The present invention relates in general to a system for generating electricity and in particular, to a system for generating electricity using nonconventional source. More particularly, it relates to electric power generation using horse power, which is non-polluting renewable energy, hence environment-friendly. The electricity is stored in a battery for future use.
BACKGROUND AND PRIOR ART
There are many sources of primary energy like coal energy like Coal energy is also called fossil energy, Petroleum are also called fossil energy; Atomic energy is energy produce by atom; Hydro-electricity.
On the other hand, some valuable energy are used but not to random use.

Recently, the energy source which can adequately produce energy is insufficient, and this has become an urgent problem to be solved for every country. The energy can be produced by various energy sources, such as thermal energy, light energy, wind energy. The problems of several common energy sources are respectively described as below.
In recent years, electricity generation devices using natural energies have received a greater deal of interest as a means for reducing C02 output. A photovoltaic power generation device, a wind power generation device, a geothermal power generation device, a tidal power generation device, and the like have been known as electricity generation devices using natural energies. Many of them require a relatively large- scale device. On the other, there has been an interest in electricity generation devices that implement an electricity generation method called environmental energy harvesting or power harvesting using an environmentally existing energy

such as a vibration or waste heat generated by a human's motion or a vehicle's movement.
The patent document CN 102444556 states that an intellectualized animal force power generation device, which comprises a driving wheel, wherein the driving wheel is connected with an electric generator through a transmission mechanism; the driving wheel is connected with an animal-force connecting rod; the animal- force connecting rod is radially arranged at the edge of the driving wheel; the animal-force connecting rod is used for connecting an animal; a magnetic separator is arranged at the end of the animal-force connecting rod; the end of the connecting rod is fixed on the body of the animal through the magnetic separator; the magnetic separator is connected with a controller; and the controller receives external control signal for releasing lock to control the separation of the magnetic separator, thus the end of the animal force connecting rod is separated from the animal. By using the intellectualized animal force power generation device provided by the invention, the technical problems that in the prior art, the animal force power generation device is instable in power generation in the animal power generation process, and the animals are not easy to control and require to be artificially supervised and controlled are solved and the intellectualized animal force power generation device has better stability and can control animals.
The other document US 1121855 discloses the leading object of my invention is movements of an animal as a horse so as to produce an electric current having practically a constant voltage and which current is utilized whenever desired for heating, lighting, power and storage purposes: for instance the system hereinafter described will be found practical and useful on farms and particularly in locations where fuel may be scarce or wherein the tractive power of a draft animal as a horse may be utilized for operating a generator and wherein the movements of the horse are automatically controlled and his speed regulated through the medium of suitable circuit closers arranged in circuit with appliances for whipping the horse if
Figure imgf000006_0001
his speed falls below the minimum or the required for the desired purpose and for checking or entirely stopping the travel of the horse.
According to the document CN 200354800079, an electric generator for generating electricity through animal power, in particular to an animal power electric generator. The animal power electric generator comprises an electric generator body and a large gear meshed with a pinion. The pinion is connected with a rotor of the electric generator body. A fixing shaft is arranged in the center of the larger gear. The bottom end of the fixing shaft extends downwards and is connected with a large gear fixing base. A horizontal connecting rod is arranged on the large gear in the radial direction. One end of the horizontal Connecting rod is fixed to the large gear and the other end of the horizontal connecting rod extends outside the large gear. One end of the horizontal connecting rod is connected with a vertical rod extending downwards. The vertical rod is connected with a connecting belt used for being fixed to an animal body. The electric generator body is fixed to a triangular base through a pinion supporting rod.
The document CN 1757913 describes a method and apparatus for pumping water and generating electric energy by using the domestic animal as the power source is disclosed. A pull rod with long force arm is pulled by a domestic animal (ox, horse, donkey etc.) and then a big gear, a small gear and an electric generator are sequentially driven to generate electric energy. A bevel gear is used to change the rotation direction and decrease rotation speed and an eccentrical rotation disc is used to change the rotation to reciprocating movement for driving a piston pump for pumping water.
Electricity is generated by animals such as horses or cattle harnessed to a rotating arm and walking in a circle to rotate an arm of say ten meters length. Extensive gearing increases the speed of rotation to that suitable to drive alternators to
Figure imgf000007_0001
generate electricity which despite frequency fluctuations due the variable speed of the animals may be directly used for heating or lighting.
Alternatively, the generated electricity can be used to heat a boiler which feeds a turbine driving an alternator at a governed speed in the conventional configuration which has been stated in document of patent application FR2465900.
According to the invention EP1416615, the installation comprises a generato whose rotor is turned by one or more animals. The animal(s) is /are harnessed to a shaft which extends perpendicular to the central vertical rotor shaft. This act through a torque converter to turn an alternator. The installation of producing electricity comprises a generator whose rotor is coupled to a motor drive, the motor force being provided by one or more animals. The animal(s) is/are harnessed to a shaft which extends perpendicular to the central vertical roto shaft. If more than one animal is used, they are equally spaced around the circumference of the installation. A torque converter may be inserted between the driven shaft of the motor and the generator. The animal used may be draught horse, or a school horse. The generator use may be an alternator, with a nominal power which is greater than 3KW preferably between 5 and 60kW.
The other document 2693/CHE/2010 provide the various methods to produce electric power using animal power has not been successful on useful scale, as the electric power generators used along with or without gearbox are required to be run at more or less constant speed and animals connot release the required mechanical power at required rate steadily. The present invention uses a variable speed permanent magnet synchronous generator(s) with or without a speed increaser to produce electric power usefully, with wide variation in animal released mechanical power as input. The amount of electric power produced can be controlled by varying the number of animals used and interconnecting the number of animal(s) driven electric generators in parallel or in series to required voltage and power level.
Figure imgf000008_0001
Animal driven electrical power output can be 1) directly used 2) transmitted to distant consumers 3) can be stored in various ways. The animals driven is a renewable resource.
The other document 1721/DEL/2011 states the present subject matter relates to a power generating system which includes at least one animal tied to a shaft through a lever arm. The shaft is rotatably connected to a power transmission mechanism which includes a face gear coupled to a spur gear. The spur gear is connected to a gear box for transmitting the rotation energy generated by the shaft to the gear box. The power generating system is designed such that the output shaft of the gear box is connected to an alternating current power generator (or a direct current power generator) for generating power and subsequent power supply. Operationally, the physical or mechanical work done due to the controlled systematic movement of the animals is transmitted to the alternating current power generator or DC generator via the power transmission mechanism to produce electrical energy.
The document 79/CHE/2009 at present, renewable and non-renewable fuels and other technologies are used drive the shaft of the Electricity Generating Stations. However, Coal, Oil and natural gas are non-renewable sources of power stations and will run out in about one 100 years. Also, renewable sources will not run out from continued use. Also, today there is a shortage of several thousands of million units in India. By 2020 India will require 400000 W of electricity. In this context, we have invented a novel product "Electricity Generating Station based on Animals Pull forces". When trained animals move on a circular path (shown in figure 1), connecting rods convert their pull forces into a mechanical power at the centre of the angular rotation path. This mechanical power makes the shaft of the electricity generation unit spin at a very high number of evolutions per minute (rpm) with the help of the speed conversion gears unit and shaft (shown in figure 1), and thus electricity is generated. One of the objectives of this invention is to develop
Figure imgf000009_0001
microgeneration power stations for generating electricity at very low cost from any plant with a capacity up to 10 MW, using animals pull forces. Hence, with this product, industries and domestic consumers can develop their own power stations for generating electricity in a cost-effective manner. The main feature of an animals" -pull-forces-based electricity generating station is that it tremendously reduces emissions of sounds and also nullifies emissions of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide and Sulphur dioxide which causes acid rain and global warming. The other feature of these power stations is that the quantity of electricity produced from each unit is so small that it tends to be used close to where it is generated. This means that much of the energy loss incurred in transmission and distribution networks is avoided.
According to the document 2272/CHE/2006, methods of using a. animal power b. human power and c. both animal and human power simultaneously for generating electric power.
None of these above patents, however alone or in combination, disclosed the present invention. The invention consists of certain novel features and a combination of parts hereinafter fully described, illustrated in the accompanying drawings, and particularly pointed out in the appended claims, it being understood that various changes in the details may be made without departing form the spirit, or sacrificing any of the advantages of the present invention.

Figure imgf000014_0001
The system according to the invention comprises of specific gears, generator, gearbox, converter, transformer, motor, and receiver. The generator is run with horse's muscle power or body strength. A piece of land of about 3600 square meter piece is required. The horses move in a circular path.
As shown in figure 3, there should be six walls of four feet height with metal rail on top. The space between the first, second, third and fourth walls is 5 meters and space between the fifth and sixth is 2 meters. The horses are run between the wall of fifth and sixth wall. This wall is constructed with brick, sand, cement, stone with metal rail top.
The system has six identical power units (1.1-1.6) as shown in figure 1.
Each unit has a round shaped big gear (5.1) having diameter of five meter and three metal rods (3.1) of 241/2 mt. length are fixed with the gear. The whole arrangement should be firmly rested on the metal rail top (3.2).
Seven gears of 1 mt. diameter (2.8) are arranged sequentially inside the five-meter gear. The first three gear having a diameter of 1 mt. (close to the 5 meter gear) are provided with bearing in the middle portion and they look like free wheels. This is because if any of the horse stops to rotate or rotates slowly this will not hamper the efficiency of the whole system.
Among the seven gears, six gears have teeth in only one side and the seventh gear has teeth on both sides.
Again, amongst the seven gears, six gears of 23 inches are sequentially arranged and a main shaft (7.7) of 4 inches is attached at the center.
This main shaft (7.7) rotates very fast with the horses and the gear box (type : wind power gear box) is attached with the main shaft.
A generator is attached with the wind gear box. The generator is connected with the convertor and transformer.
Figure imgf000015_0001
Two horses are attached with a three wheeled desk (2.1) shown in figure 2a. The desk is attached at one end of the 241/2 mt rod (7.7). A horse trainer controls the horse from the desk. The horse trainer will control motion and direction of the horse with three reins. These reins are fixed with horse's bits. These bits are present on both side of horse's ears.
In the absence of a horse trainer, horses will be controlled by three free wheels and a stick holding motor (2.10).
a) First rein : This rein is attached with the free wheel. The free wheel is used to roll the rein. The rein is attached to the horse mouth at one end and the other end is attached to the free wheel. The free wheel is rotated with the help of five double saw tooth gears. The gear is attached with a motor. The motor is run by the help of electricity supplied from a battery. The connection or disconnection of the electricity is done by the receiver. The receiver can be controlled with the help of the remote control from a distance of 40 meter.
WORKING MECHANISM: The remote control (2.12) will send signal to the receiver (2.6). According to the signal received by the receiver the supply of electricity is on or off from the battery (2.5). When the receiver supplies electricity, the motor (2.10) will start which in turn starts the sequentially arranged saw tooth wheel. The saw tooth wheel adjacent to free wheel is rotating very slowly and rolls the rein. As a result, the rein is pulled and the horse is moved forward. The rein will come back to its previous position when the free wheel stops rotating. b) Second Rein : This rein is either placed at the back side of the desk or at the left side of the desk. The rein helps to turn the horse at the left side. This rein attach with the left mouth of the horse bits and free wheel. In absence
Figure imgf000016_0001
of the horse trainer any one can controlled the rein from far away. The structure and working mechanism of this rein is similar with the first rein. c) Third Rein : This rein is placed at the right side. This rein is used to turn the horse to the right side. This rein is attached with the right side of mouth of the horse bits and free wheel.
The free wheel is placed on the desk. In absence of the horse trainer any one can controlled the rein from far away. The structure and working mechanism of this rein is similar with the first rein. d) Fourth rein : This rein is run over the horse back and attached with a free wheel at back side of the horse. The function of the rein is to stop the horse. In absence of the horse trainer any one can controlled the rein from far away. The structure and working mechanism of this rein is similar with the first rein except the saw tooth wheel and free wheel is absent. A stick will hit the horse's back and two chain is fixed at the end of the stick.
The desk is pulled by the horse. The desk is joined with the end part of a 241/2 mt long rod. While rotating in a circular path, a 15mt. gear is also rotating. The seven gears of 1 mt. start rotating simultaneously. Six gears of 23 inches and the central gear rod or the main shaft also rotates. The shaft of the gear box is also rotating fast. The generator is attached with the shaft. The generator is connected with convertor (10.1) and transformer (11.1) for delivery of electricity to the power transmission conductors.
The 241/2 meter long bar (3.1) may be compared with a first class lever.
First class lever has fulcrum in the middle resistance and effort on the two sides: a first class lever is used for lifting heavy objects with a small force acting on it. The disadvantage of the first class lever is the fulcrum lies on more effort or more force.
All gears should have bearing except the 5 mt. big gear (5.1).
Figure imgf000017_0001
There should be a gap of 2 cm between the two gears. The thickness of 1 mt. gear should be 3 inches and the teeth also having a thickness of 3 inches.
There are total 6 power units in the invention. Each unit requires 6 horses for operation. So, total 36 horses are used for experimental purpose. However, the number of horses can be increased or dropped according to the need of the power.
Every power unit has the same 90 volt M. W. generator. In total 30 M.W. current is produced from the 36 horses.
Fig. 2 is having the following components: a) Three wheeled desk (2.1) having four reins (2.3), fig. 2a;
b) Bearings (2.2) with cogs and rein (2.3) fig. 2b;
c) Jockey or horse controller fig. 2c;
d) Four free wheels (2.2) for rolling the reins. Its helps to control the speed of the horse.
e) A battery charger (2.4) fig. 2d.
f) A battery (2.5) which supplies current to the motor fig. 2e.
g) A receiver (2.6) fig. 2f. It helps in regulating power supply (i.e. on or off) to the motor.
h) Four motors (2.7) fig 2j. These are connected with five double saw tooth wheels (2.8), fig. 2i. When the motor is rotating, the saw tooth wheels are also rotating but the double saw tooth wheel adjacent to free wheel rotates very slowly.
i) As soon as the free wheel rolls the reins, it will create pressure on the four reins attached to the horse's face. As a result, the speed of the horse can be controlled.
Figure imgf000018_0001
j) An Electric IC (2.9) to generate an electric shock which increased the speed of the horse fig. 2n.
k) Double saw tooth wheel gears (2.8) fig. 2i.
L) A motor with iron rod (2.10) fig. 2k. The motor will rotate in high speed. A chain is attached at the front of the iron rod which will hit the horse, so that the horse can move forward.
m) A chain (2.11) fig.21
n) A remote control (2.12) which helps in controlling the speed of the horse fig. 2m.
We now refer to Fig. 3, wherein figure 4 shows the 241/2 mt long rod which is placed on the rail by the help of wheel.
All rails are placed on the walls as shown. A gear of 5 mt. and a rod of 241/2 mt. is placed on the rails by the help of the wheel.

WORKING MECHANISM:
The six horses will pull the three wheeled desk. The said desk is attached to a 241/2 mt. long rod. When the horse moves, the 5 mt. gear will also rotate. As a result, all the gears start rotating simultaneously and the main shaft is also rotating.
If gear box speed ratio 1 : 150 power generating shaft speed will be rolling = 10200 times.
As mentioned before, the system has six power generating units, so that total electricity to be supplied by the system is 30 M.W.
EXAMPLE: a) If the 5mt gear (5.1) rotates once, the 1 mt. gear (total seven in numbers and best shown in Fig. 6) will rotate 5 times.
