再次参照图2,支撑架5包括支撑底座51以及设置于支撑底座51的支撑杆52,支撑底座51与底板11固定连接或者一体成型。第一减震元件3设置于柱塞32上的固定端与支撑杆52靠近支撑底座51的部分或者底板11枢转连接,第一减震元件3设置于套筒31上的固定端与筒体单元2枢转连接。第二减震元件4的两个固定端分别与支撑杆52和套筒31枢转连接。
通过将支撑架5设置为支撑杆52和支撑底座51,并且支撑底座51与洗衣机的底板11固定连接或者一体成型,一方面保证了支撑架5的支撑强度、支撑稳定性以及可靠性,另一方面支撑架5的占用空间小,对洗衣机内复杂繁多的部件的布置影响小。通过将第一减震元件3和第二减震元件4的固定端设置为与相应的连接部位枢转连接,在筒体单元2发生振动时,第一减震元件3和第二减震元件4减震的同时可以绕各自的枢转端进行转动,保证了第一减震元件3和第二减震元件4的可实现性,提高了减震组件的灵活性。
优选地,支撑杆52垂直或者倾斜设置于支撑底座51,第二减震元件4水平或倾斜设置于支撑杆52和套筒31之间。由于洗衣机的箱体1底部和筒体单元2之间设置有较多的其他部件,支撑杆52和第二减震元件4可以根据现有的空间较灵活的设置,在保证支撑架5和第二减震元件4的可实现性的同时,提高了减震组件的灵活性。
优选地,洗衣机还包括第三减震元件(图中未示出),第三减震元件设置于筒体单元2和箱体1的顶部或者靠近顶部的部分之间,用于对筒体单元2进行悬挂和减震。第三减震元件与第一减震元件3共同作用,共同承担筒体单元2的部分重量以及筒体单元2在竖直方向上的振动,使筒体单元2的振动减小,提高用户对洗衣机的使用体验。
通过上述描述可以看出,本发明的洗衣机包括箱体、筒体单元和两个减震组件,减震组件包括设置于筒体单元和箱体的底部之间的第一减震元件以及设置与筒体单元和箱体的侧壁之间的第二减震元件。通过这样的设置,减小了洗衣机的筒体单元在竖直方向以及水平方向上的振动,避免了筒体单元由于振动过大而产生移位甚至碰撞的现象,从而减小了筒体产生的噪音,提高了用户的使用体验。优选地,第二减震元件包括套筒和柱塞,减震组件还包括支撑架,支撑架设置为支撑杆和支撑底座,支撑底座固定于洗衣机的底板,第二减震元件设置于支撑架和套筒之间。通过这样的设置,不仅对第二减震元件起到了支撑作用,而且使第一减震元件和第二减震元件能够共同作用,提高减震组件的协作性,同时有利于减震组件的配套生产和安装。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域 技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理设备,所述衣物处理设备包括箱体和设置于所述箱体内的筒体单元,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备还包括减震组件,所述减震组件包括:
    第一减震元件,其设置于所述筒体单元和所述箱体的底部之间;以及
    第二减震元件,其设置与所述筒体单元和所述箱体的侧壁之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,所述箱体包括底板,其特征在于,所述减震组件还包括支撑架,所述支撑架与所述底板固定连接,所述第二减震元件设置于所述支撑架和所述筒体单元之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一减震元件包括套筒以及能够在所述套筒内往复移动的柱塞,所述第二减震元件的两个固定端分别与所述支撑架和所述套筒相连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述支撑架包括支撑底座以及设置于所述支撑底座的支撑杆,所述支撑底座与所述底板固定连接或者一体成型,所述第二减震元件的两个固定端分别与所述支撑杆和所述套筒枢转连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一减震元件设置于所述柱塞上的固定端与所述支撑杆靠近所述支撑底座的部分或者所述底板枢转连接,所述第一减震元件设置于所述套筒上的固定端与所述筒体单元枢转连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第二减震元件为减震阻尼器和/或减震弹簧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一减震元件的最大行程大于所述第二减震元件的最大行程。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,在组装好的情形下,所述第二减震元件水平或倾斜设置于所述支撑杆和所述套筒之间,
    所述支撑杆垂直或倾斜设置于所述支撑底座。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备还包括第三减震元件,所述第三减震元件设置于所述筒体单元和所述箱体的顶部或者靠近所述顶部的部分之间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括至少两个所述减震组件。
