Abstract

OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION

The main objective of the present invention is to make available a washable organic diaper of bamboo activated carbon cloth that is hypoallergenic and has qualities of improved absorption, perspiration and hygiene.

However, any skilled person in the field of the art that is in charge of the present invention may be able to make modifications not described in the present application, however, if for the application of these modifications in a given structure or in the manufacturing process thereof, the matter claimed in the following claims is required, said structures must be included within the scope of the invention.

Claims

CLAIMS Having sufficiently described the invention, the content of the following claims clauses is claimed as property.

1.- A washable organic cloth diaper with activated bamboo charcoal, of the type consisting of a body that defines an upper section, an intermediate section and a lower section, where the upper section defines substantially straight lateral and upper edges, the intermediate section it defines curved side edges inward and the lower section defines two side flaps, characterized in that said body consists of an outer lining composed of a mixture of 30% cotton and 70% natural viscose with activated bamboo charcoal, an intermediate fabric made of thermoplastic polyurethane and a 100% natural viscose inner fabric inlaid with activated bamboo charcoal and the intermediate fabric being fully adhered to the outer lining and separated from the inner fabric; and wherein the upper section comprises a first horizontal row of brooches for waist adjustment and a second discontinuous row of leg size adjustment snaps; in the transition zone with the intermediate section other rows of brooches are included for adjusting the size or size of the diaper and in the two side flaps other brooches are included that collaborate with the brooches of the upper section for waist adjustment; and wherein the lateral edges of the intermediate section comprise an elastic anti-spill seam.

2. The washable organic cloth diaper with activated bamboo charcoal, according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower edge of said lower section comprises a pocket-like opening for the insertion of an absorbent insert for greater absorption.

The washable organic cloth diaper with activated bamboo charcoal, according to claim 2, characterized in that said pocket-like opening comprises a double-threaded rod in its contour and has a spring element in the mouth to increase the size of the mouth and facilitate the insertion of the absorption insert.
