Abstract

L'invention concerne le domaine de la médecine humaine et notamment de l'orthopédie et peut s'utiliser dans le traitement et la prévention des déformations cyphotiques des rachis lombaire, rachis cervical et rachis thoracique. L'objectif de la présente invention consiste à créer un dispositif pour la prévention et le traitement efficace des déformations cyphotiques des rachis lombaire, rachis cervical et rachis thoracique, avec possibilité de correction dosée nécessaire des déformations cyphotiques de tous les segments rachidiens. L'objectif visé est atteint en ce que le dispositif correcteur pour traiter les déformations cyphotiques de la colonne vertébrale comprend une ceinture avec des fixations mécaniques à crochets et boucles à ses extrémités, un dossier relié à la ceinture avec des lanière d'épaule, des boucles disposées à la ceinture pour guider les lanières d'épaule, des nervures de rigidité faites d'un matériau souple avec en outre une planche souple dont la longueur va du bord inférieur de la ceinture jusqu'à l'occiput, une poche verticale disposée au milieu de la ceinture et du dossier pour accueillir dans sa partie inférieure la planche souple, une mentonnière avec des éléments de fixation réalisés de manière à pouvoir envelopper la surface extérieure de la partie supérieure de la planche souple et la fixer dans une position voulue. Le résultat est également obtenu en ce que le dispositif correcteur pour traiter des déformations cyphotiques comprend en outre deux lanières verticales dont chacune est reliée par un extrémité à la partie supérieure de la ceinture, les lanières ayant une longueur suffisante pour accrocher la ceinture de pantalon du patient et fixer la deuxième extrémité en position voulue, par exemple, au moyen de fixations à crochets et boucles.
