电池仓上盖36上设有与控制器5电连接的接电端子连接部37,在本实施例中,接电端子连接部37位于电池仓上盖36的上表面,接电端子连接部37向上凸出,形成柱状的导向定位块,接电端子连接部37上设有电极连接接口371,电池31上的正负极分别连接电池两边的电极A、电极B,在电池仓上盖36对应电极连接接口371的位置刻有“+”、“-”符号表示正负极,控制器5上设置有对应连接的接线端子52;为了使电池31在于控制器5对接时更为准确,在控制器5的下表面成型有与柱状的接电端子连接部37形状相匹配的固定槽51,接线端子52位于固定槽51中。
作为本发明的一个优选方案,参照图4、图5所示,电池仓外壳30的侧壁上设有与电池孔11内壁连接的卡接部,卡接部为对称设置于电池仓外壳下端侧壁上的卡接片32,卡接片32外侧表面沿纵向设有与电池孔11内壁的紧固条13或紧固槽相配合的卡接槽或卡接筋。
为了使电池组件定向插入到电池孔11,从而使接电端子连接部37精准的插入固定槽51中,可以在电池仓外壳30与电池孔11之间设置一导向机构,在本实施例中,导向机构为设置在电池仓外壳30的外侧壁上沿其轴向方向与电池孔11内壁的导向槽12或导向筋相配合的定位筋301或定位槽,即当设置为定位筋 301时,电池孔11的内壁上设置有与定位筋301相匹配的导向槽12;反之,若设置定位槽时,电池孔11的内壁上设置定位筋。
参照图7所示,在本实施例中,电池仓外壳30上端口部边缘设有缺口302,电池仓上盖36上设有与缺口302相配合的定位凸起372,在实际生产应用中,当电池仓上盖36和电池仓外壳30通过超声波熔接的方式连接于一体后,定位凸起372与定位筋301位置重合,再通过超声波熔接,可使两者的密封性、稳固性更佳。
作为本发明的一个优选方案,参照图8所示,在气雾产生装置主体1的侧壁上设有按钮开关14,通过按钮开关14将与控制器5与电池组件3实现电连接,在需吸食时,将按钮开关14打开,连通电路,不需吸食时,关闭按钮开关14,断开电路,节省电量。
作为本发明的一个优选方案,参照图9所示,气雾产生装置还包括烟嘴盖4,烟嘴盖4的开口沿边缘设置有一圈扣合筋41,烟嘴盖4通过扣合筋41与气雾产生装置主体1上端内壁咬合,具体地,在气雾产生装置主体1上端内壁成型有一圈与扣合筋41相配合的弧形凹槽15;为了使扣合筋41易于扣合或与之脱开,本实施例中,可将扣合筋41在圆周方向通过设置缺口42使之分为多段,使扣合筋41在受到气雾产生装置主体1上端内壁的挤压时,易于变形,从而与气雾产生装置主体1上端内壁扣合或脱开。
本发明通过将电池组件采用可插拔的方式嵌入设置在气雾产生装置的电池孔内,并在电池仓外壳下端设有拉手,通过拉手可轻松便捷地将电池组件与气雾产生装置分开,并从气雾产生装置中取出;气雾产生装置的电池组件通过轴向插拔嵌入式安装在气雾产生装置主体上的电池孔内,可以轻易的将气雾产生装置拆分为几个主要的大部件,可使气雾产生装置的体积更小化,方便携带和使用;采用电池组件可拆卸结合多个电池组件交替使用,当电池的电量不足时,可以使用备用的电池组件为气雾产生装置供电,保证气雾产生装置可以供使用者随时使用,并且电池组件位于气雾产生装置内时可以一边充电一边吸食气雾产生装置,有效的解决气雾产生装置的体积与电量之间的矛盾,提高了用户的 使用体验度;电池组件的拉手设置为可收拢式,在无需使用拉手时,可将拉手贴合在电池仓外壳底端表面,这样使得气雾产生装置的整个外观显得更加美观,同时,也可防止拉手在气雾产生装置使用过程挂钩其它东西,损坏拉手;电池仓外壳侧壁设置定位槽或定位筋与电池孔上的导向筋或导向槽相配合使用,可精准的使接电端子连接部与控制器的电极连接端子相连接,提高使用时的安装效率。
应当理解,方位词均是结合操作者和使用者的日常操作习惯以及说明书附图而设立的,它们的出现不应当影响本发明的保护范围。
以上结合附图实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域中普通技术人员可根据上述说明对本发明做出种种变化例。因而,实施例中的某些细节不应构成对本发明的限定,本发明将以所附权利要求书界定的范围作为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种用于气雾产生装置的电池组件,其安装于气雾产生装置的电池孔内,其特征在于,所述电池组件包括电池仓外壳、电池,所述电池设置于所述电池仓外壳内;所述电池仓外壳下端设有拉手,所述电池仓外壳设有与所述电池孔连接的连接部,所述电池仓外壳设有与气雾产生装置的控制器电连接的接电端子连接部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于气雾产生装置的电池组件,其特征在于,所述电池仓外壳上设有使电池组件定向插入到所述电池孔的导向机构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于气雾产生装置的电池组件,其特征在于,所述导向机构为设置在电池仓外壳的侧壁上的沿轴向方向与电池孔内壁的导向槽或导向筋相配合的定位筋或定位槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于气雾产生装置的电池组件,其特征在于,所述电池组件包括电池仓上盖,所述电池仓外壳为下端封口、上端开口的筒型结构,所述电池通过所述电池仓上盖盖封于所述电池仓外壳内;所述电池仓外壳下端设有充电接口,所述接电端子连接部设置在所述电池仓上盖上,所述连接部为设置在电池仓外壳侧壁上的卡接部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于气雾产生装置的电池组件,其特征在于,所述卡接部为对称设置于所述电池仓外壳下端侧壁上的卡接片,所述卡接片外侧表面沿纵向设有与所述电池孔内壁的紧固条或紧固槽相配合的卡接槽或卡接筋。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的用于气雾产生装置的电池组件,其特征在于,所述拉手为半圆形结构,所述拉手两端通过沿径向设置的转轴与所述电池仓外壳下端侧壁连接,所述电池仓外壳下端面上成型有与所述拉手形状相配合的固定槽,可使所述拉手绕转轴转动而贴合于所述电池仓外壳下端面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于气雾产生装置的电池组件,其特征在于,所述拉手外侧设有卡合凸筋或卡合凹槽,所述电池孔的边缘设置有与所述卡合凸筋或卡合凹槽相卡合匹配的凹槽或凸筋。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于气雾产生装置的电池组件,其特征在于,所述接电端子连接部向上凸出,形成柱状的导向定位块,所述接电端子连接部上设有电极连接接口。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的用于气雾产生装置的电池组件,其特征在于,所述电池仓外壳上端口部边缘设有缺口,所述电池仓上盖上设有与所述缺口相配合的定位凸起。
  10. 一种气雾产生装置,其特征在于,包括气雾产生装置主体、控制器、吸烟嘴,所述吸烟嘴设置于所述气雾产生装置主体上端,所述控制器设置于所述气雾产生装置主体内部,所述气雾产生装置主体下端设有电池孔,所述电池孔内可拆卸的设置有如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的电池组件,所述接电端子连接部与所述控制器的电极连接端子连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的气雾产生装置,其特征在于,还包括烟嘴盖、按钮开关,所述烟嘴盖的开口沿边缘设置有扣合筋,所述烟嘴盖通过扣合筋与所述气雾产生装置主体上端的内壁咬合;所述按钮开关设置于所述气雾产生装置主体的侧壁上,且与所述控制器电连接。
