本发明涉及一种透声幕及其制造方法,属于放映屏幕制造技术领域。
追求声音和画面的完美融合是电影业近百年来不懈的追求,音箱最理想的摆放位置是在屏幕之后,让图像和声音完美融合,现在透声幕已经是影院的标准配制,可以最大限度地还原真实的声音。目前的透声幕主要有打孔幕和编织幕,编织幕透声幕增益低、保偏性能差。打孔幕具有高增益、高保偏性等优点。
对于固定孔的尺寸,单位面积孔的数量越多,透声效果越好,衰减值越小,而这是以牺牲屏幕反射率即画质效果为代价的。虽然通过减小孔的尺寸,可以在较低的穿孔率情况下就得到更好的透声效果,但是,通过减小孔的尺寸产生的有益效果有限,而且孔的尺寸越小,制造难度和成本越高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种透声幕及其制造方法,通过在传统的透声幕上开设盲孔,降低了透声幕的有效质量,从而在不影响透声幕反射率的情况下,提高了透声幕透声效果。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过如下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供一种透声幕,包括透声幕基材,所述透声幕基材上设有多个透声孔和多个盲孔。
优选地,所述透声孔规则排列或随机排列;所述盲孔规则排列或随机排列。
具体地,所述规则排列包括矩阵排列、等边三角形排列或环形排列。
优选地,所述透声孔和所述盲孔均矩阵排列,且所述透声孔和所述盲孔相互间隔排列。

本发明提供一种透声幕,所述透声幕包括透声幕基材,所述透声幕基材上设有多个透声孔和盲孔。
所述透声幕基材的材质为聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚碳酸酯(PC)或聚 对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。
所述透声孔为开设在透声幕基材上的通孔,即所述透声孔的深度与透声幕基材的厚度相同,从透声幕一侧发出的声音穿过透声孔后能够到达透声幕的另一侧。所述盲孔的深度小于透声幕基材的厚度。本发明中所述透声孔和盲孔的开口形状包括但不限于圆形、三角形、正方形、多边形等。优选地,所述透声孔和盲孔均为圆形。
本发明并不限制所述透声孔和所述盲孔的排列方式。
所述透声孔可以规则排列或者随机排列。例如,所述透声孔可以矩阵排列,即相邻的透声孔形成矩形;或者,所述透声孔等边三角形排列,即所述透声孔成行排列,每行的透声孔均匀排列,且相邻两行中相邻的三个透声孔形成等边三角形;或者,所述透声孔环形排列,即多个透声孔组成多个圆环;或者,所述透声孔随机的分布在透声幕基材上。
所述盲孔也可以规则排列或者随机排列。

具体地,在生产透声幕时,将透声幕基材110放在穿孔生产线上,如卷对卷(roll to roll)激光打孔设备或者机械冲孔设备等连续化打孔生产线,其可根据透声幕基材的种类、厚度、孔大小调整打孔机参数,利用和打孔机连接的电脑设置单位面积屏幕上透声孔120和盲孔130的数量和尺寸,从而确定单位面积透声幕上透声孔120和盲孔130的总穿孔面积,即通孔率和盲孔率。
在本实施例中,采用激光打孔,激光光源为CO
2光源,功率为30w-200w。当打透声孔120时,将激光光源的功率设定为150w,当打盲孔130时,将激光光源的功率减小至80w。

从表3和表4中可以看出,在不同的声波频率下,增设盲孔130后,透声幕的衰减值均有所降低。
实施例二
图3为本发明透声幕实施例二的结构示意图。如图3所示,在本实施例中,采用厚度为0.3mm的PVC卷材作为透声幕基材210,所述透声孔220和盲孔230随机排列在所述透声幕基材210上。所述透声孔220的半径r
0为0.25mm,所述盲孔230的深度为0.2mm,半径为0.25mm。
本实施例采用激光打孔,激光光源为CO
2光源,功率为30w-200w。 当打透声孔220时,将激光光源的功率设定为150w,当打盲孔230时,将激光光源的功率减小至80w。
与实施例一不同的是,本实施例中透声孔220和盲孔230随机排列。具体来说,为保证本实施例中透声幕的通孔率为5%,需要在每平方米透声幕基材210上开设254777个透声孔220,为保证盲孔230的盲孔率为15%,需要在每平方米透声幕基材210上开设764331个盲孔230。需要说明的是,即使有部分盲孔230与透声孔220位置有交叠也不影响画质和透声效果。
实施例三
图4为本发明透声幕实施例三的结构示意图。如图4所示,本实施例与实施例一相比,所述透声孔320的半径r
0由0.25mm变为0.1mm,本实施例中透声幕的透声幕基材310及盲孔330的结构与实施例一相同,在此不再赘述。
当用户的观影距离小于3m-4m时,若透声孔320的半径过大,用户在观影时有可能看到透声幕上的透声孔320,观影体验差,本实施例将透声孔320的半径缩小为0.1mm,提高了用户的观影体验。
综上所述,本发明通过在传统的透声幕上开设盲孔,降低了透声幕的有效质量,从而在不影响透声幕反射率的情况下,提高了透声幕透声效果。
Claims (10)
- 一种透声幕,包括透声幕基材,其特征在于,所述透声幕基材上设有多个透声孔和多个盲孔。
- 如权利要求1所述的透声幕,其特征在于,所述透声孔规则排列或随机排列;所述盲孔规则排列或随机排列。
- 如权利要求2所述的透声幕,其特征在于,所述规则排列包括矩阵排列、等边三角形排列或环形排列。
- 如权利要求3所述的透声幕,其特征在于,所述透声孔和所述盲孔均矩阵排列,且所述透声孔和所述盲孔相互间隔排列。
- 如权利要求1所述的透声幕,其特征在于,所述透声孔的通孔率为0.5%-5%;所述透声孔的孔半径为0.05mm-0.75mm。
- 如权利要求5所述的透声幕,其特征在于,所述盲孔的盲孔率为0.1%—50%;所述盲孔的半径为所述透声孔的孔半径的1-10倍。
- 如权利要求1所述的透声幕,其特征在于,所述盲孔的深度为透声幕基材厚度的1/5-4/5。
- 一种如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的透声幕的制造方法,其特征在于,所述制造方法为在透声幕基材上开设透声孔和盲孔。
- 如权利要求8所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述盲孔在透声幕基材上规则排列或随机排列。
- 如权利要求9所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述盲孔的盲孔率为0.1%—50%;所述盲孔的半径为所述透声孔的孔半径的1-10倍。
