关联交易识别方法、程序、装置及存储介质
本申请基于巴黎公约申明享有2018年3月19日递交的申请号为CN 2018102251411、名称为“关联交易识别方法、装置及存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的整体内容以参考的方式结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种关联交易识别方法、程序、电子装置及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
随着我国市场经济的发展,部分企业集团的规模日益庞大、产业分布和产权结构也越来越复杂,其内部各公司间的关联交易业务越来越多、越来越频繁。例如:集团企业母、子公司之间或子公司之间的内部购销存货业务、内部固定资产购销业务、提供或接受劳务、担保、租赁、提供资金等。
现有的关联交易是通过企业集团内的母子公司下发,交易数据量很大,均需要通过工作人员在系统中人工识别是否为关联交易,且需要人工补录相关信息,给工作人员额外增加了大量工作,无法保证关联交易识别的准确性。另外,目前识别关联交易都是在交易完成后根据会计账目内容识别。因此,需要提供一种能快速、准确从大量的交易数据中识别出关联交易的方法。
发明内容
本申请提供一种关联交易识别方法、程序、电子装置及计算机可读存储介质,其主要目的在于在进行交易的用印过程中,准确识别是否存在关联交易。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种电子装置,该装置包括存储器、处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的关联交易识别程序,该程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
接收用户针对一笔交易提交的用印申请,该用印申请包括申请调用的一个或多个印章及合同参与方;
按照预设的第一匹配规则,分别将所述合同参与方的名称与所述一个或多个印章对应的法人主体名称进行匹配;
当存在合同参与方的名称与所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全匹配时,根据所述印章的印章编号调取关联方清单,作为所述合同参与方的关联方清单;及
将除所述合同参与方的其他合同参与方的名称分别与所述关联方清单进行匹配,当匹配成功时,从该笔交易中识别出关联交易,并将识别结果展示给用户。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种关联交易识别方法,该方法包括:
接收用户针对一笔交易提交的用印申请,该用印申请包括申请调用的一个或多个印章及合同参与方;
按照预设的第一匹配规则,分别将所述合同参与方的名称与所述一个或多个印章对应的法人主体名称进行匹配;
当存在合同参与方的名称与所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全匹配时,根据所述印章的印章编号调取关联方清单,作为所述合同参与方的关联方清单;及
将除所述合同参与方的其他合同参与方的名称分别与所述关联方清单进行匹配,当匹配成功时,从该笔交易中识别出关联交易,并将识别结果展示给用户。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种关联交易识别程序,该程序包括:
接收模块,用于接收用户针对一笔交易提交的用印申请,该用印申请包括申请调用的一个或多个印章及合同参与方;
匹配模块,用于按照预设的第一匹配规则,分别将所述合同参与方的名称与所述一个或多个印章对应的法人主体名称进行匹配;
调取模块,用于当存在合同参与方的名称与所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全匹配时,根据所述印章的印章编号调取关联方清单,作为所述合同参与方的关联方清单;及
识别模块,用于将除所述合同参与方的其他合同参与方的名称分别与所 述关联方清单进行匹配,当匹配成功时,从该笔交易中识别出关联交易,并将识别结果展示给用户。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有关联交易识别程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如上所述的关联交易识别方法的任意步骤。
相较于现有技术,本申请提出的关联交易识别方法、程序、电子装置及计算机可读存储介质,通过在针对某笔交易的用印过程中,准确识别该笔交易是否存在关联交易,无需根据会计账目识别关联交易,提高后续关联交易的处理效率。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
本申请提供一种关联交易识别方法,该方法应用于一种电子装置1。参照图1所示,为本申请电子装置1较佳实施例的示意图。
在本实施例中,电子装置1可以是服务器、智能手机、平板电脑、便携计算机、桌上型计算机等具有数据处理功能的终端设备,所述服务器可以是机架式服务器、刀片式服务器、塔式服务器或机柜式服务器。
该电子装置1包括存储器11、处理器12,通信总线13,显示器14以及网络接口15。
其中,存储器11至少包括一种类型的可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质包括闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或DX存储器等)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘等。存储器11在一些实施例中可以是所述电子装置1 的内部存储单元,例如该电子装置1的硬盘。存储器11在另一些实施例中也可以是所述电子装置1的外部存储设备,例如该电子装置1上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,存储器11还可以既包括该电子装置1的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。存储器11不仅可以用于存储安装于该电子装置1的应用软件及各类数据,例如关联交易识别程序10、预设的第一匹配规则及预设的第二匹配规则等,还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。具体地,所述关联交易识别程序10架设于公司用印系统(图中未标识)及关联业务系统(图中未标识)之间,用于接收用户通过用印系统提交的某笔交易的用印申请,提取用印申请中的信息,在关联业务系统中从该笔交易中识别出关联交易;所述预设的第一匹配规则用于将用户录入的合同参与方名称与印章对应的法人主体名称进行精准匹配;所述预设的第二匹配规则用于将用户录入的合同参与方名称与印章对应的法人主体名称进行模糊匹配。
处理器12在一些实施例中可以是一中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他数据处理芯片,用于运行存储器11中存储的程序代码或处理数据,例如关联交易识别程序10等。
通信总线13用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。
显示器14可以是LED显示器、液晶显示器、触控式液晶显示器以及有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)触摸器等。其中,显示器14也可以称为显示屏或显示单元,用于显示在电子装置1中处理的信息以及用于显示可视化的用户界面。
网络接口15可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口),通常用于在该电子装置1与其他电子设备之间建立通信连接。在本实施例中,电子装置1通过网络接口15与客户端(图中未标识)之间建立通信连接,用户通过所述客户端访问用印系统,并通过用印系统提交用印申请。
图1仅示出了具有组件11-15的电子装置1,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的组件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的组件。
可选地,该电子装置1还可以包括用户接口,用户接口可以包括输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选的用户接口还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线 接口。
在图1所示的装置实施例中,存储器11中存储有关联交易识别程序10。处理器12执行存储器11中存储的关联交易识别程序10时实现如下步骤:
接收用户针对一笔交易提交的用印申请,该用印申请包括申请调用的一个或多个印章及合同参与方;
按照预设的第一匹配规则,分别将所述合同参与方的名称与所述一个或多个印章对应的法人主体名称进行匹配;
当存在合同参与方的名称与所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全匹配时,根据所述印章的印章编号调取关联方清单,作为所述合同参与方的关联方清单;及
将除所述合同参与方的其他合同参与方的名称分别与所述关联方清单进行匹配,当匹配成功时,从该笔交易中识别出关联交易,并将识别结果展示给用户。
所谓关联交易就是企业关联方之间的交易,常见的关联交易包括:购买或销售商品、购买其他资产(例如,设备或建筑物等)、提供或接受劳务、担保、提供资金、租赁、代理等。关联交易对于一个公司的存在及发展是不可或缺的,因此,公司对关联交易的处理必须慎重。然而关联交易处理过程中,关联交易的识别至关重要。接下来对关联交易的识别过程进行说明。
在本实施例中,所述用户指某公司员工,例如,公司法务人员,用户针对某笔交易,通过公司的用印系统录入用印申请的具体信息,包括:调用的一个或多个印章、该笔交易涉及到的合同名称、两个或两个以上合同参与方的名称、协议金额、合同数量等,并提交该用印申请。在接收到用户针对该笔交易提交的用印申请后,从用印申请中读取该用印申请调用的印章对应的法人主体名称及用户录入的合同参与方的名称。
在本实施例中,以该笔交易仅涉及一份合同,且该合同只有两个合同参与方(即,甲方参与方及乙方参与方)为例,首先,根据预设的第一匹配规则,判断用户录入的合同参与方是否能和与印章对应的法人主体名称精准匹配。作为一种实施方式,所述预设的第一匹配规则包括:当合同参与方的名称与印章对应的法人主体名称完全一致时,判断该合同参与方与该印章之间 可实现精准匹配。例如,若用户在录入合同参与方的名称时,录入的是该合同参与方对应的公司的标准名称,而用印申请调用了该公司的印章,因为印章对应的法人主体名称为公司标准名称,也就是说,当录入的合同参与方名称与印章对应的法人主体名称完全一致时,合同参与方与印章之间可实现精准匹配。
需要说明的是,用户录入的某一个合同参与方数量可以为一个,也可以为多个,且一个或多个该合同参与方可分别与用印申请中调用的不同印章精准匹配,那么,将一个或多个该合同参与方分别与能与之精准匹配的印章进行挂钩,并根据印章编号调取各印章对应的关联方清单,作为与该印章挂钩的合同参与方的关联方清单。然后将关联方清单分别与其他合同参与方进行匹配,若匹配成功,则说明该笔交易中存在关联交易。
例如,用户录入甲方参与方的名称为A、乙方参与方的名称为M,用印申请中调用的印章包括A,那么用印申请中调用的印章A可与甲方参与方A精准匹配,根据印章A的印章编号,从关联交易系统中调取相应的关联方清单,作为甲方参与方A的关联方清单,并与录入的乙方参与方M进行匹配,当A的关联方清单中包括乙方参与方M时,判断A与M存在关联关系,即该笔交易中存在关联交易A-M,并将该结果通过客户端的展示界面向用户展示。同理,若用户录入了两个甲方参与方A、B,乙方参与方的名称为M,且甲方参与方A、B分别与印章A、B精准匹配,分别调取A、B的关联方清单与乙方参与方M进行匹配,若A、B的关联方清单中均包括乙方参与方M时,该笔交易中存在关联交易A-M、B-M,并将该结果通过客户端的展示界面向用户展示。
需要说明的是,上述步骤需满足某一合同参与方可完全与印章精准匹配,那么,以甲方参与方A、B为例,需满足合同中甲方参与方A、B均能与用印申请中调用的印章匹配,才能从关联交易系统中调取相应的关联方清单,并进行关联交易识别。当甲方参与方A可与印章匹配,但甲方参与方B无法与印章匹配时,则需要进行进一步地匹配操作。
具体地,当所述两个或两个以上的合同参与方均不能完全与所述用印申请中调用的印章对应的法人主体名称匹配时,判断用印申请中调用的印章数量与合同参与方的总数量是否一致,存在两种情况:
一、印章数量与合同参与方的总数量一致的情况:假设用印申请中调用了三枚印章,合同甲方参与方录入A(标准名称)、B(非标准名称),合同乙方参与方录入M(非标准名称或者标准名称),印章数量(三枚)与合同参与方的总数量(两个合同甲方参与方,一个合同乙方参与方,共三个)一致,在用户录入过程中没有出错的前提下,可以默认为用户录入的合同参与方可分别与用印申请中调用的不同印章匹配,故可直接调取各印章相应的关联方清单,然后分别将其他印章对应的法人主体名称与该关联方清单进行精准匹配,并对匹配结果进行去重处理,得到从该笔交易中识别关联交易的识别结果。
二、用印申请中调用的印章数量与合同参与方总数量不一致的情况:假设用印申请中调用了两枚印章,合同甲方参与方录入A(标准名称)、B(非标准名称),合同乙方参与方录入M(非标准名称或者标准名称),当印章数量(两枚)与合同参与方的总数量(3个)不一致时,首先,获取部分能与印章精准匹配的合同参与方,例如,甲方参与方A,根据与甲方参与方A匹配的印章的印章编号,调取相应的关联方清单作为甲方参与方A的关联方清单,然后根据预设的第二匹配规则,将与其他合同参与方(例如,乙方参与方M)的名称进行模糊匹配,判断甲方参与方A与乙方参与方M之间是否存在关联关系,若匹配成功,说明A和M存在关联关系,也就是说该笔交易中存在关联交易A-M;然后,根据未与任一合同参与方匹配的印章的印章编号,调取相应的关联方清单,分别与所述用印申请中全部合同参与方进行模糊匹配。
需要说明的是,同属于合同的甲方参与方的A、B,即使两者之间存在关联交易,但在该笔交易中,A、B之间不存在关联交易,因此,在上述步骤得到匹配结果后,若匹配结果中包含同一合同参与方的两个公司,对该部分结果进行过滤处理,然后将经过过滤处理后的匹配结果作为识别结果。
具体地,预设的第二匹配规则:当所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全包含所述合同参与方的名称,或者,所述合同参与方的名称完全包含所述印章对应的法人主体名称,所述合同参与方与印章实现匹配。可以理解的是,用户在录入合同参与方的名称时,录入的是该合同参与方对应的公司的非标准名称,当录入的参与方名称与印章对应的法人主体名称不完全一致时,参与方与印章之间无法精准匹配。
需要说明的是,上述步骤需在关联方清单维护及时的前提下进行,否则,识别结果可能出现错误。可选地,若存在关联方清单维护不及时的情况,用户可根据实际情况判断该笔交易中是否存在关联交易,接收用户输入的判断结果,若与上述识别结果一致,保留已有的识别结果;若上述识别结果不一致,保留用户输入的判断结果,并提示用户已对识别结果进行调整。
上述实施例提出的电子装置1,通过在针对某笔交易的用印过程中,准确识别该笔交易是否存在关联交易,提高后续关联交易的处理效率。
可选地,在其他的实施例中,关联交易识别程序10还可以被分割为一个或者多个模块,一个或者多个模块被存储于存储器11中,并由一个或多个处理器(本实施例为处理器12)所执行,以完成本申请,本申请所称的模块是指能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机程序指令段。例如,参照图2所示,为本申请关联交易识别程序10的程序模块示意图,该实施例中,关联交易识别程序10可以被分割为接收模块110、匹配模块120、调取模块130及识别模块140,所述模块110-140所实现的功能或操作步骤如下:
接收模块110,用于接收用户针对一笔交易提交的用印申请,该用印申请包括申请调用的一个或多个印章及合同参与方;
匹配模块120,用于按照预设的第一匹配规则,分别将所述合同参与方的名称与所述一个或多个印章对应的法人主体名称进行匹配;
调取模块130,用于当存在合同参与方的名称与所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全匹配时,根据所述印章的印章编号调取关联方清单,作为所述合同参与方的关联方清单;及
识别模块140,用于将除所述合同参与方的其他合同参与方的名称分别与所述关联方清单进行匹配,当匹配成功时,从该笔交易中识别出关联交易,并将识别结果展示给用户。

在本实施例中,以该笔交易仅涉及一份合同,且该合同只有两个合同参与方(即,甲方参与方及乙方参与方)为例,首先,根据预设的第一匹配规则,判断用户录入的合同参与方是否能和与印章对应的法人主体名称精准匹配。作为一种实施方式,所述预设的第一匹配规则包括:当合同参与方的名称与印章对应的法人主体名称完全一致时,判断该合同参与方与该印章之间可实现精准匹配。例如,若用户在录入合同参与方的名称时,录入的是该合同参与方对应的公司的标准名称,而用印申请调用了该公司的印章,因为印章对应的法人主体名称为公司标准名称,也就是说,当录入的合同参与方名称与印章对应的法人主体名称完全一致时,合同参与方与印章之间可实现精准匹配。
需要说明的是,用户录入的某一个合同参与方数量可以为一个,也可以为多个,且一个或多个该合同参与方可分别与用印申请中调用的不同印章精准匹配,那么,将一个或多个该合同参与方分别与能与之精准匹配的印章进行挂钩,并根据印章编号调取各印章对应的关联方清单,作为与该印章挂钩的合同参与方的关联方清单。然后将关联方清单分别与其他合同参与方进行匹配,若匹配成功,则说明该笔交易中存在关联交易。
例如,用户录入甲方参与方的名称为A、乙方参与方的名称为M,用印申请中调用的印章包括A,那么用印申请中调用的印章A可与甲方参与方A精准匹配,根据印章A的印章编号,从关联交易系统中调取相应的关联方清单,作为甲方参与方A的关联方清单,并与录入的乙方参与方M进行匹配,当A的关联方清单中包括乙方参与方M时,判断A与M存在关联关系,即该笔交易中存在关联交易A-M,并将该结果通过客户端的展示界面向用户展示。同理,若用户录入了两个甲方参与方A、B,乙方参与方的名称为M,且甲方参与方A、B分别与印章A、B精准匹配,分别调取A、B的关联方清单 与乙方参与方M进行匹配,若A、B的关联方清单中均包括乙方参与方M时,该笔交易中存在关联交易A-M、B-M,并将该结果通过客户端的展示界面向用户展示。
需要说明的是,上述步骤需满足某一合同参与方可完全与印章精准匹配,那么,以甲方参与方A、B为例,需满足合同中甲方参与方A、B均能与用印申请中调用的印章匹配,才能从关联交易系统中调取相应的关联方清单,并进行关联交易识别。当甲方参与方A可与印章匹配,但甲方参与方B无法与印章匹配时,则需要进行进一步地匹配操作。
具体地,当所述两个或两个以上的合同参与方均不能完全与所述用印申请中调用的印章对应的法人主体名称匹配时,判断用印申请中调用的印章数量与合同参与方的总数量是否一致,存在两种情况:
一、印章数量与合同参与方的总数量一致的情况:假设用印申请中调用了三枚印章,合同甲方参与方录入A(标准名称)、B(非标准名称),合同乙方参与方录入M(非标准名称或者标准名称),印章数量(三枚)与合同参与方的总数量(两个合同甲方参与方,一个合同乙方参与方,共三个)一致,在用户录入过程中没有出错的前提下,可以默认为用户录入的合同参与方可分别与用印申请中调用的不同印章匹配,故可直接调取各印章相应的关联方清单,然后分别将其他印章对应的法人主体名称与该关联方清单进行精准匹配,并对匹配结果进行去重处理,得到从该笔交易中识别关联交易的识别结果。
二、用印申请中调用的印章数量与合同参与方总数量不一致的情况:假设用印申请中调用了两枚印章,合同甲方参与方录入A(标准名称)、B(非标准名称),合同乙方参与方录入M(非标准名称或者标准名称),当印章数量(两枚)与合同参与方的总数量(3个)不一致时,首先,获取部分能与印章精准匹配的合同参与方,例如,甲方参与方A,根据与甲方参与方A匹配的印章的印章编号,调取相应的关联方清单作为甲方参与方A的关联方清单,然后根据预设的第二匹配规则,将与其他合同参与方(例如,乙方参与方M)的名称进行模糊匹配,判断甲方参与方A与乙方参与方M之间是否存在关联关系,若匹配成功,说明A和M存在关联关系,也就是说该笔交易中存在关联交易A-M;然后,根据未与任一合同参与方匹配的印章的印章编号,调取 相应的关联方清单,分别与所述用印申请中全部合同参与方进行模糊匹配。
需要说明的是,同属于合同的甲方参与方的A、B,即使两者之间存在关联交易,但在该笔交易中,A、B之间不存在关联交易,因此,在上述步骤得到匹配结果后,若匹配结果中包含同一合同参与方的两个公司,对该部分结果进行过滤处理,然后将经过过滤处理后的匹配结果作为识别结果。
具体地,预设的第二匹配规则:当所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全包含所述合同参与方的名称,或者,所述合同参与方的名称完全包含所述印章对应的法人主体名称,所述合同参与方与印章实现匹配。可以理解的是,用户在录入合同参与方的名称时,录入的是该合同参与方对应的公司的非标准名称,当录入的参与方名称与印章对应的法人主体名称不完全一致时,参与方与印章之间无法精准匹配。
需要说明的是,上述步骤需在关联方清单维护及时的前提下进行,否则,识别结果可能出现错误。可选地,若存在关联方清单维护不及时的情况,用户可根据实际情况判断该笔交易中是否存在关联交易,接收用户输入的判断结果,若与上述识别结果一致,保留已有的识别结果;若上述识别结果不一致,保留用户输入的判断结果,并提示用户已对识别结果进行调整。
此外,本申请还提供一种关联交易识别方法。参照图3所示,为本申请关联交易识别方法较佳实施例的流程图。该方法可以由一个装置执行,该装置可以由软件和/或硬件实现。
在本实施例中,关联交易识别方法包括:步骤S1-S4。
步骤S1,接收用户针对一笔交易提交的用印申请,该用印申请包括申请调用的一个或多个印章及合同参与方;
步骤S2,按照预设的第一匹配规则,分别将所述合同参与方的名称与所述一个或多个印章对应的法人主体名称进行匹配;
步骤S3,当存在合同参与方的名称与所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全匹配时,根据所述印章的印章编号调取关联方清单,作为所述合同参与方的关联方清单;及
步骤S4,将除所述合同参与方的其他合同参与方的名称分别与所述关联方清单进行匹配,当匹配成功时,从该笔交易中识别出关联交易,并将识别 结果展示给用户。

在本实施例中,以该笔交易仅涉及一份合同,且该合同只有两个合同参与方(即,甲方参与方及乙方参与方)为例,首先,根据预设的第一匹配规则,判断用户录入的合同参与方是否能和与印章对应的法人主体名称精准匹配。作为一种实施方式,所述预设的第一匹配规则包括:当合同参与方的名称与印章对应的法人主体名称完全一致时,判断该合同参与方与该印章之间可实现精准匹配。例如,若用户在录入合同参与方的名称时,录入的是该合同参与方对应的公司的标准名称,而用印申请调用了该公司的印章,因为印章对应的法人主体名称为公司标准名称,也就是说,当录入的合同参与方名称与印章对应的法人主体名称完全一致时,合同参与方与印章之间可实现精准匹配。
需要说明的是,用户录入的某一个合同参与方数量可以为一个,也可以为多个,且一个或多个该合同参与方可分别与用印申请中调用的不同印章精准匹配,那么,将一个或多个该合同参与方分别与能与之精准匹配的印章进行挂钩,并根据印章编号调取各印章对应的关联方清单,作为与该印章挂钩的合同参与方的关联方清单。然后将关联方清单分别与其他合同参与方进行匹配,若匹配成功,则说明该笔交易中存在关联交易。
例如,用户录入甲方参与方的名称为A、乙方参与方的名称为M,用印申请中调用的印章包括A,那么用印申请中调用的印章A可与甲方参与方A 精准匹配,根据印章A的印章编号,从关联交易系统中调取相应的关联方清单,作为甲方参与方A的关联方清单,并与录入的乙方参与方M进行匹配,当A的关联方清单中包括乙方参与方M时,判断A与M存在关联关系,即该笔交易中存在关联交易A-M,并将该结果通过客户端的展示界面向用户展示。同理,若用户录入了两个甲方参与方A、B,乙方参与方的名称为M,且甲方参与方A、B分别与印章A、B精准匹配,分别调取A、B的关联方清单与乙方参与方M进行匹配,若A、B的关联方清单中均包括乙方参与方M时,该笔交易中存在关联交易A-M、B-M,并将该结果通过客户端的展示界面向用户展示。
需要说明的是,上述步骤需满足某一合同参与方可完全与印章精准匹配,那么,以甲方参与方A、B为例,需满足合同中甲方参与方A、B均能与用印申请中调用的印章匹配,才能从关联交易系统中调取相应的关联方清单,并进行关联交易识别。当甲方参与方A可与印章匹配,但甲方参与方B无法与印章匹配时,则需要进行进一步地匹配操作。
具体地,当所述两个或两个以上的合同参与方均不能完全与所述用印申请中调用的印章对应的法人主体名称匹配时,判断用印申请中调用的印章数量与合同参与方的总数量是否一致,存在两种情况:
一、印章数量与合同参与方的总数量一致的情况:假设用印申请中调用了三枚印章,合同甲方参与方录入A(标准名称)、B(非标准名称),合同乙方参与方录入M(非标准名称或者标准名称),印章数量(三枚)与合同参与方的总数量(两个合同甲方参与方,一个合同乙方参与方,共三个)一致,在用户录入过程中没有出错的前提下,可以默认为用户录入的合同参与方可分别与用印申请中调用的不同印章匹配,故可直接调取各印章相应的关联方清单,然后分别将其他印章对应的法人主体名称与该关联方清单进行精准匹配,并对匹配结果进行去重处理,得到从该笔交易中识别关联交易的识别结果。
二、用印申请中调用的印章数量与合同参与方总数量不一致的情况:假设用印申请中调用了两枚印章,合同甲方参与方录入A(标准名称)、B(非标准名称),合同乙方参与方录入M(非标准名称或者标准名称),当印章数量(两枚)与合同参与方的总数量(3个)不一致时,首先,获取部分能与印 章精准匹配的合同参与方,例如,甲方参与方A,根据与甲方参与方A匹配的印章的印章编号,调取相应的关联方清单作为甲方参与方A的关联方清单,然后根据预设的第二匹配规则,将与其他合同参与方(例如,乙方参与方M)的名称进行模糊匹配,判断甲方参与方A与乙方参与方M之间是否存在关联关系,若匹配成功,说明A和M存在关联关系,也就是说该笔交易中存在关联交易A-M;然后,根据未与任一合同参与方匹配的印章的印章编号,调取相应的关联方清单,分别与所述用印申请中全部合同参与方进行模糊匹配。
需要说明的是,同属于合同的甲方参与方的A、B,即使两者之间存在关联交易,但在该笔交易中,A、B之间不存在关联交易,因此,在上述步骤得到匹配结果后,若匹配结果中包含同一合同参与方的两个公司,对该部分结果进行过滤处理,然后将经过过滤处理后的匹配结果作为识别结果。
具体地,预设的第二匹配规则:当所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全包含所述合同参与方的名称,或者,所述合同参与方的名称完全包含所述印章对应的法人主体名称,所述合同参与方与印章实现匹配。可以理解的是,用户在录入合同参与方的名称时,录入的是该合同参与方对应的公司的非标准名称,当录入的参与方名称与印章对应的法人主体名称不完全一致时,参与方与印章之间无法精准匹配。
需要说明的是,上述步骤需在关联方清单维护及时的前提下进行,否则,识别结果可能出现错误。可选地,若存在关联方清单维护不及时的情况,用户可根据实际情况判断该笔交易中是否存在关联交易,接收用户输入的判断结果,若与上述识别结果一致,保留已有的识别结果;若上述识别结果不一致,保留用户输入的判断结果,并提示用户已对识别结果进行调整。
上述实施例提出的关联交易识别方法,通过在针对某笔交易的用印过程中,准确识别该笔交易是否存在关联交易,提高后续关联交易的处理效率。
此外,本申请实施例还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有关联交易识别程序10,该程序被处理器执行时实现如下操作:
接收用户针对一笔交易提交的用印申请,该用印申请包括申请调用的一个或多个印章及合同参与方;
按照预设的第一匹配规则,分别将所述合同参与方的名称与所述一个或多个印章对应的法人主体名称进行匹配;
当存在合同参与方的名称与所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全匹配时,根据所述印章的印章编号调取关联方清单,作为所述合同参与方的关联方清单;及
将除所述合同参与方的其他合同参与方的名称分别与所述关联方清单进行匹配,当匹配成功时,从该笔交易中识别出关联交易,并将识别结果展示给用户。
本申请计算机可读存储介质具体实施方式与上述关联交易识别方法中各实施例基本相同,在此不作累述。
需要说明的是,上述本申请实施例序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施例的优劣。并且本文中的术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、装置、物品或者方法不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、装置、物品或者方法所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、装置、物品或者方法中还存在另外的相同要素。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在如上所述的一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。
以上仅为本申请的优选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种关联交易识别方法,应用于电子装置,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    接收用户针对一笔交易提交的用印申请,该用印申请包括申请调用的一个或多个印章及合同参与方;
    按照预设的第一匹配规则,分别将所述合同参与方的名称与所述一个或多个印章对应的法人主体名称进行匹配;
    当存在合同参与方的名称与所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全匹配时,根据所述印章的印章编号调取关联方清单,作为所述合同参与方的关联方清单;及
    将除所述合同参与方的其他合同参与方的名称分别与所述关联方清单进行匹配,当匹配成功时,从该笔交易中识别出关联交易,并将识别结果展示给用户。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的关联交易识别方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    当所述合同参与方的名称不能完全与所述一个或多个印章对应的法人主体名称匹配时,判断所述用印申请中调用的印章数量与合同参与方数量是否一致;及
    当所述用印申请中调用的印章数量与所述合同参与方数量一致时,根据印章编号调取各印章相应的关联方清单,分别将所述一个或多个印章对应的法人主体名称与所述关联方清单进行匹配,根据匹配结果判断该笔交易中是否存在关联交易。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的关联交易识别方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    当所述用印申请中调用的印章数量与合同参与方数量不一致时,获取与所述印章对应的法人主体名称部分匹配的合同参与方的关联方清单;
    根据预设的第二匹配规则,将所述关联方清单与其他合同参与方的名称进行匹配;
    根据未与合同参与方匹配的印章编号,调取相应的关联方清单,分别与所述用印申请中全部合同参与方进行匹配;及
    根据匹配结果得到从该笔交易中识别关联交易的识别结果。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的关联交易识别方法,其特征在于,所述预设的第一匹配规则包括:
    当所述合同参与方的名称与所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全一致时, 所述合同参与方与所述印章实现精准匹配。
  5. 如权利要求3至4中任意一项所述的关联交易识别方法,其特征在于,所述预设的第二匹配规则包括:
    当所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全包含所述合同参与方的名称,或者,当所述合同参与方的名称完全包含所述印章对应的法人主体名称,所述合同参与方与所述印章实现模糊匹配。
  6. 一种电子装置,其特征在于,该装置包括:存储器、处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的关联交易识别程序,该程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    接收用户针对一笔交易提交的用印申请,该用印申请包括申请调用的一个或多个印章及合同参与方;
    按照预设的第一匹配规则,分别将所述合同参与方的名称与所述一个或多个印章对应的法人主体名称进行匹配;
    当存在合同参与方的名称与所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全匹配时,根据所述印章的印章编号调取关联方清单,作为所述合同参与方的关联方清单;及
    将除所述合同参与方的其他合同参与方的名称分别与所述关联方清单进行匹配,当匹配成功时,从该笔交易中识别出关联交易,并将识别结果展示给用户。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于,该程序被所述处理器执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    当所述合同参与方的名称不能完全与所述一个或多个印章对应的法人主体名称匹配时,判断所述用印申请中调用的印章数量与合同参与方数量是否一致;及
    当所述用印申请中调用的印章数量与所述合同参与方数量一致时,根据印章编号调取各印章相应的关联方清单,分别将所述一个或多个印章对应的法人主体名称与所述关联方清单进行匹配,根据匹配结果判断该笔交易中是否存在关联交易。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电子装置,其特征在于,该程序被所述处理器执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    当所述用印申请中调用的印章数量与合同参与方数量不一致时,获取部分能与印章精准匹配的合同参与方的关联方清单;
    根据预设的第二匹配规则,将所述关联方清单与其他合同参与方的名称进行匹配;
    根据未与合同参与方匹配的印章编号,调取相应的关联方清单,分别与所述用印申请中全部合同参与方进行匹配;及
    根据匹配结果得到从该笔交易中识别关联交易的识别结果。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述预设的第一匹配规则包括:当所述合同参与方的名称与所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全一致时,所述合同参与方与所述印章实现精准匹配。
  10. 如权利要求8至9中任意一项所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述预设的第二匹配规则包括:
    当所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全包含所述合同参与方的名称,或者,当所述合同参与方的名称完全包含所述印章对应的法人主体名称,所述合同参与方与所述印章实现模糊匹配。
  11. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有关联交易识别程序,该程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    接收用户针对一笔交易提交的用印申请,该用印申请包括申请调用的一个或多个印章及合同参与方;
    按照预设的第一匹配规则,分别将所述合同参与方的名称与所述一个或多个印章对应的法人主体名称进行匹配;
    当存在合同参与方的名称与所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全匹配时,根据所述印章的印章编号调取关联方清单,作为所述合同参与方的关联方清单;及
    将除所述合同参与方的其他合同参与方的名称分别与所述关联方清单进行匹配,当匹配成功时,从该笔交易中识别出关联交易,并将识别结果展示给用户。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,该程序被所述处理器执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    当所述合同参与方的名称不能完全与所述一个或多个印章对应的法人主 体名称匹配时,判断所述用印申请中调用的印章数量与合同参与方数量是否一致;及
    当所述用印申请中调用的印章数量与所述合同参与方数量一致时,根据印章编号调取各印章相应的关联方清单,分别将所述一个或多个印章对应的法人主体名称与所述关联方清单进行匹配,根据匹配结果判断该笔交易中是否存在关联交易。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,该程序被所述处理器执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    当所述用印申请中调用的印章数量与合同参与方数量不一致时,获取部分能与印章精准匹配的合同参与方的关联方清单;
    根据预设的第二匹配规则,将所述关联方清单与其他合同参与方的名称进行匹配;
    根据未与合同参与方匹配的印章编号,调取相应的关联方清单,分别与所述用印申请中全部合同参与方进行匹配;及
    根据匹配结果得到从该笔交易中识别关联交易的识别结果。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述预设的第一匹配规则包括:当所述合同参与方的名称与所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全一致时,所述合同参与方与所述印章实现精准匹配。
  15. 如权利要求13至14中任意一项所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述预设的第二匹配规则包括:
    当所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全包含所述合同参与方的名称,或者,当所述合同参与方的名称完全包含所述印章对应的法人主体名称,所述合同参与方与所述印章实现模糊匹配。
  16. 一种关联交易识别程序,其特征在于,该程序包括:
    接收模块,用于接收用户针对一笔交易提交的用印申请,该用印申请包括申请调用的一个或多个印章及合同参与方;
    匹配模块,用于按照预设的第一匹配规则,分别将所述合同参与方的名称与所述一个或多个印章对应的法人主体名称进行匹配;
    调取模块,用于当存在合同参与方的名称与所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全匹配时,根据所述印章的印章编号调取关联方清单,作为所述合同参 与方的关联方清单;及
    识别模块,用于将除所述合同参与方的其他合同参与方的名称分别与所述关联方清单进行匹配,当匹配成功时,从该笔交易中识别出关联交易,并将识别结果展示给用户。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的关联交易识别程序,其特征在于,所述识别模块还用于:
    当所述合同参与方的名称不能完全与所述一个或多个印章对应的法人主体名称匹配时,判断所述用印申请中调用的印章数量与合同参与方数量是否一致;及
    当所述用印申请中调用的印章数量与所述合同参与方数量一致时,根据印章编号调取各印章相应的关联方清单,分别将所述一个或多个印章对应的法人主体名称与所述关联方清单进行匹配,根据匹配结果判断该笔交易中是否存在关联交易。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的关联交易识别程序,其特征在于,所述识别模块还用于:
    当所述用印申请中调用的印章数量与合同参与方数量不一致时,获取部分能与印章精准匹配的合同参与方的关联方清单;
    根据预设的第二匹配规则,将所述关联方清单与其他合同参与方的名称进行匹配;
    根据未与合同参与方匹配的印章编号,调取相应的关联方清单,分别与所述用印申请中全部合同参与方进行匹配;及
    根据匹配结果得到从该笔交易中识别关联交易的识别结果。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的关联交易识别程序,其特征在于,所述预设的第一匹配规则包括:当所述合同参与方的名称与所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全一致时,所述合同参与方与所述印章实现精准匹配。
  20. 如权利要求18至19中任意一项所述的关联交易识别程序,其特征在于,所述预设的第二匹配规则包括:
    当所述印章对应的法人主体名称完全包含所述合同参与方的名称,或者,当所述合同参与方的名称完全包含所述印章对应的法人主体名称,所述合同参与方与所述印章实现模糊匹配。
