Description
本发明属于体育设备技术领域,具体来说涉及一种杠铃片基体以及基于杠铃片基体的嵌入式杠铃片。
杠铃和基于杠铃的主要练习远远优于其他的训练器材。杠铃练习由每个人特定的运动模式来控制,并由训练者肢体的长度、肌肉的连接位置、力量水平、柔韧性和神经肌肉连接效能来精细调整。在一个杠铃运动中所参与的肌肉是自然达到平衡状态,因为所有参与的肌肉都贡献了他们在人体结构特定的那一部分工作量:肌肉移动骨骼之间的关节,骨骼则把力传递给杠铃。这样的运动方式是符合人体运动系统规律的。
目前,老式杠铃片的安装方法是:拧松螺丝后在杠杆上装上杠铃片,再拧紧螺丝,该安装方法不但操作较麻,而且消耗时间过长。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种杠铃片基体,本发明的另一目的是提供一种基于杠铃片基体的嵌入式杠铃片,该嵌入式杠铃片大大减少了转换时间,增强了便利性。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的。
一种杠铃片基体,所述杠铃片基体为一圆柱体,在所述杠铃片基体的中心位置形成有一中心通孔,所述中心通孔内形成有内螺纹,用于与杠铃杆连接;在所述杠铃片基体的一面或相对的两面形成有同心的多个环形槽,每一个所述环形槽用于放置一杠铃环,位于所述杠铃片基体的一面的多个环形槽间隔设置,位于每一个所述环形槽的圆周外且靠近该环形槽的杠铃片基体为间隔环,在每一个所述间隔环上沿圆周方向安装有多个卡子结构,在每个间隔环的顶端固装有一连接起点和滑槽,位于每一个间隔环上的所述连接起点和滑槽位于该间隔环同一对卡子结构之间且所述连接起点和滑槽的圆心角小于45°,其中,每一个所述卡子结构包括一杆件,所述杆件通过铰接件铰接在所述间隔环上,所述杆件的一端固装 有一限位件,另一端为自由端,所述自由端上形成有通孔;
每一所述滑槽内均安装有滑块,每一所述连接起点与一钢丝的一端连接,所述钢丝的另一端依次穿过位于该连接起点所在间隔环上杆件的通孔并与该间隔环上的滑块连接,以使滑动滑块后所述钢丝能够被拉紧;
每一所述自由端靠近所述中心通孔的一侧与铰接有该杆件的间隔环之间连接有一压簧,压簧向所述杠铃片基体外施压以使所述限位件位于所述环形槽的槽顶;
拉紧所述钢丝,所述杆件绕所述铰接件旋转且所述限位件从所述环形槽的槽顶移开。
在上述技术方案中,在位于每一个所述卡子结构一侧的间隔环上固装有一第一限位柱,用于引导经过所述通孔后的钢丝,其中,所述第一限位柱与该卡子结构的限位件分别位于该卡子结构的压簧的两侧,所述第一限位柱引导拉紧的所述钢丝驱动所述杆件压紧所述压簧。
在上述技术方案中,在每一个所述卡子结构中,经过所述通孔后的钢丝位于所述压簧与所述第一限位柱之间且紧贴所述第一限位柱。
在上述技术方案中,所述第一限位柱垂直于所述间隔环。
在上述技术方案中,在所述间隔环上固装有多个第二限位柱,用于引导所述钢丝的轨迹。
在上述技术方案中,所述卡子结构均布在所述间隔环上。
在上述技术方案中,每一个所述间隔环上的卡子结构的数量大于等于3个。
在上述技术方案中,每一个所述间隔环上的卡子结构的数量为4个。

一种嵌入式杠铃片,包括:所述杠铃片基体和至少一个杠铃环,所述杠铃环为圆环柱体,所述杠铃环的形状与用于放置该杠铃环的环形槽的尺寸相适,当所述限位件位于所述环形槽的槽顶时,该限位件向所述环形槽的槽底压紧杠铃环,用于阻止所述杠铃环从所述环形槽移出。
在上述技术方案中,在所述杠铃环上形成有凹陷槽,当所述限位件阻止所述杠铃环从所述环形槽移出时,所述凹陷槽与所述限位件相啮合。
在上述技术方案中,所述杠铃环的底端与放置该杠铃环的环形槽的槽底之间 形成有凹凸啮合结构,用于阻碍所述杠铃环与所述环形槽之间发生相对转动。
上述嵌入式杠铃片的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在所述滑槽上滑动所述滑块直至所述限位件从所述环形槽的槽顶移开,将所述杠铃环放入与其尺寸相适的环形槽内;
2)释放所述滑块,所述压簧驱动所述杆件以所述铰接件为中心旋转,直至所述限位件重新位于所述环形槽的槽顶并阻止该环形槽内的杠铃环移出。
相比于现有技术,本发明的杠铃片基体结构简单,安装本发明的杠铃片基体后,当需要对杠铃进行加重的时候,不需要反复拆卸和安装,只需要轻轻滑动滑槽内的滑块即可实现。

在本发明的技术方案中,第一限位柱和第二限位柱可以垂直于间隔环的顶端,也可以与间隔环的顶端呈一定的夹角(用于防止钢丝脱落),只要能实现其功能即可。
限位件可以为圆形、方形或任意形状。
间隔环的顶端可以为平面,也可以形成有用于限制钢丝移动轨迹的凹槽。
杆件可以为一支杆,也可以为其他形状,只要能实现其功能即可。

如图1~3所示,杠铃片基体为一圆柱体,在杠铃片基体的中心位置形成有一中心通孔8,中心通孔8内形成有内螺纹,用于与杠铃杆连接;在杠铃片基体的一面形成有同心的4个环形槽7,每一个环形槽7用于放置一杠铃环11,位于杠铃片基体的一面的多个环形槽7间隔设置,位于每一个环形槽7的圆周外且靠近该环形槽7的杠铃片基体为间隔环4(即间隔环与环形槽间隔设置),在每一个间隔环4上沿圆周方向均匀安装有多个卡子结构6,在每个间隔环4的顶端固装有一连接起点5和滑槽3,位于每一个间隔环4上的连接起点5和滑槽3位于该间隔环同一对卡子结构6之间且连接起点5和滑槽3的圆心角小于45°,其中,每一个卡子结构6包括一杆件6-4,杆件6-4通过铰接件6-3铰接在间隔环4上,杆件6-4的一端固装有一限位件6-2,另一端为自由端,自由端上形成有通孔;

实施例3
在实施例1或2的基础上,在位于每一个卡子结构6一侧的间隔环4上固装有一第一限位柱1,用于引导经过通孔后的钢丝9,其中,第一限位柱1与该卡子结构6的限位件6-2分别位于该卡子结构6的压簧6-1的两侧,第一限位柱1引导拉紧的钢丝9驱动杆件6-4压紧压簧6-1。在每一个卡子结构6中,经过通孔后的钢丝9位于压簧6-1与第一限位柱1之间且紧贴第一限位柱1。
为了引导钢丝9的轨迹,使每个间隔环上的钢丝能够沿该间隔环的弯曲路径设置,在间隔环4上固装有多个第二限位柱10。第二限位柱10的设置还可以防止钢丝碰触限位件,进而影响限位件的运动。
实施例4
一种嵌入式杠铃片,如图1~5所示,包括:如实施例1~3中任意一项杠铃片基体和3个杠铃环11,杠铃环11为圆环柱体(如图5所示),杠铃环11的形状与用于放置该杠铃环11的环形槽7的尺寸相适。当限位件6-2位于环形槽7的槽顶时,该限位件6-2向环形槽7的槽底压紧位于该环形槽7中的杠铃环11。
为了阻碍杠铃环11与环形槽7之间发生相对转动,可以采用方式一和/或方式二:
方式一:在杠铃环11上形成有凹陷槽(图中未示出),当限位件6-2阻止杠铃环11从环形槽7移出时,凹陷槽与限位件6-2相啮合。
方式二:杠铃环11的底端与放置该杠铃环11的环形槽7的槽底之间形成有凹凸啮合结构(图中未示出)。
上述嵌入式杠铃片的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在滑槽3上滑动滑块2直至限位件6-2从环形槽7的槽顶移开,将杠铃环11放入与其尺寸相适的环形槽7内;
2)释放滑块2,压簧6-1驱动杆件6-4以铰接件6-3为中心旋转,直至限位件6-2重新位于环形槽7的槽顶并阻止该环形槽7内的杠铃环11移出(限位件6-2向环形槽7的槽底压紧位于该环形槽7中的杠铃环11)。
当需要对嵌入式杠铃片进行增重时,增加放入环形槽内杠铃环的数量;当需要对嵌入式杠铃片进行减重时,减少放入环形槽内杠铃环的数量。当需要从环形槽内取出杠铃环时,在滑槽3上滑动滑块2直至限位件6-2从环形槽7的槽顶移开,将杠铃环11从环形槽7中取出。
以上对本发明做了示例性的描述,应该说明的是,在不脱离本发明的核心的情况下,任何简单的变形、修改或者其他本领域技术人员能够不花费创造性劳动的等同替换均落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种杠铃片基体,其特征在于,所述杠铃片基体为一圆柱体,在所述杠铃片基体的中心位置形成有一中心通孔(8),所述中心通孔(8)内形成有内螺纹,用于与杠铃杆连接;在所述杠铃片基体的一面或相对的两面形成有同心的多个环形槽(7),每一个所述环形槽(7)用于放置一杠铃环(11),位于所述杠铃片基体的一面上的多个环形槽(7)间隔设置,位于每一个所述环形槽(7)的圆周外且靠近该环形槽(7)的杠铃片基体为间隔环(4),在每一个所述间隔环(4)上沿圆周方向安装有多个卡子结构(6),在每个间隔环(4)的顶端固装有一连接起点(5)和滑槽(3),位于每一个间隔环(4)上的所述连接起点(5)和滑槽(3)位于该间隔环(4)同一对卡子结构(6)之间且圆心角小于45°,其中,每一个所述卡子结构(6)包括一杆件(6-4),所述杆件(6-4)通过铰接件(6-3)铰接在所述间隔环(4)上,所述杆件(6-4)的一端固装有一限位件(6-2),另一端为自由端,所述自由端上形成有通孔;每一所述滑槽(3)内均安装有滑块(2),每一所述连接起点(5)与一钢丝(9)的一端连接,所述钢丝(9)的另一端依次穿过位于该连接起点(5)所在间隔环(4)上杆件(6-4)的通孔并与该间隔环(4)上的滑块(2)连接,以使滑动滑块(2)后所述钢丝(9)能够被拉紧;每一所述自由端靠近所述中心通孔(8)的一侧与铰接有该杆件(6-4)的间隔环(4)之间连接有一压簧(6-1),压簧(6-1)向所述杠铃片基体外施压以使所述限位件(6-2)位于所述环形槽(7)的槽顶;拉紧所述钢丝(9),所述杆件(6-4)绕所述铰接件(6-3)旋转且所述限位件(6-2)从所述环形槽(7)的槽顶移开。
- 根据权利要求1所述的杠铃片基体,其特征在于,在位于每一个所述卡子结构(6)一侧的间隔环(4)上固装有一第一限位柱(1),用于引导经过所述通孔后的钢丝(9),其中,所述第一限位柱(1)与该卡子结构(6)的限位件(6-2)分别位于该卡子结构(6)的压簧(6-1)的两侧,所述第一限位柱(1)引导拉紧的所述钢丝(9)驱动所述杆件(6-4)压紧所述压簧(6-1)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的杠铃片基体,其特征在于,在每一个所述卡子结 构(6)中,经过所述通孔后的钢丝(9)位于所述压簧(6-1)与所述第一限位柱(1)之间且紧贴所述第一限位柱(1)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的杠铃片基体,其特征在于,在所述间隔环(4)上固装有多个第二限位柱(10),用于引导所述钢丝(9)的轨迹。
- 根据权利要求1所述的杠铃片基体,其特征在于,所述卡子结构(6)均布在所述间隔环(4)上,每一个所述间隔环(4)上的卡子结构(6)的数量大于等于3个,每一个所述间隔环(4)上的卡子结构(6)的数量优选为4个。
- 根据权利要求5所述的杠铃片基体,其特征在于,所述压簧(6-1)为径向设置。
- 一种嵌入式杠铃片,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求1~6中任意一项所述杠铃片基体和至少一个杠铃环(11),所述杠铃环(11)为圆环柱体,所述杠铃环(11)的形状与用于放置该杠铃环(11)的环形槽(7)的尺寸相适,当所述限位件(6-2)位于所述环形槽(7)的槽顶时,该限位件(6-2)向所述环形槽(7)的槽底压紧杠铃环(11),用于阻止所述杠铃环(11)从所述环形槽(7)移出。
- 根据权利要求7所述的嵌入式杠铃片,其特征在于,在所述杠铃环(11)上形成有凹陷槽,当所述限位件(6-2)阻止所述杠铃环(11)从所述环形槽(7)移出时,所述凹陷槽与所述限位件(6-2)相啮合。
- 根据权利要求8或7所述的嵌入式杠铃片,其特征在于,所述杠铃环(11)的底端与放置该杠铃环(11)的环形槽(7)的槽底之间形成有凹凸啮合结构,用于阻碍所述杠铃环(11)与所述环形槽(7)之间发生相对转动。
- 如权利要求6~9中任意一项所述嵌入式杠铃片的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:1)在所述滑槽(3)上滑动所述滑块(2)直至所述限位件(6-2)从所述环形槽(7)的槽顶移开,将所述杠铃环(11)放入与其尺寸相适的环形槽(7)内;2)释放所述滑块(2),所述压簧(6-1)驱动所述杆件(6-4)以所述铰接件(6-3)为中心旋转,直至所述限位件(6-2)重新位于所述环形槽(7)的槽顶并阻止该环形槽(7)内的杠铃环(11)移出。
