Description

一种可防水的塑料储物柜 技术领域
本发明涉及塑料储物柜领域,具体而言,涉及一种可防水的塑料储物柜。
背景技术
目前,塑料储物柜由于质轻价廉,正逐渐取代传统的合金制储物柜产品。塑料储物柜应用于室外环境时,要求储物柜具有良好的防水功能,避免因为雨天等环境造成柜内物品潮湿。现有的储物柜,虽然能够做到材质防水,避免柜体生锈等,但是外部雨水等仍然很容易渗入到柜体内,特别是从柜门开闭的位置渗入到柜子内,无法防水外界雨水等渗入,使用不方便。
发明人调查研究发现,目前市面上的防渗水措施一般是采用在柜门四周粘贴一圈密封圈,从而满足室外使用的需求。但是,采用该结构,在使用一段时间后容易出现密封圈脱落及密封圈老化问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种可防水的塑料储物柜,旨在改善储物柜在室外使用时防水效果差问题。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种可防水的塑料储物柜,包括:
柜体,具有用于物体进出的开口,沿柜体的开口的周缘设有阻挡部,阻挡部的外壁上开设有隔离槽。

进一步地,在较佳的实施例中,柜体110内设有至少一个可拆卸的层板114。优选地,柜体110的内侧壁上设置有一个或多个横向筋条113,层板114的两端通过相对两侧壁上的横向筋条架设在柜体110内。层板114的设置,能够将柜体110的空间进行分割,更方便人们储物,空间利用率高。层板114通过横向筋条113架设在柜体110内,无需使用时,方便层板114抽出。
请参阅图9,进一步地,在较佳的实施例中,柜门120的铰接端具有相 连的圆弧面126和第二斜面127,柜门120翻转打开时,铰接端的第二斜面127对该斜面外侧的物体形成避让。圆弧面126位于柜门120的边角处,第二斜面127从圆弧面126朝向柜门120的外表面延伸形成。进一步地,第二斜面的倾斜度S2为4-8°,更为优选地,倾斜度S2为5°。设置第二斜面127,能够靠近柜门120第一侧的物体形成避让,增大柜门打开的角度。
请参阅图10,进一步地,在本发明的其他实施例中,柜体110和柜门120组装形成单柜100,塑料储物柜10包括横向拼接的多个单柜100。当多个单柜100成排组装在一起使用时,通过第二斜面127的设置,柜门120能够由原来最大的打开角度为90°增大至102°左右,柜门开闭方便,柜门打开角度大,更便于取放物品。
进一步地,在较佳的实施例中,塑料储物柜10的各个构件均为塑料材质制成,更为优选地,为ABS塑料制成。ABS具有优良的综合物理和机械性能,其低温抗冲击性能、尺寸稳定性、耐磨性、抗化学药品性、成品加工和机械加工均较好。采用ABS塑料,能够赋予柜体良好的性能,成本更低,质量更轻,且不易生锈,使用寿命长。采用塑料生产储物柜时,柜门和柜体分别一体成型后,再进行组装,然后利用枢轴133固定柜门120和柜体110,生产方便,成本低廉。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可防水的塑料储物柜,其特征在于,包括:
    柜体,具有用于物体进出的开口,沿所述柜体的开口的周缘设有阻挡部,所述阻挡部的外壁上开设有隔离槽;
    柜门,用于打开和闭合所述柜体的开口,具有相对的第一侧和第二侧,包括门面板以及设置在所述门面板边缘的包边,所述第一侧与所述柜体活动连接,所述包边对所述阻挡部形成包覆结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可防水的塑料储物柜,其特征在于,所述隔离槽沿所述阻挡部的周向延伸,在所述阻挡部的外壁上绕设成一圈。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可防水的塑料储物柜,其特征在于,所述包覆结构封闭所述柜体的上侧、下侧以及与所述第二侧相对应的侧边。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可防水的塑料储物柜,其特征在于,所述门面板通过铰接件与所述柜体活动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可防水的塑料储物柜,其特征在于,所述门面板靠近所述铰接件的位置设有竖向凸筋,所述阻挡部与所述凸筋相对应的位置设有所述隔离槽,所述凸筋嵌入所述隔离槽中。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的可防水的塑料储物柜,其特征在于,所述铰接件包括第一枢座、第二枢座和枢轴,所述第一枢座形成于所述柜门的第一侧,所述第二枢座形成于所述柜体对应于所述第一枢座的一侧,所述第一枢座和所述第二枢座交错重叠在一起,所述枢轴穿过所述第一枢座和所述第二枢座。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可防水的塑料储物柜,其特征在于,所述柜门的铰接端具有相连的圆弧面和斜面,柜门翻转打开时,所述铰接端的斜面对该斜面外侧的物体形成避让。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可防水的塑料储物柜,其特征在于,所述柜体和所述柜门组装形成单柜,所述塑料储物柜包括横向拼接的多个所述单柜。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可防水的塑料储物柜,其特征在于,还包括底座,所述柜体和所述柜门组装后装载在所述底座上,所述底座对应于所述柜门的位置开设有避让部,所述避让部具有朝向所述柜体外侧逐渐降低的斜面。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的可防水的塑料储物柜,其特征在于,所述柜体内设有至少一个可拆卸的层板。
