应理解,本申请实施例的技术方案可以应用于各种通信系统,例如:全球移动通讯(Global System of Mobile Communication,GSM)系统、码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)系统、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)系统(例如,版本15(Rel-15对 应的系统))、长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)系统、LTE频分双工(Frequency Division Duplex,FDD)系统、LTE时分双工(Time Division Duplex,TDD)、通用移动通信系统(Universal Mobile Telecommunication System,UMTS)、以及未来的5G通信系统等。
D2D通信方式可以用于车对车(Vehicle to Vehicle,简称“V2V”)通信或车辆到其他设备(Vehicle to Everything,V2X)通信,或者增强型(蜂巢式)车联网(enhanced Vehicle to Everything,eV2X)。

至少部分待传输数据的时延要求;
至少部分待传输数据的传输格式要求;
至少部分待传输数据的发送方式;
该至少一个载波或该至少一个资源池的信道繁忙率,其中,信道繁忙率也可以称为信道占有比率等;
该至少一个载波或该至少一个资源池对应的业务优先级标识和信道繁忙率要求的对应关系;
信道繁忙率最低;
信道繁忙率满足至少部分待传输数据的业务优先级标识对应的信道繁忙率要求;
信道繁忙率最低;
信道繁忙率适用于至少部分待传输数据的业务优先级标识对应的信道繁忙率要求;
信道繁忙率最低;
信道繁忙率适用于至少部分待传输数据的业务优先级标识对应的信道繁忙率要求;
如果终端在侦听窗内某些子帧(例如,图4中竖线填充的块)没有侦听结果,则这些子帧在选择窗内对应的子帧(例如,图4中波点填充的块)上的资源被排除掉;其中,终端可以预设侦听窗与选择窗中的子帧的对应关系;
