本发明属于移动通信领域,尤其涉及云SIM卡管理服务器、绑定装置、管理方法、绑定方法及系统。
背景技术
随着移动通信领域的快速发展,智能终端(比如手机)的应用越来越深入到我们生活的方方面面,通过在智能终端中设置用户识别模块(比如SIM 卡或 USIM 卡)即可实现通过该用户识别模块从运营商的网络获取服务。
现有一种云SIM卡管理方法,由于SIM 卡在制造的过程中未与运营商的任何账号进行绑定,在SIM卡激活过程中,运营商将激活的网络接入信息与特定账号进行绑定,从而便于对SIM卡的系统管理。
然而,传统的SIM卡管理方法普遍不智能,由于一张SIM卡的网络接入信息是固定不变的,使得一张SIM卡只能分配给一个用户,用户只能重新激活一张新的SIM卡以便再次从运营商的网络获取服务,原SIM卡不能再次被激活使用,容易造成资源浪费。可见,传统的SIM卡管理方法无法灵活分配SIM卡以及管理SIM卡,并且容易造成SIM卡资源浪费的问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种云SIM卡管理服务器,旨在解决传统的SIM卡管理方法无法灵活分配以及管理云SIM卡,并且容易造成云SIM卡资源浪费的问题。
本发明实施例是这样实现的,一种云SIM卡管理服务器,所述服务器包括:
请求获取单元,用于获取用户终端发送的云SIM卡分配请求,所述分配请求携带有设备标识信息;
云SIM卡获取单元,用于在系统数据库中获取一张云SIM卡以及网络接入信息,并将所述设备标识信息、所述云SIM卡以及网络接入信息进行关联存储;
云SIM卡发送单元,用于将所述云SIM卡以及网络接入信息发送至所述用户终端。
本发明实施例还提供一种云SIM卡绑定装置,所述装置包括:
请求发送单元,用于向服务器发送云SIM卡分配请求,所述分配请求携带有设备标识信息;

本发明实施例还提供一种云SIM卡管理系统,所述系统包括如上所述的云SIM卡管理服务器以及如上所述的云SIM卡绑定装置。
本发明实施例提供的云SIM卡管理服务器,用户在激活云SIM卡的过程中,服务器通过请求获取单元获取用户终端发送的云SIM卡分配请求,所述分配请求携带有设备标识信息;通过云SIM卡获取单元在系统数据库中获取一张云SIM卡以及网络接入信息,并将所述设备标识信息、所述云SIM卡以及网络接入信息进行关联存储,从而将云SIM卡与设备标识进行绑定,便于对云SIM卡的系统管理;通过云SIM卡发送单元将所述云SIM卡以及网络接入信息发送至所述用户终端,以实现所述终端通过所述云SIM卡以及网络接入信息接入网络,从而完成从运营商的网络获取服务。当用户需要激活一张云SIM卡或者更换云SIM卡时,通过服务器在系统中分配一张云SIM卡以及网络接入信息至用户智能终端上,以代替原SIM卡的网络接入信息从运营商的网络获取服务,一方面,由于SIM卡为云SIM卡,从而避免物理SIM卡不能再次被激活使用,造成资源浪费的问题;另一方面,云SIM卡的网络接入信息可以被更改,便于用户灵活更换云SIM卡接入网络,且分配后的网络接入信息和用户网络接入信息在服务器中已进行关联存储,便于系统同步云SIM卡分配信息,实现云SIM卡的动态管理,有效提高SIM卡的管理效率。

本发明实施例提供的云SIM卡管理服务器,通过在系统中分配一张云SIM卡以及网络接入信息至用户智能终端上,以代替原SIM卡的网络接入信息从运营商的网络获取服务,从而节约资源,便于用户灵活更换云SIM卡接入网络,且便于系统管理云SIM卡。
图1是本发明实施例提供的云SIM卡管理系统的网络架构图为了便于说明,仅示出与本发明相关的部分。包括云SIM卡管理服务器110、与云SIM卡管理服务器110通过通信网络进行通信的移动终端120。
在本发明实施例中,通信网络可以是GSM、WCDMA、LTE网络或其他配置,在本发明中不受限制。
其中,云SIM卡管理服务器110可以是一台服务器,也可以是由若干台服务器组成的服务器群,或者是一个云计算服务中心,可进行数据的存储和处理。
另外,移动终端120至少设置有虚拟SIM卡装置121,虚拟SIM卡装置121用于存储云SIM卡信息以及云SIM网络接入信息。

在本发明实施例中,待分配云SIM卡指的是不携带有设备标识信息的云SIM卡。
在本发明实施例中,由于终端标识信息的唯一性,可以标识每一部用户终端设备,因此,当用户终端发送的云SIM卡分配请求携带有终端标识信息时,以该终端标识信息作为设备标识信息,从而简化系统对云SIM卡的管理,灵活云SIM卡的应用,避免由于分配过多的网络接入信息导致数据信息处理量大,云SIM卡管理效率低的问题。

综上所述,本发明实施例提供的云SIM卡管理服务器,用户在激活云SIM卡的过程中,服务器通过请求获取单元获取用户终端发送的云SIM卡分配请求,所述分配请求携带有设备标识信息;通过云SIM卡获取单元在系统数据库中获取一张云SIM卡以及网络接入信息,并将所述设备标识信息、所述云SIM卡以及网络接入信息进行关联存储,从而将云SIM卡与设备标识进行绑定,便于对云SIM卡的系统管理;通过云SIM卡发送单元将所述云SIM卡以及网络接入信息发送至所述用户终端,以实现所述终端通过所述云SIM卡以及网络接入信息接入网络,从而完成从运营商的网络获取服务。当用户需要激活一张云SIM卡时,通过服务器在系统中分配一张云SIM卡以及网络接入信息至用户智能终端上,以代替原SIM卡的网络接入信息从运营商的网络获取服务,一方面,由于SIM卡为虚拟云SIM卡,从而避免物理SIM卡不能再次被激活使用,造成资源浪费的问题;另一方面,云SIM卡的网络接入信息可以被更改,便于用户灵活更换云SIM卡接入网络,且分配后的网络接入信息和用户网络接入信息在服务器中已进行关联存储,便于系统同步云SIM卡分配信息,实现云SIM卡的动态管理,有效提高云SIM卡的管理效率。同时,以终端标识信息作为设备标识信息,从而简化系统对云SIM卡的管理,灵活云SIM卡的应用,避免由于分配过多的网络接入信息导致数据信息处理量大,有效提高云SIM卡的管理效率;通过在云SIM卡分配请求中携带服务类型信息,使得服务器在系统数据库中分配云SIM卡以及网络接入信息时,针对用户的服务类型信息,可以为用户分配更适合用户使用的云SIM卡,有效的提高用户的使用体验。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种云SIM卡管理服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:
    请求获取单元,用于获取用户终端发送的云SIM卡分配请求,所述分配请求携带有设备标识信息;
    云SIM卡获取单元,用于在系统数据库中获取一张云SIM卡以及网络接入信息,并将所述设备标识信息、所述云SIM卡以及网络接入信息进行关联存储;
    云SIM卡发送单元,用于将所述云SIM卡以及网络接入信息发送至所述用户终端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的云SIM卡管理服务器,其特征在于,所述云SIM卡获取单元,包括:
    标识判断子单元,用于判断所述云SIM卡分配请求是否还携带有网络接入信息请求标识;
    云SIM卡第一获取子单元,用于若判断结果为否时,则在系统数据库中获取一张所述云SIM卡,并将所述设备标识信息作为所述网络接入信息;
    云SIM卡第二获取子单元,用于若判断结果为是时,则在系统数据库中获取一张待分配云SIM卡以及网络接入信息,并将所述设备标识信息、所述待分配云SIM卡以及网络接入信息进行关联存储。
  3. 一种云SIM卡绑定装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    请求发送单元,用于向服务器发送云SIM卡分配请求,所述分配请求携带有设备标识信息;
    云SIM接收单元,用于接收所述服务器发送的云SIM卡以及网络接入信息,并存储所述云SIM卡以及网络接入信息。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的云SIM卡绑定装置,其特征在于,所述云SIM卡分配请求还携带有服务类型信息。
  5. 一种云SIM卡管理方法,应用于服务器,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取用户终端发送的云SIM卡分配请求,所述分配请求携带有设备标识信息;
    在系统数据库中获取一张云SIM卡以及网络接入信息,并将所述设备标识信息、所述云SIM卡以及网络接入信息进行关联存储;
    将所述云SIM卡以及网络接入信息发送至所述用户终端。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的云SIM卡管理方法,其特征在于,所述在系统数据库中获取一张云SIM卡以及网络接入信息的步骤,具体包括:
    判断所述云SIM卡分配请求是否还携带有网络接入信息请求标识;
    若判断结果为否时,则在系统数据库中获取一张所述云SIM卡,并将所述设备标识信息作为所述网络接入信息;
    若判断结果为是时,则在系统数据库中获取一张待分配云SIM卡以及网络接入信息,并将所述设备标识信息、所述待分配云SIM卡以及网络接入信息进行关联存储。
  7. 一种云SIM卡绑定方法,应用于用户终端,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    向服务器发送云SIM卡分配请求,所述分配请求携带有设备标识信息;
    接收所述服务器发送的云SIM卡以及网络接入信息,并存储所述云SIM卡以及网络接入信息。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的云SIM卡绑定方法,其特征在于,所述云SIM卡分配请求还携带有服务类型信息。
  9. 一种云SIM卡管理系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括如权利要求1所述的云SIM卡管理服务器以及如权利要求3所述的云SIM卡绑定装置。
