人性化的语音交互。
在云服务器作为设备端使用时,比如,用户通过语音采集模块02发出语音命令“搜索附近可用的出租车”,智能语音床将通过云服务器搜集附近可用的出租车,并通过语音反馈模块05反馈是否搜索到。用户在得到反馈后,可以进一步发出语音命令“与车主联系”,从而进一步通过语音反馈模块05、语音采集模块02与车主进行通话租用车辆。
第二实施例
如图2所示,在该实施例中,语音采集模块02还具有无线发射模块021,语音反馈模块05还具有无线接收模块051。中央处理模块03与床本体01分离,无线发射模块021将语音采集模块02的信号发射至中央处理模块03,无线接收模块051接收中央处理模块03的输出信息。相应地,中央处理模块03上相应具有无线发射和接收的模块,用于与无线发射模块021、无线接收模块051无线数据交换。
本实施例中,无线发射和无线接收可以为红外、WIFI、蓝牙等无线通信方式,在此不再限制。
中央处理模块03与床本体01分离,与语音采集模块02、语音反馈模块05通过无线通 信连接,中央处理模块03体积可能较大,以此方式可以节省语音床本体01的空间,增强床的舒适性。
第三实施例
如图3所示,与前述实施例不同的是,该智能语音床还包括无线终端06,无线终端06供用户输入指令,无线终端06将指令传递到中央处理模块03。除语音控制设备外,无线终端06输入的控制增加了用户的控制途径选择,无线终端06和语音控制可发挥各自优势。在人离开床体时,仍可以实现控制。
在本实施例中,无线终端06为手机APP,用户可通过手机APP发送指令。手机APP用于输入控制指令,丰富了语音床的控制方式。
该无线终端亦可以为平板电脑等无线终端。
进一步地,无线终端06通过Wi-Fi或蓝牙将信息传递到中央处理模块03,中央处理模块03也可将反馈信息传递至无线终端06显示或播放。中央处理模块设置有Wi-Fi信号接口或蓝牙适配器。无线终端06采用与中央处理模块03无线连接,可以方便无线终端06的使用,无需位于床附近即可控制。在人离开床时,利用无线终端也可以实现操作。
用户通过手机APP发出指令时,其具体工作原理如下:
用户通过手机APP输入指令后到达中央处理模块03,中央处理模块03接收到信息后经过处理形成数据并传输到设备端04,设备端04被操作,与中央处理模块03交换数据,中央处理模块03将信号反馈发送至床上的语音反馈模块05,也可以反馈至无线终端06,用户可以在床上从语音反馈模块05上听到所控制的设备信息。
用户也可以同时通过床上的语音采集模块02和手机APP发出指令并传递到中央处理模块03进行控制。中央处理模块03接收到信息后经过处理形成数据并传输到设备端04,设备端04被操作,与中央处理模块03交换数据,中央处理模块03将信号反馈发送至床上的语音反馈模块05和无线终端06,用户可以在床上从语音反馈模块05上听到所控制的设备信息。
第四实施例
如图4所示,与前述实施例不同在于,本实施例中,语音采集模块02新增包括语音识别模块021,语音识别模块021将采集的语音电信号识别、编码输出到中央处理模块03。由于床的语音采集模块021从用户采集到的语音存在非语音指令,会影响到中央处理模块 03的处理。在该实施例中,语音采集模块02设置语音识别模块021,语音识别模块021筛选有用的、包含语音指令的语音,处理编码后,再发送给中央处理模块03处理。该语音识别模块021亦可以包含于中央处理模块03中,所能实现的效果相类似。
语音采集模块02还具有降噪模块,对用户发出的语音识别效果更佳。
根据上述说明书的揭示和教导,本发明所属领域的技术人员还可以对上述实施方式进行变更和修改。因此,本发明并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对发明的一些修改和变更也应当落入本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。此外,尽管本说明书中使用了一些特定的术语,但这些术语只是为了方便说明,并不对本发明构成任何限制。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种智能语音床,其特征在于,
    包括床本体、语音采集模块、中央处理模块、语音反馈模块;
    所述语音采集模块用于采集用户的语音指令;
    所述中央处理模块接收所述语音采集模块采集的语音指令信号,根据所述语音指令信号向设备端和/或所述语音反馈模块发送操作指令;
    所述语音反馈模块用于接收所述中央处理模块输出信号并反馈于用户;
    所述语音采集模块和所述语音反馈模块均设置于所述床本体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能语音床,其特征在于,
    所述语音采集模块和所述语音反馈模块均嵌入到所述床本体内。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的智能语音床,其特征在于,
    所述语音采集模块和所述语音反馈模块设置在所述床本体的床头位置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的智能语音床,其特征在于,
    所述中央处理模块设置于所述床本体上,所述语音采集模块、所述语音反馈模块与所述中央处理模块电性连接。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的智能语音床,其特征在于,
    所述语音采集模块具有无线发射模块,所述语音反馈模块具有无线接收模块,所述中央处理模块与所述床本体分离,所述无线发射模块将所述语音采集模块的信号发射至所述中央处理模块,所述无线接收模块接收所述中央处理模块的输出信息。
  6. 如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的智能语音床,其特征在于,
    还包括无线终端,所述无线终端供用户输入指令,所述无线终端将指令传递到所述中央处理模块。
  7. 如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的智能语音床,其特征在于,
    所述设备端包括云服务器。
  8. 如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的智能语音床,其特征在于,
    所述设备端包括云服务器、床、沙发、灯、加湿器、电视、空调、窗帘、扫地机、冰箱、洗衣机、热水器、空气净化器、智能插座、、除湿器、电水壶、烤箱、自动晾衣架、电饭煲、豆浆机、净水机中的一种或多种。
  9. 如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的智能语音床,其特征在于,
    所述语音采集模块包括语音识别模块,所述语音识别模块将采集的语音电信号识别、编码输出。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的智能语音床,其特征在于,
    所述无线终端为手机APP,用户可通过手机APP发送指令。
  11. 如权利要求6所述的智能语音床,其特征在于:
    所述无线终端通过Wi-Fi或蓝牙将信息传递到所述中央处理模块,所述中央处理模块设置有Wi-Fi信号接口或蓝牙适配器。
  12. 如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的智能语音床,其特征在于:
    所述中央处理模块设置有记忆芯片,对用户上一次的操作进行存储记忆。
