一般而言,家居、办公室、学校的抽屉、存包柜或保存箱之类都会采用到传统标准独立机械式锁具。在市场上,并没有一款锁具可以把这种传统标准锁具替换成为具有智能控制及管理的。这款智能抽屉及柜门用锁具,可以简易地在原来位置更换,是一款自适应安装的电动或锁匙双控的智能锁,无需布线或安装控制主机,安装成本相宜、简单实现用户自身快速安装。
随着互联网的迅速发展,智能手机成为生活上的必需品,智能门禁的系统也随即发展起来,很多的电控门锁、指纹锁等等都能配合智能手机来使用。基于人的惯性不被完全智能所取代的同时,在开发新的智能产品时,我们首要考虑到产品是否配合不同年龄层的需要,例如长者或是暂时还没有使用智能手机的用户,因此本设计除了可以兼容现有传统的锁钥开锁方式,并且可以在使用过程中优化,在使用上不产生矛盾的情况下,使用更方便的智能手机来操控。
发明内容
针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种可在现有机械式锁芯 的基础上进行智能化转变的居家式电动机械双控智能锁。

其中,所述智能电控结构还包括左右挡板,所述左右挡板分别固定在面壳的两边,且所述左右挡板的外表面均开设有峰状凸块,所述底壳的侧壁上对称开设有与左右挡板相适配的峰状凹槽,所述底壳通过插入左右挡板而精准与面壳固定连接。
其中,所述智能电控结构还包括电池,所述面壳上设有电池槽,所述电池卡接在电池槽内,且所述电池与PCB板电连接,所述底壳上还设有便于更换电池的电池盖,所述电池盖与底壳之间进行可拆卸固定连接。
其中,所述智能电控结构还包括灯座,所述灯座上设有LED指示灯、红外距离感应器、光度感应器以及控制按钮;所述LED指示灯、红外距离感应器、光度感应器以及控制按钮均与PCB板电连接,所述LED指示灯、红外距离感应器、光度感应器以及控制按钮均从底壳表面伸出。
其中,所述PCB板上设有将信件提示讯息发送到外接移动智能终端的信息发送模块,所述无线连接模块为蓝牙连接模块或局域网连接模块。
本发明的有益效果是:
与现有技术相比,本发明的智能锁可以自适应于原有抽屉或柜门用锁芯的锁具而设计的机械结构,透过简单和单一来回活动的机械离合设计,并以最简易安装程序,在不需要更换或改装抽屉、柜门,无需布线的情况下,把传统标准锁具变为智能锁具。与此同时,加装智能锁具后,除可以使用原有的锁匙作开锁外,也能通过智能手机来控制并采集数据,数据可通过智能终端上传到云端互联网数据库中。

具体实施方式
为了更清楚地表述本发明,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步地描述。
参阅图1-3,本发明一种居家式电动机械双控智能锁,包括机械离合结构以及智能电控结构,机械离合结构包括锁头11、回弹锁舌12、第一圆形转盘13以及固定座14,回弹锁舌12固定在固定座14上,且回弹锁舌12的端部从固定座14伸出,回弹锁舌12的一面设有与第一圆形转盘13相适配的弧形导轨121,锁头11通过第一圆形转盘13与回弹锁舌12连接,钥匙插入锁头11中旋转并带动第一圆形转盘13旋转,回弹锁舌12的端部缩回固定座14内;
智能电控结构包括PCB板21、马达22、伸缩套件23以及第二圆形转盘24,PCB板21与马达22电连接,伸缩套件23的一端与马达22固定连接,伸缩套件23的另一端与第二圆形转盘24固定连接,回弹锁舌12的另一面设有与第二环形转盘相适配的弧形导轨121,PCB板21控制马达22运转,伸缩套件23带动第二圆形转盘24旋转,回弹锁舌12的端部缩回固定座14内。
相较于现有技术,本发明的智能锁可以自适应于原有抽屉或柜门用锁芯的锁具而设计的机械结构,透过简单和单一来回活动的机械离合设计,并以最简易安装程序,在不需要更换或改装抽屉、柜门,无需布线的情况下,把 传统标准锁具变为智能锁具。与此同时,加装智能锁具后,除可以使用原有的锁匙作开锁外,也能通过智能手机来控制并采集数据,数据可通过智能终端上传到云端互联网数据库中。
其中,机械离合结构还包括复位弹簧15,固定座14上设有安装复位弹簧15的弹簧槽141,回弹锁舌12的两侧壁上设有便于复位弹簧15抵持的凸柱122,复位弹簧15的一端抵持在弹簧槽141槽壁上,复位弹簧15的另一端穿入凸柱122并抵持在复位弹簧15上,弹簧压缩,回弹锁舌12的端部缩回固定座14内,弹簧伸展,回弹锁舌12的端部伸出固定座14外。
其中,第一圆形转盘13的一面设有与回弹锁舌12相适配的第一定位凸起131,第一圆形转盘13的另一面设有与锁头11相适配的方形槽;第二圆形转盘24的一面设有与回弹锁舌12相适配的第二定位凸起241,第二圆形转盘24的另一面设有与伸缩套件23相适配的内螺纹结构。
其中,伸缩套件23包括外套件231以及内套件232,外套件231为外圆内方的柱状结构,内套件232的外表面为与外套件231内表面相适配的方形表面,外套件231的一端设有与马达22相适配的内齿轮结构,内套件232与外套件231对立的另一端上设有与第二圆形转盘24相适配的外螺纹结构。
其中,智能电控结构还包括面壳25和底壳26,PCB板21、马达22、伸缩套件23以及第二圆形转盘24均容置在面壳25与底壳26围合形成的空腔内,面壳25上开设有便与第二圆形转盘24穿过的通孔,固定座14通过可拆卸螺钉固定在面壳25的外表面,且第二圆形转盘24转过通孔后卡入回弹锁舌12的弧形导轨121中。
其中,智能电控结构还包括左右挡板27,左右挡板27分别固定在面壳25的两边,且左右挡板27的外表面均开设有峰状凸块,底壳26的侧壁上对称开设有与左右挡板27相适配的峰状凹槽,底壳26通过插入左右挡板27而精准与面壳25固定连接。
其中,智能电控结构还包括电池,面壳25上设有电池槽,电池卡接在电池槽内,且电池与PCB板21电连接,底壳26上还设有便于更换电池的电池盖28,电池盖28与底壳26之间进行可拆卸固定连接。
其中,智能电控结构还包括灯座29,灯座29上设有LED指示灯、红外 距离感应器、光度感应器以及控制按钮;LED指示灯、红外距离感应器、光度感应器以及控制按钮均与PCB板21电连接,LED指示灯、红外距离感应器、光度感应器以及控制按钮均从底壳26表面伸出。
其中,PCB板21上设有将信件提示讯息发送到外接移动智能终端的信息发送模块,无线连接模块为蓝牙连接模块或局域网连接模块。
以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施例,但是本发明并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种居家式电动机械双控智能锁,其特征在于,包括机械离合结构以及智能电控结构,所述机械离合结构包括锁头、回弹锁舌、第一圆形转盘以及固定座,所述回弹锁舌固定在固定座上,且回弹锁舌的端部从固定座伸出,所述回弹锁舌的一面设有与第一圆形转盘相适配的弧形导轨,所述锁头通过第一圆形转盘与回弹锁舌连接,钥匙插入锁头中旋转并带动第一圆形转盘旋转,所述回弹锁舌的端部缩回固定座内;
    所述智能电控结构包括PCB板、马达、伸缩套件以及第二圆形转盘,所述PCB板与马达电连接,所述伸缩套件的一端与马达固定连接,所述伸缩套件的另一端与第二圆形转盘固定连接,所述回弹锁舌的另一面设有与第二环形转盘相适配的弧形导轨,PCB板控制马达运转,所述伸缩套件带动第二圆形转盘旋转,所述回弹锁舌的端部缩回固定座内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的居家式电动机械双控智能锁,其特征在于,所述机械离合结构还包括复位弹簧,所述固定座上设有安装复位弹簧的弹簧槽,所述回弹锁舌的两侧壁上设有便于复位弹簧抵持的凸柱,所述复位弹簧的一端抵持在弹簧槽槽壁上,所述复位弹簧的另一端穿入凸柱并抵持在复位弹簧上,所述弹簧压缩,所述回弹锁舌的端部缩回固定座内,所述弹簧伸展,所述回弹锁舌的端部伸出固定座外。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的居家式电动机械双控智能锁,其特征在于,所述第一圆形转盘的一面设有与回弹锁舌相适配的第一定位凸起,所述第一圆形转盘的另一面设有与锁头相适配的方形槽;所述第二圆形转盘的一面设有与回弹锁舌相适配的第二定位凸起,所述第二圆形转盘的另一面设有与伸缩套件相适配的内螺纹结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的居家式电动机械双控智能锁,其特征在于,所述伸缩套件包括外套件以及内套件,所述外套件为外圆内方的柱状结构,所述内套件的外表面为与外套件内表面相适配的方形表面,所述外套件的一端设有与马达相适配的内齿轮结构,所述内套件与外套件对立的另一端上设有与第二圆形转盘相适配的外螺纹结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的居家式电动机械双控智能锁,其特征在于,所述 智能电控结构还包括面壳和底壳,所述PCB板、马达、伸缩套件以及第二圆形转盘均容置在面壳与底壳围合形成的空腔内,所述面壳上开设有便与第二圆形转盘穿过的通孔,所述固定座通过可拆卸螺钉固定在面壳的外表面,且所述第二圆形转盘转过通孔后卡入回弹锁舌的弧形导轨中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的居家式电动机械双控智能锁,其特征在于,所述智能电控结构还包括左右挡板,所述左右挡板分别固定在面壳的两边,且所述左右挡板的外表面均开设有峰状凸块,所述底壳的侧壁上对称开设有与左右挡板相适配的峰状凹槽,所述底壳通过插入左右挡板而精准与面壳固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的居家式电动机械双控智能锁,其特征在于,所述智能电控结构还包括电池,所述面壳上设有电池槽,所述电池卡接在电池槽内,且所述电池与PCB板电连接,所述底壳上还设有便于更换电池的电池盖,所述电池盖与底壳之间进行可拆卸固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的自适应电动双控智能锁,其特征在于,所述智能电控结构还包括灯座,所述灯座上设有LED指示灯、红外距离感应器、光度感应器以及控制按钮;所述LED指示灯、红外距离感应器、光度感应器以及控制按钮均与PCB板电连接,所述LED指示灯、红外距离感应器、光度感应器以及控制按钮均从底壳表面伸出。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的自适应电动双控智能锁,其特征在于,所述PCB板上设有将信件提示讯息发送到外接移动智能终端的信息发送模块,所述无线连接模块为蓝牙连接模块或局域网连接模块。
