Abstract

Description

在线支付时的风险提示方法及装置
本申请要求于2018年3月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810291427.X,发明名称为“在线支付时的风险提示方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及保险金融领域,尤其涉及一种在线支付时的风险提示方法及装置。
背景技术
在保险行业中,由于监管不足,有些团队为了提升业绩,在保险产品销售的过程中,利用办贷款、信用卡等保障外利益诱导客户办理保单,即进行骗保行为,影响公司信誉。
目前,发明人发现保险产品的销售过程没有一套完善的管控机制。例如,对于一些经常出现不良销售记录的坐席及其团队,没有一套针对性的管控机制,导致出现骗保、骗贷等情况,影响了消费者利益。另外,对于年龄较低或年龄较高的客户,可能判断能力不足,由于没有可靠的数据来源进行参考,在购买保险时容易出现出错风险。
因此,发明人意识到现有的技术方案中,保单销售监管机制不完善,规避骗保机制不够灵活,影响公司信誉,且用户体验差。
发明内容
本申请提供一种在线支付时的风险提示方法及相应的装置、计算机设备及可读存储介质,其主要目的在于通过在保单的销售过程中设置相应的提示功能对销售坐席进行监管。
本申请还提供一种用于执行本申请的在线支付时的风险提示方法的计算机设备及可读存储介质。
为解决上述问题,本申请采用如下各方面的技术方案:
第一方面,本申请提供一种在线支付时的风险提示方法,包括:当监听到支付页面的开启指令时,获取与当前交易相关的服务信息并判断所述服务信息是否满足预设的提示条件;当确定所述服务信息满足预设的提示条件时,在所述支付页面构建提供与所述服务信息对应的提示文件的访问入口的提示控件;当监听到对该提示控件的点击操作时,查询与所述服务信息对应的提示文件,展示所述提示文件并使所述支付页面暂时休眠。
第二方面,本申请提供一种在线支付时的风险提示装置,包括:判断模块,用于 当监听到支付页面的开启指令时,获取与当前交易相关的服务信息并判断所述服务信息是否满足预设的提示条件;构建模块,用于当确定所述服务信息满足预设的提示条件时,在所述支付页面构建提供与所述服务信息对应的提示文件的访问入口的提示控件;展示模块,用于当监听到对该提示控件的点击操作时,查询所述服务信息对应的提示文件,展示所述提示文件并使所述支付页面暂时休眠。
第三方面,本申请提供一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行一种在线支付时的风险提示方法的下述步骤:当监听到支付页面的开启指令时,获取与当前交易相关的服务信息并判断所述服务信息是否满足预设的提示条件;当确定所述服务信息满足预设的提示条件时,在所述支付页面构建提供与所述服务信息对应的提示文件的访问入口的提示控件;当监听到对该提示控件的点击操作时,查询与所述服务信息对应的提示文件,展示所述提示文件并使所述支付页面暂时休眠。
第四方面,一种计算机可读非易失性存储介质,所述计算机可读非易失性存储介质中包括在线支付时的提示程序,所述在线支付时的提示程序被处理器执行时,实现一种在线支付时的风险提示方法的下述步骤:当监听到支付页面的开启指令时,获取与当前交易相关的服务信息并判断所述服务信息是否满足预设的提示条件;当确定所述服务信息满足预设的提示条件时,在所述支付页面构建提供与所述服务信息对应的提示文件的访问入口的提示控件;当监听到对该提示控件的点击操作时,查询与所述服务信息对应的提示文件,展示所述提示文件并使所述支付页面暂时休眠。
本申请提供一种在线支付时的风险提示方法,通过该机制实现对保险产品销售过程的监管以规避骗保、骗贷行为。同时解决了由于监管不足导致销售坐席在保险产品销售的过程中出现的骗保、骗贷等问题,提升了保险产品的销售过程的监管力度,能够规避骗保,且监管规则灵活。

请参阅图1,本申请所提供的一种在线支付时的风险提示方法,其中,具体的一种 实施方式中,包括如下步骤:
S11、当监听到支付页面的开启指令时,获取与当前交易相关的服务信息并判断所述服务信息是否满足预设的提示条件。
本申请实施例中,通过监听支付页面的开启行为,在支付页面即将开启时,获取与当前交易相关的服务信息以依据所述服务信息判断其是否满足预设的提示条件。预设的提示条件分别从坐席角度和客户角度来对所述服务信息进行判断,通过判断坐席或客户的历史数据来判断其是否符合预设的提示条件。
具体的,从坐席角度所述服务信息可以包括以下任意一项或任意多项:
预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的历史行为数据、预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的历史销售数据、预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的提示通过数据、预设的黑名单、服务类型。
在其中一个实施例中,本申请可以通过获取最近预设时间段内坐席或坐席团队的历史行为数据。所述坐席或坐席团队的历史行为数据用于记录坐席或坐席团队在工作过程中的行为或获得的评价,具体指不良行为数据以及负面评价数据,例如,骗保、骗贷、被投诉以及被惩罚等。假设各不良行为数据分别记为B1、B2……Bn,各负面评价数据分别记为E1、E2……En。
如果获取到最近预设时间段内坐席或坐席团队存在不良行为数据或负面评价数据,则根据该不良行为数据或负面评价数据判定是否满足预设的提示条件。
一种可能的设计中,设预设的提示条件的函数为F=B1×K1+B2×K2……+Bn×Kn+E1×J1+E2×J2……+En×Jn,当F超过预设阈值时,则判定为满足预设的提示条件。其中,B1~Bn为各种不良行为的次数,K1~Kn为各种不良行为的权重系数。E1~En为各种负面评价的次数,J1~Jn为各种负面评价的权重系数。权重系数为根据经验自行设定。
举例说明,假设有三种不良行:骗保(次数B1=3)、偏贷(次数B2=6)、合同欺瞒(次数B3=1),有两种负面评价:被投诉(次数E1=8)、被惩罚(次数E2=5)。则按照上述公式有F=3×K1+6×K2+1×K3+8×J1+5×J2。
进一步的,可将最近预设时间段继续细分为多个子时间段,各个子时间段对应的条件函数分别为F1、F2……Fn,然后每个子时间段分配不同的时间权重系数T1、T2……Tn,时间越近的子时间段的权重系数越大,即T1<T2<……<Tn。则条件函数=F1×T1+F2×T2+……+Fn×Tn,当F超过预设阈值时,判定为满足预设的语音告知条件。
在本申请的另一个实施例中,获取最近预设时间段内坐席或坐席团队的历史销售数据。所述历史销售数据用于记录坐席或坐席团队在工作过程中的销售记录,包括销 售单数、销售平均金额、销售速度等。
进一步的,如果获取到最近预设时间段内坐席或坐席团队存在疑似异常签单记录,则根据该疑似异常签单记录判定是否满足预设的提示条件。所述疑似异常签单记录主要是指销售单数超过预设单数阈值,销售平均金额低于预设金额,销售速度高于预设速度,则可判断可能是坐席或坐席团队可能存在刷单行为以提高信誉度或评价度。
进一步的,销售单数Q超过预设单数阈值q,且销售平均金额M低于预设金额m,且销售速度V高于预设速度v,即上述三个条件同时满足异常条件就能判断满足预设的提示条件。设条件函数为F=(Q≥q)&(M≥m)&(V≥v),&为与运算符号,则F=1时满足预设的提示条件。
进一步的,将最近预设时间段继续细分为多个子时间段,各个子时间段对应的条件函数分别为F1、F2……Fn,然后每个时间段分配不同的时间权重系数T1、T2……Tn,时间越近的子时间段的权重系数越大,即T1<T2<……<Tn。则条件函数=F1×T1+F2×T2+……+Fn×Tn,当F超过预设阈值时,判定为满足预设的提示条件。
在本申请的另一个实施例中,通过获取最近预设时间段内坐席或坐席团队的历史提示通过数据。所述历史提示通过数据用于记录坐席或坐席团队在销售过程中的提示通过率。
如果最近预设时间段内提示通过率低于预设通过率阈值,则判定满足预设的提示条件。例如坐席或坐席团队在最近三个月内的语音告知通过率为65%,而预设通过率阈值为75%,则判定满足预设的提示条件。
在本申请的另一个实施例中,通过预先设置黑名单,该黑名单用于记录由于各种不良行为、负面评价、存在异常签单、提示通过率低的坐席。
通过获取坐席的唯一标识,将坐席的唯一标识在黑名单中进行比对。所述唯一标识可以是坐席的员工编号或其他唯一标识其身份的信息。如果坐席的唯一标识处于所述黑名单中,则判定满足预设的提示条件。本申请通过设置黑名单制度,简单直接。
在本申请的另一个实施例中,通过获取当前服务信息中的服务类型。所述当前服务类型为当前客户正在购买的服务类型,例如,客户当前购买的人身保险、贷款等服务。
如果当前服务类型属于预设服务类型,则判定满足预设的提示条件。预设服务类型,例如可以是加保服务、综金服务、贷款服务类型,这些服务风险度可能较高,需要对客户进行提示以降低客户出错风险。
另外,从客户角度所述服务信息可以包括以下任意一项或任意多项:
当前接收服务的客户信息、其历史行为数据以及预设保护名单。
在本申请的一个实施例中,通过获取客户信息,从而获取客户的年龄信息。如果客户年龄低于第一预设年龄(如20)或者高于第二预设年龄(如60),则判定满足预设的提示条件。年龄较低或年龄较高,可能判断能力不足,需要提示客户,以降低客户出错风险。
在本申请的另一个实施例中,通过获取客户的历史行为数据。所述客户的历史行为数据记录客户在服务过程中行为记录,例如被骗保记录、被骗贷记录、投诉记录、表扬记录等等。
如果客户存在被骗保记录、被骗贷记录或投诉记录,则判定满足预设的提示条件。客户曾经被骗保、被骗贷或曾经进行过投诉,证明客户自身被骗保、被骗贷的概率较高,或者客户要求可能较高,需要提示客户,以降低客户被骗保、被骗贷风险,或者提高客户体验。
在本申请的另一个实施例中,通过预先设置保护名单,该保护名单记录由于各种需要特别注意保护的客户,例如尊贵客户、低龄客户、高龄客户、曾经被骗保的客户、曾经被骗贷的客户、多次投诉的客户。
获取客户的唯一标识,将客户的唯一标识在保护名单中进行比对。唯一标识可以是客户身份证号、客户编号、客户手机号码等等。如果客户的唯一标识存在于保护名单中,则判定满足预设的提示条件。该实施例设置保护名单制度,简单易操作。
S12、当确定所述服务信息满足预设的提示条件时,在所述支付页面构建提供与所述服务信息对应的提示文件的访问入口的提示控件。
本申请实施例中,为了使客户尽可能留意到所述提示控件,所述提示控件被构建之后可以以动态图形控件的形式输出在在用户界面以供用户操作,更直观,所述动态图形控件浮动展示在显示页面表层,通常所述动态图形控件以不规则的浮动路径浮动展示在显示页面表层。
优选的,所述动态图形控件浮动展示在显示页面表层,且位于页面文字内容区域以外的设定区域,不影响正常页面文字的阅读。
优选的,所述动态图形控件的外形为模仿漂浮物的外形。所述漂浮物包括以下的至少一项:泡泡、气球、云团。其可以是不同大小的泡泡,还可以是不同颜色的泡泡,以增强本方案的灵活性与趣味性,吸引客户注意。
S13、当监听到对该提示控件的点击操作时,查询与所述服务信息对应的提示文件,展示所述提示文件并使所述支付页面暂时休眠。
本申请实施例中,具体依据当前服务信息中的服务类型查询与该服务类型对应的提示文件。
所述服务类型为当前客户正在购买的服务类型,例如,客户当前正在购买的人身保险、贷款等服务。
所述提示文件为预先录制好并存储的,不同的服务类型对应各自的提示文件,例如保险服务中存在意外险、人身险、养老险、出游险等等,不同的保险类型对应存储了各自的提示文件。贷款服务中存在房贷、车贷、商业贷等等,不同的贷款类型对应存储了各自的提示文件。
需要说明的是,所述提示文件其可以是语音文件也可以是视频文件。
所述提示文件通常用于说明服务费用、服务保障条款以及服务注意事项等内容,例如,用于说明保单内容、保单费用、保障项目、贷款条款、贷款注意事项等等敏感信息,使得客户可以根据提示文件的说明判断是否与销售坐席所说的一致,从而自行判断是否被骗保或骗贷。
在其中一个实施例中,当该提示文件为语音文件时,还同时显示对应所述语音文件的文字说明内容。同时出现文字说明内容,可以更便于客户理解服务内容。
当该提示文件为视频文件时,可以将保单内容、保单费用、保障项目、贷款条款、贷款注意事项以介绍视频或介绍动画的形式进行播放,直观形象。
进一步的,当监听到对该控件的点击操作时,消灭所述动态图形控件,显示对应所述语音文件的文字说明内容。
优选的,当监听到对该控件的点击操作时,消灭所述动态图形控件,显示对应所述语音文件的介绍视频或介绍动画。
进一步的,所述消灭所述动态图形控件包括以下的任意一项:
使得所述动态图形控件解体、散开和消失;
使得所述动态图形控件溶解和消失。
当所述动态图形控件的形状为泡泡、气球、云团时,可在点击时同时展示泡泡爆裂、气球爆裂、云团消散的效果,同时还可以伴随相应的“啪”“砰”等声频,增加趣味性,使得客户在购买服务时候不那么紧张严肃,增强用户体验。
请参考图2,本申请的另一个实施例中,还包括一个步骤:
S14、用于接收所述提示文件对应的提示通过的确认指令,激活所述支付页面以进行支付,或接收所述提示文件对应的提示不通过的指令时,终止所述支付页面以阻止支付。
本申请实施例中,当所述提示文件播放完毕之后,所述提示控件解除休眠,此时,可以通过接受确认指令以进行页面的跳转或接收提示不通过的指令,中断支付进程。
一种可能的设计中,在用户界面上提供“提示通过”及“提示不通过”的按键,客户判断所购买服务没问题后,可以通过点击该“提示通过”的按键以输入确认支付指令以进行正常支付。
当客户判断所购买服务有问题后,可以通过点击该“提示不通过”的按键以输入中断支付指令中断支付程序。
系统对客户的操作进行记录,并加入销售坐席记录中以及客户信息中,以便于对坐席进行监管以及对客户进行保护。
在其中一个实施例中,接收客户输入的对销售坐席的评价信息,根据所述评价信息更新坐席历史销售数据或历史行为数据。
请参考图3,本申请的实施例还提供一种在线支付时的风险提示装置,一种本实施例中,包括判断模块11、构建模块12、展示模块13,此外如图4所示实施例中,该装置还包括确认模块14。其中,
判断模块11,用于当监听到支付页面的开启指令时,获取与当前交易相关的服务信息并判断所述服务信息是否满足预设的提示条件。
本申请实施例中,通过监听支付页面的开启行为,在支付页面即将开启时,获取与当前交易相关的服务信息以依据所述服务信息判断其是否满足预设的提示条件。预设的提示条件分别从坐席角度和客户角度来对所述服务信息进行判断,通过判断坐席或客户的历史数据来判断其是否符合预设的提示条件。
具体的,从坐席角度所述服务信息可以包括以下任意一项或任意多项:

在本申请的一个实施例中,通过获取客户信息,从而获取客户的年龄信息。如果客户年龄低于第一预设年龄(如20)或者高于第二预设年龄(如60),则判定满足预设的提示条件。年龄较低或年龄较高,可能判断能力不足,需要提示客户,以降低客户出错风险。
在本申请的另一个实施例中,通过获取客户的历史行为数据。所述客户的历史行为数据记录客户在服务过程中行为记录,例如被骗保记录、被骗贷记录、投诉记录、表扬记录等等。
如果客户存在被骗保记录、被骗贷记录或投诉记录,则判定满足预设的提示条件。客户曾经被骗保、被骗贷或曾经进行过投诉,证明客户自身被骗保、被骗贷的概率较高,或者客户要求可能较高,需要提示客户,以降低客户被骗保、被骗贷风险,或者提高客户体验。
在本申请的另一个实施例中,通过预先设置保护名单,该保护名单记录由于各种需要特别注意保护的客户,例如尊贵客户、低龄客户、高龄客户、曾经被骗保的客户、曾经被骗贷的客户、多次投诉的客户。
获取客户的唯一标识,将客户的唯一标识在保护名单中进行比对。唯一标识可以是客户身份证号、客户编号、客户手机号码等等。如果客户的唯一标识存在于保护名单中,则判定满足预设的提示条件。该实施例设置保护名单制度,简单易操作。
构建模块12,用于当确定所述服务信息满足预设的提示条件时,在所述支付页面构建提供与所述服务信息对应的提示文件的访问入口的提示控件。
本申请实施例中,为了使客户尽可能留意到所述提示控件,所述提示控件可以是动态图形控件,所述动态图形控件浮动展示在显示页面表层,通常所述动态图形控件以不规则的浮动路径浮动展示在显示页面表层。
优选的,所述动态图形控件浮动展示在显示页面表层,且位于页面文字内容区域以外的设定区域,不影响正常页面文字的阅读。
优选的,所述动态图形控件的外形为模仿漂浮物的外形。所述漂浮物包括以下的至少一项:泡泡、气球、云团。其可以是不同大小的泡泡,还可以是不同颜色的泡泡,以增强本方案的灵活性与趣味性,吸引客户注意。
展示模块13,用于当监听到对该提示控件的点击操作时,查询与所述服务信息对应的提示文件,展示所述提示文件并使所述支付页面暂时休眠。
本申请实施例中,具体依据当前服务信息中的服务类型查询与该服务类型对应的提示文件。
所述服务类型为当前客户正在购买的服务类型,例如,客户当前正在购买的人身保险、贷款等服务。
所述提示文件为预先录制好并存储的,不同的服务类型对应各自的提示文件,例如保险服务中存在意外险、人身险、养老险、出游险等等,不同的保险类型对应存储了各自的提示文件。贷款服务中存在房贷、车贷、商业贷等等,不同的贷款类型对应存储了各自的提示文件。
需要说明的是,所述提示文件其可以是语音文件也可以是视频文件。
所述提示文件通常用于说明服务费用、服务保障条款以及服务注意事项等内容,例如,用于说明保单内容、保单费用、保障项目、贷款条款、贷款注意事项等等敏感信息,使得客户可以根据提示文件的说明判断是否与销售坐席所说的一致,从而自行判断是否被骗保或骗贷。
在其中一个实施例中,当该提示文件为语音文件时,还同时显示对应所述语音文件的文字说明内容。同时出现文字说明内容,可以更便于客户理解服务内容。
当该提示文件为视频文件时,可以将保单内容、保单费用、保障项目、贷款条款、贷款注意事项以介绍视频或介绍动画的形式进行播放,直观形象。
进一步的,当监听到对该控件的点击操作时,消灭所述动态图形控件,显示对应所述语音文件的文字说明内容。
优选的,当监听到对该控件的点击操作时,消灭所述动态图形控件,显示对应所述语音文件的介绍视频或介绍动画。
进一步的,所述消灭所述动态图形控件包括以下的任意一项:
使得所述动态图形控件解体、散开和消失;
使得所述动态图形控件溶解和消失。
当所述动态图形控件的形状为泡泡、气球、云团时,可在点击时同时展示泡泡爆裂、气球爆裂、云团消散的效果,同时还可以伴随相应的“啪”“砰”等声频,增加趣味性,使得客户在购买服务时候不那么紧张严肃,增强用户体验。
请参考图4,本申请的另一个实施例中,还包括一个模块:
确认模块14,用于接收所述提示文件对应的提示通过的确认指令,激活所述支付页面以进行支付,或接收所述提示文件对应的提示不通过的指令时,终止所述支付页面以阻止支付。
本申请实施例中,当所述提示文件播放完毕后,所述提示控件解除休眠,此时,可以通过接受确认指令以进行页面的跳转或接收提示不通过的指令,中断支付进程。
一种可能的设计中,在用户界面上提供一个“提示通过”及“提示不通过”的按键,客户判断所购买服务没问题后,可以通过点击该“提示通过”的按键以输入确认支付指令以进行支付。
当客户判断所购买服务有问题后,可以通过点击该“提示不通过”的按键以输入中断支付指令中断支付程序。
系统对客户的操作进行记录,并加入销售坐席记录中以及客户信息中,以便于对坐席进行监管以及对客户进行保护。
在其中一个实施例中,接收客户输入的对销售坐席的评价信息,根据所述评价信息更新坐席历史销售数据或历史行为数据。
在一个实施例中,本申请还提出了一种计算机设备,所述计算机设备包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现以下步骤:当监听到支付页面的开启指令时,获取与当前交易相关的服务信息并判断所述服务信息是否满足预设的提示条件;当确定所述服务信息满足预设的提示条件时,在所述支付页面构建提供与所述服务信息对应的提示文件的访问入口的提示控件;当监听到对该提示控件的点击操作时,查询与所述服务信息对应的提示文件,展示所述提示文件并使所述支付页面暂时休眠。
在一个实施例中,处理器执行计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:接收所述提示 文件对应的提示通过的确认指令,激活所述支付页面以进行支付,或接收所述提示文件对应的提示不通过的指令时,终止所述支付页面以阻止支付。
请参考图5,图5为一个实施例中计算机设备的内部结构示意图。如图5所示,该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、非易失性存储介质、存储器和网络接口。其中,该计算机设备的非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统、数据库和计算机可读指令,数据库中可存储有控件信息序列,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,可使得处理器实现一种在线支付时的风险提示方法,处理器能实现图3所示实施例中的在线支付时的风险提示装置中的判断模块、构建模块和展示模块的功能。该计算机设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力,支撑整个计算机设备的运行。该计算机设备的存储器中可存储有计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,可使得处理器执行一种手势测试方法。该计算机设备的网络接口用于与终端连接通信。本领域技术人员可以理解,图5中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的计算机设备的限定,具体的计算机设备可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
在一个实施例中,本申请还提出了一种存储有计算机可读指令的存储介质,该计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:当监听到支付页面的开启指令时,获取与当前交易相关的服务信息并判断所述服务信息是否满足预设的提示条件;当确定所述服务信息满足预设的提示条件时,在所述支付页面构建提供与所述服务信息对应的提示文件的访问入口的提示控件;当监听到对该提示控件的点击操作时,查询与所述服务信息对应的提示文件,展示所述提示文件并使所述支付页面暂时休眠。
在一个实施例中,处理器执行计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:接收所述提示文件对应的提示通过的确认指令,激活所述支付页面以进行支付,或接收所述提示文件对应的提示不通过的指令时,终止所述支付页面以阻止支付。
综合上述实施例可知,本申请最大的有益效果在于:
本申请提供一种在线支付时的风险提示方法,通过监听支付页面的开启,在支付页面开启之前,判断当前的服务信息是否满足预设的提示条件,并在判断满足该提示条件后在支付页面构建提示控件并展示,以接收点击该提示控件的指令时播放提示文件的内容,以监管保单销售过程中骗保、骗贷行为。
本申请所述一种在线支付时的风险提示方法在展示所述提示控件之后,可以接收用户输入的提示通过的确认指令,以跳转到支付页面进行正常支付,或接收用户输入 的提示不通过的指令中断支付页面的开启进程,客户通过比较所述提示文件的内容与销售坐席说描述的内容是否一致来决定是否购买保险,本申请提供了客户自主判断的信息依据,避免了销售坐席的恶意骗保、骗贷行为,保障了消费者的利益。
综上,本申请解决了现有技术中,由于监管不足导致销售坐席在保险产品销售的过程中出现的骗保、骗贷等问题,提升了保险产品的销售过程的监管力度,能够规避骗保,且监管规则灵活。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该计算机程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,前述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)等非易失性存储介质,或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种在线支付时的风险提示方法,所述方法包括:
    当监听到支付页面的开启指令时,获取与当前交易相关的服务信息并判断所述服务信息是否满足预设的提示条件;
    当确定所述服务信息满足预设的提示条件时,在所述支付页面构建提供与所述服务信息对应的提示文件的访问入口的提示控件;
    当监听到对该提示控件的点击操作时,查询与所述服务信息对应的提示文件,展示所述提示文件并使所述支付页面暂时休眠。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的在线支付时的风险提示方法,所述当监听到对该提示控件的点击操作时,查询与所述服务信息对应的提示文件,展示所述提示文件并使所述支付页面暂时休眠之后,还包括:
    接收所述提示文件对应的提示通过的确认指令,激活所述支付页面以进行支付;
    或接收所述提示文件对应的提示不通过的指令时,终止所述支付页面以阻止支付。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的在线支付时的风险提示方法,所述服务信息包括以下任意一项或任意多项:
    预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的历史行为数据、预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的历史销售数据、预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的提示通过数据、预设的黑名单、服务类型、当前接收服务的客户信息及客户历史行为数据以及预设保护名单。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的在线支付时的风险提示方法,所述预设的提示条件包括以下任意一项或多项:
    预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的历史行为数据中的不良记录超过预设阈值;
    预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的历史销售数据超过预设阈值;
    预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的提示通过数据低于预设阈值;
    坐席或坐席团队对应的的标识信息存在于所述预设的黑名单中;
    所述服务类型属于预设服务类型以及当前接收服务的客户信息包含于所述预设保护名单中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的在线支付时的风险提示方法,所述提示控件为浮动展示于显示页面表层的动态图像控件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的在线支付时的风险提示方法,所述提示文件包括语音文件或视频文件,所述提示文件的内容包括与当前交易相关的服务费用、服务保障条款以及服务注意事项之中的至少一项。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的在线支付时的风险提示方法,所述查询与所述服务信息对应的提示文件,具体包括:
    依据当前服务信息中的服务类型查询与该服务类型对应的提示文件。
  8. 一种在线支付时的风险提示装置,包括:
    判断模块,用于当监听到支付页面的开启指令时,获取与当前交易相关的服务信息并判断所述服务信息是否满足预设的提示条件;
    构建模块,用于当确定所述服务信息满足预设的提示条件时,在所述支付页面构建提供与所述服务信息对应的提示文件的访问入口的提示控件;
    展示模块,用于当监听到对该提示控件的点击操作时,查询与所述服务信息对应的提示文件,展示所述提示文件并使所述支付页面暂时休眠。
  9. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行一种在线支付时的风险提示方法的下述步骤:
    当监听到支付页面的开启指令时,获取与当前交易相关的服务信息并判断所述服务信息是否满足预设的提示条件;
    当确定所述服务信息满足预设的提示条件时,在所述支付页面构建提供与所述服务信息对应的提示文件的访问入口的提示控件;
    当监听到对该提示控件的点击操作时,查询与所述服务信息对应的提示文件,展示所述提示文件并使所述支付页面暂时休眠。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,所述当监听到对该提示控件的点击操作时,查询与所述服务信息对应的提示文件,展示所述提示文件并使所述支付页面暂时休眠的步骤之后,还包括:
    接收所述提示文件对应的提示通过的确认指令,激活所述支付页面以进行支付;
    或接收所述提示文件对应的提示不通过的指令时,终止所述支付页面以阻止支付。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,所述服务信息包括以下任意一项或任意多项:
    预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的历史行为数据、预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的历史销售数据、预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的提示通过数据、预设的黑名单、服务类型、当前接收服务的客户信息及客户历史行为数据以及预设保护名单。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,所述预设的提示条件包括以下任意一项或多项:
    预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的历史行为数据中的不良记录超过预设阈值;
    预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的历史销售数据超过预设阈值;
    预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的提示通过数据低于预设阈值;
    坐席或坐席团队对应的的标识信息存在于所述预设的黑名单中;
    所述服务类型属于预设服务类型以及当前接收服务的客户信息包含于所述预设保护名单中。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,所述提示控件为浮动展示于显示页面表层的动态图像控件。
  14. 一种计算机可读非易失性存储介质,所述计算机可读非易失性存储介质中包括在线支付时的提示程序,所述在线支付时的提示程序被处理器执行时,实现一种在线支付时的风险提示方法的下述步骤:
    当监听到支付页面的开启指令时,获取与当前交易相关的服务信息并判断所述服务信息是否满足预设的提示条件;
    当确定所述服务信息满足预设的提示条件时,在所述支付页面构建提供与所述服务信息对应的提示文件的访问入口的提示控件;
    当监听到对该提示控件的点击操作时,查询与所述服务信息对应的提示文件,展示所述提示文件并使所述支付页面暂时休眠。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的计算机可读非易失性存储介质,所述当监听到对该提示控件的点击操作时,查询与所述服务信息对应的提示文件,展示所述提示文件并使所述支付页面暂时休眠的步骤之后,还包括:
    接收所述提示文件对应的提示通过的确认指令,激活所述支付页面以进行支付;
    或接收所述提示文件对应的提示不通过的指令时,终止所述支付页面以阻止支付。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的计算机可读非易失性存储介质,所述服务信息包括以下任意一项或任意多项:
    预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的历史行为数据、预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的历史销售数据、预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的提示通过数据、预设的黑名单、服务类型、当前接收服务的客户信息及客户历史行为数据以及预设保护名单。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读非易失性存储介质,所述预设的提示条件包括以下任意一项或多项:
    预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的历史行为数据中的不良记录超过预设阈值;
    预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的历史销售数据超过预设阈值;
    预设时段内坐席或坐席团队的提示通过数据低于预设阈值;
    坐席或坐席团队对应的的标识信息存在于所述预设的黑名单中;

  19. 根据权利要求14所述的计算机可读非易失性存储介质,所述提示文件包括语音文件或视频文件,所述提示文件的内容包括与当前交易相关的服务费用、服务保障条款以及服务注意事项之中的至少一项。
  20. 根据权利要求14所述的计算机可读非易失性存储介质,所述查询与所述服务信息对应的提示文件的步骤,具体包括:
    依据当前服务信息中的服务类型查询与该服务类型对应的提示文件。
