The invention particularly relates to pressure sensor animal weighing scales connected to air or fluid bags consisting of pressure sensor (40) consisting of air chambers/bags (10) located under hard floor stepped on by animals depending on application type/place; pressure sensor (40) measuring weight of animal on the scale by means of internal pressure of air chambers/bags (10) caused by weight of animal.

Description

PRESSURE SENSOR ANIMAL WEIGHING SCALE WITH AIR OR FLUID BAG
THE RELATED ART
Invention relates to pressure sensor animal weighing scale with air or fluid bag measuring live weight of livestock during their economic lives for bovine and ovine animals.
The invention particularly relates to pressure sensor animal weighing scales connected to air or fluid bags consisting of pressure sensor consisting of air chambers/bags located under hard floor stepped on by animals depending on application type/place; pressure sensor measuring weight of animal on the scale by means of internal pressure of air chambers-bags caused by weight of animal.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Tracking live weight is essential in terms of tracking development of breeding material for young animals and meat production, period of negative energy balance post birth in milking animals. The data received in each weight scaling are compared to those of previous ones and it is tracked if development or weight loss is within expected limits. If the young animals and stocker material development is not within the expected limits or weight loss of milch material post birth is more than expected limits, the producer may take required action but if he has no such data, he may only make comment subjectively, that is based on observations, which will eliminate on-time intervention and thus causes economic loss.
Today the applications at animal breeding enterprises are carried out digitally by means of mechanical weight scaling or loadcells. Digital measurement allows error free transfer of collected data and track of development in table or graphics easily.
In advanced herd management systems, weighing is integrated with loadcell measurement unit located in the corridor where animals pass in one row integrated with antennas defining RFID (radio-frequency definition) or IR (infra red definition) labels at the animals in general. Thus weighing results are matched automatically with animals and transmitted to related tracking software.
Said digital weighing equipment in the related art is located on the floor in such manner to gain full balance with load cells for accurate weighing. The weighing group can be fixed as well as portable. In portable embodiments, the floor where portable weighing equipment is located in balance and infrastructure should be prepared in advance so as not to have inaccurate measuring. Particularly weighing bovine animals much heavier than ovine animals while walking requires equipment that can withstand dynamic/stroke loads generated on weighing equipment. Such necessity for sake of making equipment sound causes heavier equipment. For portable embodiments, carrying heavy equipment is difficult. Furthermore, place of measurement is mostly humid, urinated and manure because of environmental conditions. Equipment is in contact with ammonium, uric acid and humid due to urine and manure. This shortens equipment's life. Cables between load cells and indicator and terminal/clamp connections of cables get decayed in time and may cause inaccurate measurements. Because of said reasons, components are manufactured to reduce negative aspects and this not only makes equipment heavier but also complicates portable applications and also increases investment cost for user and also shortens accessibility to required data collection equipment for livestock.
As a result, the need for an economical useful weighing scale needing less environment infrastructure to solve above mentioned problems and inadequacy of existing solutions have necessitated development in the related art.
PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION
The invention solves all of the above mentioned problems at the same time. Said invention, in the most general way, relates to pressure sensor animal weighing scale connected to air or fluid bag measuring live weight of livestock during their economic lives for bovine and ovine animals. The most important purpose of the invention is to minimize smooth floor infrastructure necessity encountered in the field and to allow accurate measurement even in minor weighing scale problems or rocky-bad floor grounds,
Another purpose of the invention is to allow washing bags and platform of weighing place by use of compressed water after use.
The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention will be understood better with the figures given below and the detailed description by reference to the figures. Therefore, the assessment should be made based on the figures and the detailed descriptions.

The invention will be understood better with reference to reference numbers given above and the figures attached hereto. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Said invention relates to pressure sensor (40) animal weighing scale connected to air or fluid bag measuring live weight of livestock during their economic lives for bovine and ovine animals.
Figure 1 and figure 2 show pressure sensor (40) animal weighing scale of the invention. Under the invention, pressure sensor (40) animal weighing scale is located in a corridor where animals pass in one row. Depending on measurement application type/place, weighing is conducted by air chambers/bags (10) located under hard floor where animals step on. Air chambers/bags (10) contain air of pressure of which level is known. Air chambers / bags (10) are connected to an indicator (30) and pressure sensor (pressure transmitter) (40) located in a board via a hose (20). The air contained in air bags/chambers (10) is of pressure level to imbalance in one direction on the floor when animals are on the weighing scale The internal pressure of air chambers/bags caused by animal weight on the weighing scale is measured by the pressure sensor (40) and monitored in weighing unit by means of indicator (30) or weighing measurement is transmitted to software and recorded in database for processing and reporting.
The measured values can be recorded in any software by user manually as well as automatically after integration with any electronic definition antenna.
Pressure sensor (40) animal weighing scale minimizes smooth floor infrastructure necessity encounter in the field and to allow accurate measurement even in minor weighing scale problems or rocky-bad floor grounds, Air chambers/bags where weighing is made and platform can be flushed with compressed water after use because weighing platform has no electronic accessories that can be negatively influenced by flushing.
Alternatively, indicator (30) board contains a pressure regulator and/or air pump adjusting air pressure in order to keep air pressure at desired level and /or recover minor leakages before measurement. In addition, mechanism is connected to a compressor externally and the pressure reduced between two weighing operations is brought to desired level. Because of its light feature, air chambers/bags are used in portable weighing platform and alternatively, liquid chambers/bags and liquid fluids are used in fixed applications. In this embodiment, fluid pressure caused by weights of animals on the platform is measured and converted into weight unit.
The protection area of this application has been specified under claims and can not be limited to the descriptions given only for illustrative purposes above. It is clear that a person skilled in the related art can provide the novelty disclosed under the invention by use of the similar embodiments and/or can also apply this embodiment in other areas for similar purposes used in the related art. Therefore, it is obvious that such embodiments will be lack of novelty and particularly, surpassing the state of art criteria.

Claims

1) Invention relates to pressure sensor animal weighing scale connected to air or fluid bag measuring live weights of livestock during their economic life in bovine and ovine animal breeding and it is characterized in that it consists of at least air chambers/bags (10) located under hard floor stepped on by animals depending on application type/place; pressure sensor (40) measuring weight of animal on the scale by means of internal pressure of air chambers/bags (10) caused by weight of animal.
2) A weighing scale according to claim 1 and it is characterized in that it consists of hose (20) providing transfer between air chambers/bags (10) and a pressure sensor (40) located in indicator (30) board.
3) A weighing scale according to claim 1 and it is characterized in that it consists of indicator (30) allowing track of value measured by the pressure sensor (40) in weight unit.
4) A weighing scale according to claim 1 and it is characterized in that it consists of software recording the value measured by the pressure sensor (40) to process and report it.
5) A weighing scale according to claim 1 and it is characterized in that it consists of, alternatively, a pressure regulator and/or air pump located in indicator (30) board adjusting air pressure in order to keep air pressure at desired level and /or recover minor leakages.
6) A weighing scale according to claim 1 and it is characterized in that it consists of fluid chambers/bags and liquid fluids in fixed embodiments alternatively.
