下面结合本申请实施例附图进一步说明本申请实施例具体实现。
图1为本申请实施例一中多媒体处理方法的流程示意图;如图1所示,其包括:
S101、确定待处理的多媒体,所述多媒体包括图片或者视频帧;
本实施例中,待处理的多媒体比如是存储在智能手机本地的视频帧或者图片,也可以是用户通过智能手机上的摄像头实时拍摄的视频帧或者图片。需要说明得是,实时拍摄的视频帧或者图片包括智能手机上的第三方应用程序启动摄像头所拍摄的视频帧或者图片。
本实施例中,所述视频帧可以来源于一视频片段,或者是对一视频片段进行画面划分得到的视频帧。
S102、将版权标识合并到所述多媒体中,所述版权标识被识别后可用于提供访问与所述多媒体绑定的资源地址的入口。
本实施例中,版权标识可以为可见式版权标识或者隐藏式版权标识。可见式版权标识比如为对用户视觉可见的二维码,而隐藏式版权标识比如为对用户视觉不可见的标识,只有专用的设备或者经过图像分析才能提取到。具体地,所述隐藏式版权标识至少 为嵌入式版权标识。
本实施例中,所述版权标识一方面用于标识所述待处理的多媒体的来源唯一性,一方面用于提供能获取到更多资源的入口。比如,如果版权标识为一网页二维码,则可以在该网页二维码中加载有URL地址,用户通过扫描该网页二维码登录URL地址并访问更多的资源。
本实施例中,可选地,在步骤S102中还可以包括:对所述多媒体上的主体进行检测以确定非主体的位置;对应地,将所述版权标识合并到所述多媒体中,包括:将所述版权标识合并到所述多媒体上非主体的位置处。本实施例中,多媒体上的主体主要包括人物和一些主题素材(篮球、汽车等),因此,在进行所述主体检测时,通常通过人脸识别检测出图片或者某一视频帧中是否存在人物;另外,通过在空间尺度上寻找极值点,并提取其位置、尺度、旋转不变数来侦测与描述多媒体中的局部性特征,或者,直接基于加速稳健特征(Speeded Up Robust Features,简称SURF)来侦测与描述多媒体中的局部性特征。进一步地,在通过多级边缘检测处理从而得到主体的边缘。
当然,在其他实施例中,还可以在步骤S101和步骤S102之间增加:对所述多媒体上的主体进行检测以确定非主体的位置,对应地,在步骤S102中将所述版权标识合并到所述多媒体上非主体的位置处,从而防止版权标识对多媒体的主体形成遮挡。
图2为本申请实施例二中多媒体处理方法的流程示意图;如图2所示,其包括:
S201、确定待处理的多媒体,所述多媒体包括图片或者视频帧;
本实施例中,步骤S201类似上述实施例一中的步骤S101,详细请参见上述实施例一。
S202、提取所述多媒体的属性信息,并根据所述属性信息,生成版权标识;
本申请的一实施例中,所述多媒体的属性信息包括大小、色彩空间、拍摄地点、拍摄时间中的任一种或多种的组合。具体地,比如所述多媒体为图片的话,则所述属性信息包括所述图片的大小、所述图片的色彩空间、所述图片的拍摄地点以及所述图片的拍摄时间。
在一具体应用场景中,若所述多媒体为图片的话,则可以通过提取图片的EXIF信息,在对该EXIF信息进行解析从而得到图片的大小、所述图片的色彩空间、所述图片的拍摄地点以及所述图片的拍摄时间等属性信息。
本实施例中,如果版权标识为二维码,则可以将上述属性信息加载在二维码上,以从多个维度提供能证明所述图片唯一来源的参考信息。
S203、将版权标识合并到所述多媒体中,所述版权标识被识别后可用于提供访问与所述多媒体绑定的资源地址的入口。
本实施例中,步骤S203中在将版权标识合并到所述多媒体中时可以包括确定所述多媒体中最不重要的像素点区域;再将所述版权标识嵌入到所述最不重要的像素点区域,从而可以实现在多媒体中增加隐藏式版权标识。
当然,在其他实施例中,也可以在步骤S202和步骤S203之间增加步骤:确定所述多媒体中最不重要的像素点区域,这样,在步骤S203中进行合并时,将所述版权标识嵌入到所述最不重要的像素点区域。
进一步地,在本实施例中,确定所述多媒体中最不重要的像素点区域具体可以通过在上述确定出非主体的位置后,这些非主体的位置对应的像素即为最不重要的像素点区域。
可替代地,本实施例中,步骤S203中在将版权标识合并到所述多媒体中时可以包括对所述多媒体中任意选定的像素点区域进行亮度处理使得所述多媒体的平均亮度保持不变;再将所述版权标识嵌入到所述任意选定的像素点区域,从而可以实现在多媒体中增加隐藏式版权标识。
当然,在其他实施例中,也可以在步骤S202和步骤S203之间增加步骤:对所述多媒体中任意选定的像素点区域进行亮度处理,这样,在步骤S203中进行合并时,将所述版权标识嵌入到所述任意选定的像素点区域。
进一步地,在本实施例中,比如,对于某一幅图片或者一视频帧来说,对所述多媒体中任意选定的像素点区域进行亮度处理以实现将所述版权标识嵌入到所述任意选定的像素点区域具体可以通过如下技术处理过程来实现:
随机选择图片或者视频帧上的N对像素点(Ri,Ci),然后将每个Ri点的亮度值加第一设定数量,每个Ci点的亮度值减少第二设定数量,第一设定数量和第二设定数量的值可以相同可以不同。当第一设定数量和第二设定数量的值相同时,比如这两个设定数量具体为1。
另外,可替代地,也可以通过傅里叶变换或者小波变换将图片或者视频帧变换到频域,在频域实现版权标识的添加。具体地,在频域上实现水印的技术处理过程如下:
将所述多媒体以及版权标识对应的信号从时域变换到频域分别得到多媒体频域信息以及版权标识频域信息;对多媒体频域信息以及版权标识频域信息进行合成;将合成的频域信息进行逆变换以从频域变换到时域。
在将所述版权标识对应的信号从时域变换到频域时示例性地可以采用随机变换;在将所述多媒体对应的信号从时域变换到频域时可以采用二维离散傅里叶变换。对多媒体频域信息以及版权标识频域信息进行合成示例性地可以通过引入能量函数alpha对版权标识频域信息和多媒体频域信息进行合成得到F=F1+alpha f2',F1表示多媒体频域信息,f2'表示版权标识频域信息,F表示合成的频域信息。在将合成的频域信息进行逆变换时具体可以采用傅里叶逆变换。图3为本申请实施例三中多媒体处理方法的流程示意图;如图3所示,其包括:

在上述任一实施例的基础上,所述的多媒体处理方法还包括:在访问所述资源地址的资源时,通过访问页面中的社交组件捕获社交动作。
可选地,在本申请的一实施例中,所述资源地址的资源包括所述多媒体的完整内容,待处理的所述多媒体为多媒体片段。具体地,比如如果需要增加版权标识的多媒体为一完整视频流中的视频帧,那访问通过访问对应的资源地址,从而可以访问该完整视频流。为了便于社交属性的实现,可以在网页页面中展现社交功能的社交组件,比如点赞、分享、发私信等。
上述实施例中多媒体处理方法的实现,可以直接依赖于智能手机,比如通过在智能手机上安装第三方应用程序,用户在该第三方应用程序上注册,所以针对多媒体的处理直接与该用户进行绑定,从而实现了用户、资源、社交的逻辑属性功能。
图4为本申请实施例四中多媒体处理装置的结构示意图;如图4所示,其包括:

    确定待处理的多媒体,所述多媒体包括图片或者视频帧;
    将版权标识合并到所述多媒体中,所述版权标识被识别后可用于提供访问与所述多媒体绑定的资源地址的入口。
