Description

升降组件及宠物厕所 技术领域
本发明涉及宠物用具领域,特别是涉及一种升降组件及宠物厕所。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,饲养宠物逐渐成为了人们日常休闲娱乐的一种方式。由于宠物大多数时间都待在室内,因此为了保持室内的清洁卫生,宠物主人通常会在室内防止宠物厕所。现在的宠物厕所一般都放有沙子,宠物在沙子上排泄完毕后,需要宠物主人用铲子铲出宠物排泄物,放到袋子中包装好后扔掉,整个处理宠物排泄物的过程需要让宠物主人手动处理,费时费力。
针对上述问题,现在有些宠物主人会在宠物厕所内防止网状的收纳片,并且在收纳片上铺上沙子,当宠物进行排泄后,直接拉起收纳片就可以将宠物排泄物取出。这种方式虽然方便,但是还是需要宠物主人手动处理,而且在拉起收纳片的过程中,宠物排泄物的气味会使宠物主人感到非常不适,为人们带来不便。
技术问题
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种可使自动收起收纳片的升降组件,以节省人们的时间,降低人们在处理宠物排泄物过程中的不适感。
技术解决方案
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种升降组件,包括底座、升降臂、挂板和驱动装置;升降臂设于底座上,并具有滑槽;挂板设于滑槽上,且在驱动装置的驱动下沿滑槽上下滑动。。
进一步地,挂板上设有挂柱,升降臂上设有与挂柱相匹配的避位槽。
进一步地,挂柱和避位槽均至少有一个,挂柱上设有用以挂接挂件的挂位。
进一步地,挂位为环形槽。
进一步地,避位槽与滑槽相通。
进一步地,底座包括连接底板和连接侧板;连接侧板至少两个,其中,至少两个连接侧板分别设于连接底板相对的两侧,连接侧板之间设有转轴,升降臂转动连接于转轴。
进一步地,两个连接侧板分别具有安装孔,转轴两端插设于安装孔中。
进一步地,升降臂底部设有两个与连接侧板相匹配的插槽,升降臂底部还设有连通两个插槽的通孔,通孔与转轴相匹配,升降臂通过插槽与连接侧板的配合以及通孔与转轴的配合以与底座转动连接。
进一步地,挂板至少有两个,至少两个挂板依次层叠设于滑槽上。
进一步地,还包括连接轴,挂板通过连接轴设于滑槽上。
进一步地,还包括插销,连接轴上相间隔的设有贯穿孔,挂板上设有与贯穿孔连通的插孔,插销插接于贯穿孔和插孔中。
进一步地,驱动装置包括转动件和绳子,升降臂顶部还设有滑轮;绳子挂接在滑轮上,其中,绳子一端设于转动件上,另一端绕过滑轮后设于挂板上。
进一步地,转动件为马达。
进一步地,驱动装置为气缸,气缸包括缸体和活塞杆,缸体设于底座上,活塞杆与挂板连接。
本发明还提出了一种宠物厕所,包括壳体、收纳片和上述的升降组件,升降组件和收纳片均设于壳体内,且升降组件驱动收纳片在壳体内升降。
有益效果
本发明的升降组件及宠物厕所,挂板可以在驱动装置的作用下沿升降臂上的滑槽上下移动,只需将收纳片挂在挂板上,挂板就可以带动收纳片升起,无需人工提起收纳片,宠物主人处理宠物排泄物更加方便,节省了大量时间;而且滑槽内设有多个挂板,可以一次性在宠物厕所内铺设多个收纳片,可以多次自动处理宠物排泄物,也给宠物主人带来了极大的方便。

本发明的最佳实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图1-3,本发明实施例的宠物厕所,包括壳体1、控制组件2、收纳片3、升降组件4;控制组件2和升降组件4均设于壳体1内,升降组件4与控制组件2电连接;收纳片3与升降组件4连接,升降组件4在控制组件2控制下驱动收纳片3在壳体1内升降。
上述的宠物厕所,收纳片3可以在升降组件4的驱动下在壳体1内升降,宠物在收纳片3上排泄完毕后,收纳片3可以将宠物排泄物收集,然后在升降组件4的驱动下上升到壳体1顶部,宠物主人只需取下收纳片3就可以完成宠物排泄物的清理,简单方便。
参照图4、图5,壳体1包括底板11和侧板12,侧板12围合底板11形成壳体1;收纳片3可拆卸的安放于底板11上。在本实施例中,底板11上设有沙子,收纳片被沙子覆盖,通过在底板11上设置沙子,可以掩盖宠物排泄物的异味,保持室内空气清洁。
进一步,底板11和侧板12一体成型,便于生产加工,节省了装配时间。
上述侧板12内壁设有标识线121,标识线121高于收纳片3。具体地,标识线121与底板11之间的距离大于收纳片3顶面与底板11之间的距离;本实施例中的标识线121有两条,分别表示最大加沙高度和最小加沙高度,标识线121可以限定地板上沙子的厚度,避免沙子过厚导致收纳片3在上升过程中过度变形,影响宠物排泄物的收集,而当沙子厚度低于最小加沙高度标识线时,就需要往底板11上添加沙子,以保证沙子量充足。
上述壳体1上设有安装槽122,升降组件4设于安装槽122内。设置安装槽122,在安装升降组件4时,操作空间大,更便于升降组件4的安装。
其中,安装槽122有四个,四个安装槽122在壳体1上呈矩形阵列分布,对应地,升降组件4也为四个;优选地,宠物厕所还包括挡板123和封盖124,挡板123与封盖124设于安装槽122相对应的两边并连接于底板11,且挡板123设于靠近壳体1内部的一侧,封盖124设于远离壳体1内部的一侧。四个安装槽122呈矩形阵列分布,每个安装槽122中均安装有升降组件4,这样收纳片3周向的四个方位均受到升降组件4驱动作用,收纳片3在上升过程中更加平稳,避免了宠物排泄物从收纳片3上漏出;挡板123顶面与标识线121平齐,挡板123可以防止底板11上的沙子进入安装槽122,避免影响升降组件4的正常工作;封盖124可拆卸连接于侧板12,并盖合安装槽122,拆卸封盖124后方便安装或拆卸升降组件4,避免外部因素对安装槽122内的部件造成不良影响,保证宠物厕所的正常使用。
上述控制组件2包括电源21和控制主板22,控制主板22分别与电源21和升降组件4电连接。其中,电源21和控制主板22可以安装在上述其中一个安装槽122内,也可以在底板11上设置一个槽位,将电源21和控制主板22安装在该槽位上;电源21可以使用干电池等一次性电池,也可以使用充电电池,还可以使用家用交流电源21。
上述侧板12上还设有开口125,侧板12正对开口125的内壁面上设有检测孔126,检测孔126上设有感应装置5,感应装置5与控制主板22电连接。设置开口125,便于宠物进入壳体1内,感应装置5可以检测宠物是否进入壳体1进行排泄,当检测到宠物从开口125进入壳体1内且间隔一定时间从开口125离开壳体1时,感应装置5就会发生一个信号给控制主板22,控制主板22就会控制升降组件4工作驱动收纳片3上升,对宠物排泄物进行清理。上述控制组件2还包括喇叭,喇叭与控制主板22电连接;喇叭可以提醒宠物主人取走装有宠物排泄物的收纳片3。
其中,上述感应装置5为红外传感器,也可以使用其他感应器,只要能检测到宠物进入壳体1且离开壳体1即可。
参照图6,收纳片3呈网状结构且由柔性材料制成;上述宠物厕所还包括挂件31,挂件31至少有四个,且至少四个挂件31在收纳片3上呈矩形阵列分布,收纳片3通过挂件31与升降组件4连接;优选地,上述宠物厕所还包括缩口绳32,缩口绳32设于收纳片3周圈边缘。在本实施例中,挂件31有八个,两两一组,四组挂件31在收纳片3周圈边缘呈矩形阵列。收纳片3采用网状结构,便于沙子从收纳片3上落下,避免收纳片3带走太多沙子,节省了沙子的用量;另外,在将收纳片3从升降组件4上取下时,拉动缩口绳32可以使收纳片3周边缩起,形成一个收纳的袋子,既便于将收纳片3取下,又可以当成收纳袋子把宠物排泄物一起掉丢,非常方便。
上述宠物厕所还包括振动装置6,振动装置6设于壳体1内且与控制组件2电连接,振动装置6用于驱动升降组件4发生振动。在升降组件4驱动收纳片3上升时,振动装置6可以使升降组件4发生振动,而柔性网状结构的收纳片3在振动装置6的作用下产生的振动效果更明显,不仅可以把收纳片3上的沙子振动从网格内落下,还可以使宠物排泄物在收纳片3上翻滚,由于收纳片3上存在沙子时,宠物排泄物表面在翻滚过程中就会粘满沙子,沙子可以减少宠物排泄物的异味,保证了室内空气的清洁,也降低了人们的不适感。
参照图7,振动装置6包括转动机61、弹出件62和收拉绳63;转动机61设于壳体1上;弹出件62一端抵顶升降组件4上,另一端设于壳体1上;收拉绳63一端设于升降组件4上,另一端设于转动机61上,优选地,转动机61设于安装槽122的顶部,对应地,收拉绳63一端设于升降组件4的顶部。其中,转动机61与控制主板22电连接,本实施例中的弹出件62为弹簧;在升降组件4驱动收纳片3上升的过程中,转动机61先处于锁定状态,这时收纳片3上铺设有沙子,当收纳片3上升到一定高度时,转动机61就转换为活动状态,转动机61的正转使原收卷的收拉绳63处于放绳状态,同时升降组件4的顶端就会被弹出件62弹出安装槽122,收拉绳63拉长及对升降组件4牵引,使升降组件4发生倾斜下降,相隔一定时间后转动机61转动机61的反转使被拉长的收拉绳63收卷,把升降组件4的顶端拉回到安装槽122,如此反复,就能使收纳片3不断的发生振动,使宠物排泄物在收纳片3上不停地滚动,让宠物排泄物上粘满沙子,减少了宠物排泄物的异味,使人感觉更舒适。进一步地,弹出件62也可以使用两个相互排斥的磁铁,其中一个磁铁固定在壳体1上,另一个固定在升降组件4上,利用两个磁铁之间的斥力将升降组件4弹出,而且磁铁比弹簧使用寿命更长,而且工作稳定性更好。
进一步,安装槽122的顶部设有安装平台127,安装平台127上设有固定槽位128,转动机61设于固定槽位128上,转动机61的转轴突出于固定槽位128,收拉绳63的一端固定在转动机61的转轴上,另一端固定在升降组件4上,转动机61转轴转动就会拉动收拉绳63收卷在转轴上,可以利用转轴的正转反转来实现升降组件4的弹出或收回安装槽122。在本实施例中,转动机61为电动马达。
上述振动装置6还可以为振动马达,振动马达安装在升降组件4上,在升降组件4驱动收纳片3上升的过程中,振动马达工作使升降组件4产生振动,进而使宠物排泄物在收纳片3上滚动。
参照图7-12,升降组件4包括底座41、升降臂42、挂板43和驱动装置44;底座41设于底板11上;升降臂42设于底座41上,并具有滑槽421;挂板43设于滑槽421上,且在驱动装置44的驱动下沿滑槽421上下滑动。
上述的挂板43可以在驱动装置44的作用下沿升降臂42上的滑槽421上下移动,只需将收纳片3挂在挂板43上,挂板43就可以带动收纳片3升起,无需人工提起收纳片3,宠物主人处理宠物排泄物更加方便,节省了大量时间。
上述挂板43上设有挂柱431,升降臂42上设有与挂柱431相匹配的避位槽422。在本实施例中,避位槽422与滑槽421相通;避位槽422位于升降臂42靠近壳体1内部的一侧,挂柱431从滑槽421中穿过避位槽422伸入壳体1内;当挂板43在滑槽421中滑动时,避位槽422还能起到导向的作用。
上述挂柱431和避位槽422均至少有一个,挂柱431上设有用以挂接挂件31的挂位4311,挂件31挂接在挂位4311上,其中挂位4311为环形槽,该环形槽沿挂柱431周向设置,方便挂件31紧系在挂位4311中。在本实施例中,挂柱431和避位槽422均有三个,位于挂柱431外侧的两个挂柱431上设有挂位4311,收纳片3通过其周圈边缘的挂件31挂接在挂位4311上,这样就把收纳片3与挂柱431连接在一起,操作简单方便。
上述底座41包括连接底板411和连接侧板412;连接侧板412为两个或两个以上,至少两个连接侧板412分别设于连接底板411相对的两侧,连接侧板412之间设有连接连接转轴413,升降臂42转动连接于连接连接转轴413上。连接连接转轴413可以用于连接升降臂42,使升降臂42可在底座41上转动。两个连接侧板412分别具有安装孔4121,连接连接转轴413两端插设于安装孔4121中。
参照图7,升降臂42底部设有两个与连接侧板412相匹配的插槽423,升降臂42底部具有贯穿底升降臂42底部的通孔426,通孔426连通两个插槽423的,通孔426与连接连接转轴413相匹配,升降臂42通过插槽423与连接侧板412的配合以及通孔426与连接连接转轴413的配合与底座41转动连接。
本发明安装升降臂42时,先将底座41的连接侧板412部分插入升降臂42的插槽423,并使安装孔4121、通孔426对齐,再将连接连接转轴413依次穿过第一个连接侧板412的安装孔4121、通孔426、第二个连接侧板412的安装孔4121,从而将升降臂42转动连接在底座41上。
通过插槽423与连接侧板412的配合,在安装升降臂42时,可以实现升降臂42与底座41的快速定位安装,装配快捷简便;而且升降臂42可以在底座41上转动,在振动装置6的配合下,可以实现收纳片3的晃动,使宠物排泄物在收纳片3上进行翻滚,减少异味。
上述挂板43可以是一个,也可以是至少两个,至少两个挂板43可依次层叠设于滑槽421上。设置两个以上挂板43,可以一次性在底板11上铺设多个收纳片3,一个收纳片3挂接在一个挂板43的挂位4311上,一一对应,一次性铺设多个收纳片3,减少了人们更换收纳片3的次数,一次铺设多次使用,更省时省力。
进一步,升降组件4还包括连接轴432,挂板43通过连接轴432设于滑槽421上。在本实施例中,挂板43为两个以上,每个挂板43上均设有与连接轴432相匹配的连接孔433,挂板43通过连接轴432与连接孔433的配合依次层叠设于滑槽421上。
上述升降组件4还包括插销45,连接轴432上相间隔的设有贯穿孔4321,挂板43上设有与贯穿孔4321连通的插孔434,插销45插接于贯穿孔4321和插孔434中。在本实施例中,插销45为一个,初始状态时,插销45插于最上方挂板43的插孔434中,在宠物厕所多次清理宠物排泄物的过程中,当宠物主人把最上方挂板43上的收纳片3取下时,将插销45拔出插入于上方第二个挂板43的插孔434和连接轴432上与该插孔434对应的贯穿孔4321中,这样驱动装置44工作时,就会驱动上方的两个挂板43上升,带动上方第二个挂板43上的收纳片3上升,以此类推,最后驱动装置44会驱动滑槽421内所有的挂板43一起上升,宠物主人取下最后一个收纳片3之后,就要重新放入新的收纳片3;由于驱动装置44每次工作都只是比上一工作周期多驱动一个挂板43上升,而不是每次工作都驱动所有挂板43上升,降低了能耗,延长了驱动装置44的使用寿命。
上述驱动装置44包括转动件441和绳子442,升降臂42顶部还设有滑轮424;绳子442挂接在滑轮424上,其中,绳子442一端设于转动件441上,另一端绕过滑轮424后设于挂板43上。其中,连接轴432顶部设有连接部4322,绳子442的另一端固定在连接部4322上。转动件441工作时,会把绳子442卷缩在转动件441的转轴上,绳子442就会拉动连接轴432上升,连接轴432带动挂板43沿滑槽421上升,收纳片3就被拉起对宠物排泄物进行处理。另外的,在本实施例中,转动件441可以为马达,马达可固定在升降臂42上,也可以固定在底座41上,固定在升降臂42上时,在升降臂42上设置马达槽427,便于安装马达。
上述驱动装置44还可以为气缸,气缸包括缸体和活塞杆,缸体设于底座41上,活塞杆与挂板43连接。气缸的活塞杆与连接轴432连接时,气缸的活塞杆伸出即可推动连接轴432上升,进而带动挂板43和收纳片3一起上升。
上述升降臂42顶部设有挂口425,收拉绳63的一端固定在挂口425上,另一端固定在转动机61的转轴上。转动机61的正转反转运动可以将升降臂42拉紧或松开。
本发明的宠物厕所,宠物从开口125进入到壳体1内,在收纳片3上排泄完毕后离开,感应装置5感应到宠物进入壳体1且在一定时间后离开壳体1这一过程,将信号反馈到控制主板22上,控制主板22控制升降组件4的转动件441(马达)正转将绳子442卷缩在转动件441的转轴上,绳子442拉动挂板43上升,挂板43上设有挂柱431,挂柱431上设有挂位4311,收纳片3通过挂件31挂接在挂位4311上,这样挂板43就会带动收纳片3上升,上升到一定高度时,控制主板22控制振动装置6的转动机61正转将收拉绳63释放,升降臂42顶部被弹出件62弹出,升降臂42发生振动,相隔一定时间,转动机61再反转将收拉绳63卷缩,升降臂42顶部又被拉回压紧弹出件62,如此反复,在收纳片3上升过程中使升降臂42不断地发生振动,以使收纳片3发生晃动,导致宠物排泄物在收纳片3上不停的翻滚,宠物排泄物表面即粘满沙子,减少了异味;收纳片3上升到壳体1顶部时,控制主板22就会控制喇叭发出提示音,以提醒宠物主人取走装有宠物排泄物的收纳片3,减少了宠物主人清理宠物排泄物的时间。

  1. 一种升降组件,其特征在于,包括底座、升降臂、挂板和驱动装置;
    所述升降臂设于所述底座上,并具有滑槽;
    所述挂板设于所述滑槽上,且在所述驱动装置的驱动下沿所述滑槽上下滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的升降组件,其特征在于,所述挂板上设有挂柱,所述升降臂上设有与所述挂柱相匹配的避位槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的升降组件,其特征在于,所述挂柱和所述避位槽均至少有一个,所述挂柱上具有用以挂接挂件的挂位。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的升降组件,其特征在于,所述挂位为环形槽。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的升降组件,其特征在于,所述避位槽与所述滑槽相通。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的升降组件,其特征在于,所述底座包括连接底板和连接侧板;
    所述连接侧板至少两个,其中,至少两个所述连接侧板分别设于所述连接底板相对的两侧,所述连接侧板之间设有转轴,所述升降臂转动连接于所述转轴。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的升降组件,其特征在于,两个连接侧板分别具有安装孔,转轴两端插设于安装孔中。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的升降组件,其特征在于,所述升降臂底部设有两个与所述连接侧板相匹配的插槽,所述升降臂底部还设有连通两个所述插槽的通孔,所述通孔与所述转轴相匹配,所述升降臂通过所述插槽与所述连接侧板的配合以及所述通孔与所述转轴的配合以与所述底座转动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述升降组件,其特征在于,所述挂板至少有两个,至少两个所述挂板依次层叠设于所述滑槽上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的升降组件,其特征在于,还包括连接轴,所述挂板通过所述连接轴设于所述滑槽上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的升降组件,其特征在于,还包括插销,所述连接轴上相间隔的设有贯穿孔,所述挂板上设有与所述贯穿孔连通的插孔,所述插销插接于所述贯穿孔和所述插孔中。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的升降组件,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括转动件和绳子,所述升降臂顶部还设有滑轮;
    所述绳子挂接在所述滑轮上,其中,所述绳子一端设于所述转动件上,另一端绕过所述滑轮后设于所述挂板上。
  13. 根据权利要求13所述的升降组件,其特征在于,所述转动件为马达。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的升降组件,其特征在于,所述驱动装置为气缸,所述气缸包括缸体和活塞杆,所述缸体设于底座上,所述活塞杆与所述挂板连接。
  15. 一种宠物厕所,其特征在于,包括壳体、收纳片和权利要求1-14任一项所述的升降组件,所述升降组件和收纳片均设于所述壳体内,且所述升降组件驱动所述收纳片在所述壳体内升降。
