例如专利“CN202283223U”公开了一种折叠框架，包括：左框架、右框架、左支腿、右支腿、活动支架、斜撑和内连接板、外连接板；其中左框架和右框架均为U型框架，通过连接件一相对于内连接板和外连接板的组合做90°垂直翻转折叠；所述的左支腿和右支腿均为U型框架，其下端直接支撑在地面上；在左支腿和右支腿的U型框架的中下部分别连接设置有张紧连接件，在该张紧连接件的接头部位设置有连接扣；在右框架与右支腿之间分别设置有两个斜撑；在左支腿的U型框架的底边管上安装设置有活动支架。该技术方案设计的折叠框架重量轻，可折叠，搬运方便，不占生活空间，可用于折叠浴缸的支撑，可用于各种水池、清洗池、水产养殖池等无毒无害液体的存储容器，但是却存在着安装不便，需要工具及紧固件进行安装，结构较为复杂等问题。
例如专利“CN103501660B”公开了一种模块化的便携架，所述便携架能够由单独的使用者在很短时间内在没有任何工具和硬件的情况下快速简单地组装和拆卸。在其拆卸情况下，便携架包括第一和第二基部框架、第一和第二侧部框架、以及四个腿部，一共八个部件，且仅有三种不同的部件，即基部框架、侧部框架和腿部。部件的模块化提供了简化的生产，同时允许相对小的拆卸包装以用于传送、运输或存储。部件在角部处的互锁在组装时提供了刚性稳固的周界框架，所述周界框架在装载有植物繁殖托盘、鱼缸、或者其他重物时比平常的固定支撑件变得更刚性。该技术方案虽然也不需要工具进行安装，但仍然存在很多缺陷：便携架内的高度不可调节，无法满足更多的使用需求；腿部上部为圆形，需要依靠凸出部锁定；大小有局限性，无法拓展便携架大小。
因此，目前急需要一种能够随意调节高度，且不需要工具和紧固件就能安装的具有稳定结构的托盘台以满足使用者需求。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中存在的托盘台高度不可调节，腿部无法自锁，大小不可调节等问题，本发明提供了一种托盘台。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现上述目的：一种托盘台，包括侧部支撑条、左侧安装条和右侧安装条，其特征在于：所述左侧安装条和右侧安装条均包括两个或两个以上的“U”型卡槽，所述侧部支撑条包括片状卡扣，所述侧部支撑条通 过片状卡扣和“U”型卡槽的互相卡合结构与左侧安装条和右侧安装条共同形成一种稳定牢固的侧面框架，所述片状卡扣通过与不同高度的“U”型卡槽互相卡合以实现侧面框架的高度可调节。
在此基础上，所述左侧安装条和右侧安装条各自还包括一个侧板和一个后板，所述后板与“U”型卡槽相互平行且均位于侧板的同一面，所述左侧安装条和右侧安装条呈左右对称。
在此基础上，所述侧部支撑条还包括方形金属管，所述片状卡扣数量为两个，分别固定于方形金属管左右两端的同一侧面。
在此基础上，所述侧部支撑条左右两端分别与左侧安装条和右侧安装条上的侧板相接触，所述侧部支撑条上与片状卡扣相对的侧面与左侧安装条和右侧安装条上的后板平行接触。
在此基础上，还包括一号侧部框架、二号侧部框架和三号侧部框架，所述一号侧部框架、二号侧部框架和三号侧部框架均包括左侧安装条、右侧安装条、方形金属管和安装套管，所述左侧安装条和右侧安装条的一端面分别与方形金属管左右两端固定连接，另一端面各固定连接有一个安装套管。
在此基础上，还包括支撑腿，所述支撑腿包括安装插管和方形金属管，所述安装插管插入方形金属管上端部并固定焊接，且其外部尺寸大小与方形金属管内部方孔大小一致。
在此基础上，所述安装插管外部大小和形状与安装套管的内孔大小和形状相一致，且可以为方形、星形、三角形或其他任意不可转动的异形。
在此基础上，所述安装插管依次插入一号侧部框架和二号侧部框架或三号侧部框架的安装套管中，直至安装套管与支撑腿上的方形金属管上部相接触，以形成在每个连接处由一个支撑腿支撑的四侧部框架。
在此基础上，所述安装插管依次插入二号侧部框架和三号侧部框架的安装套管中，直至安装套管与支撑腿上的方形金属管上部相接触，以形成在每个侧面处由一个支撑腿支撑的侧面框架。
在此基础上，还包括水平支撑条，所述水平支撑条包括2个“U”型搭扣和方形金属管，所述“U”型搭扣分别固定于方形金属管两端，且两个“U”型搭扣开口方向与方形金属管的一个侧面朝向一致，所述水平支撑条通过“U”型搭扣 搭设于侧部支撑条上。
在此基础上，所述片状卡扣四周设有多个半圆形凹槽用于点焊。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：通过“U”型卡槽与片状卡扣之间的卡合设计，实现侧部支撑条在无工具且不使用紧固件情况下的模块化便携式安装；通过设计不同高度的“U”型卡槽，实现了侧部支撑条和水平支撑条的高度可调；安装插管与安装套管相互配合在角落处形成由一个支撑腿支撑的四侧部框架，便于托盘台在无工具情况下的模块化便携式安装；将安装插管与安装套管配合部分设计成不可转动的异形，增加了托盘台的牢固程度。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
如图1-图11所示，本发明示意性的示出了一种托盘台。
本发明披露了一种托盘台，如图1-2所示，一种托盘台，包括一号侧部框架1、二号侧部框架2、三号侧部框架3、侧部支撑条4、水平支撑条5和支撑腿6，该托盘台所用材料为金属材料，材料表面喷有油漆，所用管材为空心管材，以减少托盘台自重。
如图3-6所示，一号侧部框架1、二号侧部框架2和三号侧部框架3均包括左侧安装条101、右侧安装条102、方形金属管103和安装套管104，左侧安装条101和右侧安装条102的一端面分别与方形金属管103左右两端固定连接，另一端面各固定连接有一个安装套管104，一号侧部框架1、二号侧部框架2和三号侧部框架3均呈现为“门”型结构。同时方形金属管103可根据实际使用情况设计成不同的长度，从而改变一号侧部框架1或/和二号侧部框架2或/和三号侧部框架3的宽度，使其在狭窄或宽敞的场地均能搭设，以满足不同的使用需求。
如图11所示，为左侧安装条101的结构示意图，左侧安装条101和右侧安装条102均包括一个侧板、一个后板和两个或两个以上的“U”型卡槽，后板与“U”型卡槽相互平行且均位于侧板的同一面，左侧安装条101和右侧安装条102呈左右对称且均是通过落料弯折工艺完成，使得侧板、后板和“U”型卡槽之间的连接更加稳定牢固。
如图7所示，侧部支撑条4包括方形金属管103和片状卡扣402，片状卡扣402数量为两个，分别固定于方形金属管103左右两端的同一侧面，侧部支撑条4通过片状卡扣402和“U”型卡槽的互相卡合结构与左侧安装条101和右侧安装条102共同形成一种稳定牢固的侧面框架，片状卡扣402通过与不同高度的“U”型卡槽互相卡合以实现侧面框架的高度可调节，该框架可在无任何工具以及紧固件的情况下实现便携式安装，且具备很高的使用强度。同时方形金属管103可根据实际使用情况设计成不同的长度，以便于与一号侧部框架1、二号侧部框架2和三号侧部框架3进行配合安装。
作为本发明的优选实施例，侧部支撑条4左右两端分别与左侧安装条101和右侧安装条102上的侧板相接触，侧部支撑条4上片状卡扣402相对的侧面与左侧安装条101和右侧安装条102上的后板平行接触，这样设置使得侧部支撑条4的端部在多个方向受到约束，有效的提高了侧部支撑条4的稳定性。
作为本发明的优选实施例，如图9所示，支撑腿6包括安装插管601和方形金属管103，安装插管601插入方形金属管103上端部，在方形金属管103上部开设圆孔并在圆孔处将两者固定焊接，且其外部尺寸大小与方形金属管103内部方孔大小一致；安装插管601外部大小和形状与安装套管104的内孔大小和形状相一致，且可以为方形、星形、三角形或其他任意不可转动的异形，不可转动的异形使得托盘台支撑腿6的支撑更加牢固可靠。另一方面，可以通过调节支撑腿6上所用方形金属管103的长度，来调节托盘台的高度，以满足不同的使用需求。
作为本发明的优选实施例，安装插管601依次插入一号侧部框架1和二号侧部框架2或三号侧部框架3的安装套管104中，直至安装套管104与支撑腿6上的方形金属管103上部相接触，以形成在每个连接处由一个支撑腿支撑的四侧部框架，四周框架通过这样的方法连接紧密牢固，便于安装。
作为本发明的优选实施例，安装插管601依次插入二号侧部框架2和三号侧部框架3的安装套管104中，直至安装套管104与支撑腿6上的方形金属管103上部相接触，以形成在每个侧面处由一个支撑腿支撑的侧面框架，侧面框架通过这样的方法连接紧密牢固，便于安装，还可通过增加或减少二号侧部框架2和三号侧部框架3的数量以实现整个托盘台使用面积的大小调节。
作为本发明的优选实施例，如图8所示，水平支撑条5包括2个“U”型搭扣502和方形金属管103，“U”型搭扣502分别固定于方形金属管103两端，且两个“U”型搭扣502开口方向与方形金属管103的一个侧面朝向一致，水平支撑条5通过“U”型搭扣502搭设于侧部支撑条4上，这样设计一方面能起支撑物品作用，另一方面安装拆卸简单，还可随意调整水平支撑条5数量及间隙，以满足不同的使用需求，应用范围更加广泛。同时水平支撑条5的长度需与一号侧部框架1的宽度或二号侧部框架2和三号侧部框架3的宽度之和保持一致才可进行配合安装；另一方面，当使用场地足够大，需要使用多个一号侧部框架1、二号侧部框架2和三号侧部框架3时，水平支撑条5的长度应与所搭设托盘台的长度方向的距离或宽度方向的距离保持一致。
作为本发明的优选实施例，如图10所示，片状卡扣402和“U”型卡槽均为薄片状，可以减少体积，片状卡扣402四周设有多个半圆形凹槽用于点焊，通过焊接使得部件直接牢固程度更高。
作为本发明的优选实施例，托盘台的组成部件所用材料可以是金属，也可以是陶瓷、木材、塑料等材料制成，以减轻托盘台重量。
本发明的工作原理是：首先，将一号侧部框架1、二号侧部框架2和三号侧部框架3上的安装套管104在端面上保持两两接触对齐，使一号侧部框架1、二号侧部框架2和三号侧部框架3围成一个方形框架，安装插管601插入对齐的安装套管104中，使得方形框架保持一个稳定牢固的状态，该步骤操作简单，可运用于各种便携式安装架，运用范围广泛，具有很强的适应性；随后将侧部支撑条4从“U”型卡槽上方的位置，放入左侧安装条101和右侧安装条102之间，直至侧部支撑条4上的方形金属管103侧面与左侧安装条101和右侧安装条102上的后板相接触，随后将侧部支撑条4垂直向下推动，直至片状卡扣402与“U”型卡槽相卡合，通过与不同高度的“U”型卡槽卡合，以实现高度调节；随后将水平支撑条5通过“U”型搭扣502搭设于侧部支撑条4上，可以随意移动水平支撑条5位置，增加或者减少水平支撑条5的数量，以适应不同需求。
本发明的有益效果是：通过“U”型卡槽与片状卡扣之间的卡合设计，实现侧部支撑条在无工具且不使用紧固件情况下的模块化便携式安装；通过设计不同高度的“U”型卡槽，实现了侧部支撑条和水平支撑条的高度可调；安装插管与安装套管相互配合在角落处形成由一个支撑腿支撑的四侧部框架，便于托盘台在无工具情况下的模块化便携式安装；将安装插管与安装套管配合部分设计成不可转动的异形，增加了托盘台的牢固程度。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种托盘台，包括侧部支撑条(4)、左侧安装条(101)和右侧安装条(102)，其特征在于：所述左侧安装条(101)和右侧安装条(102)均包括两个或两个以上的“U”型卡槽，所述侧部支撑条(4)包括片状卡扣(402)，所述侧部支撑条(4)通过片状卡扣(402)和“U”型卡槽的互相卡合结构与左侧安装条(101)和右侧安装条(102)共同形成一种稳定牢固的侧面框架，所述片状卡扣(402)通过与不同高度的“U”型卡槽互相卡合以实现侧面框架的高度可调节。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种托盘台，其特征在于：所述左侧安装条(101)和右侧安装条(102)各自还包括一个侧板和一个后板，所述后板与“U”型卡槽相互平行且均位于侧板的同一面，所述左侧安装条(101)和右侧安装条(102)呈左右对称。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种托盘台，其特征在于：所述侧部支撑条(4)还包括方形金属管(103)，所述片状卡扣(402)数量为两个，分别固定于方形金属管(103)左右两端的同一侧面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种托盘台，其特征在于：所述侧部支撑条(4)左右两端分别与左侧安装条(101)和右侧安装条(102)上的侧板相接触，所述侧部支撑条(4)上与片状卡扣(402)相对的侧面与左侧安装条(101)和右侧安装条(102)上的后板平行接触。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种托盘台，其特征在于：还包括一号侧部框架(1)、二号侧部框架(2)和三号侧部框架(3)，所述一号侧部框架(1)、二号侧部框架(2)和三号侧部框架(3)均包括左侧安装条(101)、右侧安装条(102)、方形金属管(103)和安装套管(104)，所述左侧安装条(101)和右侧安装条(102)的一端面分别与方形金属管(103)左右两端固定连接，另一端面各固定连接有一个安装套管(104)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种托盘台，其特征在于：还包括支撑腿(6)，所述支撑腿(6)包括安装插管(601)和方形金属管(103)，所述安装插管(601)插入方形金属管(103)上端部并固定焊接，且其外部尺寸大小与方形金属管(103)内部方孔大小一致。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种托盘台，其特征在于：所述安装插管(601)外部大小和形状与安装套管(104)的内孔大小和形状相一致，且可以为方形、星形、 三角形或其他任意不可转动的异形。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种托盘台，其特征在于：所述安装插管(601)依次插入一号侧部框架(1)、二号侧部框架(2)和三号侧部框架(3)这三者中任意两个上的安装套管(104)中，直至安装套管(104)与支撑腿(6)上的方形金属管(103)上部相接触，以形成在每个连接处由一个支撑腿支撑的四侧部框架。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种托盘台，其特征在于：还包括水平支撑条(5)，所述水平支撑条(5)包括2个“U”型搭扣(502)和方形金属管(103)，所述“U”型搭扣(502)分别固定于方形金属管(103)两端，且两个“U”型搭扣(502)开口方向与方形金属管(103)的一个侧面朝向一致，所述水平支撑条(5)通过“U”型搭扣(502)搭设于侧部支撑条(4)上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种托盘台，其特征在于：所述片状卡扣(402)四周设有多个半圆形凹槽用于点焊。
