随着信息技术的不断发展,移动终端在人们的生活中得到了广泛使用。人们可以通过移动终端拨打电话与他人沟通,在拨打电话过程中,移动终端会先进入功能模式下的界面,界面上通常会提供一些常用功能,诸如:“免提”“电话薄”、“录音”、“静音”、“拨号键盘”等等。尤其是,“拨号键盘”功能,在拨打声讯电话时通常会使用“拨号键盘”功能,因此,移动终端需要从功能模式切换到按键模式,在按键模式下的界面,用户可以根据声讯电话的提示按键,如按照业务提示按键1、键2等。其中,如图1示出了移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式的过程。
目前,在进行按键模式切换时,通常采用人工方式将移动终端从功能模式切换按键模式。然而,若通过上述方式切换按键模式,在拨打电话过程中,会增加用户的操作负担,造成按键模式切换的速度较慢且会为通话过程带来不便,从而导致按键模式切换的效率和通话效率较低。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种按键模式切换方法、服务器、移动终端、系统及存储介质,主要在于能够实现自动将移动终端从功能模式切换按键模式,从而能够提升按键模式切换的速度且能够避免为通话过程带来不便,进而能够按键模式切换的效率和通话效率。
根据本申请的第一个方面,提供一种按键模式切换方法,应用于服务器,包括:
接收移动终端上传的用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据;
对所述历史按键行为数据进行分析,确定声讯号码;
将所述声讯号码添加到声讯号码列表中,并将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端,所述声讯号码列表用于所述移动终端在判断用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码为声讯号码时,将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式。
根据本申请的第二个方面,提供一种按键模式切换方法,应用于移动终端,包括:
采集用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码;
根据服务器发送的声讯号码列表,判断所述拨打号码是否为声讯号码,所述声讯号码列表中保存有所述服务器根据用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据确定的声讯号码;
若为声讯号码,则将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式;
若并非声讯电话,则采集所述用户在拨打电话过程中的按键行为数据并上传给所述服务器。
根据本申请的第三个方面,提供一种服务器,包括:
接收单元,用于接收移动终端上传的用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据;
确定单元,用于对所述历史按键行为数据进行分析,确定声讯号码;
添加单元,用于若识别所述历史拨打号码为声讯号码,则将所述声讯号码添加到声讯号码列表中,并将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端,所述声讯号码列表用于所述移动终端在判断用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码为声讯号码时,将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式。
根据本申请的第四个方面,提供一种移动终端,包括:
采集单元,用于采集用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码;
判断单元,用于根据服务器发送的声讯号码列表,判断所述拨打号码是否为声讯号码,所述声讯号码列表中保存有所述服务器根据用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据确定的声讯号码;
切换单元,用于若所述拨打号码是声讯号码,则将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式;
所述采集单元,还用于若所述拨打号码不是声讯号码,则采集所述用户在拨打电话过程中的按键行为数据并上传给所述服务器。
根据本申请的第五个方面,提供一种按键模式切换系统,包括:
服务器,用于接收移动终端上传的用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据;对所述历史按键行为数据进行分析,确定声讯号码;将所述声讯号码添加到声讯号码列表中,并将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端,
所述移动终端,用于采集用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码;根据服务器发送的声讯号码列表,判断所述拨打号码是否为声讯号码;若为声讯号码,则将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式;若并非声讯电话,则采集所述用户在拨打电话过程中的按键行为数据并上传给所述服务器。

下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本申请。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
本申请实施例提供一种按键模式切换方法,应用于服务器,如图2所示,所述方法包括:
101、接收移动终端上传的用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据。
其中,所述移动终端可以为智能手机、具有拨打电话功能的平板电脑等。所述历史按键行为数据可以包括历史拨打号码、所述历史拨打号码对应的拨打时间和按键行为,所述移动终端可以设置有监听器,只要用户利用移动终端拨打电话,监听器就可以监听用户是否在拨打电话过程中使用按键行为。例如,如果拨打电话过程中用户将移动终端的功能模式切换到按键模式,并产生了按键行为,监听器就可以将按键行为记录下来。移动终端可以在通话结束后或者在网络环境允许的情况下将按键行为上传给服务器,同时会上传给服务器拨打电话的拨打时间和拨打号码。
例如,服务器接收到移动终端上传的历史按键行为数据形式可以如下所示,但不限于此:

102、对所述历史按键行为数据进行分析,确定声讯号码。
对于本申请实施例,确定声讯号码的过程可以为:根据所述历史按键行为数据中拨打时间和历史按键行为,识别所述历史拨打号码是否为声讯号码,具体地,可以根据所述历史拨打号码在预定时间内使用按键键盘的使用比例或者使用频次,识别所述历史拨打号码是否为声讯号码。
例如,服务器接收到从2017-11-14到2017-11-16,3天内接收到1000条历史按键行为数据,所涉及的历史拨打号码为“10010”、“0755*****34”、“10086”、…、“158*****718”等,根据上述历史拨打号码在预定时间内使用按键键盘的使用比例或者使用频次,识别出来的声讯号码可以包括:“10010”、“10086”、…、“10085”等。
103、将所述声讯号码添加到声讯号码列表中,并将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端。
其中,所述声讯号码列表用于所述移动终端在判断用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码为声讯号码时,将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式。
例如,服务器识别出“10010”、“10086”、…、“10085”等为声讯号码,则可以将“10010”、“10086”、…、“10085”等添加到声讯号码列表中,声讯号码列表中保存的声讯号码可以有“10010”、“10086”、…、“10085”等。移动终端在接收到服务器发送的所述声讯号码列表后,若采集到用户拨打电话过程中的拨打电话为10010,则能够根据声讯号码列表确定10010为声讯号码,此时,移动终端可以将功能模式切换到按键模式,整个过程不需要用户记录、设定内容、无须增加用户负担,即可以实现自动将功能模式切换到按键模式。
本申请实施例提供的一种按键模式切换方法,通过服务器能够接收移动终端上传的用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据;对所述历史按键行为数据进行分析,确定声讯号码;将所述声讯号码添加到声讯号码列表中,并将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端,而使得移动终端能够在判断用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码为声讯号码时,自动将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式,从而能够提升按键模式切换的速度且能够避免为通话过程带来不便,进而能够按键模式切换的效率和通话效率。
进一步的,本申请实施例提供了另一种按键模式切换方法,如图3所示,所述方法包括:
201、接收移动终端上传的用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据。
其中,所述历史按键行为数据可以包括历史拨打号码、所述历史拨打号码对应的拨打时间和按键行为。
202、对历史拨打号码、拨打时间和按键行为进行分析,得到所述历史拨打号码在预定时间内使用按键键盘的使用比例或者使用频次。
203、若所述使用比例大于预设使用比例,或者所述使用频次大于预设使用频次,则将所述历史拨打号码确定为声讯号码。
其中,所述预设使用比例或者预设使用频次可以根据用户需要设置,也可以根据系统默认模式设置,本申请实施例在此不进行限定。例如,所述预设使用比例可以为50%,60%等。或者使用频次为50次,60次等。
例如,所述预设使用比例可以为50%、或者使用频次为50次,服务器接收到从2017-11-14到2017-11-16,3天内接收到1000条历史按键行为数据,其中100条是历史拨打号码“10010”所对应的历史按键行为数据,在这3天内有80条“10010”使用过按键键盘,“10010”在3天内的次数为80,“10010”使用按键键盘的使用比例为80%,大于预设使用比例50%,则确认历史拨打号码“10010”为声讯号码。或者“10010”在上述3天内使用按键键盘的使用频次为80,大于预设使用频次50,则确认历史拨打号码“10010”为声讯号码。
此外,其中100条是历史拨打号码“075512341234”所对应的历史按键行为数据,在这3天内有10条“075512341234”使用过按键键盘,“075512341234”在3天内的次数为10,“075512341234”使用按键键盘的使用比例为10%,小于预设使用比例50%,则确认历史拨打号码075512341234并非为声讯号码。或者“075512341234”在上述3天内使用按键键盘的使用频次为10,小于预设使用频次10,则确认历史拨打号码075512341234并非为声讯号码。
204、将所述声讯号码添加到声讯号码列表中,并将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端。
其中,所述声讯号码列表用于所述移动终端在判断用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码为声讯号码时,将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式。
对于本申请实施例,可以提供更新机制,具体地所述将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端的步骤具体包括:按照预设时间间隔将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端;或者在检测所述移动终端处于无线网络环境下将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端。
其中,所述预设时间间隔可以根据用户需要设置,也可以根据系统默认模式设置,本申请实施例在此不进行限定。例如,所述预设时间间隔可以为1天、1个月等。通过预设时间间隔发送的声讯号码列表,可以节省移动终端内存资源。此外,通过在所述移动终端处于无线网络环境下将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端,能够节省移动终端的网络流量。
本申请实施例提供的另一种按键模式切换方法,通过服务器能够接收移动终端上传的用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据;对所述历史按键行为数据进行分析,确定声讯号码;将所述声讯号码添加到声讯号码列表中,并将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端,而使得移动终端能够在判断用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码为声讯号码时,自动将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式,从而能够提升按键模式切换的速度且能够避免为通话过程带来不便,进而能够按键模式切换的效率和通话效率。
进一地,本申请实施例提供又一种按键模式切换方法,如图4所示,应用于移动终端,所述方法包括:
301、采集用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例的执行主体为移动终端,具体可以为安装有按键模式切换客户端的移动终端,也即本申请实施例移动终端通过所述客户端实现自动将功能模式切换到按键模式。
在本申请实施例,移动终端可以设置有监听器,具体可以通过监听器采集用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码。
302、根据服务器发送的声讯号码列表,判断所述拨打号码是否为声讯号码。若是,则执行步骤303;若否,则执行步骤304。
其中,所述声讯号码列表中保存有所述服务器根据用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据确定的声讯号码。服务器识别声讯号码的过程在步骤102、或者202-203已进行了详细描述,本申请实施例在此不进行赘述。
303、将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式。
需要说明的是,所述移动终端在切换到按键模式后,可以直接展示拨号键盘,使得用户无需切换到按键模式,即可以直接按照声讯电话的声音提示信息通过拨号键盘输入对应的数字。
例如,移动终端采集用户拨打电话过程中的拨打号码为10086,且检测10086在服务器发送的声讯号码列表中,则可以确定10086即为声讯号码,并自动将当前的功能模式自动切换到键盘模式,直接展示拨号键盘,用户可以直接按照声讯电话的声音提示信息,通过拨号键盘输入数字“9”。
304、采集所述用户在拨打电话过程中的按键行为数据并上传给所述服务器。
对于本申请实施例,所述按键行为数据可以包括拨打号码、拨打时间、是否使用按键键盘。若所述拨打号码并非声讯号码,移动终端可以仍然保持当前的功能模式,并利用监听器监听拨打电话过程是否使用按键键盘,并上述给服务器,使得服务器能否根据所述按键行为数据识别出声讯号码,并继续反馈声讯号码列表。
例如,移动终端采集用户拨打电话过程中输入的拨打号码为“159*****122”,且检测“159*****122”未在服务器发送的声讯号码列表中,则可以确定“159*****122”并非声讯号码,移动终端仍然保持当前的功能模式。此外,可以监听用户拨打电话过程中是否使用按键键盘,并把整个按键行为数据上传给服务器,以供服务器分析识别声讯号码。
本申请实施例提供的又一种按键模式切换方法,能够采集用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码;根据服务器发送的声讯号码列表,判断所述拨打号码是否为声讯号码,所述声讯号码列表中保存有所述服务器根据用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据确定的声讯号码;在所述拨打号码为声讯号码时,能够将所述移动终端的功能模式自动切换到按键模式;在所述拨打号码不是声讯号码时,能够采集所述用户在拨打电话过程中的按键行为数据并上传给所述服务器,从而能够提升按键模式切换的速度且能够避免为通话过程带来不便,进而能够按键模式切换的效率和通话效率。
进一地,本申请实施例提供了再一种按键模式切换方法,如图5所示,所述方法包括:
401、采集用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码。
402、判断所述拨打号码是否在服务器发送的声讯号码列表中。若是,则执行步骤403;若否,则执行步骤404。
其中,所述声讯号码列表中保存有所述服务器根据用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据确定的声讯号码。
403、确定所述拨打号码为声讯号码,并将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式。
404、确定所述拨打号码不是声讯号码,并采集所述用户在拨打电话过程中的按键行为数据并上传给所述服务器。
对于本申请实施例,为了更好的理解本申请技术方案,提供如下应用场景,如图6所示包括:
1、移动终端拨打电话;
2、根据服务器发送的声讯号码列表,判断拨打号码是否为声讯号码;若是,则跳转到步骤3;若否,则跳转到步骤4;
3、移动终端自动由功能模式切换至按键模式;
4、监听是否使用按键键盘;若是,跳转到步骤5;
5、按键行为数据上传至服务器,服务器对此拨打号码记录并统计;
6、服务器根据统计的按键行为数据判断此拨打号码是否为声讯号码;若是,则跳转到步骤7;
7、将此拨打号码加入到声讯号码列表;
8、移动终端定时更新获取声讯号码列表。
本申请实施例提供的再一种按键模式切换方法,能够采集用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码;根据服务器发送的声讯号码列表,判断所述拨打号码是否为声讯号码,所述声讯号码列表中保存有所述服务器根据用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据确定的声讯号码;在所述拨打号码为声讯号码时,能够将所述移动终端的功能模式自动切换到按键模式;在所述拨打号码不是声讯号码时,能够采集所述用户在拨打电话过程中的按键行为数据并上传给所述服务器,从而能够提升按键模式切换的速度且能够避免为通话过程带来不便,进而能够按键模式切换的效率和通话效率。
进一步地,作为图1的具体实现,本申请实施例提供了一种服务器,如图7所示,所述服务器包括:接收单元51、确定单元52、添加单元53和发送单元54。
所述接收单元51,可以用于接收移动终端上传的用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据。
所述确定单元52,可以用于对所述历史按键行为数据进行分析,确定声讯号码。所述添加单元53,可以用于将所述声讯号码添加到声讯号码列表中。
所述发送单元54,可以用于将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端,所述声讯号码列表用于所述移动终端在判断用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码为声讯号码时,将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式。对于本申请实施例,为了识别所述历史拨打号码是否为声讯号码,所述确定单元52可以包括:分析模块521和确定模块522,如图8所示。
所述历史按键行为数据包括历史拨打号码、所述历史拨打号码对应的拨打时间和按键行为,所述分析模块521,具体用于所述历史拨打号码、所述拨打时间和所述按键行为进行分析,得到所述历史拨打号码在预定时间内使用按键键盘的使用比例或者使用频次。
所述确定模块522,具体用于若所述使用比例大于预设使用比例,或者所述使用频次大于预设使用频次,则将所述历史拨打号码确定为声讯号码。
对于本申请实施例,提供了如下发送给所述移动终端的方式,所述发送单元54,具体用于按照预设时间间隔将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端;或者
在检测所述移动终端处于无线网络环境下将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的一种服务器所涉及各功能模块的其他相应描述,可以参考图1所示方法的对应描述,在此不再赘述。
基于上述如图1所示方法,相应的,本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质可以为非易失性可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,该可读指令被处理器执行时,实现如上述的应用于服务器的按键模式切换方法的步骤。
基于上述如图1所示方法和如图7所示服务器的实施例,本申请实施例还提供了一种服务器的实体结构图,如图9所示,该服务器包括:处理器61、存储器62、及存储在存储器62上并可在处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,其中存储器62和处理器61均设置在总线63上所述处理器61执行所述可读指令时,实现如上述的应用于服务器的按键模式切换方法的步骤。
进一步地,作为图3的具体实现,本申请实施例提供了一种移动终端,如图10所示,所述移动终端包括:采集单元71、判断单元72和切换单元73。
所述采集单元71,可以用于采集用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码。
所述判断单元72,可以用于根据服务器发送的声讯号码列表,判断所述拨打号码是否为声讯号码,所述声讯号码列表中保存有所述服务器根据用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为识别的声讯号码。
所述切换单元73,可以用于若所述拨打号码是声讯号码,则将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式。
所述采集单元71,还可以用于若所述拨打号码不是声讯号码,则采集所述用户在拨打电话过程中的按键行为数据并上传给所述服务器。
对于本申请实施例,为了判断所述拨打号码是否为声讯号码,所述判断单元72可以包括:判断模块721和确定模块722,如图11所示。
所述判断模块721,用于判断所述拨打号码是否在服务器发送的声讯号码列表中。
所述确定模块722,用于若所述拨打号码在服务器发送的声讯号码列表中,则确定所述拨打号码为声讯号码。

进一步地,本申请实施例还提供一种按键模式切换系统,如图13所示,所述系统包括:服务器91和移动终端92。
所述服务器91,用于接收所述移动终端92上传的用户在拨打电话过程中的历史拨打号码和历史按键行为;对所述历史按键行为数据进行分析,确定声讯号码;将所述声讯号码添加到声讯号码列表中,并将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端92。
所述移动终端92,用于采集用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码;根据服务器发送的声讯号码列表,判断所述拨打号码是否为声讯号码;若为声讯号码,则将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式;若并非声讯电话,则采集所述用户在拨打电话过程中的按键行为数据并上传给所述服务器91。
通过本申请的技术方案,服务器能够接收移动终端上传的用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据;对所述历史按键行为数据进行分析,确定声讯号码;将所述声讯号码添加到声讯号码列表中,并将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端。移动终端能够采集用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码;根据服务器发送的声讯号码列表,判断所述拨打号码是否为声讯号码;在所述拨打号码为声讯号码时,能够将所述移动终端的功能模式自动切换到按键模式;在所述拨打号码不是声讯号码时,能够采集所述用户在拨打电话过程中的按键行为数据并上传给所述服务器,从而能够提升按键模式切换的速度且能够避免为通话过程带来不便,进而能够按键模式切换的效率和通话效率。

    接收移动终端上传的用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据;
    对所述历史按键行为数据进行分析,确定声讯号码;

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述历史按键行为数据包括历史拨打号码、所述历史拨打号码对应的拨打时间和按键行为,所述对所述历史按键行为数据进行分析,确定声讯号码,具体包括:
    对所述历史拨打号码、所述拨打时间和所述按键行为进行分析,得到所述历史拨打号码在预定时间内使用按键键盘的使用比例或者使用频次;
    若所述使用比例大于预设使用比例,或者所述使用频次大于预设使用频次,则将所述历史拨打号码确定为声讯号码。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端,具体包括:
    按照预设时间间隔将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端;或者
    在检测所述移动终端处于无线网络环境下将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端。
  4. 一种按键模式切换方法,其特征在于,应用于移动终端,包括:
    采集用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码;
    根据服务器发送的声讯号码列表,判断所述拨打号码是否为声讯号码,所述声讯号码列表中保存有所述服务器根据用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据确定的声讯号码;
    若是声讯号码,则将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式;
    若不是声讯电话,则采集所述用户在拨打电话过程中的按键行为数据并上传给所述服务器。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据服务器发送的声讯号码列表,判断所述拨打号码是否为声讯号码,具体包括:
    判断所述拨打号码是否在服务器发送的声讯号码列表中;
    若是,则确定所述拨打号码为声讯号码;
    若否,则确定所述拨打号码不是声讯号码。
  6. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收移动终端上传的用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据;
    确定单元,用于对所述历史按键行为数据进行分析,确定声讯号码;
    添加单元,用于将所述声讯号码添加到声讯号码列表中;
    发送单元,用于将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端,所述声讯号码列表用于所述移动终端在判断用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码为声讯号码时,将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述历史按键行为数据包括历史拨打号码、所述历史拨打号码对应的拨打时间和按键行为,所述确定单元包括:
    分析模块,用于对所述历史拨打号码、所述拨打时间和所述按键行为进行分析,得到所述历史拨打号码在预定时间内使用按键键盘的使用比例或者使用频次;
    确定模块,用于若所述使用比例大于预设使用比例,或者所述使用频次大于预设使用频次,则将所述历史拨打号码确定为声讯号码。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述发送单元54,具体用于按照预设时间间隔将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端;或者
    在检测所述移动终端处于无线网络环境下将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端。
  9. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括:
    采集单元,用于采集用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码;
    判断单元,用于根据服务器发送的声讯号码列表,判断所述拨打号码是否为声讯号码,所述声讯号码列表中保存有所述服务器根据用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据确定的声讯号码;
    切换单元,用于若所述拨打号码是声讯号码,则将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式;
    所述采集单元,还用于若所述拨打号码不是声讯号码,则采集所述用户在拨打电话过程中的按键行为数据并上传给所述服务器。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述判断单元包括:
    判断模块,用于判断所述拨打号码是否在服务器发送的声讯号码列表中;
    确定模块,用于若是,则确定所述拨打号码为声讯号码;若否,则确定所述拨打号码不是声讯号码。
  11. 一种按键模式切换系统,其特征在于,包括服务器和移动终端,
    所述服务器包括:
    接收单元,用于接收移动终端上传的用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据;
    确定单元,用于对所述历史按键行为数据进行分析,确定声讯号码;
    添加单元,用于将所述声讯号码添加到声讯号码列表中;
    发送单元,用于将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端,所述声讯号码列表用于所述移动终端在判断用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码为声讯号码时,将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式;
    所述移动终端包括:
    采集单元,用于采集用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码;
    判断单元,用于根据服务器发送的声讯号码列表,判断所述拨打号码是否为声讯号码,所述声讯号码列表中保存有所述服务器根据用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据确定的声讯号码;
    切换单元,用于若所述拨打号码是声讯号码,则将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式;
    所述采集单元,还用于若所述拨打号码不是声讯号码,则采集所述用户在拨打电话过程中的按键行为数据并上传给所述服务器。
  12. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,该可读指令被处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
    接收移动终端上传的用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据;
    对所述历史按键行为数据进行分析,确定声讯号码;
    将所述声讯号码添加到声讯号码列表中,并将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端,所述声讯号码列表用于所述移动终端在判断用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码为声讯号码时,将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述历史按键行为数据包括历史拨打号码、所述历史拨打号码对应的拨打时间和按键行为,所述对所述历史按键行为数据进行分析,确定声讯号码,具体包括:
    对所述历史拨打号码、所述拨打时间和所述按键行为进行分析,得到所述历史拨打号码在预定时间内使用按键键盘的使用比例或者使用频次;
    若所述使用比例大于预设使用比例,或者所述使用频次大于预设使用频次,则将所述历史拨打号码确定为声讯号码。

    若是声讯号码,则将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式;
    若不是声讯电话,则采集所述用户在拨打电话过程中的按键行为数据并上传给所述服务器。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据服务器发送的声讯号码列表,判断所述拨打号码是否为声讯号码,具体包括:
    判断所述拨打号码是否在服务器发送的声讯号码列表中;
    若是,则确定所述拨打号码为声讯号码;
    若否,则确定所述拨打号码不是声讯号码。
  17. 一种服务器,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述可读指令时实现以下步骤:
    接收移动终端上传的用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据;
    对所述历史按键行为数据进行分析,确定声讯号码;
    将所述声讯号码添加到声讯号码列表中,并将所述声讯号码列表发送给所述移动终端,所述声讯号码列表用于所述移动终端在判断用户在拨打电话过程中的拨打号码为声讯号码时,将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述历史按键行为数据包括历史拨打号码、所述历史拨打号码对应的拨打时间和按键行为,所述对所述历史按键行为数据进行分析,确定声讯号码,具体包括:
    对所述历史拨打号码、所述拨打时间和所述按键行为进行分析,得到所述历史拨打号码在预定时间内使用按键键盘的使用比例或者使用频次;

    根据服务器发送的声讯号码列表,判断所述拨打号码是否为声讯号码,所述声讯号码列表中保存有所述服务器根据用户在拨打电话过程中的历史按键行为数据确定的声讯号码;
    若是声讯号码,则将所述移动终端的通话界面从功能模式切换到按键模式;
    若不是声讯电话,则采集所述用户在拨打电话过程中的按键行为数据并上传给所述服务器。
