一种超宽带辐射单元 技术领域
本发明涉及一种移动通信领域,应用于天线网络系统,尤其是涉及一种用作基站天线的超宽带辐射单元。
背景技术
超宽带天线通信技术(UWB)通常是指信号带宽大于1.5GHz或带宽比(信号宽度与中心频率之比)大于25%的无线电技术。超宽带天线是超宽带无线通信系统中的关键部件,天线的性能将直接影响整个系统的性能。
随着移动通信技术的高速发展,多频超宽频基站天线已成为未来天线发展的趋势,天线内的辐射单元数量也将成倍增加,因此设备商以及运营商对天线的尺寸以及重量的要求日益严格,因此天线中辐射单元等部件的小型化,轻量化的变得日益重要。
现有申请号为CN201610928844.1的中国专利文献中公开了一种超宽带辐射单元及天线,其辐射单元包括一对正交设置的偶极子、对偶极子进行平衡馈电的平衡器、馈电芯以及馈电电路板;每个偶极子包括一对固定于馈电平衡器上的辐射单元臂,其中辐射单元臂末端两侧向下折弯;整个辐射单元臂,馈电平衡器,馈电芯共同设置在一次注塑成型的支撑塑料件上,馈电平衡器的末端以及馈电芯末端共同焊接于馈电电路板上。
在上述专利文献中,一方面由于辐射单元臂末端两侧采用了向下折弯的方式使得辐射单元展宽了单元的阻抗带宽以及方向图带宽,从而使得辐射单元在轻量化的同时不牺牲辐射单元的电气性能;另一方面,整个辐射单元采用钣金折弯结构,并使用一个一次成型的塑料件进行支撑固定,这 样保证轻量化的同时又保证了整个辐射单元的结构强度,从而实现辐射单元及天线的小型化以及轻量化。
但是上述专利仍然存在以下几点缺陷:1、折弯单元臂形成在辐射单元臂末端的两侧,虽然一定程度上展宽了单元的带宽,但是仍有进一步改进的空间;2、辐射单元臂与馈电平衡器一体设计,灵活性不够;3、馈电芯、平衡器、支撑辐射单元臂的塑料支撑件结构复杂,导致整个辐射单元结构偏复杂,进而导致振子整体重量加重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种在展宽振子工作频段的情况下,实现基站天线的小型化、轻量化的超宽带辐射单元。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出如下技术方案:一种超宽带辐射单元,其包括辐射单元、用于支撑辐射单元的支撑件和馈电板,所述辐射单元包括四个振子臂,每两个振子臂对称设置在支撑件上,所述馈电板穿过支撑件与振子臂馈电耦合,每个振子臂的每个侧边具有向下折弯形成的折弯部。
优选地,所述振子臂、支撑件和馈电板之间可拆卸安装,所述支撑件为绝缘材料。
优选地,所述支撑件包括对应四个振子臂的四个支撑部,所述馈电板依次穿过支撑部和对应的振子臂,与振子臂馈电耦合。
优选地,所述振子臂的一侧边上向外延伸出一耦合部,所述耦合部和与其对应的所述支撑部上均设有供馈电板穿过的限位卡槽。
优选地,所述耦合部自振子臂的一侧边的折弯部的下端向外延伸形成。

本发明的有益效果是:
1、振子臂的每边都设置向下折弯的特征,在不增加投影面积的情况下最大程度的展宽了振子臂的辐射面积,从而达到拓宽振子工作频段的特性,达到75%的相对带宽;基于75%的带宽特征,本发明基站天线单元的工作频段可以灵活的调整为覆盖1400-2700MHz或者覆盖1695-3700MHz。
2、振子臂、支撑件和馈电板之间可拆卸安装,组装简单便利、灵活。
3、薄钣金振子臂、塑料支撑件、PCB馈电板的配合结构,振子臂结构简单,易于替换;塑料支撑件采用塑料形式在提供牢固支撑能力的同时还起到了限位折弯叶片的作用,不仅加强了单元的强度而且给组装提供便利;馈电板采用PCB馈电的形式,具有灵活可调的特点。且三者组合形成的基站天线单元结构简单,整体重量较轻,易于生产和制造,且极大地降低了生产成本。
4、本发明基站天线单元整体较小,易于基站天线小型化,且能够独立工作,也能够与其他频段振子实现共轴排列。

结合图1~图4所示,本发明所揭示的一种超宽带辐射单元,包括辐射单元、支撑件2和馈电板3,辐射单元支撑于支撑件2上,馈电板3穿过支撑件2与辐射单元馈电耦合,辐射单元包括四个振子臂1,每个振子臂1的每个侧边都具有向下折弯形成的折弯部11,本发明通过振子臂1的每边具有向下折弯的特征,在不增加投影面积的情况下有效的展宽了振子臂1的辐射面积,从而达到拓宽振子工作频段的特性。

另外,结合图2和图4所示,每个振子臂1上还设置一贯穿的限位孔12,用于与支撑件2上对应的限位结构配合,将振子臂1限位于支撑件2上;且每个振子臂1的其中一侧边(振子臂1最内侧的一侧边)上延伸出一耦合部13,耦合部13上开设一限位卡槽14,供馈电板3穿过。
支撑件2位于辐射单元的下方,用于对辐射单元进行支撑。本实施例中,支撑件2为绝缘材料,优选为塑料支撑件,其包括一体成型的四个支撑部21,每个支撑部21的位置与振子臂1相对应,即每个支撑部21位于相应的振子臂1的下方。与振子臂1同理,支撑部21的形状也可为多种,可以形状与振子臂1一致,也可不一致。本实施例中,四个支撑部21组合形成的支撑件2整体呈或近似呈蝶形,当然也可为其他形状,本申请对此不做限定,只要能起到支撑辐射单元的作用即可。
优选地,振子臂1还通过限位结构限位于相应的支撑部21上,使得振子臂1和支撑部21之间安装牢固。本实施例中,该限位结构具体包括设置在振子臂耦合部13上的上述限位孔12和设置在支撑部21上的弹性限位件22,本实施例中,结合图5所示,弹性限位件22与支撑部21一体成型,其包括两根相对设置的限位柱23,两根限位柱23之间具有可调间隙24,且每根限位柱23下端固定于支撑部21上,上端向外延伸形成一限位部25, 限位部25与限位柱23之间形成限位台阶26。这样,因为可调间隙24的存在,通过外力(如将两根限位柱23向内捏紧)缩小可调间隙24的大小,使得弹性限位件22可供限位孔12穿过,在限位孔12穿过后,撤去限位件22上的外力,可调间隙24恢复,使得弹性限位件22穿过限位孔12后限位台阶26卡持于振子臂1上。当然这里的限位结构也可使用其他常规替换结构替换,只要实现将振子臂1限位于支撑部21上即可。本申请支撑件2采用塑料形式,在提供牢固支撑能力的同时还起到了限位折弯振子臂1的作用,不仅加强了单元的强度而且给组装提供便利。
另外,每个支撑部21对应振子臂耦合部13上的限位卡槽14也相应设置一限位卡槽27,振子臂1安装到支撑部21上后,两者上的限位卡槽27相重合,可供馈电板3穿过。本实施例中,限位卡槽27为长条形的。
更进一步地,结合图4和图6所示,支撑件2上还设有突出的至少一安装柱28,该安装柱28上可以根据天线性能需求安装上隔离片,也可不安装。本实施例中,该安装柱28设置在支撑件2的中心位置处,且设置四个沿支撑件2的中心均匀分布安装柱28,隔离片通过这些安装柱28安装于支撑件2上。
馈电板3位于支撑件2的下方,其上端穿过支撑件2与振子臂1馈电耦合。具体地,本实施例中,馈电板3包括两片相交叉的馈电板体31,优选为十字交叉,交叉后,馈电板3上端形成与四个振子臂1相对应的四个馈电端部32,每个所述馈电端部32上向上凸起形成一馈电凸起33,该馈电凸起33依次穿过与之相应的支撑部21和耦合部13上的限位卡槽27、14,从而使馈电板3与振子臂1馈电耦合。
本实施例中,馈电板3优选为PCB馈电板,具有灵活可调的特点,且重量较轻,易于生产和制造,成本较低。
组装时,将四个振子臂1分别对应安装在四个支撑部21上,通过支撑部21上的弹性限位件22实现紧固。两片PCB馈电板体31穿过限位卡槽 27、14与支撑件2组装在一起,实现与振子臂1的馈电耦合,整个组装过程简单便利。
本发明拓宽了振子工作频段的特性,达到75%的相对带宽;基于75%的带宽特征,本发明基站天线单元的工作频段可以灵活的调整为覆盖1400-2700MHz或者覆盖1695-3700MHz。
本发明实施例所揭示的一种采用上述超宽带辐射单元而设计的阵列天线,如图7所示,该天线包括一金属反射板4,所述金属反射板4上设置至少两个上述超宽带辐射单元及至少一个低频振子5,低频振子5与超宽带辐射单元共轴(图6中的横轴)排列,本实施例中,金属反射板4上设置了5个本发明振子和2个低频振子5。如上述所描述,因本发明基站天线单元超宽带特性,本发明阵列天线才得以在有限的空间内实现1695-2400MHz和3550-3700MHz的分频效果。
可替换地,金属反射板4上还可只设置至少两个上述超宽带辐射单元。
本发明的技术内容及技术特征已揭示如上,然而熟悉本领域的技术人员仍可能基于本发明的教示及揭示而作种种不背离本发明精神的替换及修饰,因此,本发明保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示的内容,而应包括各种不背离本发明的替换及修饰,并为本专利申请权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种超宽带辐射单元,其包括辐射单元、用于支撑辐射单元的支撑件和馈电板,所述辐射单元包括四个振子臂,每两个振子臂对称设置在支撑件上,其特征在于,所述馈电板穿过支撑件与振子臂馈电耦合,每个振子臂的每个侧边具有向下折弯形成的折弯部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的超宽带辐射单元,其特征在于,所述振子臂、支撑件和馈电板之间可拆卸安装,所述支撑件为绝缘材料。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的超宽带辐射单元,其特征在于,所述支撑件包括对应四个振子臂的四个支撑部,所述馈电板依次穿过支撑部和对应的振子臂,与振子臂馈电耦合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的超宽带辐射单元,其特征在于,所述振子臂的一侧边上向外延伸出一耦合部,所述耦合部和与其对应的所述支撑部上均设有供馈电板穿过的限位卡槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的超宽带辐射单元,其特征在于,所述耦合部自振子臂的一侧边的折弯部的下端向外延伸形成。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的超宽带辐射单元,其特征在于,所述振子臂还通过限位结构限位于相应的支撑部上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的超宽带辐射单元,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括设置在振子臂上的限位孔及设置在支撑部上的弹性限位件,所述弹性限位件上形成有一限位台阶,所述弹性限位件穿过限位孔后限位台阶卡持于振子臂。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的超宽带辐射单元,其特征在于,所述馈电板为两片相互交叉的PCB馈电板,交叉后所述馈电板上端形成与四个振子臂相对应的四个馈电端部,每个所述馈电端部形成一馈电凸起,所述馈电凸起依次穿过所述支撑部和耦合部上的限位卡槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的超宽带辐射单元,其特征在于,所述支撑件的中心位置设有突出的安装柱。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的超宽带辐射单元,其特征在于,所述折弯部自振子臂的侧边垂直向下折弯形成。
