Abstract

The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing an earthquake-resistant reinforcement panel, an earthquake-resistant reinforcement panel manufactured thereby, and an earthquake-resistant reinforcement method using same. Comprised are: a first connection part having ready-mixed concrete layers forming both surfaces, a mixed layer formed by means of mixing a honeycomb-structured fiber member and ready-mixed concrete between the ready-mixed concrete layers, and one or more connection holes passing through both surfaces; and a second connection part positioned away from the first connection part in the width (horizontal) direction and provided on the same line in the width (horizontal) direction of the first connection part. One unit panel is formed by means of cutting in the height (vertical) direction such that one first connection part and one second connection part are comprised in the width (horizontal) direction of a pillar. Two or more unit panels are used. Therefore, the earthquake-resistance strength can be enhanced, and since a reinforcing steel is not used inside the panel, corrosion can be prevented and thus durability can be improved.
