还提供一种电子烟,其包括第一组件、第二组件及锁持组件,所述锁持组件包括解锁件、第一卡持件及第二卡持件,所述第二卡持件与所述第一卡持件其中之一为弹性部件,所述第一卡持件与第一组件连接,所述第二卡持件与所述第二组件连接,当所述第一卡持件与所述第二卡持件卡持时,所述第一组件与所述第二组件连接,移动所述解锁件能够使得所述弹性部件在所述解锁件的抵持作用下发生弹性变形,从而能够解除所述第一卡持件与所述第二卡持件之间卡持,使得所述第一组件与所述第二组件分离。
在其中一实施例中,所述第一组件和所述第二组件其中之一为烟弹组件。
在其中一实施例中,所述第二卡持件与所述第一卡持件中不是弹性部件的另一卡持件沿轴向凸伸形成卡持部,所述卡持部上开设有第一卡钩,所述弹性部件设置有与所述卡持部的所述第一卡钩相对设置的第二卡钩,所述第 一卡钩与所述第二卡钩方向相反,移动所述解锁件使弹性部件发生弹性变形可解除所述第一卡持件与所述第二卡持件之间卡持。
在其中一实施例中,所述解锁件所在的所述第一组件或所述第二组件上设有容纳孔,所述容纳孔中部位置沿所述解锁件所在的所述第一组件或所述第二组件的轴向或周向凸伸有旋转轴,所述解锁件可转动地设置在所述旋转轴上。

实施例1
请参见图1-3所示,本实用新型提供一种电子烟100,其包括第一组件10、第二组件20及锁持组件30,所述锁持组件30将第一组件10与第二组件20可拆卸地锁持在一起。所述第一组件10和第二组件20其中之一为烟弹组件即可。
所述第一组件10包括第一壳体11,本实施例中,所述第一组件10为烟弹组件,所述烟弹组件还包括设置在第一壳体11内的烟弹12。
所述第二组件20包括第二壳体21,本实施例中,所述第二组件20为电池组件,所述电池组件还包括设置在第二壳体21内的电池22。
可以理解的,在其他实施方式中,第一组件10可以为电池组件,第二组件20对应为烟弹组件。
请结合参见图4-5,所述锁持组件30包括弹性件31、解锁件32、第一卡持件33及与第一卡持件33相对设置的第二卡持件34。所述第二壳体21上开设有滑槽211,所述解锁件32可滑动地设置在所述滑槽211上。所述弹性件31设置在解锁件32与所述滑槽211之间,具体地,所述弹性件31的一端与第二壳体21抵持,其相对地另一端与解锁件32抵持。
所述第一卡持件33自第一壳体11朝向第二壳体21的方向凸伸。所述第一卡持件33可解锁地与所述第二卡持件34卡持。所述第一卡持件33自所述 第一壳体11的一端向第二组件20的方向凸伸形成所述卡持部331,所述卡持部331上开设有卡槽3311。
所述第二卡持件34的一端设置在第二壳体21上,其相对地另一端设置有与所述卡槽3311相匹配的卡扣部341,且其相对地另一端可解除地被所述解锁件32抵持。本实施例中,所述第二卡持件34为弹片等弹性部件。在解锁件32的抵持作用下,所述卡扣部341收容在所述卡槽3311内,所述第二卡持件34靠近所述卡扣部341的一端被卡持在所述解锁件32与卡持部331之间,如此实现第一组件10与第二组件20之间的锁持。本实施例中,所述卡扣部341为一与卡槽3311相对设置的的仿形凸起。
进一步的,所述解锁件32上朝向电子烟100内部凸设有抵持件322,在解锁件32的抵持作用下,所述第二卡持件34靠近所述卡扣部341的一端被卡持在所述抵持件322与卡持部331之间。
进一步的,所述解锁件32还开设有配合部323,所述第二壳体21的部分凸伸在所述配合部323内并在弹性件31的作用下与解锁件32抵持。本实施例中,所述配合部323为配合凹槽。
本实施例中,所述弹性件31为弹簧,所述弹簧的一端套设在所述第二壳体21上,其相对的另一端收容在所述解锁件32靠近第一组件10的一端内。具体地,所述第二壳体21朝向所述解锁件32的方向凸伸有支撑件212,所述解锁件32上开设有收容槽321,所述弹簧的一端套设所述支撑件212上,其相对地另一端收容在所述收容槽321内。
可以理解的,在其他实施方式中,所述支撑件212可以被开设在第二壳体21上的另一收容槽收容,进而替代所述支撑件212。
可以理解的,在其他实施方式中,所述弹性件31为弹性塑胶件。
当所述锁持组件30处于锁持状态时,解锁件32在弹性件31的作用力下,被推至朝向第二壳体21远离第一壳体11的一端,使解锁件32与第二壳体21相抵;解锁件32的下部(即抵持件322)与第二卡持件34抵持,而第二卡持件34具有卡扣部341,第一组件10则具有与卡扣部341配合的卡槽3311,如此, 在抵持件322的抵持作用下,第一组件10与第二组件20相互卡持,使得第一组件10无法与第二组件20分离。
当需要拔出第一组件10时,先轴向推动解锁件32,解锁件32克服弹性件31的推抵力量向左运动,此时可解除抵持件322对第二卡持件34的抵持作用,第二卡持件34的卡扣部341得以从卡槽3311中脱离,此时方解除第一组件10与第二组件20之间的锁定关系,从而拔除第一组件10。

可以理解的,在其他实施方式中,所述第一卡持件33的卡持部341上开设有卡扣部,所述第二卡持件34设置有与所述卡扣部相匹配的卡槽。
可以理解的,在其他实施方式中,所述滑槽211沿第一壳体11的周向设置。

实施例2
请参见图6-7,本实施例的电子烟200与实施例1的区别在于,本实施例的电子烟200不具有弹性件31,具体为,电子烟200包括第一组件10、第二组件20及锁持组件230,所述锁持组件230将第一组件10与第二组件20可拆卸地锁持在一起。
在本实施例的第一实施方式中,锁持组件230包括解锁件232、第一卡持件233及第二卡持件234,所述解锁件232可滑动地设置在第二组件20上,所述解锁件232上径向凸设有限位凸起2321,且限位凸起2321设置在所述解锁件232靠近第一组件10的一端,所述第一组件10上开设有与所述限位凸起2321相对设置的限位槽114,当解锁件232处于锁持状态时,限位凸起2321收容在限位槽114内;需要解锁第一组件10时,推动所述解锁件232使其沿滑槽213朝向第一组件10的方向滑动,当限位凸起2321从限位槽114中脱离出来,即可解除抵持件322与第二卡持件234之间的抵持,进而解除第一组件10与第二组件20之间的锁持。

实施例4
请参见结合图16-17,本实施例的电子烟与实施例1的区别在于,解锁件432和弹性件(未图示)设在第一壳体11上,弹性件沿第一壳体11的周向设置,第二壳体21上设置有L形的滑槽215,L形的滑槽215包括周向设置的第一槽2151及与第一槽2151连通的第二槽2152,第二槽2152沿电子烟400 的轴向设置。
处于锁持状态时,抵持件4322与第二卡持件34抵持、第一卡持件33与第二卡持件34卡持。
解锁的时候,沿周向推动解锁件432,抵持件4322与第二卡持件34分离后,进入第一槽2151,从第一槽2151滑出并进入第二槽2152后,即可轴向将第一组件10拨出以实现解锁。
实施例5
请参见图18-20,本实施例的电子烟与实施例1的区别在于,第一卡持件533为弹性部件,所述第二卡持件534与所述第一卡持件533可解除地卡持。具体地,所述第一卡持件533上设置有第一卡钩5331,第二卡持件534上亦对应设置有第二卡钩5341,所述第一卡钩5331与第二卡钩5341的方向相反,如此可将第二卡持件534与所述第一卡持件533卡持在一起。
当需要拔出第一组件10时,先向左推动解锁件32,解锁件32克服弹性件31的推抵力量向左运动,此时可解除抵持件322对第二卡持件534的抵持作用,继续滑动并按压解锁件32,使第一卡持件533受力并发生弹性形变,如此所述第一卡钩5331与第二卡钩5341之间的卡持得以解除,此时方解除第一组件10与第二组件20之间的锁定关系,从而拔除第一组件10。
本实施例中的电子烟,需要通过拨动并按压解锁件32两个动作,才可解除第一组件10与第二组件20之间的锁定关系,进而增加了儿童解锁所述电子烟的难度。
实施例6请结合参见图21-22,本实施例的电子烟与实施例1的区别在于,本实施例的电子烟不具有滑槽,第二组件20上设有转轴(未图示),所述解锁件32可绕转轴发生转动。
在本实施例的第一实施方式中,第二组件20与解锁件32之间设置有与 其两者抵持的弹性件632,所述弹性件632为一扭簧,所述解锁件32能在扭簧的弹性作用下复位。锁持状态时,解锁件32的抵持件322与第二卡持件34抵持,使第一卡持件33与第二卡持件34处于锁持在一起。解锁时,转动解锁件32,使其沿转轴朝向第一组件10的方向转动,即可解除第一组件10与第二组件20之间的锁持。可以理解的,在其他实施方式中,当所述解锁件32安装在所述第一组件10上时,所述扭簧对应设置在第一组件10上。
在本实施例的第二实施方式中,相较于本实施例的第一实施方式的不同在于:解锁件32与第二卡持件34的锁持部件不同,具体为:所述解锁件32的侧向设置有限位凸起,所述第二组件对应的设置有限位槽。所述限位凸起收容在所述限位槽,解锁件32的抵持件322与第二卡持件34抵持,使第一卡持件33与第二卡持件34处于锁持在一起。解锁时,转动解锁件32,使其沿转轴朝向第一组件10的方向转动,当限位凸起从限位槽中脱离出来,即可解除第一组件10与第二组件20之间的锁持。
可以理解的,在其他实施方式中,当所述限位槽设置在所述解锁件32时,所述限位凸起对应设置在第二组件上。
实施例7
请结合参见图23-24,本实施例的电子烟与实施例1的区别在于,本实施例的电子烟不具有滑槽、弹性件,第二壳体上21开设有容置孔721,解锁件732可分离地收容在所述容置孔721,解锁件732向内凸设的抵持件7322穿过所述容置孔721可解除地与第二卡持件734抵持。
进一步地,所述解锁件732侧向凸设有限位凸起7321,容置孔721内壁开设与所述限位凸起7321相对设置的限位槽724。
处于锁持状态时,所述解锁件732安装在容置孔721内,限位凸起7321收容在限位槽724内,抵持件322穿过所述容置孔721可解除地与第二卡持件734抵持。需要解锁的时,从第二壳体21上取下所述解锁件732,即可解除抵持件7322与第二卡持件734之间的抵持,进而解除第一组件10与第二组件20之间的锁持。

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括第一组件、第二组件及锁持组件,所述锁持组件包括解锁件、第一卡持件及第二卡持件,所述第二卡持件与所述第一卡持件其中之一为弹性部件,所述第一卡持件与所述第一组件连接,所述第二卡持件与所述第二组件连接,所述第一组件与所述第二组件通过所述第一卡持件与所述第二卡持件可拆卸地连接,当所述解锁件抵持所述弹性部件时,所述第一卡持件与所述第二卡持件之间的卡持被锁定,当移动所述解锁件至解除所述解锁件对所述弹性部件的抵持时,可解除所述第一卡持件与所述第二卡持件之间卡持。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一组件和所述第二组件其中之一为烟弹组件,所述解锁件设置在所述第一组件或第二组件上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第二卡持件与所述第一卡持件中不是弹性部件的另一卡持件沿轴向凸伸形成卡持部,所述卡持部上开设有卡槽和卡扣中的一个,所述弹性部件对应地设置有所述卡槽和卡扣中的另一个,所述卡扣收容在所述卡槽内。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一组件或第二组件上开设有滑槽,所述滑槽沿所在的所述第一组件或所述第二组件的轴向或周向设置,所述解锁件可滑动地设置在所述滑槽上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述锁持组件还包括弹性件,所述弹性件设置在所述解锁件与所述解锁件所在的所述第一组件或所述第二组件之间,所述弹性件的一端与所述解锁件所在的所述第一组件或所述第二组件抵持,其相对地另一端与所述解锁件抵持。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述解锁件可滑动地设置在第二组件上,所述解锁件上径向凸设有限位凸起,且限位凸起设置在所述解锁件靠近第一组件的一端,所述第一组件上开设有与所述限位凸起相对设置的限位槽,当解锁件处于锁持状态时,限位凸起收容在限位槽内;推动所述解锁件使其沿滑槽朝向第一组件的方向滑动,可解除抵持件与第二卡持件之间的抵持。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述解锁件可滑动地设置在第二组件上,所述解锁件上径向凸设有限位凸起,所述限位凸起设置在所述解锁件远离第一组件的一端,第二组件上开设有供解锁件滑动的滑槽及与所述限位凸起相对设置的限位槽,限位槽设置在第二组件远离所述第一组件的一端,当解锁件处于锁持状态时,限位凸起收容在限位槽内;推动所述解锁件使其沿滑槽朝向第一组件的方向滑动,可解除抵持件与第二卡持件之间的抵持。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述解锁件可滑动地设置在第二组件上,所述解锁件沿第二组件的周向凸设有限位凸起,第二组件开设有滑槽及与限位凸起相对设置的限位槽,所述滑槽与所述限位槽连通,当解锁件处于锁持状态时,限位凸起收容在限位槽内;推动所述解锁件使其沿滑槽朝向远离第一组件的方向滑动,可解除抵持件与第二卡持件之间的抵持。
  9. 如权利要求2或3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第二组件与解锁件之间设置有与其两者抵持的弹性件,所述弹性件为扭簧,所述第二组件上设有转轴,所述解锁件可转动套设在所述转轴上,锁持状态时,解锁件与第一卡持件抵持,第一卡持件与第二卡持件处于锁持在一起,转动解锁件,使其沿转轴朝向第一组件的方向转动,即可解除第一组件与第二组件之间的锁持。
  10. 如权利要求2或3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述解锁件的侧向设置有限位凸起和限位槽中的一个,所述第二组件对应的设置有限位凸起和限位槽中的另一个,所述第二组件上设有转轴,所述解锁件可转动套设在所述转轴上,锁持状态时,所述限位凸起收容在限位槽内,解锁件与第一卡持件抵持,第一卡持件与第二卡持件锁持在一起,转动解锁件,使其沿转轴朝向第一组件的方向转动,即可解除第一组件与第二组件之间的锁持。
  11. 如权利要求2或3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:第二组件上开设有容置孔,解锁件向内凸设的抵持件穿过所述容置孔可解除地与第二卡持件抵持,从第二组件上取下所述解锁件,即可解除第一组件与第二组件之间的锁持。
  12. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括第一组件、第二组件及锁持组件,所述锁持组件包括解锁件、第一卡持件及第二卡持件,所述第二卡持 件与所述第一卡持件其中之一为弹性部件,所述第一卡持件与第一组件连接,所述第二卡持件与所述第二组件连接,当所述第一卡持件与所述第二卡持件卡持时,所述第一组件与所述第二组件连接,移动所述解锁件能够使得所述弹性部件在所述解锁件的抵持作用下发生弹性变形,从而能够解除所述第一卡持件与所述第二卡持件之间卡持,使得所述第一组件与所述第二组件分离。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一组件和所述第二组件其中之一为烟弹组件。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第二卡持件与所述第一卡持件中不是弹性部件的另一卡持件沿轴向凸伸形成卡持部,所述卡持部上开设有第一卡钩,所述弹性部件设置有与所述卡持部的所述第一卡钩相对设置的第二卡钩,所述第一卡钩与所述第二卡钩方向相反,移动所述解锁件使弹性部件发生弹性变形可解除所述第一卡持件与所述第二卡持件之间卡持。
  15. 如权利要求13或14所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述解锁件所在的所述第一组件或所述第二组件上设有容纳孔,所述容纳孔中部位置沿所述解锁件所在的所述第一组件或所述第二组件的轴向或周向凸伸有旋转轴,所述解锁件可转动地设置在所述旋转轴上。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于:旋转所述解锁件使弹性部件发生弹性变形,可解除所述第一卡持件与所述第二卡持件的卡持。
  17. 如权利要求13或14所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述解锁件所在的所述第一组件或所述第二组件上开设容置孔,所述解锁件可滑动地设置在所述容置孔中。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于:按压所述解锁件使弹性部件发生弹性变形,可解除所述第一卡持件与所述第二卡持件的卡持。
  19. 如权利要求13或14所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述解锁件所在的所述第一组件或第二组件上开设有滑槽,所述滑槽沿所述解锁件所在的所述第一组件或所述第二组件的轴向或周向设置,所述解锁件可滑动地设置在所述滑槽上。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的电子烟,其特征在于:滑动并按压所述解锁件使 弹性部件发生弹性变形,可解除所述第一卡持件与所述第二卡持件的卡持。
  21. 根据权利要求12-14、16、18和20任一所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述解锁件朝向所述弹性部件的方向凸设有抵持件,所述抵持件可解除地抵持所述弹性部件。
  22. 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述解锁件朝向所述弹性部件的方向凸设有抵持件,所述抵持件可解除地抵持所述弹性部件。
  23. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述解锁件朝向所述弹性部件的方向凸设有抵持件,所述抵持件可解除地抵持所述弹性部件。
  24. 根据权利要求19所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述解锁件朝向所述弹性部件的方向凸设有抵持件,所述抵持件可解除地抵持所述弹性部件。
