Abstract

一种快筛管柱,其包括一柱体(1)及一盖体(2)。柱体(1)内部供填充萃取与净化材料(3),底部具有一输出管(11)连通该内部,顶部具有连通该内部的一开口(100)及环绕开口(100)的一环形肩部(15),输出管(11)的底端具有一出口(110)。盖体(2)包括一底盘(21)、及从该底盘(21)顶面向上凸出的一输入管(22)与两补强翼片(25)。底盘(21)盖住柱体(1)顶部的开口(100),且底盘(21)的底面与柱体(1)的环形肩部(15)表面之间具有旋熔形成的一接合密封部,输入管(22)连通柱体(1)内部,且具有一入口(220),每一补强翼片(25)的底侧边与底盘(21)的顶面连成一体,每一补强翼片(25)的一内侧边与底侧边相邻,并与输入管(22)的侧面连成一体。通过上述设置,快筛管柱的柱体与盖体之间密封性佳,盖体不易脱落且坚固耐用。

Description

快筛管柱 技术领域
本发明与农产品的农药残留或畜产品的兽药残留检验程序中所使用的快速萃取套件有关,尤指该快速萃取套件的管柱结构。
背景技术
针对农产品的农药或畜产品的兽药残留检验,现有的检验方法是先对受检验对象进行采样,藉以取得供检验的样品,然后,利用QuEChERS方法(Quick,Easy,Cheap,Effective,Rugged,Safe)进行样品前处理,藉以取得经除水、净化后的检液原液,接着,将该检液原液处理成可进行仪器检测的检液,然后,再利用液相层析串联质谱仪(liquid chromatograph/tandem mass spectrometer,LC/MS-MS)或气相层析串联质谱仪(gas chromatograph/tandem mass spectrometer,GC/MS-MS)对该检液进行仪器检测,最后根据前述仪器检测结果进行数据处理,藉以产出农药或兽药残留检验结果。
然而,利用该QuEChERS方法的前处理步骤从样品中取得所需要检液原液,需要花费很长的时间,为了解决的这个问题,目前已有一种快筛管柱问世,诸如中国台湾公告第I 500915号发明专利。然而,现有快筛管柱至少有密封性不佳、上盖容易脱落及结构强度尚需改进等问题亟待解决。
发明内容
为解决现有快筛管柱的上述问题,本发明提供一种新的快筛管柱。更详而言之,本发明快筛管柱包括一柱体及一盖体。该柱体内部供填充萃取与净化材料,底部具有一输出管连通该内部,顶部具有连通该内部的一开口及环绕该开口的一环形肩部。该输出管的底端具有一出口。该盖体包括一底盘、及从该底盘顶面向上凸出的一输入管与两补强翼片。该底盘盖住该柱体顶部的该开口,且该底盘的底面与该柱体的该环形肩部表面之间具有旋熔形成的一接合密封部,该输入管连通该柱体内部,且具有一入口,每一补强翼片的底侧边与该底盘的顶面连成一体,每一补强翼片的一内侧边与该底侧边相邻,并与该输入管的侧面连成一体。
在一实施例中,本发明快筛管柱的该盖体的该输入管具有一接合部,该柱体的该底部还具有围绕该输出管的一连接管,该连接管的内壁形成一连接部,并与该输出管之间 形成一环形间隙,且该连接部与该接合部形成可对应接合的关系。其中,该接合部较佳为一外螺纹,而该柱体的该连接管的该连接部则较佳为可对应螺合于该外螺纹的一内螺纹。
在一实施例中,本发明快筛管柱的该盖体的该底盘底面形成有一环柱,该环柱塞于该柱体顶部的该开口内。
在一实施例中,本发明快筛管柱的该柱体顶部开口处还形成一围墙,该围墙围绕该环形肩部,该盖体的该底盘塞于该围墙内。
在一实施例中,本发明快筛管柱的该柱体的内部底面还具多片补强肋,该输出管的顶端形成一管口,该些补强肋间隔环列于该输出管的该管口。其中,该输出管的底端可凸出于该连接管之外。
相较于背景技术,本发明快筛管柱的柱体与盖体之间的密封性佳,盖体不易脱落且坚固耐用,足以解决现有快筛管柱上述问题。

具体实施方式
图1、图2显示本发明的快筛管柱的一个实施例包括由塑胶材料制成的一柱体1及一盖体2。柱体1内部供充填萃取与净化材料3,且底端具有一出口110。盖体2设于柱体1的顶端且具有一入口220。如图2所示,样品溶液从入口220进入柱体1内,并由上而下地流经萃取与净化材料3之后,由出口110流出形成检液原液。该样品可取自农产品或畜产品。该检液原液可由液相层析串联质谱仪或气相层析串联质谱仪进行检测,以判断该农产品上的农药残留或畜产品上的兽药残留是否符合标准。其中,样品溶液的采取,可参见中国台湾公告第I 500915号发明专利。萃取与净化材料3主要包括上、下混合粉体31、32,较佳还包括一张或多张滤垫30。萃取与净化材料3的结构、成分及作用亦可参见该发明专利,容不赘述。
柱体1的底部具有一输出管11及围绕输出管11的一连接管12。输出管11连通柱体1的内部空间,且输出管11与连接管12之间形成一环形间隙13。连接管12的内壁形成一连接部14。在此实施例中,连接部14可为一内螺纹,其形式可选择单线螺纹或多线螺纹,较佳可选择二线螺纹,藉以螺接另一本发明管柱的盖体2(容后再述)或其它具有对应外螺纹的装置或物品。其中,输出管11底端形成有上述的出口110,较佳还可凸出于连接管12之外。此外,如图3所示,柱体1的顶部开口100处形成环绕开口100的一环形肩部15及围绕环形肩部15的一围墙16。较佳地,柱体1的内部底面还具多片补强肋17,该些补强肋17间隔环列于输出管11的一管口111。
盖体2包括一底盘21、形成于底盘21顶面的一输入管22与两补强翼片25、以及形成于底盘21底面的一环柱23。底盘21塞于柱体1的围墙16内。输入管22的外壁具有一接合部24,且顶端形成有上述的入口220。其中,环柱23塞于柱体1顶部的开口100内。接合部24与柱体1的连接部14形成可对应接合的关系,使得接合部24可与本发明另一快筛管柱的连接管12相接合。在此实施例中,接合部24可为一外螺纹,其形式可选择单线螺纹或多线螺纹,较佳可选择二线螺纹,藉以螺接于本发明另一快筛管柱的连接管12的连接部14(内螺纹)或其它具有对应内螺纹的装置或物品。其中,盖体2是一体成型的,每一补强翼片25的底侧边与底盘21的顶面连成一体,每一补强翼片25的一内侧边与该底侧边相邻,并与输入管22的侧面连成一体。
再如图3所示,盖体2的底盘21的底面靠近外围处凸设一下凸环部211,柱体1的环形肩部15靠近开口100处凸设一上凸环部151。在盖体2与柱体1进行旋熔之后,下凸环部211与上凸环部151即熔化形成一接合密封部(图中未示),该接合密封部位于底盘21底面与环形肩部15顶面之间,以完成盖体2与柱体1之间的密封。
综上所述,本发明的快筛管柱的柱体1与盖体2之间的密封性佳,盖体2不易脱落且坚固耐用,可解决现有快筛管柱上述问题。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种快筛管柱,其特征在于,包括:
    一柱体,其内部供填充萃取与净化材料,其底部具有一输出管连通该内部,其顶部具有连通该内部的一开口及环绕该开口的一环形肩部,该输出管的底端具有一出口;及
    一盖体,包括一底盘、及从该底盘顶面向上凸出的一输入管与两补强翼片,该底盘盖住该柱体顶部的该开口,且该底盘底面与该柱体的该环形肩部顶面之间具有旋熔形成的一接合密封部,该输入管连通该柱体内部,且具有一入口,每一补强翼片的底侧边与该底盘的顶面连成一体,每一补强翼片的一内侧边与该底侧边相邻,并与该输入管的侧面连成一体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的快筛管柱,其特征在于,该盖体的该输入管具有一接合部,该柱体的该底部还具有围绕该输出管的一连接管,该连接管的内壁形成一连接部,并与该输出管之间形成一环形间隙,且该连接部与该接合部形成可对应接合的关系。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的快筛管柱,其特征在于,该盖体的该输入管的该接合部为一外螺纹,该柱体的该连接管的该连接部为可对应螺合于该外螺纹的一内螺纹。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的快筛管柱,其特征在于,该底盘底面形成有一环柱,该环柱塞于该柱体顶部的该开口内。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的快筛管柱,其特征在于,该柱体顶部开口处还形成一围墙,该围墙围绕该环形肩部,该盖体的该底盘塞于该围墙内。
  6. 如权利要求1至5任一权利要求所述的快筛管柱,其特征在于,该柱体的内部底面还具多片补强肋,该输出管的顶端具有一管口,该多个补强肋间隔环列于该输出管的该管口。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的快筛管柱,其特征在于,该输出管的底端凸出于该连接管之外。
