本实施例提供了一种带有可扩展保温层的背包,包括包身1,所述包身1包括正面侧11、背面侧12以及同时连接正面侧11和背面侧12的环面侧13,所述环面侧13与背面侧12密封连接,所述环面侧13与正面侧11的上方以及两侧通过拉链啮合连接,与正面侧11的下方密封连接,所述拉链打开时,在包身上靠近正面侧11的一侧形成背包开口14,所述背包开口14的面积大于1/2正面侧11端面的面积;
所述环面侧13的左右两端分别形成为包身1的左侧面131和右侧面132,所述左侧面131上设有侧向拉链,打开所述侧向拉链使左侧面上形成侧向侧向开口133;
所述包身1内部靠近所述侧向侧向开口133一侧的左侧面131上设有与侧向侧向开口133连接的保温部2。
所述保温部2设在靠近包身1底部一侧的左侧面131上,所述保温部2的底面与包身1 底面相贴。
所述保温部2由布袋包裹而成且为可伸缩的管状保温部,所述保温部2的内壁上设有保温层。
所述保温部2收缩时紧贴所述左侧面131的内壁,所述保温部2展开时其管状的纵向轴距大于1/2背包宽度的距离,所述保温部2展开后的高度小于所述包身高度的1/2。
靠近所述正面侧11方向的所述左侧面131和右侧面132的上方边缘,向靠进背面侧12的方向收缩形成固定弧边缘134,所述正面侧11通过拉链与左侧面131和右侧面132啮合连接时,所述正面侧11的下半部分为纵向直面111,上半部分向所述背面侧12倾倒形成倾斜弧面112。
如图所示,所述正面侧的边缘上设有倒置的U字型拉带113,所述左侧面131和右侧面132上设有与所述U字型拉带113互相啮合的对应拉带,所述U字型拉带113上设有双向拉头,用于从不同方向打开包身1。
所述侧向开口侧向开口133上设有上开口135和下开口136,所述上开口135设在所述左侧面131的中部,所述上开口135沿同时靠近背面侧12和包身1底部的方向延伸至左侧面131的边缘,所述下开口136沿靠近背面侧12的方向延伸至左侧面131的边缘,所述上开口135和下开口136在靠近背面侧12方向的左侧面131边缘连通形成侧向开口133。
所述上开口135和下开口136处分别设有拉头,使所述侧向开口133可自上开口处或下开口处打开。
与所述侧向开口133位置相对的包身1另一侧的右侧面132上设有与所述侧向开口133结构一致的反向开口137,所述反向开口137内形成为容纳层。
进一步的,所述侧向开口133处设有能够容纳收缩状态的保温部2的第二容纳层138,所述第二容纳层138边缘设有容纳拉链,所述容纳拉链打开,将保温部2展开。
所述第二容纳层138上方的左侧面131内壁上设有内部侧夹层15,用于放置小型物品方便取用,所述内部侧夹层15位置相对的右侧面132上设有与所述内部侧夹层15位置对应且形状一致的第二侧夹层。所述第二侧夹层设在所述反向开口137上方的右侧面132内壁上。
所述包身1内部的背面侧12的内壁上设有第一夹层121,所述第一夹层121内部可用于放置笔记本、平板等物,所述第一夹层121的外壁上设有第二夹层122,所述第二夹层122的高度低于所述第一夹层121的高度,所述第一夹层121上方的背面侧12中部设有一 个封紧条123,所述封紧条123为条状,且沿竖直方向向下延伸至第二夹层122的外壁上,所述封紧条123端部设有粘扣带,用于夹紧第一夹层121和第二夹层122的上方端口部分。所述封紧条123并不仅限于一条,多条也可以。
所述正面侧11的内壁上设有第三夹层114和第四夹层115,用于放置较薄的物品。
所述第三夹层114和第四夹层115的上方端口部分均用拉链密封。
所述背面侧12内壁上设有棉质层,用于防止放置在第一夹层121中的笔记本等物品划伤。所述背面侧12的外壁上设有两根对称的背带,所述背面侧的外壁上自上而下设有多个块状气垫,使用户背起来更舒适。
所述左侧面131和右侧面132的上方的边缘处同时连接条状的上部提手3,所述上部提手3下方的环面侧13中部设有防盗件,所述防盗件用于将U字型拉带上的两个拉头进行锁止,前述防盗件为现有技术,此处不多赘述。
所述右侧面132上设有USB充电接口,将充电宝一类的移动电源在反向开口137内部的容纳层中放置后,通过连接线将充电宝与USB充电接口连接,使用户可以通过外部连线将手机等移动设备与USB充电接口连接,实现充电,而无需打开背包取用充电宝,提升了很大的便捷性。另外上述USB充电接扣的结构为现有技术,此处不做过多赘述。
根据上述说明书的揭示和教导,本申请所属领域的技术人员还可以对上述实施方式进行变更和修改。因此,本申请并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对申请的一些修改和变更也应当落入本申请的权利要求的保护范围内。此外,尽管本说明书中使用了一些特定的术语,但这些术语只是为了方便说明,并不对本申请构成任何限制。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种带有可扩展保温层的背包,包括包身,所述包身包括正面侧、背面侧以及同时连接正面侧和背面侧的环面侧,其特征在于:所述环面侧与背面侧密封连接,所述环面侧与正面侧通过拉链啮合连接,所述拉链打开时,在包身上靠近正面侧的一侧形成背包开口,所述背包开口的面积大于1/2正面侧端面的面积;
    所述环面侧的左右两端分别形成为包身的左侧面和右侧面,所述左侧面或右侧面上设有侧向拉链,打开所述侧向拉链使环面侧上形成侧向开口;
    所述包身内部靠近所述侧向开口一侧的环面侧上设有与开口连接的保温部,所述保温部由布袋包裹而成且为可伸缩的管状保温部,所述保温部的内壁上设有保温层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的背包,其特征在于:所述保温部设在靠近包身底部一侧的环面侧上,所述保温部的底面与包身底面相贴。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的背包,其特征在于:所述保温部收缩时紧贴所述左侧面或右侧面的内壁,所述保温部展开时其管状的纵向轴距大于1/2背包宽度的距离。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的背包,其特征在于:所述保温部展开后的高度小于所述包身高度的1/2。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的背包,其特征在于:靠近所述正面侧方向的所述左侧面和右侧面的上方边缘,向靠进背面侧的方向收缩形成固定弧边缘,所述正面侧通过拉链与左侧面和右侧面啮合连接时,所述正面侧的下半部分为纵向直面,上半部分向所述背面侧倾倒形成倾斜弧面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的背包,其特征在于:所述正面侧的边缘上设有U字型拉带,所述左侧面和右侧面上设有与所述U字型拉带互相啮合的对应拉带,所述U字型拉带上设有双向拉头,用于从不同方向打开背包。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的背包,其特征在于:所述侧向开口上设有上开口和下开口,所述上开口设在所述左侧面或右侧面的中部,所述上开口沿同时靠近背面侧和包身底部的方向延伸至环面侧的边缘,所述下开口沿靠近背面侧的方向延伸至环面侧的边缘,所述上开口和下开口在靠近背面侧方向的环面侧边缘连通形成侧向开口。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的背包,其特征在于:所述上开口和下开口处分别设有拉头,使所述侧向开口可自上开口处或下开口处打开。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的背包,其特征在于:与所述侧向开口位置相对的包身另一侧的环面侧上设有与所述侧向开口结构一致的反向开口,所述反向开口内形成为容纳层。
