技术领域
本发明涉及电子雾化领域,尤其涉及一种电子烟及电子烟解锁方法。
背景技术
随着现代化发展,人们生活水平进一步提高,尤其对健康越来越重视。吸烟是大多数人的生活习惯,但吸烟却有害健康。
为了解决明知吸烟有害健康但又无法戒烟的问题,电子烟随之产生。相关技术的电子烟包括具有收容空间的基座、收容于所述基座内的电源,以及插接于所述基座上的雾化器。
然而,传统的电子烟的所述雾化器与所述基座为插接或螺旋连接,很容易被分开,也正因如此,当小孩拿到后容易将所述雾化器拔出后误食;另外在正常使用时,也容易因儿童误操作使雾化器脱离基座或误操作启动电子烟,影响正常使用。
发明内容
根据本申请的各种实施例,提供一种电子烟,包括具有收容空间的基座和连接在所述基座的雾化器,所述电子烟还包括:电源,设置于所述基座内,用于为所述电子烟供电使其工作;锁合装置,设置于所述雾化器与所述基座间,用于锁合所述雾化器和所述基座;控制装置,设置于所述基座内并与所 述电源和所述锁合装置连接,用于驱动所述电子烟启动及驱动所述锁合装置解锁;信息采集装置,设置于所述基座内并与所述控制装置连接,用于采集验证信号并输出至所述控制装置;其中,所述控制装置根据所述信息采集装置采集的验证信号驱动所述电子烟启动及驱动所述锁合装置解锁。
本发明还提供了一种电子烟解锁方法,所述电子烟解锁方法包括如下步骤:
用户输入自定义解锁密码,通过信息采集装置采集验证信号并输出给控制装置;
控制装置根据接收到的验证信号向锁合装置发送解锁指令;
锁合装置根据接收到的解锁指令使雾化器与基座脱离锁合;
锁合装置解锁后,经过预先设定的若干秒时间后会通过复位装置作用第一锁止件运动实现锁合。

请参阅图1至图3,为一实施例方式的电子烟100包括具有收容空间的基座1、雾化器2、电源3、控制装置4、信息采集装置5和锁合装置6。
所述基座1具有收容空间用于安装所述电源3、所述控制装置4以及所述信息采集装置5等部件结构。
所述雾化器2与所述基座1连接,比如插接或螺旋连接。
所述电源3装设于所述基座1的收容空间内,用于为所述电子烟100供电使其工作。具体的,所述电源3为所述雾化器2和所述控制装置3等提供电源。
所述控制装置4及所述信息采集装置5装设于所述基座1的收容空间内。
所述信息采集装置5与所述控制装置4连接,用于采集验证信号并输出至所述控制装置4,可为电连接或通讯连接。本实施方式中,所述信息采集装置5为压力检测单元、电容检测单元、光电检测单元、声音采集单元、生物特征信息采集单元或者图像识别单元。当然,所述信息采集装置5也可以为包括所述压力检测单元、电容检测单元、光电检测单元、声音采集单元、生物特征信息采集单元以及图像识别单元中的至少两种,相当于组合成密码锁。当然,该方式的所述密码锁可自定义设置,根据需要调整。
所述锁合装置6设置于所述雾化器2与所述基座1之间,用于锁合所述雾化器2和所述基座1。本实施方式中,所述控制装置4与所述电源3及所 述锁合装置6连接,可为电连接或通讯连接,所述控制装置4用于驱动所述电子烟100启动及驱动所述锁合装置6解锁。所述锁合装置6的解锁方式可以采用用户输入自定义解锁密码进行解锁,所谓自定义解锁密码,仅是一个优化方案,用户可自己定义解锁密码,当然,本发明并不仅限于此,其它可行的解锁方式均可属于本发明的保护范围内。
具体的,若所述信息采集装置5采集到的所述验证信号正确,则所述控制单元接收到正确的所述验证信号后,发出电子烟启动指令以驱动所述电子烟100启动,并同时向所述锁合装置6发送解锁指令以驱动所述锁合装置6解锁。因此,本发明提供的所述电子烟100仅能通正确的验证信息方能使所述雾化器2与所述基座1脱离及所述电子烟100启动工作,有效避免误操作使所述雾化器2从所述基座1上误拨出而影响其正常使用,同时避免因误操作而导致儿童误食,极大程度提高了所述电子烟100的可靠性和安全性。
具体的,所述锁合装置6包括设于所述基座1上的第一锁止件61、设于所述雾化器2上用于与所述第一锁止件61相互锁合的第二锁止件62、驱动所述第一锁止件61运动至与所述第二锁止件62脱离锁合(即解锁)的驱动装置63以及与所述第一锁止件61相连并用于驱动所述第一锁止件61复位(即重新与所述第二锁止件62锁合)的复位装置64。本实施方式中,所述驱动装置63为电磁铁,其套设于所述第一锁止件61。而所述第一锁止件61为与所述驱动装置63相互物理作用的材料制成,或者所述第一锁止件61至少包括部分与所述驱动装置3相互物理作用的结构。
需要说明的是,本实施方式中所谓的相互物理作用是指二者相吸或相斥。因此,所述第一锁止件61要么为磁性材料制成,要么其上至少有部分结构为磁性材料制成。当然,所述第一锁止件61与所述驱动装置63形成电磁驱动结构,可手动控制或自动控制,这都是可行的。本实施方式中,所述复位装置64为弹性介质,比如为弹簧、弹片、硅胶件或塑胶件等,这些都是可行的,但不限于此。
更优的,本实施方式中,所述基座1与所述第一锁止件61相连接的部位 设有滑动轨道7及限位结构8。所述滑动轨道7用于支撑所述第一锁止件61,使所述第一锁止件61沿所述滑动轨道7上运动,提高所述第一锁止件61运动的可靠性灵敏度。所述限位结构8固定于所述第一锁止件61靠近所述第二锁止件62的一端,所述限位结构8用于限定所述第一锁止件61的复位位置,防止其行程过大至撞击所述第二锁止件62而导致该锁合装置6失效。
当然,在所述控制装置4的控制下解锁所述雾化器2和所述基座1后,还需要重新锁合所述雾化器2和所述基座1,因此,在所述锁合装置6解锁后,经过预先设定的若干秒时间后会通过所述复位装置64作用所述第一锁止件61运动实现锁合。
请参阅图2至4,本发明还提供了一种电子烟解锁方法,所述电子烟解锁方法包括如下步骤:
S1、用户输入自定义解锁密码,通过信息采集装置5采集验证信号并输出给控制装置4;
其中,自定义解锁密码仅是一个优化方案,用户可自己定义解锁密码,比如,行李箱的密码锁,在本发明的具体实施方式中,实施的场景可以为:长按几秒某个触摸按键,或者输入密码,进入自定义模式,此时,根据触摸设置在电子烟100上的触摸按键的顺序,来设置密码,比如,假设电子烟100上设置有3个触摸按键,则可以根据需求按照不同的顺序触摸该触摸按键,该触摸顺序即可为自定义解锁密码。当然,本发明并不仅限于此,其它可行的解锁方式均可属于本发明的保护范围内。
S2、控制装置4根据接收到的验证信号向锁合装置6发送解锁指令;
S3、锁合装置6根据接收到的解锁指令使雾化器2和基座1脱离锁合;
S4、锁合装置6解锁后,经过预先设定的若干秒时间后会通过复位装置64作用第一锁止件61运动实现锁合。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的电子烟在所述基座内设电源、控制装置及信息采集装置,并在所述雾化器与所述基座间设置有锁合装置,使所述信息采集装置与所述控制装置电连接,通过信息采集装置采集验证信号并输出 至所述控制装置,从而使所述控制装置驱动所述电源启动及驱动所述锁合装置解锁,上述结构使得所述电子烟的所述锁合装置需要通过信息采集装置验证操作者的信息后方能解锁使用,有效避免误操作使所述雾化器从所述基座上误拨出而影响其正常使用,同时避免因儿童误操作而导致儿童误食,提高了所述电子烟的可靠性和安全性。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括具有收容空间的基座和连接在所述基座的雾化器,所述电子烟还包括:
    电源,设置于所述基座内,用于为所述电子烟供电使其工作;
    锁合装置,设置于所述雾化器与所述基座间,用于锁合所述雾化器和所述基座;
    控制装置,设置于所述基座内并与所述电源和所述锁合装置连接,用于驱动所述电子烟启动及驱动所述锁合装置解锁;及
    信息采集装置,设置于所述基座内并与所述控制装置连接,用于采集验证信号并输出至所述控制装置;
    其中,所述控制装置根据所述信息采集装置采集的验证信号驱动所述电子烟启动及驱动所述锁合装置解锁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述锁合装置包括设于所述基座上的第一锁止件、设于所述雾化器上用于与所述第一锁止件相互锁合的第二锁止件、驱动所述第一锁止件运动至与所述第二锁止件脱离锁合的驱动装置、以及与所述第一锁止件相连并用于驱动所述第一锁止件复位的复位装置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述驱动装置为电磁铁。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一锁止件为与所述驱动装置相互物理作用的材料制成或者所述第一锁止件至少包括部分与所述驱动装置相互物理作用的结构。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述复位装置为弹性介质。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述弹性介质为弹簧、弹片、硅胶件或塑胶件。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述基座与所述第一锁 止件相连接的部位设有滑动轨道及限位结构。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一锁止件沿所述滑动轨道上运动。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述限位机构与所述第一锁止件连接,所述限位结构用于限定所述第一锁止件的复位位置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述信息采集装置为压力检测单元、电容检测单元、光电检测单元、声音采集单元、生物特征信息采集单元或者图像识别单元。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述信息采集装置包括所述压力检测单元、电容检测单元、光电检测单元、声音采集单元、生物特征信息采集单元以及图像识别单元中的至少两种并组合成密码锁。
  12. 一种基于权利要求1所述的电子烟的电子烟解锁方法,其特征在于,所述电子烟解锁方法包括如下步骤:
    用户输入自定义解锁密码,通过信息采集装置采集验证信号并输出给控制装置;
    控制装置根据接收到的验证信号向锁合装置发送解锁指令;
    锁合装置根据接收到的解锁指令使雾化器与基座脱离锁合;
    锁合装置解锁后,经过预先设定的若干秒时间后会通过复位装置作用第一锁止件运动实现锁合。
