本申请公开了一种短消息服务能力更新方法、设备及装置,包括:移动管理功能接收到短消息功能/用户数据管理功能的触发条件,和/或,移动管理功能判断需触发SMS over NAS能力更新;移动管理功能对UE的SMS over NAS能力进行更新。采用本申请,在移动管理功能接收到短消息功能/用户数据管理功能的触发条件,和/或,移动管理功能判断需触发SMS over NAS能力更新时,移动管理功能即对UE的SMS over NAS能力进行更新。由于可以通过网络侧触发更新SMS over NAS能力,从而避免了UE进行错误的短消息发送的尝试。

Description

一种短消息服务能力更新方法、设备及装置
本申请要求在2018年4月16日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810339633.3、发明名称为“一种短消息服务能力更新方法、设备及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及无线通信技术领域,特别涉及一种短消息服务能力更新方法、设备及装置。
背景技术
图1为非漫游的SMS over NAS(非接入层上的短消息服务;SMS:Short Message Service,短消息服务;NAS:Non Access Stratum,非接入层)系统架构示意图,图2为非漫游的SMS over NAS系统架构的参考接口版本系统架构示意图。图中,SMS-GMSC(gateway MSC for short message service,短消息网关移动交换中心)和SMS-IWMSC(interworking MSC for short message service,短消息互通交换中心)是具有短信功能的MSC(Mobile Switching Center移动交换中心)。其中SMS-GMSC为具有网管功能的MSC,服务于MT(mobile terminating,移动终止的)类型的短信,是接收发自SC(Service Center,业务中心)短信的入口交换机;SMS-IWMSC为具有网络交互功能的MSC,服务于MO(mobile Originating,移动发起的)类型的短信。是一个能够接收来自PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network,公共陆上移动网络)的短信,并将此短信送到相应的SC的出口交换机。如图所示,SMS over NAS架构提供了5G的SMS over NAS的支持,其中SMSF(SMS Function,短消息功能)是短消息功能,提供短消息能力签约检查功能和转发短消息的功能。AMF(Access and Mobility Management Function,接入和移动管理功能)通过NAS Transport(NAS传输)消息提供了UE(User Equipment,用户设备)与SMSF之间上下行短消息的转发,并且SMSF的选择功能由AMF提供。
在短消息能力管理方面,对于SMS的能力,UE在注册的时候携带SMS requested IE(SMS请求信息单元;IE:Information Element,信息单元),取值如下表1,用于告知网络UE对SMS的支持能力,AMF根据从UDM(Unified Data Management,统一数据管理)获取的签约信息确定UE是否签约SMS业务,如果签约则AMF选择SMSF并激活SMSF,SMSF进一步到UDM注册并订阅SMS相关签约信息的变更,至此AMF、SMSF均创建了UE context(上下文)并记录了SMS相关的信息,UDM也记录了SMSF的地址和SMS可用的access type(接入类型)。SMSF返回激活成功响应给AMF,则AMF把SMSF地址记录在UE Context中,并在注册接受消息中携带SMS allowed IE(SMS允许信息单元),取值如下表1,指示经过网络协商之后的SMS over NAS的支持能力。

图3为SMS over NAS注册流程示意图,如图所示,具体的SMS over NAS的注册流程图如下:
步骤301、UE在注册的时候携带SMS requested IE,用于告知网络UE对SMS的支持能力。
步骤302、如常规注册流程,如果发生AMF relocation(迁移)则old AMF会将SMSF的地址作为UE context的部分内容告知新的AMF。
步骤303、当SMS requested携带于注册请求中,AMF根据从UDM获取的签约信息确定UE是否签约SMS业务,如果签约则AMF选择SMSF。
步骤304-305、完成注册流程,AMF通过SMSF提供的Nsmsf_SMService_Activate service operation(短消息服务激活服务操作)激活该用户的SMS业务,其中包括AMF address(AMF地址),Access Type(接入类型),GPSI(Generic Public Subscription Identifier,通用公共订阅标识符)(if available)和SUPI(Subscription Permanent Identifier,订阅的永久标识符)信息。
步骤306、SMSF发现UDM并交互。
步骤307a-307b、SMSF记录或者更新UE context,其中包括用户签约信息和AMF地址。SMSF通过Nudm_UECM_Registration(UE上下文管理注册服务;CM:Context Management,上下文管理)在UDM注册,SMSF通过Nudm_SDM_Get(用户签约数据获取服务;SDM:Subscriber Data Management,用户数据管理)从UDM获取用户的SMS签约信息并订阅签约信息的变更通知。
步骤308、SMSF返回响应给AMF,则AMF记录SMSF address到UE context中。
步骤309、AMF在注册接受消息中携带SMS allowed,指示经过网络协商之后的SMS over NAS的支持。
如果UE触发、AMF触发或者UDM通过签约触发去除SMS over NAS能力的支持,则需要分别由AMF触发和SMSF触发删除SMSF中UE context和UDM中SMSF的地址。
在短消息的传输中,对于SMS MO,对于IDLE(空闲)状态UE先通过SR(Service Request,业务请求)流程建立连接,然后通过NAS UL Transport消息发送SMS,对于CONNECTED(连接)状态,则直接通过NAS UL Transport消息发送SMS;
对于SMS MT,对于IDLE状态,SMSF通过Namf_MT_EnableUEReachability(使能用户可达服务)服务触发AMF寻呼UE,成功之后SMSF通过Namf_Communication_N1N2MessageTransfer(N1/N2消息转发服务)触发AMF转发SMS,AMF在发送DL NAS Transport消息根据运营商策略选择RAT(Radio Access Technology,无线接入技术)(3GPP or non-3GPP),对于UE不可达情况则AMF直接丢弃该消息,不返回发送成功消息,则SC(Service Center,服务中心)在收到UE可达的提示之后会重新发 起SMS MT。
现有技术的不足在于:没有给出网络侧如何更新SMS能力,例如SMS的去注册如果是NW(network,网络)发起的,这个时候没有通知UE,在这个过程中UE可能进行错误的SMS MO的尝试。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种短消息服务能力更新方法、设备及装置,用以解决网络侧不能更新SMS能力的问题。
第一方面,本申请实施例中提供了一种短消息能力更新方法,包括:
移动管理功能接收到短信功能或者用户数据管理功能的触发条件,和/或,移动管理功能判断需触发SMS over NAS能力更新;
移动管理功能对UE的SMS over NAS能力进行更新。
实施中,移动管理功能对UE的SMS over NAS能力进行更新,包括以下方式之一或者其组合:
通过配置更新流程触发UE发起注册更新流程更新SMS over NAS能力;或者,通过配置更新流程更新UE的SMS over NAS能力;或者,在相应的流程中更新UE的SMS over NAS能力。

具体实施方式
发明人在发明过程中注意到:
3GPP R15 5GS(5G System)中定义了对SMS over NAS的支持,包括通过3GPP/non-3GPP在UE和AMF间SMS over NAS的支持,AMF对SMSF的选择,SMSF对签约数据的检查和MO/MT SMS的传输,具体流程包括SMS能力的注册和去注册以支持UE与网络之间的SMS能力协商、SMS MO流程和SMS MT流程。然而目前的标准中 并没有描述网络侧触发SMS能力更新的过程,因此本申请实施例中提出了一种SMS能力更新的方案,便于在网络侧也能触发实现SMS能力的更新。
下面结合附图对本申请的具体实施方式进行说明。在说明过程中,将会涉及其他实体的行为,例如SMSF、UE等,但这样的说明方式并不意味着它们必须配合实施、或者必须单独实施,实际上,当它们分开实施时,其也各自解决自身一侧的问题,而它们结合使用时,会获得更好的技术效果。
实施例中,所指的移动管理功能可以是5G架构中的AMF,也可以是包括了能够实现相同功能的其他网元,该网元既可以是逻辑实体网元也可以物理实体网元。
短消息功能可以是5G架构中的SMSF,也可以是包括了能够实现相同功能的其他网元,该网元既可以是逻辑实体网元也可以物理实体网元。
用户数据管理功能可以是5G架构中的UDM,也可以是包括了能够实现相同功能的其他网元,该网元既可以是逻辑实体网元也可以物理实体网元。
配置更新流程可以是5G架构中的Configuration Update,也可以是其他能够实现相同功能的流程。
短消息能力也可以叫做SMS能力,还可以叫做短消息的支持能力,本申请实施例中的短消息能力指的就是SMS over NAS能力,即通过NAS传输SMS的支持能力。短消息发送流程也可以叫做SMS MO流程。
为便于理解以及具体实施,实施例中也会给出具体的AMF、SMSF、UDM、Configuration Update的实施例,但这并不意味仅能用其来实施。

具体的,例如,在网络侧触发SMS能力更新的方案中,在AMF接收到短消息功能/用户数据管理功能的触发条件或者AMF自行判断需要触发SMS能力更新的时候,可以通过配置更新流程触发UE发起注册更新流程,或者直接通过配置更新流程更新UE的记录,或者在相应的流程完成UE的相关数据的更新。其中,所述相应的流程包括与短消息业务或短消息传输相关的流程。也即,实施中,移动管理功能对UE的SMS能力进行更新,包括以下方式之一或者其组合:
通过配置更新流程触发UE发起注册更新流程更新SMS over NAS能力;或者,通过配置更新流程更新UE的SMS over NAS能力;或者,在相应的流程中更新UE的SMS over NAS能力。
实施中,以下情况之一或者其组合出现时,移动管理功能判断需触发SMS能力更新:
运营商配置变化导致网络触发SMS over NAS能力发生变化;或,从用户数据管理功能获取到的签约数据发生变化;或,用户的策略信息发生变化;或,通过短消息功能获知相关信息发生变化;或,当前UE发生access type为non-3GPP的去注册流程。
本申请实施例提供的技术方案中,在移动管理功能接收到短消息功能或者用户数据管理功能的触发条件,和/或,移动管理功能判断需触发SMS over NAS能力更新时,移动管理功能即对UE的SMS over NAS能力进行更新。由于可以通过网络侧触发更新SMS over NAS能力,从而避免了UE进行错误的短消息发送的尝试。
下面通过实例进行说明。
实施例1
本例中,由AMF触发SMSF完成SMS over NAS相关UE Context的更新;AMF通过Configuration update流程,更新UE的SMS over NAS的支持能力,其中携带更新的SMS over NAS的指示信息,指示UE重新注册;在UE返回Configuration update complete之后发起注册更新流程重新与网络协商SMS over NAS的支持能力,并在该流程中完成SMS over NAS的更新。
具体的,通过Configuration Update触发UE发起注册更新流程更新SMS over NAS能力,可以包括:
在所述Configuration update流程中指示UE重新注册;
在注册更新流程中携带SMS over NAS的指示。
具体实施中还可以进一步包括:

本例中,AMF触发删除SMSF中UE SMS over NAS相关信息和SMSF触发删除UDM中SMSF的地址;AMF通过Configuration update流程,更新UE的SMS over NAS的支持能力,其中携带更新的SMS over NAS的指示信息;在接收到UE返回的响应之后更新AMF 中记录的SMS over NAS为更新后的支持情况。
具体的,通过Configuration Update更新UE的SMS over NAS能力,可以包括:
在Configuration update流程中携带更新SMS over NAS的指示信息。
假设因为运营商配置变化导致网络触发SMS over NAS能力变化,例如AMF判断决定原SMS over NAS allowed via both 3GPP access and non-3GPP access变更为SMS over NAS not allowed。AMF也可以是直接或者间接通过从UDM获取到签约数据的变化来判定的,例如用户取消SMS签约。也可以是根据用户的策略信息的变化来判定的,例如用户欠费不能发送短消息。还可以是通过SMSF获知相关信息的变化来判定的。

实施例3
本例中,由AMF触发SMSF完成SMS over NAS相关UE Context的更新;AMF在发送给UE的去注册接受消息中携带更新的SMS over NAS的指示,并完成本地UE Context的更新。
具体的,在相应的流程中更新UE的SMS over NAS能力,包括:
在去注册流程中携带SMS over NAS的指示。或者,在业务请求的响应消息中携带SMS over NAS的指示。
实施中,在业务请求的响应消息中携带SMS Allowed IE或者携带MM cause指示SMS over NAS能力的变更。
假设因为运营商配置变化导致网络触发SMS over NAS能力变化,例如AMF判断决定原SMS over NAS allowed via both 3GPP access and non-3GPP access变更为SMS over NAS allowed via 3GPP access only。AMF可以是根据当前UE发生access type为non-3GPP的去注册流程来判定的,那么更新AMF上记录的SMS over NAS信息,更新SMSF的UE context,并在返回给UE的去注册接受消息中携带更新的SMS over NAS的指示。
图8为实施例3的SMS能力更新方法实施流程示意图,如图所示,可以包括:
步骤801、由于UE触发了non-3GPP的去注册流程,AMF判断决定原SMS over NA从SMS over NAS allowed via both 3GPP access and non-3GPP access变更为SMS over NAS allowed via 3GPP access only;
步骤802-803、完成由AMF触发SMSF完成SMS over NAS相关UE Context的更新;

实施中,在SMS发送流程中携带SMS over NAS的指示是在SMSF返回的CP Ack中携带的;或AMF直接判断并返回给UE的。
假设因为运营商配置变化导致网络触发SMS over NAS能力变化,例如AMF判断决定原SMS over NAS allowed via both 3GPP access and non-3GPP access变更为SMS over NAS not allowed。AMF本地、SMSF和UDM已经完成相关更新,在UE发起SMS MO流程的时候在返回给UE的响应消息中携带更新的SMS over NAS的指示。
图9为实施例4的SMS能力更新方法实施流程示意图,由于网络侧已经完成了SMS over NAS能力的更新,在SMS MO流程中可以更新UE的SMS over NAS能力。如图所示,可以包括:
步骤901、对于CM-IDLE状态的UE,在SR建立N1连接的响应消息中可以携带SMS Allowed IE或者携带MM cause指示SMS over NAS变更的能力;
步骤902、对于CM-IDLE或者CM-Conneted状态的UE,可以在接收到发送SMS MO消息的请求返回的响应中携带SMS over NAS的指示,这个指示可以是SMSF返回的CP Ack中携带,也可以是在通知SMSF进行转发之前AMF直接判断并返回给UE,具体携带的参数可以是SMS Allowed IE也可以是MM cause指示SMS over NAS变更的能力。
基于同一发明构思,本申请实施例中还提供了移动管理功能、UE、SMS能力更新装置,由于这些设备解决问题的原理与SMS能力更新方法相似,因此这些设备的实施可以参见方法的实施,重复之处不再赘述。

综上所述,本申请实施例提供的技术方案中,在网络判断需要满足条件时,完成终端的SMS over NAS的更新。
具体提供了通过configuration update command直接更新;通过configuration update command触发UE发起注册更新流程协商更新;通过触发更新条件的流程例如Deregistration的响应消息完成更新;通过业务的流程例如业务请求(Service Request)的响应消息或者SMS MO的响应消息完成更新。
通过本方案的网络侧触发更新SMS能力,避免UE进行错误的SMS MO的尝试。

  1. 一种短消息能力更新方法,其特征在于,包括:
    移动管理功能接收到短消息功能或者用户数据管理功能的触发条件,和/或,所述移动管理功能判断需触发非接入层上的短消息服务SMS over NAS能力更新;
    所述移动管理功能对用户设备UE的SMS over NAS能力进行更新。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动管理功能对UE的SMS over NAS能力进行更新,包括以下方式之一或者其组合:
    通过配置更新流程触发UE发起注册更新流程更新SMS over NAS能力;
    通过配置更新流程更新UE的SMS over NAS能力;
    在相应的流程中更新UE的SMS over NAS能力。

    在所述配置更新流程中携带SMS over NAS的指示。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通过配置更新流程更新UE的SMS over NAS能力,包括:
    在所述配置更新流程中携带更新SMS over NAS的指示信息。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在相应的流程中更新UE的SMS over NAS能力,包括:
    在去注册流程中携带SMS over NAS的指示。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在相应的流程中更新UE的SMS over NAS能力,包括:
    在业务请求的响应消息中携带SMS over NAS的指示。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在业务请求的响应消息中携带SMS over NAS的指示,包括:
    在业务请求的响应消息中携带短消息允许信息单元或者携带移动管理流程原因值以指示SMS over NAS能力的变更。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在相应的流程中更新UE的SMS over NAS能力,包括:
    在短消息发送流程中携带SMS over NAS的指示。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,在短消息发送流程中携带的所述SMS over NAS的指示,是在短消息功能返回的响应中携带的;或是所述移动管理功能直接判断并返回给UE的。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,以下情况之一或者其组合出现时,所述移动管理功能判断需触发SMS能力更新:
    运营商配置变化导致网络触发SMS over NAS能力发生变化;
    从用户数据管理功能获取到的签约数据发生变化;
    用户的策略信息发生变化;
    通过短消息功能获知相关信息发生变化;
    当前UE发生接入类型为non-3GPP的去注册流程。
  12. 一种短消息能力更新方法,其特征在于,包括:
    用户设备UE接收移动管理功能触发的SMS over NAS能力更新,所述SMS over NAS能力更新是移动管理功能在接收到短消息功能或者用户数据管理功能的触发条件,和/或,移动管理功能判断需触发SMS over NAS能力更新时触发的;
    所述UE根据所述移动管理功能要求对所述UE的SMS over NAS能力进行更新。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据移动管理功能要求对UE的SMS over NAS能力进行更新,包括以下方式之一或者其组合:
    通过配置更新流程触发UE发起注册更新流程更新SMS over NAS能力;
    通过配置更新流程更新UE的SMS over NAS能力;
    在相应的流程中更新UE的SMS over NAS能力。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通过配置更新流程触发UE发起注册更新流程更新SMS over NAS能力,包括:
    接收所述移动管理功能在所述配置更新流程中携带的UE重新注册的指示;
    接收在所述注册更新流程中携带的SMS over NAS的指示。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    接收在所述配置更新流程中携带的SMS over NAS的指示。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通过配置更新流程更新UE的SMS over NAS能力,包括:
    接收在所述配置更新流程中携带的更新SMS over NAS的指示信息。
  17. 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在相应的流程中更新UE的SMS over NAS能力,包括:
    接收在去注册流程中携带的SMS over NAS的指示。
  18. 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在相应的流程中更新UE的SMS over NAS能力,包括:
    接收在业务请求的响应消息中携带的携带SMS over NAS的指示。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,在业务请求的响应消息中携带短消息允许信息单元或者携带移动管理流程原因值以指示SMS over NAS能力的变更。
  20. 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在相应的流程中更新UE的SMS over NAS能力,包括:
    接收在短消息发送流程中携带的SMS over NAS的指示。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,在短消息发送流程中携带的SMS over NAS的指示,是在短消息功能返回的响应中携带的;或所述移动管理功能直接判断并返回给UE的。
  22. 一种移动管理功能,其特征在于,包括:
    收发机,用于在处理器的控制下接收和发送数据;
    处理器,用于读取存储器中的程序,执行下列过程:
    接收到短消息功能或者用户数据管理功能的触发条件,和/或,判断需触发SMS over  NAS能力更新;
    对用户设备UE的SMS over NAS能力进行更新。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的移动管理功能,其特征在于,所述处理器对UE的SMS over NAS能力进行更新,包括以下方式之一或者其组合:
    通过配置更新流程触发UE发起注册更新流程更新SMS over NAS能力;
    通过配置更新流程更新UE的SMS over NAS能力;
    在相应的流程中更新UE的SMS over NAS能力。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的移动管理功能,其特征在于,所述处理器通过配置更新流程触发UE发起注册更新流程更新SMS over NAS能力,包括:
    在所述配置更新流程中携带UE重新注册的指示;
    在所述注册更新流程中携带SMS over NAS的指示。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的移动管理功能,其特征在于,所述处理器进一步用于:
    在所述配置更新流程中携带SMS over NAS的指示。
  26. 如权利要求23所述的移动管理功能,其特征在于,所述处理器通过配置更新流程更新UE的SMS over NAS能力,包括:
    在所述配置更新流程中携带更新SMS over NAS的指示信息。
  27. 如权利要求23所述的移动管理功能,其特征在于,所述处理器在相应的流程中更新UE的SMS over NAS能力,包括:
    在去注册流程中携带SMS over NAS的指示。
  28. 如权利要求23所述的移动管理功能,其特征在于,所述处理器在相应的流程中更新UE的SMS over NAS能力,包括:
    在业务请求的响应消息中携带SMS over NAS的指示。

    在业务请求的响应消息中携带短消息允许信息单元或者携带移动管理流程原因值指示SMS over NAS能力的变更。
  30. 如权利要求23所述的移动管理功能,其特征在于,所述处理器在相应的流程中更新UE的SMS over NAS能力,包括:
    在短消息发送流程中携带SMS over NAS的指示。
  31. 如权利要求30所述的移动管理功能,其特征在于,在短消息发送流程中携带的SMS over NAS的指示,是在短消息功能返回的响应中携带的;或直接判断并返回给所述UE的。
  32. 如权利要求22所述的移动管理功能,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:
    以下情况之一或者其组合出现时,判断需触发短消息能力更新:
    运营商配置变化导致网络触发SMS over NAS能力发生变化;
    从用户数据管理功能获取到的签约数据发生变化;
    用户的策略信息发生变化;
    通过短消息功能获知相关信息发生变化;
    当前UE发生接入类型为non-3GPP的去注册流程。
  33. 一种用户设备UE,其特征在于,包括:
    收发机,用于在处理器的控制下接收和发送数据;
    处理器,用于读取存储器中的程序,执行下列过程:
    接收移动管理功能触发的短消息能力更新,所述SMS over NAS能力更新是移动管理功能在接收到短消息功能或者用户数据管理功能的触发条件,和/或,移动管理功能判断需触发SMS over NAS能力更新时触发的;
    根据所述移动管理功能要求对所述UE的SMS over NAS能力进行更新。
  34. 如权利要求33所述的UE,其特征在于,所述处理器根据移动管理功能要求对UE的SMS over NAS能力进行更新,包括以下方式之一或者其组合:
    通过配置更新流程触发UE发起注册更新流程更新SMS over NAS能力;
    通过配置更新流程更新UE的SMS over NAS能力;
    在相应的流程中更新UE的SMS over NAS能力。
  35. 如权利要求34所述的UE,其特征在于,所述处理器通过配置更新流程触发UE发起注册更新流程更新SMS over NAS能力,包括:
    接收所述移动管理功能在所述配置更新流程中携带的UE重新注册的指示;
    接收在所述注册更新流程中携带的SMS over NAS的指示。
  36. 如权利要求35所述的UE,其特征在于,所述处理器进一步用于:
    接收在所述配置更新流程中携带的SMS over NAS的指示。
  37. 如权利要求34所述的UE,其特征在于,所述处理器通过配置更新流程更新UE的SMS over NAS能力,包括:
    接收在所述配置更新流程中携带的更新SMS over NAS的指示信息。
  38. 如权利要求34所述的UE,其特征在于,在相应的流程中更新UE的SMS over NAS能力,包括:
    接收在去注册流程中携带的SMS over NAS的指示。
  39. 如权利要求34所述的UE,其特征在于,所述处理器在相应的流程中更新UE的SMS over NAS能力,包括:
    接收在业务请求的响应消息中携带的携带SMS over NAS的指示。
  40. 如权利要求39所述的UE,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:
    在业务请求的响应消息中携带短消息允许信息单元或者携带移动管理流程原因值指示SMS over NAS能力的变更。
  41. 如权利要求34所述的UE,其特征在于,所述处理器在相应的流程中更新UE的SMS over NAS能力,包括:
    接收在短消息发送流程中携带的SMS over NAS的指示。
  42. 如权利要求41所述的UE,其特征在于,在短消息发送流程中携带的SMS over NAS的指示,是在短消息功能返回的响应中携带的;或所述移动管理功能直接判断并返回给UE的。
  43. 一种SMS能力更新装置,其特征在于,包括:
    判断模块,用于在移动管理功能接收短消息功能或者用户数据管理功能的触发条件,和/或,在移动管理功能判断需触发SMS over NAS能力更新;
    移动管理功能更新模块,用于在移动管理功能对UE的SMS over NAS能力进行更新。
  44. 一种短消息能力更新装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于在UE接收移动管理功能触发的SMS over NAS能力更新,所述SMS  over NAS能力更新是移动管理功能在接收到短消息功能或者用户数据管理功能的触发条件,和/或,移动管理功能判断需触发SMS over NAS能力更新时触发的;
    用户设备UE更新模块,用于根据移动管理功能要求对UE的SMS over NAS能力进行更新。
  45. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机指令,当所述计算机指令在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行如权利要求1-11中任一项所述的方法。
  46. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机指令,当所述计算机指令在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行如权利要求12-21中任一项所述的方法。
