取样卫生巾及其应用 技术领域
本发明涉及卫生用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有医学取样功能的细胞/核酸取样卫生巾及其应用。
背景技术
月经是女性随着卵巢激素的变化,子宫内膜周期性脱落和子宫内膜层血管的出血,是女性生殖功能成熟的标志。月经血除血液外,还有子宫内膜碎片、宫颈黏液及脱落的阴道上皮细胞。月经血中还含有前列腺素及来自子宫内膜的大量纤溶酶。由于纤溶酶对纤维蛋白的溶解作用,月经血不凝,只有在出血多时出现血凝块。
月经血是女性一个特殊的检测标本,利用月经血进行基因变异分析和宏基因组分析,对疾病的诊断和治疗监测具有重要意义。但是,目前临床上还没有采集月经血的理想器具,不利于临床月经血的检测和推广应用。
卫生巾/卫生棉棒是女性月经期间使用的物品。其中,卫生巾一般包括面层、底膜和位于面层与底膜之间的吸收芯体。面层是直接与肌肤接触的部分,其材质需要柔软,面层表面的织法和压痕起到经血吸收不回渗的效果。吸收芯体主要是由棉、不织布、纸浆或这些材质复合物制成的吸收芯,用来吸收经血。卫生巾的底膜是不透水材质,可将经血保留在吸收芯体中,同时保持内裤的洁净。卫生棉棒一般是由圆柱形吸水棉芯及棉芯末端的拉线组成。
目前市场上的卫生巾或卫生棉棒多数为提高女性经期舒适感而设计,用途单一,通常使用完后都作为生活垃圾直接丢弃,尚无医学取样功能的细胞/核酸取样卫生巾/卫生棉棒出现。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种取样卫生巾,该卫生巾能从月经血中提取细胞、核酸、及细菌、病毒、霉菌等疾病相关病原体,非常适于临床上阴道微生态的检测,并适于细胞或核酸的基因突变分析,用于宫颈癌等疾病的早期筛查或诊断。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过如下技术方案实现:
在本发明的一个方面,提供了一种卫生巾,包括面层、底膜和位于面层与底膜之间的吸收芯体,所述面层和吸收芯体之间还设有生物膜层。
所述生物膜层是一种能让水份自由滤过并留下细胞和其它有形成分的滤膜。
优选的,所述生物膜层的材质为高分子材料,包括纤维、纤维棉、人造丝、尼龙膜、或可生物降解材料制成的滤膜。该生物膜可以根据需求设置不同大小的孔径,通常为10-15μm, 用于吸附不同大小的物质如细菌、细胞或核酸等。
所述面层的材质包括棉质或聚乙烯膜,聚乙烯膜(PE)加有微孔设计,能让经血不易回渗,让使用者有干爽的感觉,但是PE膜材质较硬,部分使用者会引起过敏反应。而棉质面层随着吸收力设计的改善,使更多的女性选择使用棉质面层的卫生巾。
优选的,所述面层的表面设有开口和点断线,用于医学检验人员方便地撕开面层,取出表面留有细菌、细胞或核酸等物质的生物膜。
在本发明的另一方面,还提供了一种卫生棉棒,包括圆柱形吸水棉芯和设于该吸水棉芯末端的拉线,所述吸水棉芯外表面设有棉质面层,该面层与吸水棉芯之间还设有生物膜层。
在本发明的另一方面,还提供了上述卫生巾/卫生棉棒的应用,用于制备检测或筛查疾病相关病原的产品,所述疾病相关病原包括细菌、病毒、霉菌、滴虫、支原体、或衣原体,该病原主要用于阴道微生态检测,也可用于丙型肝炎病毒等检测。使用本发明的取样卫生巾或卫生棉棒,可方便地收集女性患者各种疾病相关病原,这些病原都经过滤留存在取样卫生巾的生物膜上,医学检验人员只需撕开卫生巾面层,即可便捷地取出生物膜,将其放入保存管中,进行相关的病原检测。

宫血干细胞是自我复制、定向分化能力最强的干细胞,它源于子宫内膜,通过经血排出体外,它的分化潜能与胚胎干细胞相近,又具备免疫原性低,异体移植无免疫排斥反应或反应较弱的特性,可用于治疗多种疾病。利用本发明的取样卫生巾或卫生棉棒,可收集宫血干细胞,简单方便,且无需配型,可供无血缘关系的人使用。
本发明的取样卫生巾,能从月经血中提取细胞、核酸、及细菌、病毒、霉菌等疾病相关病原体,非常适于临床上阴道微生态的检测,并适于细胞或核酸的基因突变分析,用于宫颈癌等疾病的早期筛查或诊断。此外,本发明的取样卫生巾,还可用于提取宫血干细胞,该宫血干细胞经体外培养扩增后,能治疗多种疾病,具有广阔的应用前景。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1、2、3所示,本发明取样卫生巾,包括面层1、底膜2和位于面层1与底膜2之间的吸收芯体3,所述面层1和吸收芯体3之间还设有生物膜层4。生物膜层4的材质优选为高分子纳米生物膜,该生物膜可以根据需求设置不同大小的孔径,用于吸附不同大小的物质如细菌、细胞或核酸等。
本发明的一个优选实施方式中,卫生巾面层1的表面设有开口5和点断线6,用于医学检验人员方便地撕开面层1,取出表面留有细菌、细胞或核酸等物质的生物膜,并将其放入保存管中,进行相关的病原检测。可进行阴道微生态检测,如检测霉菌、滴虫、支原体、或衣原体等,也可检测细菌或病毒如丙型肝炎病毒等。利用本发明取样卫生巾收集的细胞和核酸,进行基因突变检测和分析,可早期筛查或诊断妇科恶性疾病,如宫颈癌、或子宫内膜癌等。

实施例1
医学检验人员将取样卫生巾中的生物膜取出后,放入保存管中,提取生物膜上留下的经 血中的细菌、病毒、细胞或核酸物质。接着,将提取的物质进行丙肝病毒HCV-RNA的PCR检测,结果检出HCV-RNA阳性的患者,即为慢性感染丙肝的女性患者,其血清抗-HCV检测也为阳性,且肝活检也显示为慢性肝炎感染,而没有患丙肝感染的女性对照,其HCV-RNA检测均为阴性,且血清抗-HCV检测也为阴性。
实施例2
医学检验人员将取样卫生巾中的生物膜取出后,放入保存管中,提取生物膜上留下的经血中的细胞或核酸物质。接着,将提取的核酸物质采用PCR及聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态分析(PCR-RLFP)等方法,检测人宫颈癌相关基因如表皮生长因子受体基因(EGFR)等是否存在基因突变,为早期筛查或诊断宫颈癌提供临床依据。

  9. 权利要求1所述卫生巾或权利要求4所述卫生棉棒的应用,其特征在于,用于制备早期筛查或诊断妇科疾病的产品,所述妇科疾病包括宫颈癌、子宫癌、子宫内膜癌、卵巢癌、输卵管癌、和/或阴道癌。
  10. 权利要求1所述卫生巾或权利要求4所述卫生棉棒的应用,其特征在于,用于提取宫血干细胞。
