在一个实施例中,所述活动部为环形活动部,所述第一防溅部设置于所述滑盖装置底部,所述环形活动部设置在第一防溅部,且与所述第一防溅部滑动配合,所述第一防溅部与所述环形活动部之间设置有防脱结构,所述第二防溅部设置在所述第一机体的顶部,所述环形活动部的底部与所述第二防溅部配合形成封闭空间;或

通过采用上述技术方案,本发明至少可以取得以下技术效果:
1.本发明实施例的洗碗机的滑盖装置能够在两个清洗腔的腔口之间滑动,方便用户切换具体选用的清洗腔;同时,通过与防溅部件的配合避免或减少水自第一清洗腔溅出。
2.通过配置环形体形成排水槽,并对应形成排水间隙,避免水外流至厨房地面,导致地面湿滑的情况。
3.在防溅部件配置于环形体的内周缘,使环形体兼具限制防溅件上下活动范围的作用,即不需要额外的部件来限制防溅件上下活动范围,使得洗碗机整体结构可较为紧凑。
4.在滑盖装置包含框架结构和盖板结构的情况下,使得洗碗机暴露出第一清洗腔或第二 清洗腔的方式可为滑动方式和翻转方式,使得洗碗机的使用更为方便。
5.通过机体、防溅部件、滑盖装置的设计、配合,优化了洗碗机的空间,使其结构更紧凑,空间的可利用率更高。
6.通过驱动装置使洗碗机更加智能化,有效提升用户体验。

如图1、2、3所示,本发明提供的洗碗机包含有机体1、滑盖装置2、防溅组件3。以图1中X方向为左右方向,Y方向为前后方向,Z方向为上下方向。机体可以安装于厨房用于处理食物的工作台上,取代常见的配置于工作台的水槽结构。
实施例1
如图1、2、3所示,本实施例的洗碗机包括机体1、滑盖装置2及防溅组件3,其中机体1包含具有第一清洗腔111的第一机体部11和具有第二清洗腔121的第二机体部12;第一清洗腔111和第二清洗腔121左右相邻设置,且第一清洗腔111内配置有清洗机构;滑盖装置2遮盖第一清洗腔111的腔口,且滑盖装置2通过滑动件与所述机体滑动配合,进而滑盖装置2能够在第一清洗腔111和第二清洗腔121两者的腔口之间滑动;防溅组件3,配置于所述滑盖装置2与所述第一机体部11的配合面,与所述滑盖装置2所述第一机体部11构成封闭空间,其中,封闭空间可以并非完全密闭,只要能够阻隔或减少第一清洗腔111在清洗时喷射的水流流出即可。
当所述滑盖装置2与所述第一机体11闭合时,防溅组件3能够防止或减少水自滑盖装置2和第一清洗腔111的腔口之间的缝隙溅出,有效避免了外界水源进入第一清洗腔111,也避免了清洗腔内部的水外溅到外部,有效起到了防溅效果。
实施例2
如图1-8所示,本实施进一步优选地,所述滑盖装置2具有滑动件21,所述机体1具有与滑动件21配合的导轨件13,所述导轨件13凹入所述机体1侧壁。其中,机体1的前后两侧的侧壁上设置有左右延伸的导轨件13,导轨件13相对机体1的侧壁外凹,自上而下观察洗碗机时,两清洗腔的内壁面在视觉外观上呈平整结构,亦即导轨件13在视觉外观上呈隐藏状态。滑盖装置2通过滑动件21与设置于机体1上的导轨件13滑动配合。其中所述导轨件13可以是槽体结构,也可以是其他形状结构。
实施例3
如图1-6所示,本实施进一步优选地,所述导轨件13设置为凹入所述机体1侧壁的凹槽,所述导轨件13与所述机体1的侧壁可以通过冲压成型等方式制成一体结构,也可以是分体结构。所述导轨件13位于机体的侧壁的外壁面以使所述凹槽位于所述机体的外壁面,所述导轨件13形成的凹槽的凹入部分与所述机体1的内部连通,所述滑盖装置2的滑动件21与所述凹槽滑动地配合。
进一步优选地,所述凹槽与滑动件21的上、下配合的至少一个侧面呈倾斜设置,凹槽形成一个侧卧的梯形槽,所述梯形槽靠侧所述机体的一边形成较大的开口,滑动件21的横截面为梯形;或者,所述凹槽的上、下两配合的至少一侧面呈台阶结构,所述台阶结构形成内外两个不同高度的台阶面,其横截面为“凸”字型;或者凹槽的内角成圆弧状;保证了残留在所述滑槽内的水液及时排出,避免污渍积存。
实施例4
如图7、8所示,本实施进一步优选地,所述导轨件13与机体1侧壁呈分体式固定连接结构;即所述导轨件13与所述机体1在安装前相互分离,安装后所述导轨件13通过焊接或铆接等方式固定于所述机体1侧壁上。所述机体1侧壁设置长形通孔,所述导轨件位于所述机体1的侧壁的外壁面与长形通孔形成与第一清洗腔111连通的凹槽,所述滑盖装置2的滑动件21与所述凹槽滑动地配合。具体地,在安装时,所述导轨件13的同一侧的两端对应于所述机体1的外壁面靠近长形通孔的两端的位置上,使所述导轨件13与所述长形通孔正对形成与第一清洗腔111连通的凹槽,然后在所述机体1的外壁面外将所述导轨件13与所述机体1采用焊接或铆接等方式固定。本实施例使所述导轨件13能够从所述机体1的外壁面进行安装,即使焊接线位于机体1的外壁面上,安装后无需要进行精细抛光,实现在安装前单独对导轨件13进行抛光等表面处理,避免了在所述机体1上直接开设凹槽而导致抛光设备无法更好地对凹槽进行抛光,提高了凹槽安装、加工的便利性。
进一步地,所述导轨件13也可以安装于所述机体1的最上端边缘,安装后,所述导轨件13的内侧面与所述机体1的内壁面平齐。
实施例5
如图9所示,本实施进一步优选地,所述滑动件21与所述滑盖装置2呈可拆卸式连接。例如,所述滑动件21与所述滑盖装置2可以呈伸缩式连接,滑盖装置2上设有让位容腔22,让位容腔22底部设置定位孔,所述滑动件21设有滚轮211及与所述滚轮连接的定位槽212,所述滑动件21与之配合后经定位销213或螺丝紧固连接所述定位孔及定位槽212,即可紧固地连接,使滑盖装置2与导轨件13之间安装及拆卸更加容易方便;优选地,所述滑动件与所述滑盖装置2还可以呈侧接式配合,所述滑盖装置2的侧向设有容置腔,所述滑动件经侧壁的通孔插入所述容置腔后紧固定位,从而滑盖上侧看不到安装痕迹,更加美观,而且避免了下侧安装的不便。
进一步地,所述滑动件的侧壁设有对所述凹槽进行除渣的除渣片214。所述除渣片214可以随着所述滑盖装置2的滑动而相对所述凹槽运动,从而实现对凹槽内的污渍及残渣去除, 保证滑盖装置2滑动的顺畅。优选地,所述滑动件21的侧壁可以设有凸点或滚珠;保证所述滑动件与所述凹槽配合得更紧凑更稳定。
与现有技术相比,上述实施例利用通过在机体2的侧壁设置的隐藏式导轨件13,使所述导轨件13凹入机体1,不外露于所述机体1的内壁;因此,不仅不占用机体开口的前后宽度,保证有足够的空间将碗具放进或取出;而且,可以使滑盖装置2与机体1的内壁之间的间隙更小,配合更紧凑,外部无法通过间隙看到滑动部件之间的连接配合,整体更加美观;另外,还可以避免污渍积存影响机体的清洁。
实施例6
如图9-14所示,本实施进一步优选地,所述滑盖装置2包含:在第一清洗腔111和第二清洗腔121两者的腔口之间滑动的框架结构23;设置于框架结构23上的滑动件21;以及与所述框架结构23铰接的盖板结构24;所述框架结构23一侧设置有轴部25,所述盖板结构24具有套接于轴部上的铰接部26;所述轴部与所述框架结构形成供铰接部在超过90度范围内转动的容纳槽27;且所述铰接部26包括与所述容纳槽27相匹配的遮挡部28。其中,所述轴部25与铰接部26转动,盖板结构24翻转,与所述框架结构23开启及闭合,容纳槽27具有供遮挡部28在超过90度的弧度范围内转动的避让空间,该弧度范围例如为105度、120度等,在最大翻转状态下,遮挡部28刚好填充该避让空间,该种设计方式,使得盖板结构24在与框架结构23相配合处于遮盖状态时沿上下方向的整体厚度可以最小化,有助于洗碗机的小型化设计。
进一步地,所述框架结构23之上的轴部25可以为枢接轴,以使所述盖板结构24相对所述框架结构23可翻转,所述盖板结构24的铰接部为轴套,所述枢接轴套于所述轴套内。所述轴套可以对枢接轴起到保护的作用,防止杂物进入影响枢接轴的转动而使翻盖无法翻转打开。
在本实施例中,由于所述遮挡部28在所述盖板结构24相对所述框架结构23盖合时用于遮挡所述轴部,所述容纳槽在所述盖板结构24相对所述框架结构23打开时用于容纳所述遮挡部。通过所述容纳槽,可以使所述遮挡部既能遮挡所述轴部,使滑盖装置2整体更简洁美观,又能使所述遮挡部与所述轴部结构更紧凑,不会发生干涉;而且通过上述的配合使所述盖板结构24与所述框架结构23配合更紧凑,从而可以减少滑盖装置2的厚度,当所述盖板结构24相对框架结构23翻开时,其占用第一清洗腔111边缘处的空间更小,因此,可以增大第一清洗腔111的内部空间。
实施例7
如图9-14所示,本实施进一步优选地,所述滑盖装置2包含:在第一清洗腔111和第二清洗腔121两者的腔口之间滑动的框架结构23;设置于框架结构23上的滑动件21;以及与所述框架结构23铰接的盖板结构24;所述框架结构23一侧设置有轴部25,所述盖板结构24具有套接于轴部上的铰接部;所述框架结构23的一侧设置有第一切槽部231,所述轴部25设置在第一切槽部231上,所述框架结构23的另一侧设置有与所述第一切槽部231平行的第二切槽部232,所述盖板结构24的一侧具有与该第二切槽部232配合的凸起部241。
本实施例通过分别在框架结构23的两侧设置有切槽部,其中,将轴部25设置在第一切槽部231上,与盖板结构24开启一侧的凸起部241与第二切槽部232相对应,从而在保证所述框架结构23具有足够的强度安装滑动部的前提下,尽可能减少两者盖合后的厚度;不仅保证了整个洗碗机滑盖具有足够的强度,并且结构十分紧凑,盖合后厚度较小,占用空间少,保证洗碗腔及清洗腔具有较大的容积。
实施例8
如图9-15所示,本实施进一步优选地,所述滑盖装置2包含:在第一清洗腔111和第二清洗腔121两者的腔口之间滑动的框架结构23;设置于框架结构23上的滑动件21;以及与所述框架结构23铰接的盖板结构24;所述框架结构23的侧边顶面具有凸台233,所述凸台233位于与滑动方向平行的所述框架结构23的侧边,所述凸台233的外侧壁上设置有与所述机体1滑动配合的滑动件,所述盖板结构24具有与所述凸台233配合的避让槽。
本实施例中,所述盖板结构24与所述框架结构23盖合时,所述凸台233容置于所述避让槽;由于所述凸台233能提供足够大的位置及强度安装所述滑动部21,所以所述框架结构23的厚度在较薄的情况下也可以满足安装位置有限及安装强度的要求,能够进一步的对空间进行优化。
进一步地,所述凸台233的宽度可以与其所在的所述框架结构23的边的宽度相等,所述凸台233从所述框架结构23的一端延伸到另一端,且并未延伸到与所述框架结构23的两端对齐的位置,使得所述凸台233的长度小于所述框架结构23侧边的长度。
进一步地,在所述框架结构23的其中一相对的两侧向上也可以分别突伸出两凸台233,一共四个凸台233,同侧的两所述凸台233的宽度与其所在的所述框架结构23的边的宽度相等,两所述凸台233的长度较短,且两所述凸台233之间呈一定间距。由于两所述凸台233之间呈一定间距,在所述盖板结构24盖合于所述框架结构23上时,所述盖板结构24与两所述凸台233之间的空间形成空隙,因此,可以在所述盖板结构24的对应位置处设置密封条以在两者盖合后密封该空隙,防止漏水,也可以设置可动的密封条,当两者盖合后可动的密封 条入该空隙,并密封该空隙;进一步地,所述凸台233的宽度也可以小于其所在的所述框架结构23的边的宽度。
与现有技术相比,由于本发明通过在所述框架结构23的两侧设置凸台233,在所述盖板结构24上设置容置凸台233的避让槽,从而在保证所述框架结构23具有足够的强度安装滑动部的前提下,尽可能减少两者盖合后的厚度;因此,整个洗碗机滑盖具有足够的强度,并且结构十分紧凑,所述盖板结构24与所述框架结构23盖合后的厚度得到有效减少,占用空间少,保证洗碗腔及清洗腔具有较大的容积。
实施例9
如图16、17所示,本实施进一步优选地,所述框架结构23的侧边上设置有水平方向限位结构。其中水平限位结构可以设置为位于所述框架结构23外侧壁的限位滚轮234,也可以是滑块等能够与所述导轨件配合提供一朝向滑动方法相反的限位力,例如:限位凸起235、限位凸点236等,当所述框架结构设置有齿条部41时,其限位结构也可以是与齿条部41配合的齿轮件43,从而使框架机构相对导轨件运行得更加平稳,保证在预设范围内滑动,定位更加精准。
实施例10
如图17-22所示,本实施进一步优选地,所述洗碗机还包含驱动装置4,所述驱动装置4包含:位于所述滑盖装置2上的齿条部41、位于所述机体上的驱动电机42;所述驱动电机42的驱动轴通过齿轮件43与所述齿条部41啮合;所述齿条部41可以设置为一个,如图18所示,配置于与所述滑盖装置2滑动方向平行的框架结构23的一侧;也可以设置为两个,如图17、19所示,分别配置于与所述滑盖装置2滑动方向平行的框架结构23的两侧。其中,所述驱动电机42用以驱动滑盖装置2在第一清洗腔111和第二清洗腔121两者的腔口之间活动,在本实施例中,驱动电机42的驱动轴可以上下延伸,齿条部41左右延伸;进一步的所述的驱动电机42也可以设置为一个或两个,在包括两个齿条部41,驱动电机42设置为两个的情况下,如图18所示,两个驱动电机42同步转动,其两个驱动电机42的驱动轴分别通过齿轮件43与齿条部41进行啮合,从而实现同步转动;在包括两个齿条部41,且驱动电机42为一个的情况下,如图20-22所示,驱动电机42的驱动轴通过齿轮件43与其中一齿条部41啮合,而另一齿条部41可与设置在机体上的另一齿轮件43啮合,两齿轮件43可以通过传输轴或传输带等结构同步传动。
进一步地,如图17-22所示,所述齿条部41配置于所述框架结构23下侧,所述齿轮件43配置于所述第一机体部11与第二机体部12之间,所述驱动电机42的驱动部与所述齿轮 件43连接。其中,所述齿条部41的齿面可以朝向第一清洗腔111的中心,即所述齿条部41的齿面设置在内壁,如图20所示;所述齿条部41的齿面也可以背离第一清洗腔111的中心,即所述齿条部41的齿面设置在外壁,如图17、19所示;所述齿条部41齿面也可以朝向所述第一清洗腔111底面所在的平面,即所述齿条部41的齿面设置在框架结构23侧壁的底面,如图22所示。
进一步优选地,驱动装置4中包括一齿条部41,齿条部41设置于框架结构23的一侧。齿轮件43与齿条部42啮合;驱动电机42驱动齿轮件43转动。本实施例中,齿条部41设置于框架结构23的一侧的外壁面,限位块设置于与齿条结构相对活动框的另一侧的外壁面。当齿轮件43驱动框架结构23移动时,齿轮件43施加于框架结构23的力朝向限位块方向,此时,框架结构23另一侧的外壁面对限位块滑动地抵顶,而限位块则对框架结构23的外壁面施加一朝向齿条部41方向的限位力,从而使框架结构23不发生移位,稳定地运行。进一步地,为了避免驱动电机42受潮,驱动电机42设置于机体的下方;机体上具有供驱动电机42的驱动端穿出的避让部,同时进一步提高水槽式洗碗机的结构紧凑性。
进一步优选的,在框架结构23相对两侧的外壁分别设置有齿条部41,如图25、26所示,所述齿条部41的侧面与所述框架结构23的底面形成让位空间44,所述齿轮件43设置于所述让位空间44内,其中所述齿轮件43与所述齿条部41均设置在所述框架结构23的下侧,框架结构23边框的宽度遮盖了全部齿条部41及齿轮件43直径的一部分,减少了驱动装置4占用的空间,使空间配合更加紧凑;而且,如图17所示,在所述第一机体部11与第二机体部12之间的两侧分别设置有齿轮件43,在驱动电机42的驱动轴转动时,带动齿轮件43同步转动,所述齿轮件43的转动同步带动齿条部41移动,其中齿轮件43和滑动件21还可以起到防止滑盖装置2被推开的限位作用,通过上述设置,不仅优化了空间,而且实现了滑盖装置2平行于其移动方向的两侧进行同步传递,有效提高了滑盖装置2的移动稳定性,进而确保了滑盖结构的滑动稳定性。
进一步优选地,如图20、21所示,在框架结构23相对两侧的内壁分别设置有齿条部41,所述驱动装置4还包括一驱动电机42、同步转动的第一齿轮431及第二齿轮432;驱动电机42驱动第一齿轮431及第二齿轮432同步转动;第一齿轮431与第二齿轮432分别与两侧的齿条部41啮合。其中的传动关系可以为:驱动电机42的输出轴与第一齿轮431连接,所述驱动还包括,设置于驱动部件的驱动端的主动齿轮433;与第二齿轮432同轴设置的从动齿轮434;与从动齿轮434啮合的中间齿轮435;传动连接中间齿轮435与主动齿轮433的传输带436。通过上述设置,使得中间齿轮435与从动齿轮434啮合,进而达到主动齿轮433间 接带动从动齿轮434转动的作用,有效避免了振动转递,提高了驱动装置4的传动稳定性。为了避免传输带打滑,传输带436内侧还可以设置有轮齿结构。当然,其传动关系也可以设置为其他结构,在此不再一一累述且均在保护范围之内。
进一步优选地,如图22所示,框架结构23平行于其移动方向的两侧底部分别设置有齿条部41;驱动装置4包括:一驱动电机42;设置于驱动电机42的驱动轴的主动齿轮433,主动齿轮433与第一齿轮431啮合;与主动齿轮433同轴设置的从动齿轮434,从动齿轮434与第二齿轮432啮合;连接主动齿轮433与从动齿轮434的传动轴437。进一步地,在机体1上设置有避让孔,以便于第一齿轮431与第二齿轮432透过避让孔与齿条部41啮合。
进一步优选地,第一齿轮431与第二齿轮432同轴设置,驱动装置4还包括连接第一齿轮432与第二齿轮432的同步轴438。通过上述设置,有效确保了第一齿轮431与第二齿轮432的同步转动,也进一步提高了传动稳定性。
本实施例中,齿条部41设置在框架结构23的下侧的方式,有利于减小洗碗机沿前后方向所占用的空间。本实施例齿条部41设置成面向背离第一清洗腔111的中心的一侧的方式,该种方式使得齿条部41沿左右延伸的整体表面都可布设齿条部41以配合齿轮件43工作。如果将齿条部41设置成面向第一清洗腔111的中心的一侧的方式,齿条部41沿左右延伸的整体表面在两侧的部分需与连接杆相连,即该种情况下的齿条部41的整体表面不可都用来布设齿部以配合齿轮件43工作。在滑盖装置2需满足预设的滑动量的情况下,相较于齿条部41设置成面向第一清洗腔111的中心的一侧的方式,齿条部41设置成面向背离第一清洗腔111的中心的一侧的方式对于齿条部41沿左右方向延伸的空间要求较小,更有利于洗碗机的小型化设计,使得洗碗机更适用于面积较小的厨房。

如图29、30、32、33、34、40、41所示,本实施进一步优选地,所述齿条部41具有齿面及与齿面垂直的底面,在所述底面上设置有防溅组件3。当所述齿条部41设置在所述框架结构23下侧,齿面的底面与所述框架结构23的底面平行,可以在齿条部41的底面设置毛刷、上下滑动的活动部33,从而形成防止或减小滑盖装置2与第一机体部11之间的间隙的防止水流流出的封闭空间。

进一步地,当所述防溅组件3包括活动部时,当所述滑盖装置2与所述第一机体部11闭合时,所述活动部33进行上、下活动,齿条部41的下表面和防溅组件3的上表面贴近,相配合起到防水第一清洗腔111的水外溅的作用。

如图3、23-41所示,本实施进一步优选地,所述防溅组件3包括分别设置在所述滑盖装置2及所述第一机体部11的第一防溅部31及第二防溅部32,所述第一防溅部31与所述第二防溅部32的配合面上设置有在预设范围内上、下滑动的活动部33,当滑盖装置2水平方向上滑动至遮盖第一机体部11的第一清洗腔111时,第一防溅部31和第二防溅部32的配合面相贴合,但具有一定的间隙空间,此时,所述活动部33上、下滑动,遮挡或减小所述间隙空间,由于本发明在所述滑盖装置2及所述第一机体部11之间设置防溅组件3,在所述滑盖装置2与所述第一机体部11闭合状态下通过防溅组件3封闭或缩小所述滑盖装置2及所述第一机体部11之间的间隙,从而使得所述滑盖装置2及所述第一机体部11能够相对封闭,有效防止洗碗机第一清洗腔111溅起的水花从间隙进入到洗碗腔内,防溅效果好,保证洗碗腔内的清洁。
如图3、23-41所示,本实施进一步优选地,所述防溅组件3包括分别设置在所述滑盖装置2及所述第一机体部11的第一防溅部31及第二防溅部32,所述第一防溅部31与所述第二防溅部32的配合面上设置有在预设范围内上、下滑动的活动部33,当滑盖装置2水平方向上滑动至遮盖第一机体部11的第一清洗腔111时,第一防溅部31和第二防溅部32的配合面相贴合,但具有一定的间隙空间,此时,所述活动部33上、下滑动,遮挡或减小所述间隙空间,由于本发明在所述滑盖装置2及所述第一机体部11之间设置防溅组件3,在所述滑盖装置2与所述第一机体部11闭合状态下通过防溅组件3封闭或缩小所述滑盖装置2及所述第一机体部11之间的间隙,从而使得所述滑盖装置2及所述第一机体部11能够相对封闭,有效防止洗碗机第一清洗腔111溅起的水花从间隙进入到洗碗腔内,防溅效果好,保证洗碗腔内的清洁。
进一步优选的,所述第一防溅部31可以设置在滑盖装置2的盖板结构24下侧,如图23-26所示,也可以设置在滑盖装置2的框架结构23的下侧,如图27-41所示,所述第二防溅部32的位置与所述第一防溅部31相适配,二者能够通过活动部33的活动形成闭合的状态,从而在实现防溅的同时使结构更加紧凑,节约了空间。
实施例13
如图27-31所示,本实施进一步优选地,所述活动部33为环形活动部331,所述第一防溅部31设置于所述滑盖装置2底部,所述第二防溅部32设置在所述第一机体部11的顶部,所述环形活动部331设置在所述第二防溅部32,且与所述第二防溅部32滑动配合,所述环形活动部331的顶部与所述第一防溅部31配合形成封闭空间。
进一步优选地,所述第二防溅部32固定设置在所述第一机体部11的顶面,横截面设置为L型结构,且所述第二防溅部32与第一机体部11顶面形成卡槽,所述环形活动部331的横截面呈L型结构,所述L型结构与所述卡槽配合,且所述环形活动部331的L型结构的横边部伸入卡槽内上、下活动,当所述滑盖装置2遮盖所述第一清洗腔111时,所述环形活动部331在外力的作用下,向上活动,与所述第一防溅部31贴合,形成一个闭合的配合面,进而可以防止水花从两者的配合缝隙中溅出,提高洗碗机的挡水性能。
进一步地,如图30或图31所示,所述环形活动部331的横截面还可以设置为T型结构,龙门型等结构,所述第二防溅部32设置所述第一机体顶面,且与所述环形活动部331相配合。同样在滑盖装置2与所述第一机体闭合时,在外力作用下,使环形活动部331向上运动,通 过其与设置在滑盖装置2上的第一防溅部31相配合,以防止水花在从两者的配合缝隙中溅出,提高洗碗机的挡水性能。
进一步优选地,环形活动部331与驱动机构34连接,所述驱动机构35的输出端与所述环形活动部331连接。当所述滑盖装置2相对所述第一机体部11关闭时,所述环形活动部331随着所述滑盖装置2平移而处于所述第一防溅部31的下方,此时,驱动机构35启动推动所述环形活动部331上移,直到所述环形活动部331与所述第一防溅部31形成一闭合的配合面停止,即在遮挡所述滑盖装置2与所述第一机体部11之间的间隙时停止驱动;在所述滑盖装置2相对所述第一机体部11打开前,只需要利用所述驱动机构35带动所述环形活动部331下移,与所述第一防溅部31形成开合状态,即不会防碍所述滑盖装置2相对所述第一机体部11打开即可。
进一步优选地,所述防溅组件3包括至少一组磁吸组件34,所述至少一组磁吸组件34包括相互配合的第一磁吸件341及第二磁吸件342,所述第一磁吸件341设置在所述环形活动部331上。优选地,所述第一防溅部31设置在所述框架机构底面,在与所述框架结构23滑动的方向平行的两侧边上设置的第一防溅部31上分别设置有第二磁吸件342,所述第二磁吸组件与设置在环形活动部331的第一磁吸件341在靠近时相吸引,从而使第一磁吸件342向上活动,当所述滑盖装置2相对所述第一机体部11滑动关闭时,所述第二磁吸件342逐渐向第一磁吸件341靠近,当靠近到一定距离时,磁吸组件34相对吸引而使所述环形活动部331向上滑动,与第一防溅部31相接触。当所述滑盖装置2相对所述第一机体部11打开时,所述环形活动部331与所述第一防溅部31的底面相对滑动,此时,第一磁吸件341与所述第二磁吸件342滑动而实现强脱离。当然,所述磁吸组件34还可以包括三组、四组、五组等,在与所述滑动方向垂直的框架结构23两侧设置磁吸组件34时,需要对其进行位置的交错设计,以避免在滑动过程增加阻力。
进一步优选地,所述第一防溅部31设置于所述滑盖装置2底部,所述第二防溅部32设置在所述第一机体部11的顶部,所述活动部33与所述第二防溅部32上下滑动配合,所述活动部33的顶部与所述第一防溅部31配合形成封闭空间;当所述活动部33的顶面高于所述第二防溅部32顶面的情况下,在所述活动部33的底部设置弹性支撑件,为了保证所述滑盖装置在第一清洗腔111与第二清洗腔121平稳运行,所述活动部33与第一防溅部31的配合面具有搭接部,或所述活动部33与所述第一防溅部的31配合面设置有导向斜坡。
实施例14
如图32-34所示,本实施进一步优选地,所述活动部为环形活动部331,所述第一防溅部31设置于所述滑盖装置2底面,所述环形活动部331设置在第一防溅部31,且与所述第一防溅部31滑动配合,所述第一防溅部31与所述环形活动部331之间设置有防脱结构,所述第二防溅部32设置在所述第一机体部11的顶面,所述环形活动部331的底部与所述第二防溅部32配合形成封闭空间;
进一步优选地,所述第一防溅部31固定设置在所述滑盖装置2的底面,横截面设置为L型结构,且所述第一防溅部31与滑盖装置2底面形成卡槽,所述环形活动部331的横截面呈L型结构,所述L型结构与所述卡槽配合,所述第一防溅部31的L型结构的横边部设置为限位结构,限制所述环形活动部331的在卡槽内活动范围,当所述滑盖装置2遮盖所述第一清洗腔111时,所述环形活动部331在外力的作用下,向下活动,与所述第二防溅部32贴合,形成一个闭合的配合面,进而可以防止水花从两者的配合缝隙中溅出,提高洗碗机的挡水性能。
进一步地,所述防溅部件还包括驱动机构,所述驱动机构驱动所述环形活动部331滑动并相对所述第二防溅部32靠近配合或远离。所述驱动机构可以为直线驱动器,例如气缸。
如图35、36所示,进一步优选地,所述第一防溅部设置于所述滑盖装置底部,所述第二防溅部设置在所述第一机体的顶部,所述活动部通过防脱结构与所述第一防溅部上下滑动配合,所述活动部的底部与所述第二防溅部配合形成封闭空间,所述活动部33与第二防溅部32具有搭接部36,或所述活动部33与所述第二防溅部32的配合面设置有导向斜坡37;本实施例中的搭接部或导向斜坡使滑盖装置在滑动的过程中更平稳。
进一步地,所述第一防溅部31固定设置在所述滑盖装置2的底面,且所述第一防溅部31底面设置有凹槽,所述环形活动部331设置与所述凹槽相匹配的滑块,所述第二防溅部32设置所述第一机体顶面,且与所述环形活动部331相配合。同样在滑盖装置2与所述第一机体闭合时,在外力作用下,使环形活动部331向上运动,通过其与设置在滑盖装置2上的第一防溅部31相配合,以防止水花在从两者的配合缝隙中溅出,提高洗碗机的挡水性能。
实施例15
如图37、38所示,本实施进一步优选地,所述防溅组件3包括第一防溅部31及位于所述第一防溅部31下侧的第二防溅部32;所述第一防溅部31配置于所述滑盖装置2的底面,所述第二防溅部32设置于所述第一机体部11的顶面,所述第一防溅部31及所述第二防溅部32的配合面设置为倾斜面;第一防溅部31与所述第二防溅部32均为相对于滑盖装置2的滑动方向倾斜的倾斜配合面;第一防溅部31与所述第二防溅部32的倾斜方向相同;第一防溅 部31所述第二防溅部32在闭合过程中上下间隙逐渐缩小。在滑盖装置2与第一机体相对闭合后,第一防溅部31与所述第二防溅部32的防溅面配合接触。
进一步地,所述第一防溅部31固定地设置于所述滑盖装置2的配合面上,所述第二防溅部32固定地设置于所述第一机体部11的配合面上。具体地,所述第一防溅部31为滑块,所述滑块固定地设置于所述滑盖装置2上,所述第二防溅部32为配合块,所述配合块固定地设置于所述第一机体部11上。所述滑块及所述配合块的配合面均为相互平行的倾斜面;所述第一防溅部31与第二防溅的配合面还可以分别设置有柔性挡水件38,所述柔性挡水件38为弹性垫片,也可以为耐磨材料,例如可以为硅胶。当所述滑盖装置2相对所述第一机体部11关闭时,所述滑块随所述滑盖装置2一起水平移动并靠近所述配合块,所述弹性垫片也靠近所述配合块,当所述滑盖装置2完全关闭所述第一机体部11后,所述滑块的倾斜面与所述配合块的倾斜面完全配合,此时,所述弹性垫片被挤压于所述滑块与所述配合块之间,所述滑块、所述弹性垫片及所述配合块共同遮挡所述滑盖装置2与所述第一机体部11之间的间隙,防止水花进入溅出第一清洗腔111。当所述滑盖装置2相对所述第一机体部11打开时,所述滑块随所述滑盖装置2一起水平移动并远离所述配合块,这时,所述滑盖装置2远离所述第一清洗腔111,所述滑盖装置2相对与所述第一机体部11即可打开。
实施例16
如图39所示,本实施进一步优选地,所述防溅组件3包括第一防溅部31及位于所述第一防溅部31下侧的第二防溅部32;所述第一防溅部31配置于所述滑盖装置2的底面,所述第二防溅部32设置于所述第一机体部11的顶面,所述第一防溅部31及所述第二防溅部32的配合面设置有若干重复排列的柔性挡水件38。优选地,所述第一防溅部31、所述第二防溅部32至少一个设置若干重复排列的柔性挡水件,所述若干重复排列的柔性挡水件可以为毛刷。
进一步地,所述第一防溅部31与所述第二防溅部32分别设置有所述毛刷时,所述毛刷的接触面可以是水平面,也可以是倾斜面。
实施例17
如图23-31所示,本实施进一步优选地,所述第二防溅部32为设置在所述第一清洗腔111的腔口外周缘上的环形体,所述环形体与所述机体的侧壁构成排水槽14。本实施例中的第二防溅部32既可以与活动部33配合实现防溅防水的效果,同时也可以与机体1的内侧壁进行配合形成排水槽14,从而保证水不会溅到机体外侧,通过一个机构实现了多种效果,从而进一步的节省了空间。
实施例18
如图4-8所示,本实施进一步优选地,所述第一清洗腔111的腔口的周缘上配置有环形体,所述环形体的外周缘和所述机体的侧壁构成排水槽14,所述环形体的顶部设置排水槽。当第一清洗腔111内的水溅出时可直接排入排水槽14而流入第二清洗腔,或者由排水槽14直接排入排水管道,溅出的水直接从排水管流出。
进一步地,所述排水槽14连通第二清洗腔121。排水槽内可设置有过滤网。
进一步地,滑盖装置2的外周缘和机体1的侧壁之间具有连通排水槽的排水间隙,排水间隙用以供滑盖装置2上的水迹活动至排水槽14;可以由第二清洗腔来收集第一清洗腔溅出的水和滑盖装置上的残留水分,经由连通第二清洗腔的排水管流出,或者直接将排水槽14于排水管直接相连,其可避免水外流至厨房地面,导致地面湿滑的问题。
本发明通过对机体、滑盖装置、防溅组件及驱动装置等各个部件的合理优化,使得本发明洗碗机能够在满足清洗腔大小的需求的情况下,进一步使结构更加紧凑,能够使相同尺寸的洗碗机具有更多的清洗空间,实现第一清洗腔111及第二清洗腔121的空间最大化。

Claims (18)
- 一种洗碗机,其特征在于,所述洗碗机包含:机体,包含具有第一清洗腔的第一机体部和具有第二清洗腔的第二机体部,所述第一清洗腔和第二清洗腔相邻设置,且所述第一清洗腔配置有清洗机构;滑盖装置,遮盖第一清洗腔的腔口,且与所述机体水平方向滑动配合;防溅组件,配置于所述滑盖装置与所述第一机体部的配合面;且与所述滑盖装置、所述第一机体部构成封闭空间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述滑盖装置具有滑动件,所述机体具有与所述滑动件配合的导轨件,所述导轨件凹入所述机体侧壁。
- 根据权利要求2所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述导轨件设置为凹入所述机体侧壁的凹槽,所述凹槽具有排水结构,所述凹槽与所述滑动件滑动配合;和/或所述滑动件与所述滑盖装置呈可拆卸式连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述滑盖装置包含:在第一清洗腔和第二清洗腔两者的腔口之间滑动的框架结构;设置于框架结构上的滑动件;以及与所述框架结构铰接的盖板结构;所述框架结构一侧设置有轴部,所述盖板结构具有套接于轴部上的铰接部;所述轴部与所述框架结构形成供铰接部在超过90度范围内转动的容纳槽;且所述铰接部包括与所述容纳槽相匹配的遮挡部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述滑盖装置包含:在第一清洗腔和第二清洗腔两者的腔口之间滑动的框架结构;设置于框架结构上的滑动件;以及与所述框架结构铰接的盖板结构;所述框架结构的一侧设置有第一切槽部,在所述第一切槽部上设置有轴部,所述盖板结构具有套接于轴部上的铰接部;所述框架结构的另一侧设置有与所述第一切槽部平行设置的第二切槽部,所述盖板结构的一侧具有与所述第二切槽部配合的凸起部;或所述滑盖装置包含:在第一清洗腔和第二清洗腔两者的腔口之间滑动的框架结构;以及与所述框架结构铰接的盖板结构;所述框架结构的侧边顶面具有凸台,所述凸台位于与滑动方向平行的所述框架结构的侧边,所述凸台的外侧壁上设置有与所述机体滑动配合的滑动件,所述盖板结构具有与所述凸 台配合的避让槽。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述框架结构的侧边上设置有水平方向限位结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述洗碗机还包含驱动装置,所述驱动装置包含:位于所述滑盖装置上的齿条部、位于所述机体上的驱动电机;所述驱动电机的驱动轴通过齿轮件与所述齿条部啮合,所述齿条部配置于与所述滑盖装置滑动方向平行的框架结构的一侧或两侧。
- 根据权利要求7所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述齿条部配置于所述框架结构下侧;所述齿轮件配置于所述第一机体部与第二机体部之间,所述驱动电机的驱动部与所述齿轮件连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述齿条部的齿面与所述框架结构的底面形成让位空间,所述齿轮件设置于所述让位空间内。
- 根据权利要求7所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述齿条部的底面上设置有防溅组件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述防溅组件包括分别设置在所述滑盖装置及所述第一机体部的第一防溅部及第二防溅部,所述第一防溅部与所述第二防溅部的配合面上设置有在预设范围内 上下活动的活动部。
- 根据权利要求11所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述活动部为环形活动部,所述第一防溅部设置于所述滑盖装置底部,所述环形活动部设置在第一防溅部,且与所述第一防溅部滑动配合,所述第一防溅部与所述环形活动部之间设置有防脱结构,所述第二防溅部设置在所述第一机体的顶部,所述环形活动部的底部与所述第二防溅部配合形成封闭空间;或所述活动部为环形活动部,所述第一防溅部设置于所述滑盖装置底部,所述第二防溅部设置在所述第一机体的顶部,所述环形活动部设置在所述第二防溅部,且与所述第二防溅部滑动配合,所述环形活动部的顶部与所述第一防溅部配合形成封闭空间。
- 根据权利要求11所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述活动部与所述第一防溅部或第二防溅部的配合面设置有导向斜坡,或所述活动部与所述第一防溅部或第二防溅部的配合面设置有搭接部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述防溅组件包括第一防溅部及位于所述第一防溅部下侧的第二防溅部;所述第一防溅部配置于所述滑盖装置的底面,所述第二防溅部设置于所述第一机体部的顶面,所述第一防溅部及所述第二防溅部的配合面设置为倾斜面;或所述防溅组件包括第一防溅部及位于所述第一防溅部下侧的第二防溅部;所述第一防溅部配置于所述滑盖装置的底面,所述第二防溅部设置于所述第一机体部的顶面,所述第一防溅部及所述第二防溅部的配合面设置有若干重复排列的柔性挡水件。
- 根据权利要求11所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述防溅组件包括驱动机构,所述驱动机构的输出端与所述环形活动部连接;或所述防溅组件包括至少一组磁吸组件,所述至少一组磁吸组件包括相互配合的第一磁吸件及第二磁吸件,所述第一磁吸件设置在所述环形活动部上。
- 根据权利要求11所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述第二防溅部为设置在所述第一清洗腔的腔口外周缘上的环形体,所述环形体与所述机体的侧壁构成排水槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述第一清洗腔的腔口的周缘上配置有环形体,所述环形体的外周缘和所述机体的侧壁构成排水槽,或所述环形体的顶部设置排水槽。
- 根据权利要求17所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述滑盖装置的外周缘和所述机体的侧壁之间具有连通所述排水槽的排水间隙,所述排水间隙与所述排水槽相连通。
