具体实施方式
图1为本申请一实施例所提供的一种信息匹配装置结构示意图;图2为本申请一实施例所提供的配置于治疗室内的信息匹配装置主视图。如图1及图2,该装置配备于医疗设备中,包括:射频识别装置10,与治疗控制台20电连接,设置为获取射频识别存储标签内存储的治疗信息,并将所述治疗信息传输至治疗控制台20;治疗控制台20,设置为接收所述射频识别装置传输的所述治疗信息,将所述治疗信息与治疗计划信息进行匹配,并输出匹配结果;其中,所述治疗信息包括与患者相对应的基本信息以及患者治疗附件信息。
在一实施例中,射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)装置10设置在治疗室内,例如,设置在治疗床101上。射频识别是一种非接触式的自动识别技术,能够快速地进行物品追踪和对识别到的数据进行交换而被广泛应用。射频识别装置10包括手持识别装置以及固定识别装置中的至少一种,用户可以根据需求进行设定。射频识别装置10与治疗控制台20相连接,例如,电连接或无线连接,设置为识别读取射频识别存储标签内存储的信息,并能够将识别读取到的信息发送至治疗控台。
在一实施例中,当患者进入医院进行治疗时,医院会建立与患者相对应的病历信息、电子编码信息以及与病历信息相对应的治疗计划信息,这些信息都可以存储在存储标签中,例如,存储在射频识别存储标签。
其中,射频识别存储标签由线圈和存储芯片构成;所述存储芯片设置为存储所述治疗信息,所述治疗信息包括与患者相对应的基本信息以及患者治疗附件信息。射频识别标签按通信方式可以分为被动识别、主动识别以及半被动识别三类,本申请实施例中的射频识别标签可以为其中的至少一种。其中,被动式标签内部没有供电电源,其内部集成的电路通过接收RFID识别装置发出的电磁波进行驱动。当RFID存储标签接收到足够强度的磁场时,向RFID识别装置发出其内部存储的数据。存储的数据不仅包括患者的电子编码信息,还包括患者的信息,如患者的基本信息、病人信息以及治疗计划信息等;主动式识别的存储标签,其内部具有电源供应器,主要为设置在标签内部的集成电路卡提供所需电源以及对外讯号。
在一实施例中,主动式存储标签拥有较长的读取距离和较大的记忆容量,因此在医院中多采用主动式射频识别存储标签存放患者治疗信息,如患者相对应的个人信息,例如,姓名,联系电话等。
其中,所述治疗信息包括与患者相对应的基本信息以及患者治疗附件信息。基本信息包括患者的个人信息,例如,患者的身份证号、姓名、联系方式等。
该射频识别装置10的识别原理为:射频识别装置能够发出一定的磁场,射频识别存储标签由线圈和存储芯片构成,因此当射频识别存储标签进入射频识别装置发出的磁场范围内时,RFID标签接收RFID识别装置发出的射频信号,RFID存储标签中的线圈因发生感应从而产生电能为存储芯片供电并通信,此时RFID识别装置能够读取到存储芯片(即)中存储的患者信息以及治疗附件信息,同时将读取到的患者信息发送至治疗控制台20。
在一实施例中,为了进一步确定存储标签内存储的信息是否为患者的信息,治疗控制台20还设置为从病人信息管理系统调取与患者相对应的信息,并将调取到的信息作为所述治疗计划信息。
在一实施例中,本申请实施例中的病人信息管理系统是指病历监控管理中心,设置为管理以及存储所有患者个人信息,与患者相对应的病历信以及与患者病历相对应的治疗计划信息。当患者挂号之后或者在网上预约后,其个人信息就已发送至病历监控管理中心。患者一旦进入治疗流程,其病历信息以及对患者制定的治疗计划会发送至病历监控管理中心。在患者进入治疗室之前,治疗控制要会提前调取患者的病历信息以及与病历信息相对应的治疗计划信息,并将最终调取的信息作为治疗计划信息。
为了便于对患者的信息进行管理,可以对患者进行编码,以保证每个患者都有与其相对应的编码。例如,患者A对应的编码为000021;患者B对应的编码为000133等。在一实施例中,每个编码都是唯一的。因此治疗控制台也可以根据从存储标签内获取到的电子编码信息
在一实施例中,治疗控制台20中的处理器对接收到的治疗信息与治疗计划信息进行匹配,匹配包括基本信息是否一致,病历信息是否一致以及个人信息是否一致等。当治疗信息与治疗计划信息一致时,则将信息匹配成功的结果输出,并依据治疗计划对患者进行治疗;若患者信息与录入的信息不一致,则对用户进行提示。例如,弹出信息匹配失败对话框或发出滴滴的警报声以提示治疗师患者信息不符等。
由于患者的病灶不同,放射治疗时需要扫描的范围以及深度不同,因此在扫描仪器30上有两个卡槽,设置为设置治疗附件标签,例如,射束限制开口附件标签40和射束深度调节附件标签50中的至少一种。所述射频识别存储标签 还包括射束限制开口附件标签;所述射束限制开口附件标签设置在扫描仪器的卡槽内,设置为根据所述患者治疗附件信息限制所述扫描束的入射范围;所述射频识别存储标签还包括射束深度调节附件标签,所述射束深度调节附件标签设置在扫描仪器的卡槽内,设置为控制所述射束的入射深度。
射束限制开口附件标签以及射束深度调节附件标签也是RFID标签,射频识别装置10可以对此标签内的信息进行识别,从而也能够确定此时扫描束对病灶的入射深度以及入射范围,并将识别到的信息发送至治疗控制台20,治疗控制台20接收此信息并将其显示在显示屏上,治疗师可以根据患者的治疗计划对扫描束的入射范围以及入射深度的参数进行设置。
本申请实施例通过在治疗设备中配备射频识别装置,该射频识别装置能够对射频识别存储标签内的信息进行主动识别,并将识别到的信息发送至治疗控制台,治疗控制台中处理器对识别到的患者信息与预先录入的信息进行分析处理,从而实现了信息的匹配,解决了相关技术中对患者进行条形码扫码时,需要到相应的区域扫描以及还要将条形码对其,增加了治疗准备时间,实现了能够主动识别患者的患者信息以及对患者信息进行匹配,减少了治疗准备的时间,提高了治疗准备效率的技术效果。
本申请实施例所提供的信息匹配装置可执行本申请任意实施例所提供的一种信息匹配方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。
值得注意的是,上述装置所包括的各个单元和模块只是按照功能逻辑进行划分的,但并不局限于上述的划分,只要能够实现相应的功能即可;另外,各功能单元的具体名称也只是为了便于相互区分,并不用于限制本申请实施例的保护范围。
图3为本申请一实施例所提供的一种信息匹配方法的流程示意图,本实施例可适用于放射治疗前对患者信息匹配的情况,该方法可以由信息匹配装置来执行,该装置可以通过软件和硬件中的至少一种的形式实现。
如图3所述,本申请实施例的方法包括以下步骤S310和S310。
在S310中,通过射频识别装置获取射频识别存储标签内存储的治疗信息,并将所述治疗信息传输至治疗控制台。
在一实施例中,射频识别装置,又称无线射频识别,通过无线电讯号自动识别特定的存储标签并读写该标签内的相关数据,是一种非接触式的自动识别技术。射频识别存储标签无线电信号是通过无线电频率的电磁场,把数据从附 着在物品上的标签上传送出去。其中,有的标签在被识别时,可以从射频识别装置中发出的电磁场内得到能量,并不需要电池;当然,有的标签本身拥有电源,可以主动发出无线电波(调成无线电频率的电磁场)。
射频装置的识别区域为治疗室,当患者携带射频存储标签进入治疗室时,射频识别装置可以自动的对射频存储标签进行识别,标签内可以存储与患者相对应的电子编码信息、患者个人信息、病历信息等,并将获取的信息发送至治疗控制台。
在S320中,通过所述治疗控制台接收所述射频识别装置传输的所述治疗信息,将所述治疗信息与治疗计划信息进行匹配,并输出匹配结果。
在一实施例中,为了进一步确定存储标签内存储的信息是否为患者的信息,治疗控制台还设置为从病人信息管理系统调取与患者相对应的信息,并将调取到的信息作为所述治疗计划信息。
在一实施例中,本申请实施例中的病人信息管理系统是指病历监控管理中心,设置为管理以及存储所有患者个人信息,与患者相对应的病历信以及与患者病历相对应的治疗计划信息。当患者挂号之后或者在网上预约后,其个人信息就已发送至病历监控管理中心,一旦进入治疗流程,其病历信息以及对患者制定的治疗计划会发送至病历监控管理中心,在患者进入治疗室之前,治疗控制要会提前调取患者的病历信息以及与病历信息相对应的治疗计划信息,并将最终调取的信息作为治疗计划信息。
在一实施例中,将所述治疗信息与治疗计划信息进行匹配,并输出匹配结果,其结果,可以是匹配成功,也可以是匹配失败,当所述治疗信息与所述治疗计划信息相一致时,则依据治疗计划对所述患者进行治疗;当所述治疗信息与所述治疗计划信息不一致时,则对用户进行提示。
治疗控制台中的处理器对接收到的治疗信息与治疗计划信息进行匹配。例如,匹配包括个人信息是否一致,病历信息是否一致等。当治疗信息与治疗计划信息一致时,则将信息匹配成功结果输出,并依据治疗计划对患者进行治疗;若治疗信息与治疗计划信息不一致,则对用户进行提示,例如,弹出信息匹配失败对话框或发出滴滴的警报声以提示用户信息匹配失败。
由于患者的病灶不同,放射治疗时需要扫描的范围以及深度不同,因此在扫描仪器上有两个卡槽,设置为放置射束限制开口附件和射束深度调节附件标签中的至少一种。射频识别装置对上述标签内的信息进行识别,从而确定此时 扫描束对病灶的入射深度以及入射范围,并将识别到的信息发送至治疗控制台,治疗控制台接收此信息并将其显示在显示屏上,用户可以根据患者的治疗计划对扫描束的入射范围以及入射深度的参数进行设置。
本申请实施例通过在治疗设备中配备射频识别装置,该射频识别装置能够对射频识别存储标签内的信息进行主动识别,并将识别到的信息发送至治疗控制台,治疗控制台中处理器对识别到的患者信息与预先录入的信息进行分析处理,从而实现了信息的匹配,解决了相关技术中对患者进行条形码扫码时,需要到相应的区域扫描以及还要将条形码对其,增加了治疗准备时间,实现了能够主动识别患者的患者信息以及对患者信息进行匹配,减少了治疗准备的时间,提高了治疗准备效率的技术效果。
本申请实施例的信息匹配装置可执行本申请任一实施例所提供的信息匹配方法,具备执行上述方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。未在本实施例中详尽描述的技术细节,可参见本申请实施例所提供的装置。
图4为本申请一实施例提供的一种终端的结构示意图。图4示出了适于用来实现本申请实施例的示例性终端40的框图。图4显示的终端40仅仅是一个示例,不应对本申请实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图4所示,终端40以通用计算设备的形式表现。终端40的组件可以包括但不限于:一个或者多个处理器或者处理单元401,系统存储器402,连接不同系统组件(包括系统存储器402和处理单元401)的总线403。
总线403表示几类总线结构中的一种或多种,包括存储器总线或者存储器控制器,外围总线,图形加速端口,处理器或者使用多种总线结构中的任意总线结构的局域总线。举例来说,这些体系结构包括但不限于工业标准体系结构(Industry Standard Architecture,ISA)总线,微通道体系结构(Micro Channel Architecture,MCA)总线,增强型ISA总线、视频电子标准协会(Video Electronics Standards Association,VESA)局域总线以及外围组件互连(Peripheral Component Interconnect,PCI)总线。
终端40典型地包括多种计算机系统可读介质。这些介质可以是任何能够被终端40访问的可用介质,包括易失性和非易失性介质,可移动的和不可移动的介质。
系统存储器402可以包括易失性存储器形式的计算机系统可读介质,例如 随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)404和高速缓存存储器405中的至少一项。终端40可以包括其它可移动/不可移动的、易失性/非易失性计算机系统存储介质。仅作为举例,存储系统406可以设置为读写不可移动的、非易失性磁介质(图4未显示,通常称为“硬盘驱动器”)。尽管图4中未示出,可以提供用于对可移动非易失性磁盘(例如“软盘”)读写的磁盘驱动器,以及对可移动非易失性光盘(例如CD-ROM,DVD-ROM或者其它光介质)读写的光盘驱动器。在这些情况下,每个驱动器可以通过一个或者多个数据介质接口与总线403相连。存储器402可以包括至少一个程序产品,该程序产品具有一组(例如至少一个)程序模块,这些程序模块被配置以执行本申请各实施例的功能。
具有一组(至少一个)程序模块407的程序/实用工具408,可以存储在例如存储器402中,这样的程序模块407包括但不限于操作系统、一个或者多个应用程序、其它程序模块以及程序数据,这些示例中的每一个或某种组合中可能包括网络环境的实现。程序模块407通常执行本申请所描述的实施例中的功能和/或方法。
终端40也可以与一个或多个外部设备409(例如键盘、指向设备、显示器410等)通信,还可与一个或者多个使得用户能与该终端40交互的设备通信,和/或与使得该终端40能与一个或多个其它计算设备进行通信的任何设备(例如网卡,调制解调器等等)通信。这种通信可以通过输入/输出(I/O)接口411进行。并且,终端40还可以通过网络适配器412与一个或者多个网络(例如局域网(Local Area Network,LAN),广域网(Wide Area Network,WAN)和公共网络中的至少一项,例如因特网)通信。如图所示,网络适配器412通过总线403与终端40的其它模块通信。应当明白,尽管图4中未示出,可以结合终端40使用其它硬件和/或软件模块,包括但不限于:微代码、设备驱动器、冗余处理单元、外部磁盘驱动阵列、磁盘阵列(Redundant Arrays of Independent Disks,RAID)系统、磁带驱动器以及数据备份存储系统等。
处理单元401通过运行存储在系统存储器402中的程序,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,例如实现本申请实施例所提供一种信息匹配方法。
本申请一实施例还提供一种用于存储计算机可执行指令的存储介质,所述计算机可执行指令在由计算机处理器执行时用于执行信息匹配方法。
本申请实施例的计算机存储介质,可以采用一个或多个计算机可读的介质的任意组合。计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是——但不限于——电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。计算机可读存储介质的更具体的例子(非穷举的列表)包括:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式计算机磁盘、硬盘、随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory,EPROM)或闪存、光纤、便携式紧凑磁盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。在本文件中,计算机可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。
计算机可读的信号介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了计算机可读的程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读的信号介质还可以是计算机可读存储介质以外的任何计算机可读介质,该计算机可读介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。
计算机可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括——但不限于无线、电线、光缆、射频(Radio Frequency,RF)等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。
可以以一种或多种程序设计语言或其组合来编写设置为执行本申请实施例操作的计算机程序代码,所述程序设计语言包括面向对象的程序设计语言-诸如Java、Smalltalk、C++,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言——诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络——包括局域网(LAN)或广域网(WAN)-连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供了一种信息匹配装置、方法、终端及存储介质,实现了 能够自动识别患者及附件信息以及自动进行匹配,减少了治疗准备时间,提高了治疗准备效率的技术效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种信息匹配装置,配置于治疗设备中,包括:
    射频识别装置,与治疗控制台电连接,设置为获取射频识别存储标签内存储的治疗信息,并将所述治疗信息传输至治疗控制台;
    所述治疗控制台,设置为接收所述射频识别装置传输的所述治疗信息,将所述治疗信息与治疗计划信息进行匹配,并输出匹配结果;
    其中,所述治疗信息包括与患者相对应的基本信息以及患者治疗附件信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述基本信息包括所述患者的个人信息以及病历信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其中,所述治疗控制台还设置为从病人信息管理系统调取与患者相对应的信息,并将调取到的信息作为所述治疗计划信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述射频识别装置包括手持识别装置以及固定识别装置中的至少一种。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述射频识别存储标签由线圈和存储芯片构成;所述存储芯片设置为存储所述治疗信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述射频识别存储标签还包括射束限制开口附件标签;所述射束限制开口附件标签设置在扫描仪器的卡槽内,设置为根据所述患者治疗附件信息限制扫描束的入射范围。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述射频识别存储标签还包括射束深度调节附件标签,所述射束深度调节附件标签设置在扫描仪器的卡槽内,设置为控制射束的入射深度。
  8. 一种信息匹配方法,配置于治疗设备中,包括:
    通过射频识别装置获取射频识别存储标签内存储的治疗信息,并将所述治疗信息传输至治疗控制台;
    通过所述治疗控制台接收所述射频识别装置传输的所述治疗信息,将所述治疗信息与治疗计划信息进行匹配,并输出匹配结果;
    其中,所述治疗信息包括与患者相对应的基本信息以及患者治疗附件信息。
  9. 一种终端,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,设置为存储一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或 多个处理器实现如权利要求8所述的信息匹配方法。
  10. 一种用于存储计算机可执行指令的存储介质,所述计算机可执行指令在由计算机处理器执行时设置为执行如权利要求8所述的信息匹配方法。
