进一步设置:所述滑移机构包括设置在基座上的滑轨,所述滑轨至少两条,滑轨沿基座长度方向设置,旋转模块底面设有与滑轨配合的滑块。
通过采用上述技术方案,滑轨与滑块配合不仅摩擦阻力小,而且滑轨限定了滑动模块的滑移路径,避免滑动模块偏移滑移路径。
进一步设置:所述滑移机构包括设置在基座上的滑槽,所述滑槽至少两条,滑槽沿基座长度方向设置,旋转模块底面设有嵌入滑槽内的滑移件,滑移件可在滑槽内滚动,所述滑移件为滑轮或者万向球。
通过采用上述技术方案,滑移件在滑槽中带动旋转模块滑移,简单方便。
进一步设置:所述旋转机构包括设置在旋转模块与滑动模块之间的旋转组件,旋转模块可通过旋转组件旋转。
通过采用上述技术方案,旋转模块通过旋转组件相对滑动模块旋转,这样可以方便更换床单。
进一步设置:所述旋转组件包括设置在滑动模块上的轴承座,所述旋转模块上设有与轴承座转动连接的旋转轴。
通过采用上述技术方案,旋转轴与轴承座配合,这样旋转模块便可相对滑动模块旋转,这样可以方便更换床单。
进一步设置:所述旋转组件包括大旋转盘,大旋转盘顶面与旋转模块固定连接,底面与滑动模块固定连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,旋转模块可通过大旋转盘相对滑动模块转动,方便更换床单。
进一步设置:所述旋转组件包括小旋转盘,小旋转盘顶面与旋转模块固定连接,底面与滑动模块固定连接,滑动模块上还设有若干环绕小旋转盘设置的旋转件,所述旋转件为万向球或者万向轮。
通过采用上述技术方案,旋转件可以扩大小旋转盘的旋转区域,减小小旋转盘的尺寸,节省材料。
进一步设置:所述支撑结构包括设置在基座顶边和底边的滚轮,所述滚轮的滚动方向沿基座长度方向设置,旋转模块底面设有与滚轮配合的凸块,滚轮用于降低其与凸块的摩擦力,凸块用于限制旋转模块旋转。
通过采用上述技术方案,在旋转模块正常使用时,凸块与滚轮配合可以限制旋转模块左右旋转,同时也可以起到支撑作用。
进一步设置:所述支撑结构包括设置在基座顶边和底边的定位辊,所述定位辊垂直于基座长度方向设置,所述旋转模块底面设有与定位辊配合的凸条,定位辊用于降低其与凸条的摩擦力,凸条用于限制旋转模块旋转。
通过采用上述技术方案,凸条与定位辊配合,可以限制旋转模块左右滑动,同时 也可以支撑旋转模块。
进一步设置:所述锁定机构包括锁具,所述锁具包括锁座和与锁座配合的锁扣,所述锁座安装在基座上,所述锁座安装在滑动模块上,所述基座上还安装有推动件,推动件为压簧,压簧一端固设在基座上,另一端与滑动模块顶部边沿抵触。
通过采用上述技术方案,当需要更换床单时,打开锁具,推动件的压力将滑动模块连带旋转模块推出,这样就可以减少人工用力推出。更换床单后,将旋转模块推回初始位置,使得旋转模块上的锁扣与基座上的锁座扣合在一起,安全可靠。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、滑移机构与旋转机构配合,这样可以方便工作人员更滑床单;
2、通过设置支撑结构,一方面可以支撑旋转模块边沿,防止旋转模块边沿被压裂,另一方面可以减小旋转模块与基座之间的摩擦阻力;
3、通过设置锁定机构,可以防止旋转模块滑出,保持旋转模块的稳定性,也可避免非工作人员拉动旋转模块。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1:一种便于更换床单的床架,如图1所示,包括矩形基座100,基座100一端设有床头板101。基座100上方设有用于放置床垫的旋转模块102,旋转模块102在本实施例中优选为床板,旋转模块102与基座100之间还设有滑动模块103,滑动模 块103在本实施例中优选为滑动板,滑动模块103与基座100之间设有滑移机构200,滑动模块103与旋转模块102之间设有旋转机构300,基座100环绕其边沿设有用于支撑旋转模块102的支撑结构400,滑动模块103与基座100之间设有用于将两者位置关系锁定的锁定机构500。
如图2所示,滑移机构200包括三条相互平行的滑轨201,滑轨201沿基座100长度方向设置,三条滑轨201均匀排列在基座100上。旋转模块102底面设有与滑轨201配合的滑块202,滑轨201嵌入滑块202内,这样只需拉动旋转模块102便可使得旋转模块102沿滑轨201长度方向滑移。优选地,滑轨201的长度介于基座100长度的三分之一至三分之二之间,但不仅限于此,只要旋转模块102抽出旋转时不触碰到床头板101皆可。
此外,滑轨201的数量不仅限于三根,两根或者更多皆可。
如图2和3所示,基座100上设有两个限位件105,两个限位件105分别位于滑动模块103滑移的初始位置和末端位置,这样当滑动模块103位于初始位置时,可以避免旋转模块102滑移。当滑动模块103位于末端位置时,方便工作人员转动旋转模块102。限位件105采用弹性定位销。
如图2和4所示,旋转机构300包括设置在滑动模块103与旋转模块102之间的旋转组件301,旋转组件301包括小旋转盘3011,小旋转盘3011顶面与旋转模块102固定连接,底面与滑动模块103固定连接,滑动模块103上还设有均匀环绕小旋转盘3011设置的旋转件3012,旋转件3012优选为万向球,其次可以选择万向轮等类似零件,旋转件3012一方面可以对旋转模块102进行支撑,另一方面旋转件3012本身可以自转相当于扩大了小旋转盘3011的作用面积。
如图2和5所示,滑动模块103上还设有两个对称设置的定位件104,定位件104 采用弹性定位销,旋转模块102底面设有与定位件104配合的定位槽106(见图5),两个定位件104关于小旋转盘3011对称设置,两个定位件104的连线与滑动模块103的滑移方向垂直。这样当旋转模块102旋转180度后,正好将旋转模块102与滑动模块103相对固定,避免旋转模块102晃动。
如图3和5所示,支撑结构400为设置在基座100的顶边和底边的六个滚轮401,顶边与底边分别设有三个,三个滚轮401均匀排列设置,滚轮401采用单向滚轮401,安装时,将滚轮401安装成只能沿基座100长度方向运动的滚轮401。旋转模块102底面设有与滚轮401配合的凸块402,更换床单完毕,需要将旋转模块102推回初始位置时,稍微用力推动旋转模块102,使得旋转模块102稍稍抬起,此时凸块402便会与滚轮401抵触,这样可以限制旋转模块102左右方向旋转。
进一步地,位于基座100底边的滚轮401设置在滑轨201末端,这样当滑动模块103抽拉时,滚轮401对滑动模块103具有限位作用,这样可以限制滑动模块103进一步滑动脱离滑轨201。并且滚轮401采用胶轮材质,可以具有缓冲功能,避免滑动模块103与滚轮401刚性碰撞。
如图3和6所示,锁定机构500包括锁具501,锁具501包括安装在基座100上的锁座5011和安装在滑动模块103上的锁扣5012,锁座5011与锁扣5012相互配合,使用时,可推动滑动模块103,从而使得锁扣5012扣合在锁座5011上。
基座100上还安装有推动件502,推动件502为压簧5021,压簧5021位于滑动模块103朝向床头板101一侧,压簧5021一端固定在基座100上,另一端与滑动模块103顶部边沿抵触。这样当打开锁具501时,压簧5021便可自动将滑动模块103带旋转模块102推出,减少人工,省时省力。
具体实施过程:当需要更换床单时,打开锁具501,推动件502将滑动模块103连 带旋转模块102一起推出,旋转模块102通过滑动模块103沿滑轨201滑移,直至方便工作人员转动旋转模块102,并且旋转模块102在转动过程中不会触碰到床头板101,这样工作人员只需站在一个固定位置,便可转动旋转模块102,将床单塞入床垫与旋转模块102之间;更换完毕后,稍稍用力推动旋转模块102,使得旋转模块102底部的凸块402卡到基座100的滑移件204上,并且使得锁扣5012与锁座5011扣合,这样便可完成整个过程。
实施例2:一种便于更换床单的床架,与实施例1的不同之处在于,如图7所示,滑移机构200包括设置在基座100上的滑槽203,滑槽203沿基座100长度方向设置,滑槽203的条数设置成三条,三条滑槽203均匀设置在基座100上,滑槽203的条数不仅限于三条,根据实际情况需要,可设置成两条甚至更多。滑动模块103底面设有嵌入滑槽203的滑移件204,滑移件204可以为滑轮或者万向球,本实施例中滑移件204优选为滑轮,滑移件204可在滑槽203内滑动。这样旋转模块102便可沿滑槽203长度方向滑移,将旋转模块102抽出。
实施例3:一种便于更换床单的床架,与实施例1的不同之处在于,如图8所示,旋转组件301包括设置在滑动模块103中心处轴承座3013,旋转模块102上设有与轴承座3013转动连接的旋转轴3014,旋转轴3014与轴承座3013转动连接。这样旋转模块102便可进行旋转,方便更换床单。
实施例4:一种便于更换床单的床架,与实施例1的不同之处在于,如图9所示,旋转组件301包括大旋转盘3015,大旋转盘3015顶面与旋转模块102固定连接,底面与滑动模块103固定连接。旋转模块102可通过大旋转盘3015进行旋转方便更换床单。
实施例5:一种便于更换床单的床架,与实施例1的不同之处在于,如图10示,支撑结构400为两根定位辊403,两根定位辊403分别设置在基座100的顶边和底边, 且相互平行,定位辊403垂直于基座100长度方向设置,旋转模块102底面设有与定位辊403配合的凸条404,凸条404用于限制旋转模块102旋转。
安装时,稍稍用力推动旋转模块102,使得旋转模块102上的凸条404抵触定位辊403,这样就可以限制旋转模块102左右旋转。此外,位于底边的定位辊403设置在滑轨201末端,这样对旋转模块102具有限位作用,防止旋转模块102脱离滑轨201。
实施例6:一种便于更换床单的床架,与实施例1的不同之处在于,如图11所示,支撑结构400包括环绕基座100边沿设有的一圈支撑板架405,支撑板架405的顶面设有滑动件406。当将旋转模块102(见图2)抽出时,滑动件406可以减小旋转模块102(见图2)与支撑板架405之间的摩擦阻力。
滑动件406可以为万向轮或万向球或滑条,滑动件406主要为旋转模块102(见图2)在抽拉和旋转过程中,减少旋转模块102(见图2)受到的摩擦阻力,从而使得整个操作过程更加顺畅。
实施例7:一种便于更换床单的床架,与实施例1的不同之处在于,如图12所示,锁定机构500包括具有锁定功能的第二气弹簧503,第二气弹簧503安装在基座100上,第二气弹簧503的活塞杆顶端与滑动模块103固定连接。使用时,打开第二气弹簧503,第二气弹簧503与工作人员配合推动滑动模块103,当滑动模块103移动到能够使得旋转模块102自由旋转时,再将第二气弹簧503锁定,方便工作人员更换床单。
实施例8:一种便于更换床单的床架,与实施例1的不同之处在于,如图13所示,锁定机构500包括电动推杆504,电动推杆504固定安装在基座100上,电动推杆504的输出轴顶端与滑动模块103固定连接。使用时,电动推杆504将滑动模块103连带旋转模块102(见图2)推出,不需要人工推出旋转模块102(见图2),极大地提高了工作效率。
实施例9:一种便于更换床单的床架,与实施例1的不同之处在于,如图14所示,锁定机构500包括安装在基座100上的气缸505,气缸505的活塞杆顶端与滑动模块103顶部边沿固定连接。使用时,只需驱动气缸505伸缩其活塞杆便可推出或者收回旋转模块102(见图2),同时实现对旋转模块102(见图2)相对锁定,保持旋转模块102(见图2)稳定。
实施例10:一种便于更换床单的床架,与实施例1的不同之处在于,如图15所示,锁定机构500包括安装在基座100上伺服电机506,伺服电机506的输出轴上固设有丝杠507,旋转模块102(见图2)底面设有与丝杠507配合的丝杠座508,丝杠507与丝杠座508螺纹连接。基座100上设有两个用于限定滑动模块103滑移区间的限位传感器509,旋转模块102上设有与限位传感器509配合的限位卡块510。限位传感器509与限位卡块510配合,将滑动模块103限定在一定的范围内运动,这样可以避免旋转模块102(见图2)脱离基座100。
实施例11:一种便于更换床单的床架,与实施例1的不同之处在于,如图16所示,推动件502为第一气弹簧5022,第一气弹簧5022有两个,第一气弹簧5022底端固设在基座100上,其活塞杆的顶端与滑动模块103固定连接。
实施例12:一种便于更换床单的床架,与实施例1的不同之处在于,如图17所示,支撑结构400包括设置在基座100顶边和底边的支撑板条407,旋转模块102底面设有与支撑板条407抵触的限位板条408,限位板条408与支撑板条407的转角处倒角设置。支撑板条407与限位板条408配合限制旋转模块102左右滑动,并支撑旋转模块102。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便于更换床单的床架,其特征在于:包括基座(100),基座(100)上方设有用于放置床垫的旋转模块(102),还包括
    滑动模块(103),其位于基座(100)与旋转模块(102)之间;
    滑移机构(200),其位于滑动模块(103)与基座(100)之间,滑动模块(103)可通过滑移机构(200)沿基座(100)长度方向滑移;
    旋转机构(300),其位于滑动模块(103)与旋转模块(102)之间,旋转模块(102)可通过旋转机构(300)以滑动模块(103)中轴线为轴心线旋转;
    支撑结构(400),其环绕基座(100)边沿设置,用于支撑旋转模块(102);
    锁定机构(500),其设置在滑动模块(103)与基座(100)之间,用于将滑动模块(103)与基座(100)的位置关系锁定,且可推动滑动模块(103)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于更换床单的床架,其特征在于:所述滑移机构(200)包括设置在基座(100)上的滑轨(201),所述滑轨(201)至少两条,滑轨(201)沿基座(100)长度方向设置,旋转模块(102)底面设有与滑轨(201)配合的滑块(202)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于更换床单的床架,其特征在于:所述滑移机构(200)包括设置在基座(100)上的滑槽(203),所述滑槽(203)至少两条,滑槽(203)沿基座(100)长度方向设置,旋转模块(102)底面设有嵌入滑槽(203)内的滑移件(204),滑移件(204)可在滑槽(203)内滚动,所述滑移件(204)为滑轮或者 万向球。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种便于更换床单的床架,其特征在于:所述旋转机构(300)包括设置在旋转模块(102)与滑动模块(103)之间的旋转组件(301),旋转模块(102)可通过旋转组件(301)旋转。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种便于更换床单的床架,其特征在于:所述旋转组件(301)包括设置在滑动模块(103)上的轴承座(3013),所述旋转模块(102)上设有与轴承座(3013)转动连接的旋转轴(3014)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种便于更换床单的床架,其特征在于:所述旋转组件(301)包括大旋转盘(3015),大旋转盘(3015)顶面与旋转模块(102)固定连接,底面与滑动模块(103)固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种便于更换床单的床架,其特征在于:所述旋转组件(301)包括小旋转盘(3011),小旋转盘(3011)顶面与旋转模块(102)固定连接,底面与滑动模块(103)固定连接,滑动模块(103)上还设有若干环绕小旋转盘(3011)设置的旋转件(3012),所述旋转件(3012)为万向球或者万向轮。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种便于更换床单的床架,其特征在于:所述支撑结构(400)包括设置在基座(100)顶边和底边的滚轮(401),所述滚轮(401)的滚动方向沿基座(100)长度方向设置,旋转模块(102)底面设有与滚轮(401)配合的凸块(402),滚轮(401)用于降低其与凸块(402)的摩擦力,凸块(402)用于限制旋转模块(102)旋转。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种便于更换床单的床架,其特征在于:所述支撑结构(400)包括设置在基座(100)顶边和底边的定位辊(403),所述定位辊(403)垂直于基座(100)长度方向设置,所述旋转模块(102)底面设有与定位辊(403)配合的凸条(404),定位辊(403)用于降低其与凸条(404)的摩擦力,凸条(404)用于限制旋转模块(102)旋转。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种便于更换床单的床架,其特征在于:所述锁定机构(500)包括锁具(501),所述锁具(501)包括锁座(5011)和与锁座(5011)配合的锁扣(5012),所述锁座(5011)安装在基座(100)上,所述锁座(5011)安装在滑动模块(103)上,所述基座(100)上还安装有推动件(502),推动件(502)为压簧(5021),压簧(5021)一端固设在基座(100)上,另一端与滑动模块(103)顶部边沿抵触。
