Par rapport à l'état de la technique, la présente invention propose un mode totalement nouveau qui est applicable aux divisions verticales des hôtels et qui permet à un hôtel de participer à une planification de conférence; étant donné qu'un hôtel connaît mieux ses propres ressources et conditions d'utilisation, si l'hôtel peut participer à une planification de conférence, l'hôtel peut sans doute utiliser ses avantages, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'efficacité de l'organisation de conférence. De cette manière, il n'est pas nécessaire qu'un planificateur de conférence apprenne des informations relatives à l'hôtel, il doit seulement assurer la planification d'une conférence; et un hôtel met en œuvre une planification unifiée et un montage global, ce qui réduit la capacité requise d'un planificateur de conférence et les exigences relatives à ses connaissances de l'industrie hôtelière.
