本申请要求申请日为2018年04月17日、申请号为201810343420.8的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本公开涉及洗衣机技术领域,例如涉及一种洗衣机观察窗垫及洗衣机。
洗衣机是利用电能产生机械作用来洗涤衣物的清洁电器,按洗衣机的洗衣原理不同,可以分为波轮洗衣机及滚筒洗衣机。
滚筒洗衣机一般包括箱体、箱门、设置在箱门上的观察窗、观察窗垫、设置于箱体内的外筒以及转动设置在外筒内的内筒。衣物放置于内筒内,随内筒的转动被不断地提起、摔下从而清洗衣物。用户可以通过观察窗观察内筒内衣物的清洗情况。为了保证观察窗清洁,观察窗垫上连接有喷淋水管,通过喷淋水管内的水流冲洗观察窗。
洗衣机在运行过程中,洗衣机将发生振动,而喷淋水管与观察窗垫之间的接触面积小,喷淋水管和观察窗垫之间将会因振动而发生相对运动,当洗衣机满载运行周期较长时,观察窗垫与喷淋水管的连接处容易磨破损坏。
发明内容
本公开提出了一种洗衣机观察窗垫,可以防止观察窗垫与喷淋水管的连接处磨损,有利于延长观察窗垫的使用寿命。
一实施例提供了一种洗衣机观察窗垫,包括呈环形的本体、喷淋水管及设置于所述本体的外周面上的平台,所述平台上设置有与所述喷淋水管配合的安装孔。
本公开还提出一种洗衣机,该洗衣机中观察窗垫与喷淋水管的连接处不易磨损,有利于延长观察窗垫的使用寿命,提高用户的使用体验。
一实施例提供了一种洗衣机,包括上述的洗衣机观察窗垫。

如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种洗衣机,可以为滚筒洗衣机。洗衣机包括箱体(图中未示出)、箱门(图中未示出)、设置在箱门上的观察窗(图中未示出)、观察窗垫、设置于箱体内的外筒4以及转动设置在外筒4内的内筒2。衣物放置于内筒2内,随内筒2的转动被不断地提起、摔下从而清洗衣物。用户可以通过观察窗观察内筒2内衣物的清洗情况。如图10所示,为了保证观察窗清洁,观察窗垫上连接有喷淋水管10,通过喷淋水管10内的水流冲洗观察窗。
如图2和图3所示,洗衣机观察窗垫包括呈环形的本体1,本体1与喷淋水管10连接。本体1的前侧与观察窗配合,本体1的后侧与洗衣机内的外筒前法兰(图中未示出)连接,从而将观察窗垫固定。内筒2位于外筒4内,且内筒2前侧连接有内筒前法兰3,内筒前法兰3与洗衣机观察窗垫的端部相对设置。洗衣机工作时,内筒2与内筒前法兰3转动,外筒4与洗衣机观察窗垫保持固定不动。喷淋水管10的端部穿过本体1,并朝向前侧设置,以便喷淋的水流冲洗前侧的观察窗。
为了解决相关技术中洗衣机观察窗垫与喷淋水管10的连接处容易磨损破坏 的问题,如图4和图5所示,本体1的外周面上设置有平台11,即在本体1弧形的外周面上设置有一块平面组成的区域,平台11上设置有安装孔30,喷淋水管10与安装孔30配合。相对于相关技术中在弧面12上设置安装孔30,通过设置平台11,使得与喷淋水管10连接的安装孔30设置于平面上,可以增大观察窗垫与喷淋水管10连接位置的强度,且平台11承受喷淋水管10施加的力,增大观察窗垫的受力面积,使喷淋水管10与本体1不容易发生相对运动,从而防止观察窗垫磨损,延长观察窗垫的使用寿命。
为了避免平台11与本体1的环形的外周面连接处应力集中,平台11与本体1的外周面之间可以通过弧面12过渡连接,使得平台11与外周面平滑过渡,有利于增大平台11与本体1的外周面连接的强度,使喷淋水管10与本体1不容易发生相对运动。
为了进一步提高平台11的强度,避免平台11损坏,平台11在与弧面12连接的位置还可以设置有加强筋13,增大平台11能够承受的负荷上限,以提高平台11以及平台11与弧面12连接处的强度。
为了减少喷淋水管10与本体1之间的相对运动,平台11上环绕安装孔30还凸设有凸缘14。在喷淋水管10与安装孔30配合时,凸缘14套设在喷淋水管10的外侧,增大本体1与喷淋水管10的接触面积,提高喷淋水管10的固定效果。当洗衣机运行时,内筒2转动,使得洗衣机振动,喷淋水管10可以选取为软管,软管将因振动而摆动。由于本实施例中喷淋水管10与本体1的固定效果好,喷淋水管10与本体1不发生相对运动,仅存在喷淋水管10的摆动,从而减小喷淋水管10与本体1之间的摩擦,进一步避免洗衣机观察窗垫损坏。
洗衣机工作过程中,内筒2转动并不断地提升、摔下内筒2内的衣物,内筒2和衣物的重心会随着衣物的运动而发生偏移。如图11所示,为了保证洗衣机的正常工作,洗衣机还包括配重块20,配重块20可以由水泥制成,通过配重块20调整洗衣机整体重心。通常配重块20设置于观察窗垫的外侧并靠近前端设置。此外,洗衣机内还设置有门锁结构,门锁结构设置为在箱门关闭后,将箱门与箱体锁定,避免洗衣机工作过程中,人为操作或因故障箱门打开,保证洗衣机及用户的安全。
为了避免洗衣机观察窗垫与配重块20或门锁结构干涉,如图4所示,观察窗垫的本体1的外周面向内凹陷形成避让槽17。避让槽17靠近观察窗垫的前侧设置,避让槽17的位置对应洗衣机内的配重块20及门锁结构。本实施例中,避让槽17 为连续设置的环形槽,在其他实施例中,避让槽17也可以仅在门锁及配重块20对应的位置设置,此处不作特殊限定。
为了避免洗衣机工作过程中,因振动导致配重块20与洗衣机观察窗垫碰撞摩擦而造成观察窗垫损坏,如图6和图7所示,本体1的外周面上还凸设有第一防磨筋15,第一防磨筋15沿本体1的轴向设置,且本体1的外周面上沿周向设置有多个第一防磨筋15。当配重块20与本体1发生碰撞或摩擦时,配重块20首先与第一防磨筋15接触,避免配重块20直接与本体1接触,从而避免观察窗垫的损坏。
同样地,洗衣机观察窗垫的后侧端面与内筒前法兰3相对设置,为了避免内筒前法兰3在转动过程中与观察窗垫接触,磨损观察窗垫,本体1在朝向内筒前法兰3的端面设置有第二防磨筋16。第二防磨筋16沿本体1的径向设置,且本体1的端面上沿周向均布有多个第二防磨筋16,多个第二防磨筋16呈环形分布。内筒前法兰3在转动过程中首先接触第二防磨筋16,避免内筒前法兰3与本体1直接接触,从而避免观察窗垫的损坏。
洗衣机观察窗垫需要与外筒前法兰连接,以便固定观察窗垫的位置。如图8和图9所示,本体1的后侧经过两次弯折形成,即由前向后,侧壁先向内侧弯折,之后向外侧弯折,使得本体1的端部弯折后形成插接槽19,外筒前法兰的端部插入插接槽19内,从而实现本体1与外筒前法兰的固定。
在洗衣机工作过程中,衣物在内筒2内转动,为了避免内筒前法兰3与洗衣机观察窗垫接触摩擦而产生噪音,洗衣机观察窗垫与内筒前法兰3不接触,且洗衣机观察窗垫与内筒前法兰3二者之间存在间隙,这就导致相关技术中较小的衣物容易通过该间隙掉落在内筒2与外筒4之间,或是卡在间隙内。为避免上述问题出现,本实施例中,本体1朝向内筒前法兰3的端部的边缘可以向本体1的中心方向弯折,形成环形的挡边18,环形的挡边18可以阻挡衣物进入间隙内,避免衣物卡住或掉落在内筒2与外筒4之间。

- 一种洗衣机观察窗垫,包括呈环形的本体(1)、喷淋水管(10)及设置于所述本体(1)的外周面上的平台(11),所述平台(11)上设置有与所述喷淋水管(10)配合的安装孔(30)。
- 如权利要求1所述的洗衣机观察窗垫,其中,所述平台(11)与所述本体(1)的外周面通过弧面(12)连接。
- 如权利要求2所述的洗衣机观察窗垫,其中,所述平台(11)与所述弧面(12)的连接处设置有加强筋(13)。
- 如权利要求1所述的洗衣机观察窗垫,其中,所述平台(11)上环绕所述安装孔(30)设置有凸缘(14),所述凸缘(14)套设于所述喷淋水管(10)外。
- 如权利要求1所述的洗衣机观察窗垫,其中,所述本体(1)的外周面向内凹陷形成避让槽(17)。
- 如权利要求1所述的洗衣机观察窗垫,其中,所述本体(1)的外周面凸设有第一防磨筋(15)。
- 如权利要求6所述的洗衣机观察窗垫,其中,所述本体(1)朝向内筒前法兰(3)设置的端面上凸设有第二防磨筋(16)。
- 如权利要求7所述的洗衣机观察窗垫,其中,所述第二防磨筋(16)沿周向均布于所述本体(1)的端面。
- 如权利要求1所述的洗衣机观察窗垫,还包括环形的挡边(18),所述挡边设置为由所述本体(1)朝向内筒前法兰(3)的端部的边缘向所述本体(1)的中心弯折形成。
- 一种洗衣机,包括如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的洗衣机观察窗垫。
