指纹识别技术在电梯外呼上也有应用,在现有技术领域中,大多出现的技术为:电梯通过指纹唯一性和稳定性特点进行乘坐电梯人员身份信息的识别,或者通过指纹技术进行呼梯乘坐电梯,旨在利用指纹识别技术在安全性领域的应用,或对电梯集体管理和控制等领域应用;或利用指纹识别技术和传感器相结合从而实现能动性的控制。
而在现有的电梯外呼应用领域中,电梯按钮呼梯通过机械按压或触控两种方式实现呼梯登记,按钮装配安装复杂耗时耗工,界面不美观简洁。且电梯指纹呼梯采用光学式或电容式采集识别指纹呼梯,需在面板开孔安装指纹识别元件;开孔会降低面板强度,且易藏污纳垢,增加劳动强度,从而也增加投入成本。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种应用屏幕指纹技术的电梯外呼装置,利用光电反射原理识别指纹而设计的电梯呼梯,便于界面简化,结构简单更新颖,外观更佳,操作和维护更方便。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种应用屏幕指纹技术的电梯外呼装置,包括玻璃面板、面板固定框架、OLED屏幕、显示主板、底盒和连接件;所述玻璃面板与面板固定框架相连接形成面板框架组件,所述OLED屏幕固定在面板固定框架组件内;所述显示主板与OLED屏幕相接线并固定在面板固定框架组件上。

本发明利用光电反射原理识别指纹而设计的电梯呼梯的具体原理路径为:在玻璃面板下方放置OLED屏幕,当用户的手指触摸到屏幕识别区域后,OLED屏幕发出的光线可以穿透面板指纹识别区将指纹纹理照亮,指纹反射回的光线再穿透屏幕达到指纹识别传感器,最终形成指纹图像进行识别并发出呼梯信号。当电梯处理器收到呼梯信号, 按指令将轿厢运动到呼梯层,运动的同时向外呼反馈信号,外呼的显示区域表现楼层变化信息。当轿厢到达所在呼梯层,以开门动作完成该指纹呼梯过程。
本发明有益效果是:
(1)本发明结构设计简单合理,外观便于界面简化,结构简单且强度优化,方便操作与维护等特点;
(2)通过导航旋钮设置,避免了电梯按钮呼梯通过机械按压或触控两种方式实现呼梯登记,按钮装配安装复杂耗时耗工,界面不美观简洁等问题,且导航旋钮安装省时省力,外观简单不复杂,整齐美观,容易操作;
(3)传统电梯按钮装置呼梯,需在面板开孔安装按钮元件或模块,开孔会降低面板强度,且易藏污纳垢,增加劳动强度,从而也增加投入成本,而本发明采用导航旋钮呼梯减少开孔面积,且导航旋钮工作原理避开传统电梯指纹呼梯采用光学式或电容式采集识别指纹呼梯。

本发明利用光电反射原理识别指纹而设计的电梯呼梯的具体原理路径为:在玻璃面板下方放置OLED屏幕,当用户的手指触摸到屏幕识别区域后,OLED屏幕发出的光线可以穿透面板指纹识别区将指纹纹理照亮,指纹反射回的光线再穿透屏幕达到指纹识别传感器,最终形成指纹图像进行识别并发出呼梯信号。当电梯处理器收到呼梯信号,按指令将轿厢运动到呼梯层,运动的同时向外呼反馈信号,外呼的显示区域表现楼层变化信息。当轿厢到达所在呼梯层,以开门动作完成该指纹呼梯过程。
本发明结构设计简单合理,外观便于界面简化,结构简单且强度优化,方便操作与维护等特点。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种应用屏幕指纹技术的电梯外呼装置,其特征在于,包括玻璃面板(1)、面板固定框架(2)、OLED屏幕(3)、显示主板(4)、底盒(5)和连接件(6);所述玻璃面板(1)与面板固定框架(2)相连接形成面板框架组件,所述OLED屏幕(3)固定在面板固定框架(2)组件内;所述显示主板(4)与OLED屏幕(3)相接线并固定在面板固定框架(2)组件上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的应用屏幕指纹技术的电梯外呼装置,其特征在于,所述玻璃面板(1)背面安装有指纹识别圆圈丝印区域(7)和透明显示区域(8)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的应用屏幕指纹技术的电梯外呼装置,其特征在于,所述玻璃面板(1)在显屏和息屏时均显示指纹识别圆圈丝印区域(7)。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的应用屏幕指纹技术的电梯外呼装置,其特征在于,所述底盒(5)固定在墙体表面,所述连接件(6)设置在面板固定框架(2)上,所述面板固定框架(2)通过连接件(6)与底盒(5)相扣。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的应用屏幕指纹技术的电梯外呼装置,其特征在于,所述透明显示区域(8)为方形形状,用于在电梯外呼运作时显示呼梯楼层数字。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的应用屏幕指纹技术的电梯外呼装置,其特征在于,所述玻璃面板(1)的厚度为2mm~3.2mm。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的应用屏幕指纹技术的电梯外呼装置,其特征在于,所述连接件(6)包括插销和弹性卡扣的方式。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的应用屏幕指纹技术的电梯外呼装置,其特征在于,所述OLED屏幕(3)通过卡口式或嵌合式的方式固定在面板固定框架(2)与底盒(5)中间。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的应用屏幕指纹技术的电梯外呼装置,其特征在于,所述OLED屏幕(3)上设置有用于识别由指纹反射回来的光线信息的指纹识别传感器(31),所述指纹识别传感器(31)处理形成的指纹图案反馈给显示主板(4)。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的应用屏幕指纹技术的电梯外呼装置,其特征在于,所述电梯外呼装置具体运行步骤包括:
    ①用户的手指触摸到指纹识别圆圈丝印区域(7);
    ②OLED屏幕(3)发出的光线穿透指纹识别圆圈丝印区域(7)将指纹纹理照亮,指纹反射回的光线再穿透屏幕达到指纹识别传感器(31);
    ③指纹识别传感器(31)处理形成的指纹图案反馈给显示主板(4);
    ④显示主板(4)对指纹图像进行识别并发出呼梯信号;
    ⑤当电梯处理器收到呼梯信号,按指令将轿厢运动到呼梯层,运动的同时向外呼反馈信号,外呼的显示区域表现楼层变化信息,当轿厢到达所在呼梯层,以开门动作完成该指纹呼梯过程。
