Description

一种井下深孔松动爆破注水一体化封孔装置 技术领域
本发明涉及矿用设备,尤其涉及一种井下深孔松动爆破注水一体化封孔装置。
背景技术
中国煤矿开采的煤层大多属于石炭二叠纪的煤层,瓦斯含量大、煤层透气性低,地质构造复杂,在采掘时瓦斯放散量大,再加上开采煤层地质条件复杂和开采规模的扩大、开采集约化程度的提高,导致采动诱发的应力场、煤岩体裂隙场及瓦斯流动场的变化更加复杂多变,原有安全技术及理论已难以适应当前煤矿安全高效生产的迫切需求。在复杂条件下更易诱发煤与瓦斯突出和瓦斯突然涌出现象,造成瓦斯事故。
目前,国内采用松动爆破的方法,改善煤体的力学性质,释放地应力,使应力峰值向深部推移,之后通过煤层注水抑制瓦斯的吸附解吸。从降低地应力、降低瓦斯压力、提高煤层力学强度等三个方面实现煤与瓦斯突出的综合防治。但是目前井下采用黄泥沙子进行封孔,工人劳动强度大,封孔效果不理想。专利CN2017102431068公开了一种封堵装置,通过向胶囊中注水使其膨胀从而进行封孔,这种封孔胶囊仅适用于注气驱替或水力压力等处理方式,用于松动爆破则会由于胶囊前端缺少防护而易在爆破中受损,注水膨胀胶囊在膨胀时不仅有横向膨胀,还有纵向膨胀,在纵向膨胀时,胶囊内的管路易被拉断。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可用于井下深孔水力松动爆破或井下煤层注水的一体化封孔装置,以实现封孔、注水、爆破的一体化便捷操作。
为实现以上发明目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种井下深孔松动爆破注水一体化封孔装置,包括胶囊堵头、外胶囊、内胶囊、胶囊注水管、钻孔注水管、锥形堵头。外胶囊和内胶囊的两端分别固定在胶囊堵头和锥形堵头上,胶囊堵头、锥形堵头、外胶囊和内胶囊组成封闭的空心圆柱形腔体。胶囊堵头中部具有第一孔位,锥形堵头中部具有第二孔位,内胶囊的中部为空心管路,空心管路的两端分别与第一孔位和第二孔位相对应。钻孔注水管穿过空心圆柱形腔体,且钻孔注水管的两端分别穿过胶囊堵头和锥形堵头的顶端,钻孔注水管位于空心圆柱形腔体内的部分可伸缩的缠绕在内胶囊的外侧。胶囊注水管穿过胶囊堵头伸入空心圆柱形腔体内。
进一步的,外胶囊和内胶囊均由胶囊外套、钢丝层和胶囊内胆组成,其中,钢丝层位于胶囊外套和胶囊内胆之间,两层胶囊外套分别位于外胶囊外层和内胶囊内层。

如图1和2所示,一种井下深孔松动爆破注水一体化封孔装置,包括胶囊堵头1、外胶囊2、内胶囊3、胶囊注水管4、钻孔注水管5、锥形堵头6。外胶囊2和内胶囊3的两端分别固定在胶囊堵头1和锥形堵头6上,胶囊堵头1、锥形堵头6、外胶囊2和内胶囊3组成封闭的空心圆柱形腔体7。胶囊堵头1中部具有第一孔位8,锥形堵头4中部具有第二孔位9,内胶囊3的中部为空心管路10,空心管路10的两端分别与第一孔位8和第二孔位9相对应。钻孔注水管5穿过空心圆柱形腔体7,且钻孔注水管5的两端分别穿过胶囊堵头1和锥形堵头6的顶端。钻孔注水管5位于空心圆柱形腔体7内的部分可伸缩的缠绕在内胶囊3的外侧。胶囊注水管4穿过胶囊堵头1伸入空心圆柱形腔体7内。助推器11固定在胶囊堵头1外侧。

进行井下煤层注水时,先通过助推器11将该井下深孔松动爆破注水一体化封孔装置送入钻孔的预封孔段;打开第一阀门401通过胶囊注水管4向空心圆柱形腔体7内注水,空心圆柱形腔体7膨胀,内胶囊3缩紧封闭空心管路10,外胶囊2膨胀封住钻孔;之后关闭第一阀门401,打开第二阀门501,通过钻孔注水管5向钻孔周围的煤层注水。
进行深孔水力松动爆破时,先将炸药筒放置于钻孔内的预定松爆点,再将炸药筒的炮线装入钢管内以免炮线进水短路,钢管穿过第二孔位9、空心管路10和第一孔位8后伸出钻孔外。钢管伸出到胶囊堵头1外侧的部分上装有第三阀门,第三阀门与钢管之间为螺接或插接。通过助推器11将该井下深孔松动爆破注水一体化封孔装置送入钻孔内的预封孔段,之后打开第一阀门401通过胶囊注水管4向空心圆柱形腔体7内注水,内胶囊3缩紧抱住钢管,外胶囊2膨胀封住钻孔;关闭第一阀门401打开第二阀门501向钻孔内注水;注水后关闭第二阀门501,引爆炸药筒;爆破后,将第三阀门安装在炮线管上,关闭第三阀门以封闭钢管,打开第二阀门501再次向钻孔内注水直至无法再注入。

    胶囊堵头中部具有第一孔位,锥形堵头中部具有第二孔位,内胶囊的中部为空心管路,空心管路的两端分别与第一孔位和第二孔位相对应;
    钻孔注水管穿过空心圆柱形腔体,且钻孔注水管的两端分别穿过胶囊堵头和锥形堵头的顶端,钻孔注水管位于空心圆柱形腔体内的部分可伸缩的缠绕在内胶囊的外侧;
    胶囊注水管穿过胶囊堵头伸入空心圆柱形腔体内。

  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种井下深孔松动爆破注水一体化封孔装置,其特征在于,还包括炮线管,炮线管穿过所述空心管路并伸出到所述胶囊堵头外侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种井下深孔松动爆破注水一体化封孔装置,其特征在于,所述炮线管伸出到所述胶囊堵头外侧的部分装有第三阀门。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种井下深孔松动爆破注水一体化封孔装置,其特征在于,所述第三阀门与所述炮线管可拆卸连接。
  10. 根据权利要求7、8或9所述的一种井下深孔松动爆破注水一体化封孔装置,其特征在于,所述炮线管为钢管。
