技术领域
本发明涉及音箱技术领域,尤其涉及一种柔性屏音箱及其控制方法。
发明背景
随着科技的进步和柔性屏的迅速发展,人们对生活品质的要求越来越高。年轻的消费者在选择音箱时,不仅要求音质好,而且还要求时尚美观。现有的音箱的功能较为单一,并且大多不能显示音乐律动。此外,虽然有部分音箱安装了显示屏,但该显示屏只能是平面的屏体,这使音箱的外观设计受到了限制,进而导致无法唤起年轻消费者的购买欲望,也无法满足年轻消费者对时尚美观的要求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例提供了一种柔性屏音箱及其控制方法,能够随音律的变化显示出不同的画面或音符,因此,唤起了年轻消费者的购买欲望,满足了年轻消费者对时尚美观的要求。
本发明的一个方面提供一种柔性屏音箱,该柔性屏音箱包括:音箱主体和柔性屏,音箱主体中包括控制模块,该控制模块连接柔性屏;该柔性屏设置于音箱主体的外表面,并且包括至少一个子柔性屏,用于接收控制模块的控制指令,并基于控制指令对律动信息进行显示。

图1是根据本发明一示例性实施例示出的一种柔性屏音箱的结构示意图。如图1所示,该柔性屏音箱包括:音箱主体10和柔性屏11,音箱主体10中包括控制模块,该控制模块连接柔性屏11;柔性屏11呈弧状设置于音箱主体10的外表面,并且包括至少一个子柔性屏,用于接收控制模块的控制指令,并基于控制指令对律动信息进行显示。

根据本发明实施例提供的技术方案,通过将柔性屏呈弧状设置于音箱主体的外表面,使音箱的至少一个子显示能够对律动信息进行显示,因此,唤起了年轻消费者的购买欲望,满足了年轻消费者对时尚美观的要求。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述柔性屏、所述至少一个子柔性屏可以分别呈弧状设置于音箱主体10的外表面,也可以分别呈非弧状设置,因柔性屏是柔性可弯曲变形的,可随着音箱主体10的外形而变化,可体现任意形态,在此不再赘述。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,至少一个子柔性屏接收控制模块的控制指令,并基于控制指令对随音律变化的画面或音符进行显示。具体地,在接收到控制模块发出的控制指令之后,至少一个子柔性屏可以在控制指令的控制下随音律的变化而显示出不同的画面或音符。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,至少一个子柔性屏包括第一子柔性屏和第二子柔性屏,其中第一子柔性屏呈弧状设置于音箱主体的外表面的一部分,第二子柔性屏呈弧状设置于音箱主体的外表面的另一部分,控制模块分别对第一子柔性屏和第二子柔性屏进行控制。

至少一个子柔性屏包括第一子柔性屏和第二子柔性屏,第一子柔性屏和第二子柔性屏可以通过光学胶粘合在一起,也可以通过转轴或卡口等进行连接,本发明对此不作限制。需要说明的是,第一子柔性屏和第二子柔性屏也可以是没有任何连接关系的两个独立的柔性屏。此外,第一子柔性屏和第二子柔性屏的大小和形状可以相同,也可以不同,本发明对此不作限制。
进一步地,第一子柔性屏呈弧状设置于音箱主体10的外表面的一部分,第二子柔性屏呈弧状设置于音箱主体10的外表面的另一部分,使柔性屏呈现出封闭的环形状态;或者,第一子柔性屏呈弧状设置于音箱主体10的外表面的一部分,第二子柔性屏呈弧状设置于音箱主体10的外表面的一部分,使柔性屏呈现出非封闭的环形状态。

所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。
所述功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序校验码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。
工业实用性
本发明的柔性屏音箱及其控制方法,通过将柔性屏设置于音箱主体的外表面,使音箱的至少一个子柔性屏能够对律动信息进行显示,因此,唤起了年轻消费者的购买欲望,满足了年轻消费者对时尚美观的要求。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种柔性屏音箱,其特征在于,包括:音箱主体和柔性屏,
    所述音箱主体中包括控制模块,所述控制模块连接所述柔性屏;
    所述柔性屏设置于所述音箱主体的外表面,并且包括至少一个子柔性屏,用于接收所述控制模块的控制指令,并基于所述控制指令对律动信息进行显示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性屏音箱,其中,所述至少一个子柔性屏接收所述控制模块的控制指令,并基于所述控制指令对随音律变化的画面或音符进行显示。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的柔性屏音箱,其中,所述至少一个子柔性屏包括第一子柔性屏和第二子柔性屏,其中所述第一子柔性屏设置于所述音箱主体的外表面的一部分,所述第二子柔性屏设置于所述音箱主体的外表面的另一部分,所述控制模块分别对所述第一子柔性屏和所述第二子柔性屏进行控制。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的柔性屏音箱,其中,所述音箱主体包括第一音箱外壳和第二音箱外壳。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性屏音箱,其中,所述至少一个子柔性屏中的每个子柔性屏包括触控模块和显示模块,其中,
    所述触控模块分别与所述显示模块和所述控制模块连接;
    所述触控模块接收用户对所述子柔性屏的触摸操作,将所述触摸操作转换为触发操作指令,并向所述控制模块发送所述触发操作指令;
    所述触控模块还接收所述控制模块发送的与所述触发操作指令相对应的律动信息,并向所述显示模块发送所述律动信息;
    所述显示模块对所述律动信息进行显示。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的柔性屏音箱,其中,所述控制模块包括接收模块、解析模块和发送模块,其中,
    所述解析模块分别与所述接收模块和所述发送模块连接;
    所述接收模块接收所述触控模块发送的所述触发操作指令;
    所述解析模块对所述触发操作指令进行解析,生成与所述触发操作指令相对应的律动信息,并向所述发送模块发送所述律动信息;
    所述发送模块向所述触控模块发送所述律动信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性屏音箱,其中,所述音箱主体中还包括位于所述音箱主体的上部且与所述控制模块连接的扬声器,所述扬声器包括喇叭、喇叭盖和喇叭网,其中所述喇叭贴附于所述喇叭盖的下表面,所述喇叭网贴附于所述喇叭盖的上表面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的柔性屏音箱,其中,所述音箱主体中还包括无线保真接口,所述无线保真接口连接所述控制模块。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的柔性屏音箱,其中,所述柔性屏为柔性魔丽屏。
  10. 一种柔性屏音箱的控制方法,其中,应用于柔性屏音箱,所述柔性屏音箱包括音箱主体和柔性屏,所述柔性屏设置于所述音箱主体的外表面,并且包括至少一个子柔性屏,所述控制方法包括:
    对触发操作指令进行解析,所述触发操作指令是转换用户对所述至少一个子柔性屏的触摸操作得到的;以及
    基于解析结果,在所述至少一个子柔性屏上对律动信息进行显示。
