Abstract

一种产品销量提报方法、支付方法和终端设备。该方法包括:终端设备响应于针对第一应用程序的操作,显示第一界面,第一界面中包含第一控件;终端设备响应于针对第一控件的操作,显示第二界面,第二界面中包括摄像头的预览画面;当预览画面中包含图形码时,终端设备识别图形码,得到至少一个产品码;其中,至少一个产品码用于标识已销售产品;终端设备响应于获得至少一个产品码,显示第三界面,第三界面中显示至少一个产品码、产品销售信息以及第二控件;产品销售信息包括销售店面信息、销售人员信息,终端设备响应于针对第二控件的操作,将至少一个产品码、销售店面信息和/或销售人员信息提交至服务器。这种方式,方便销售人员提交销售信息。

一种产品销量提报方法、支付方法和终端设备 技术领域
本申请涉及信息技术领域,尤其涉及一种产品销量提报方法、支付方法和终端设备。
背景技术
二维码(2-dimensional bar code)或条形码是用某种特定的几何图像按照一定规律在平面(二维方向上)分布的黑白相间的图形数据符号信息,可以通过图像输入设备或者光电扫描设备自动识读二维码或条形码以获取与二维码或条形码相关联的信息。
随着科学技术的发展,越来越多的信息以二维码或条形码的形式体现,例如二维码可作为登陆凭证,流量入口,身份凭证、支付凭证等,遍布各电商平台、商场、网站、甚至车票上,用户只需使用二维码扫码应用程序(APP)扫码二维码或条形码便可获取与二维码或条形码相关联的信息。
以二维码是支付凭证为例,在扫码支付的过程中,用户往往更加关注支付的安全性。但目前,扫码支付的安全性较低。
发明内容
本申请提供一种产品销量提报方法、支付方法和终端设备,用以解决现有技术中存在的扫码支付的安全性较低的问题。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供一种产品销量提报方法,该方法可以通过终端设备实现。该方法包括:
终端设备响应于用户针对第一应用程序的操作,在所述终端设备的显示屏上显示第一界面,所述第一界面中包含第一控件;所述终端设备响应于用户针对所述第一控件的操作,在所述显示屏上显示第二界面,所述第二界面中包括摄像头的预览画面;当所述预览画面中包含图形码时,所述终端设备识别所述图形码,得到所述图形码中关联的至少一个产品码;其中,所述至少一个产品码用于标识所述已销售产品;所述终端设备响应于获得所述至少一个产品码,所述终端设备在所述显示屏上显示第三界面,所述第三界面中显示所述至少一个产品码、产品销售信息以及第二控件;所述产品销售信息包括销售店面信息和/或销售人员信息;其中,所述销售店面信息关联于所述终端设备当前所处的地理位置信息,所述销售人员信息关联于所述终端设备登陆所述第一应用程序的账户信息;所述终端设备响应于用户针对所述第二控件的操作,所述终端设备将所述至少一个产品码、所述销售店面信息和/或销售人员信息提交至服务器。
在本申请实施例中,终端设备通过扫描图形码,得到图形码中关联的至少一个产品码,而且终端设备还可以显示销售店面信息和/或销售人员信息。然后,终端设备可以将至少一个产品码、销售店面信息和/或销售人员信息提交至服务器。这种方式中,销售人员可以通过终端设备实现产品销量提报的过程,无需提交纸制凭证,方便操作,提高效率。
在一种可能的设计中,终端设备显示的第三界面中还包含所述图形码的第一图像,所述第一图像上的第一显示区域显示所述至少一个产品码。
在本申请实施例中,终端设备还可以显示图形码的图像,而且该图像中可以添加有至 少一个产品码的水印。销售人员可以存储添加有水印的图像,以作为该销售人员此次销售行为的证据,防止虚假销售行为的发生。
在一种可能的设计中,终端设备显示的第三界面中还包括输入框;所述终端设备检测到所述输入框中被输入第一信息后,在所述输入框中显示所述第一信息;当所述终端设备检测到针对所述第二控件的操作时,将所述输入框中显示的第一信息提交至服务器;其中,所述第一信息包括购买人员信息和/或销售时间。
在本申请实施例中,销售人员可以在终端设备显示的输入框中输入购买人员信息、销售时间等,即销售人员可以通过终端设备实现产品销量提报的过程,无需提交纸制凭证,方便操作,提高效率。
在一种可能的设计中,终端设备接收服务器发送的确认结果,所述终端设备显示第四界面,所述第四界面中包含提示信息,所述提示信息关联于所述确认结果;其中,所述提示信息用于提示用户所述至少一个产品码和所述产品销售信息是否上报成功。
在本申请实施例中,终端设备可以显示提示信息,来提示用户至少一个产品码和产品销售信息是否上报成功,有助于提高用户体验。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供一种销量报告生成方法,该方法可以通过服务器实现,该方法包括:
服务器接收终端设备提交的至少一个产品码和产品销售信息;其中,所述至少一个产品码用于标识已销售产品,所述产品销售信息包含销售店面信息和/或销售人员信息;其中,所述销售店面信息关联于所述终端设备当前所处的地理位置信息,所述销售人员信息关联于登陆所述终端设备中的第一应用程序的账户的账户信息;所述服务器基于至少一个产品码、销售店面信息和/或销售人员信息生成产品销量报告。
在本申请实施例中,服务器接收终端设备提交的至少一个产品码和产品销售信息,然后基于至少一个产品码和产品销售信息生成销量报告。通过这种方式,销售人员可以通过终端设备实现产品销量提报的过程,无需提交纸制凭证,管理人员在统计销量时,也无需核对纸制凭证,方便操作,提高效率。
在一种可能的设计中,所述服务器判断所述至少一个产品码中第一产品码是否满足产品码命名规则;若所述第一产品码不满足产品码命名规则,所述服务器向所述终端设备发送确认结果,所述确认结果用于指示所述至少一个产品码无效,上报失败;或者所述服务器判断所述至少一个产品码中第一产品码是否与产品列表中第二产品的第二产品码相同,其中,所述产品列表中包含所有未销售产品的产品码;若所述第二产品码是否与产品列表中第一产品的第一产品码不相同,则所述服务器向所述终端设备发送确认结果,所述确认结果用于指示所述至少一个产品码无效,上报失败;其中,所述第一产品码是所述至少一个产品码中的任意一个产品码。
在本申请实施例中,服务器可以通过判断至少一个产品码是否符合命名规则,或通过判断至少一个产品是否存在于产品列表中来确定至少一个产品码是否有效,提高销量报告的准确性。
在一种可能的设计中,所述产品销售信息中还包括产品图像,所述服务器通过分类器对所述产品图像进行翻拍鉴定;其中,所述分类器为通过将多个已知为翻拍图像的图像作为图像库对原始分类器进行训练后得到的分类器;若所述产品图像为翻拍图像,所述服务器向所述终端设备发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示用户上报失败。
在本申请实施例中,服务器可以判断产品图像是否为翻拍图像,若是,则服务器向终端设备发送提示信息,以提示用户上报失败。通过这种方式,有助于防止虚假销售信息的上报,提高销量统计的准确性。
第三方面,本申请实施例提供一种支付方法,所述方法应用于第一终端设备,所述第一终端设备关联于第一资金账户,所述方法包括:所述第一终端设备响应于用户针对第一应用程序的第一操作,在所述第一终端设备的显示屏上显示第一界面;其中,所述第一界面中包含摄像头的预览画面;当所述预览画面中包含图形码时,所述第一终端设备识别所述图形码,获得所述图形码中关联的第二地理位置和第二资金账户,所述图形码为二维码和/或条形码;所述第一终端设备响应于识别所述图形码,在所述显示屏上显示第二界面,所述第二界面中包含提示信息和第一控件;所述提示信息用于提示用户支付存在风险,所述提示信息为所述第一终端设备基于所述第二地理位置得到的;所述第一终端设备响应于用户针对所述第一控件的操作,将第一资金账户和所述第二资金账户发送给交易服务器。
在本申请实施例中,第一终端设备通过扫描图形码得到所述图形码中关联的第二地理位置和第二资金账户。然后,基于第二地理位置生成提示信息,以提示用户支付存在风险。若用户选择继续支付,则第一终端设备第一资金账户和所述第二资金账户发送给交易服务器。在这种方式中,用户可以通过提示信息判断支付是否安全,有助于提高支付的安全性。
在一种可能的设计中,所述第一终端设备响应于针对所述第一控件的操作,将第一资金账户和所述第二资金账户发送给交易服务器,包括:所述第一终端设备响应于针对所述第一控件的操作,在所述显示屏上显示第三界面,所述第三界面中包含密码输入区域;若所述密码输入区域被输入的第一密码与预设密码一致,所述第一终端设备将第一资金账户和所述第二资金账户发送给交易服务器。
在本申请实施例中,用户可以在第一终端设备的第三界面中输入密码。若密码正确,则第一终端设备将第一资金账户和所述第二资金账户发送给交易服务器,有助于提高支付的安全性。
在一种可能的设计中,第一终端设备将所述第一资金账户和所述第二资金账户的交易金额发送给所述交易服务器。
在本申请实施例中,当用户判断支付安全后,第一终端设备将第一资金账户和所述第二资金账户的交易金额发送给交易服务区。通过这种方式,有助于提高支付安全性。
在一种可能的设计中,所述第一终端设备基于所述第二地理位置得到所述提示信息,包括:所述第一终端设备判断所述第二地理位置与第一地理位置之间的距离是否大于预设距离;其中,所述第一地理位置为所述第一终端设备当前所处的地理位置;当所述距离大于所述预设距离时,所述第一终端设备生成所述提示信息。
在本申请实施例中,当第二地理位置与第一地理位置之间的距离是否大于预设距离时,第一终端设备生成提示信息,提示用户支付存在风险。通过这种方式,有助于提高支付安全性。
在一种可能的设计中,所述第二地理位置中包含商店地址。
在本申请实施例中,第二地理位置还可以包含商店地址,当第一终端设备确定当前的第一地理位置与商店地址之间的距离小于预设距离时,第一终端设备可以显示提示信息,以提示用户支付存在风险。通过这种方式,有助于提高支付安全性。
在一种可能的设计中,所述图形码还关联于第二账户信息,所述第二账户信息为登录 第二终端设备中的第二应用程序的账户的信息,所述第二终端设备为生成所述图形码的设备。
在本申请实施例中,第一终端设备扫描图形码后,还可以得到图形码中关联的第二账户信息。以微信为例,第一终端设备可以得到微信号,昵称等等。第一终端设备可以显示第二账户信息,以帮助第一终端设备的用户判断支付是否安全。
在一种可能的设计中,所述第二账户信息包括用户头像和/或用户昵称。
在本申请实施例中,第一终端设备扫描图形码后,可以得到图形码中关联的用户头像和/或用户昵称,还可以在显示屏上显示用户头像和/或用户昵称,以用户头像为例,用户可以判断显示的用户头像和商店服务人员是否为同一人,以帮助用户判断支付是否安全。
在一种可能的设计中,所述图形码还关联于包括商品信息。
在本申请实施例中,第一终端设备扫描图形码后,得到该图形码关联的商品信息,可以将商品信息显示出来,以帮助用户判断显示的商品信息对应的商品是否为用户想要购买的商品,有助于提高支付安全性。
在一种可能的设计中,所述商品信息包括商品名称、商品价格、生产商中的一种或多种信息。
在本申请实施例中,商品信息还可以包含其它信息,以上几种只是举例,本申请实施例不作具体的限定。
第四方面,本申请实施例提供一种图形码生成方法,所述方法应用于第二终端设备,所述第二终端设备关联于第二资金账户,所述方法包括:所述第二终端设备响应于用户针对第二应用程序的操作,在所述第二终端设备的显示屏上显示第一界面,所述第一界面中包括第一控件;所述第二终端设备响应于用户针对所述第一控件的操作,生成图形码,其中,所述图形码中关联的所述第二终端设备当前所处的第二地理位置和所述第二资金账户,其中,所述图形码为二维码和/或条形码。
在本申请实施例中,第二终端设备生成的图形码中关联于第二终端设备当前所处的第二地理位置和所述第二资金账户。当用户的第一终端设备扫描该图形码时,可以获得第二地理位置和第二资金账户,以帮助用户判断支付是否安全。
在一种可能的设计中,所述图形码中还关联于第二账户信息,所述第二账户信息为当前登录所述第二应用程序的账户的信息。
在本申请实施例中,第二终端设备生成的图形码中还可以关联于第二账户信息。以微信为例,第二账户信息是微信号,昵称等等。以便第一终端设备扫描图形码向第二终端设备支付费用时,在显示屏上显示第二账户信息,以帮助第一终端设备的用户判断支付是否安全。
在一种可能的设计中,所述第二账户信息包括用户头像和/或用户昵称。
在本申请实施例中,第二终端设备生成的图形码中还可以关联于用户头像和/或用户昵称。当第一终端设备扫描该图形码得到用户头像和/或用户昵称后,可以在显示屏上显示用户头像和/或用户昵称,以帮助第一终端设备的用户判断支付是否安全。
在一种可能的设计中,所述图形码还关联于商品信息。
在本申请实施例中,第二终端设备生成的图形码还可以关联于商品信息。当第一终端设备扫描该图形码时,可以将图形码中关联的商品信息显示出来,以帮助第一终端设备的用户判断显示的商品信息对应的商品是否为用户想要购买的商品,有助于提高支付安全 性。
在一种可能的设计中,所述商品信息包括商品名称、商品价格、生产商中的一种或多种信息。
在本申请实施例中,商品信息还可以包含其它信息,以上几种只是举例,本申请实施例不作具体的限定。
第五方面,本申请实施例提供一种终端设备,包括处理器和存储器。其中,存储器用于存储一个或多个计算机程序;当存储器存储的一个或多个计算机程序被处理器执行时,使得终端设备能够实现第一方面或者第一方面的任意一种可能的设计的方法。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行描述。
以下,对本申请实施例中的部分用语进行解释说明,以便于本领域技术人员理解。
1)、本申请实施例涉及的图形码,可以是二维码形式或者条形码形式,也可以是未来可能实现的三维码形式或其它形式。在本文的介绍中,主要以图形码是二维码形式为例进行说明。
2)、本申请实施例涉及的产品,可以是电子产品,也可以是其它产品例如服饰、日用品等,只要具有能够唯一标识该产品的产品码即可。以电子产品是手机为例,在实际应用过程中,每个产品具有能够唯一标识该产品的产品码例如国际移动设备身份码(international mobile equipment identity,IMEI)或序列号(serial number,SN)。销售商通常将该产品码隐藏于图形码中,并将图形码设置在产品内部或者产品的包装盒中,通过识 别图形码可以识别出IMEI码或SN号,进而定位到具体是哪部手机。
3)、本申请实施例涉及的终端设备,又可以称为用户设备(User Equipment,UE)为可以安装各种通信应用,或具有通信功能的设备。例如,智能手机、平板电脑、各类可穿戴设备、车载设备、计算机等。
4)、本申请实施例涉及的应用程序,可以是设置在终端设备中用于实现特定的功能的APP,例如短信应用、彩信应用、各种邮箱应用、微信、腾讯聊天软件(QQ)、WhatsApp Messenger、连我(Line)、照片分享(instagram)、Kakao Talk、钉钉等。
5)、本申请实施例涉及的服务器,是提供计算服务的设备。服务器可以响应终端设备的服务请求,并对服务请求进行处理,服务器通常具备更高的处理能力和存储空间,以及能够及时承担服务并且保障服务的能力。在本申请实施例中,服务器可以有多种类型,不同种类型的服务器可以提供的不同的服务类型,例如文件服务器,数据库服务器,应用程序服务器,WEB服务器等。
6)、多个,是指两个或两个以上。
另外,需要理解的是,在本申请的描述中,“第一”、“第二”等词汇,仅用于区分描述的目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性,也不能理解为指示或暗示顺序。
本申请实施例提供了一种信息获取方法及终端设备,该方法适用于终端设备中。图1示出了一种可能的终端设备的结构图。参阅图1所示,所述终端设备100包括:射频(Radio Frequency,RF)电路110、电源120、处理器130、存储器140、输入单元150、显示单元160、摄像头170、通信接口180、以及无线保真(Wireless Fidelity,WiFi)模块190等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的终端设备的结构并不构成对终端设备的限定,本申请实施例提供的终端设备可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
下面结合图1对所述终端设备100的各个构成部件进行具体的介绍:
所述RF电路110可用于通信或通话过程中,数据的接收和发送。特别地,所述RF电路110在接收到基站的下行数据后,发送给所述处理器130处理;另外,将待发送的上行数据发送给基站。通常,所述RF电路110包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器(Low Noise Amplifier,LNA)、双工器等。
此外,RF电路110还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。所述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于全球移动通讯系统(Global System of Mobile communication,GSM)、通用分组无线服务(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)、码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)、长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)、电子邮件、短消息服务(Short Messaging Service,SMS)等。
WiFi技术属于短距离无线传输技术,所述终端设备100通过WiFi模块190可以连接接入点(Access Point,AP),从而实现数据网络的访问。所述WiFi模块190可用于通信过程中,数据的接收和发送。
所述终端设备100可以通过所述通信接口180与其他设备实现物理连接。可选的,所述通信接口180与所述其他设备的通信接口通过电缆连接,实现所述终端设备100和其他设备之间的数据传输。
由于在本申请实施例中,所述终端设备100能够实现通信业务,向其他联系人发送信 息,因此所述终端设备100需要具有数据传输功能,即所述终端设备100内部需要包含通信模块。虽然图1示出了所述RF电路110、所述WiFi模块190、和所述通信接口180等通信模块,但是可以理解的是,所述终端设备100中存在上述部件中的至少一个或者其他用于实现通信的通信模块(如蓝牙模块),以进行数据传输。
例如,当所述终端设备100为手机时,所述终端设备100可以包含所述RF电路110,还可以包含所述WiFi模块190;当所述终端设备100为计算机时,所述终端设备100可以包含所述通信接口180,还可以包含所述WiFi模块190;当所述终端设备100为平板电脑时,所述终端设备100可以包含所述WiFi模块。
所述存储器140可用于存储软件程序以及模块。所述处理器130通过运行存储在所述存储器140的软件程序以及模块,从而执行所述终端设备100的各种功能应用以及数据处理。
可选的,所述存储器140可以主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区。其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、各种应用程序(比如通信应用)以及人脸识别模块等;存储数据区可存储根据所述终端设备的使用所创建的数据(比如各种图片、视频文件等多媒体文件,以及人脸信息模板)等。
此外,所述存储器140可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
所述输入单元150可用于接收用户输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与所述终端设备100的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。
可选的,输入单元150可包括触控面板151以及其他输入设备152。
其中,所述触控面板151,也称为触摸屏,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在所述触控面板151上或在所述触控面板151附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,所述触控面板151可以包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给所述处理器130,并能接收所述处理器130发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现所述触控面板151。

所述显示单元160可以包括显示面板161。可选的,所述显示面板161可以采用液晶显示屏(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)、有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)等形式来配置。
进一步的,所述触控面板151可覆盖所述显示面板161,当所述触控面板151检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给所述处理器130以确定触摸事件的类型,随后所述处理器130根据触摸事件的类型在所述显示面板161上提供相应的视觉输出。
虽然在图1中,所述触控面板151与所述显示面板161是作为两个独立的部件来实现 所述终端设备100的输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将所述触控面板151与所述显示面板161集成而实现所述终端设备100的输入和输出功能。
所述处理器130是所述终端设备100的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接各个部件,通过运行或执行存储在所述存储器140内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在所述存储器140内的数据,执行所述终端设备100的各种功能和处理数据,从而实现基于所述终端设备的多种业务。
可选的,所述处理器130可包括一个或多个处理单元。可选的,所述处理器130可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到所述处理器130中。
所述摄像头170,用于实现所述终端设备100的拍摄功能,拍摄图片或视频。所述摄像头170还可以用于实现终端设备100的扫描功能,对扫描对象(二维码/条形码)进行扫描。
所述终端设备100还包括用于给各个部件供电的电源120(比如电池)。可选的,所述电源120可以通过电源管理系统与所述处理器130逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗等功能。
尽管未示出,所述终端设备100还可以包括至少一种传感器、音频电路等,在此不再赘述。
实施例一:
产品在销售过程中,通常通过大量的销售人员进行销售。销售人员每销售一个产品后,需要提交已销售产品对应的销售信息(下文统称为产品销售信息),以方便管理人员统计销售人员的销售业绩。目前,二维码扫描技术已经应用在销售人员提交产品销售信息的过程中。具体过程如下:
目前,销售人员提交产品销售信息的过程包括:线上提交和线下提交两个过程。线上提交的过程为,销售人员通过终端设备上安装的销量提报应用程序(APP)扫描已销售产品的图形码(可以为二维码形式,也可以为条形码形式)得到已销售产品的产品码(IMEI码或SN号),然后通过网络将扫描到的已销售产品的产品码发送到后台服务器。由于终端设备扫描产品的图形码得到的信息较为单一,即只能得到产品的产品码,销售人员只得通过线下提交纸质凭证的方式补充提交产品销售信息。线下提交过程为,销售人员周期性的(例如每周,每月)将自己销售的产品的纸质销售凭证(例如保修卡、售后保障卡等)提交给管理人员。纸质销售凭证上通常会记录销售产品的产品码、销售店面信息、销售人员信息等。管理人员海量收集并核对销售人员通过线上和线下提交的销售凭证,进而统计产品销售情况。例如管理人员收集每个销售人员提交的纸质销售凭证,将纸质销售凭证上记录的产品码和通过线上提交的产品码进行核对,以确定已销售产品的销售成功真实性,并统计每个销售店面以及每个销售人员的销售业绩,例如管理人员通过纸质销售凭证记录的信息,确定通过线上提交的1000个产品码对应的1000个产品真实销售后,进而通过对线下提交的1000张纸质销售凭证,来统计已销售的1000个产品中哪些是店面A销售的,哪些是店面B销售的,进而还可以统计出哪些是店面A中销售人员甲销售的,哪些是店面A中销售人员乙销售的。由此可见,目前的产品销售信息的提交方式过程繁琐,效率较低。
图2示出,本申请实施例提供的产品销售信息的提交方法的流程图。在该方法中,无 需进行线下提交过程,即可完成销售信息的统计工作,有助于节省劳动资源。该方法适用于上述图1所示的终端设备100。因此,在本申请实施例中,以终端设备100为例进行描述。
S201:销售人员启动终端设备100中的销量提报应用程序。
可选的,销售人员可以通过终端设备100的通信接口180或输入单元150输入启动销量提报应用程序的指令。具体地,例如销售人员可以通过触控面板151触发终端设备100上安装的销量提报应用程序。
在本申请实施例中,销量提报应用程序可以是单独的应用程序,例如每个销售商开发单独的销售提报应用程序以供该销售商内部销售人员上报产品销售信息。当然,销量提报应用程序也可以通过将销量提报功能模块集成在已有的应用程序中来实现。例如,将销量提报功能模块集成在微信、支付宝、腾讯聊天软件(QQ)、钉钉、照片分享(instagram)、Kakao Talk、连我(Line)等应用程序中实现。
S202:终端设备100中的处理器130运行销量提报应用程序,打开销量提报应用程序,并在显示单元160的显示面板161上显示运行的产品销量提报界面。
可选的,销售人员可以通过触控面板151触发终端设备100上安装的销量提报应用程序后,终端设备100中的处理器130接收到触发指令后,运行存储在存储器140中的产品销量提报应用程序,然后通过显示单元160在显示面板161上显示运行的产品销量提报界面,该界面中可以包括有扫描控件或拍摄控件,该扫描控件或拍摄控件用于在被触发的情况下实现对已销售产品的图形码进行扫描或者拍摄。

若销售人员触发的是产品销量提报界面中的拍摄控件,则终端设备100中的处理器130启动摄像头170,此时终端设备100中的显示单元160将控制面板161显示拍摄预览界面,用于对已销售产品的图形码进行拍摄,摄像头170得到已销售产品的图形码的图像的同时,处理器130通过图像识别技术,识别出图像中的多个图形码,进而得到与图形码关联的至少一个产品码(IMEI码或SN号)。
通常,一个产品的产品码可以有多个,以手机为例,一个手机可以具备多个产品码,例如2个IMEI码和1个SN号。一个产品码通常以一种图形码来呈现,例如IMEI码以条形码形式呈现,而SN号可以以条形码形式呈现。通过多个产品码共同标识一个产品,可以提高产品识别的可靠性,不易作假。继续以手机为例,摄像头170对手机的图形码进行拍摄时,一张图像中可以包含多个图形码,例如二维码和条形码,处理器130可以通过图像识别技术,同时识别摄像头170摄取到的图像中的二维码和条形码,获得它们各自关联的产品码,提高产品码识别效率。
若销售人员触发的是产品销量提报界面中的扫描控件,则终端设备100中的处理器130启动摄像头170,此时终端设备通过显示单元160控制显示面板161显示扫描取景框,用于对产品的图形码进行扫描,扫描之后,处理器130可以得到已销售产品的产品码(IMEI码或SN号)。如果产品具有多个图形码时,处理器130可以分别对每个图形码进行扫描,得到每个图形码关联的产品码。在这种方式下,终端设备100无需拍摄图像,可以节省内存空间。
无论是终端设备100对已销售产品的图形码进行扫描还是对已销售产品的图形码进行拍摄,终端设备100中的处理器130得到已销售产品的产品码之后,都可以将产品码显示于显示面板161显示的产品销量提报界面中。
S205:销售人员通过输入单元150可以在显示面板161显示的销量提报界面中的产品销售信息输入框中输入产品销售信息。产品销售信息可以但不限于包括销售店面信息、销售人员信息、销售时间、购买人员信息、购买价格、地理位置信息等等。其中销售店面信息、销售人员信息、销售时间、地理位置信息可由系统自动生成。
前面提到过,在现有技术中,销售店面信息、销售人员信息、销售时间、购买人员信息、购买价格、地理位置信息等等的产品销售信息是销售人员填写在纸质凭证(保修卡或者售后保障卡)上,然后销售人员将纸质凭证提交给管理人员。而在本申请实施例中,销售人员无需填写纸质凭证然后再将纸质凭证提交管理人员,终端设备100中的处理器130运行的销量提报应用程序自动编写有产品销售信息的输入接口,这样处理器130将运行的销量提报应用程序产生的销量提报界面显示在显示面板161中时,显示的销量提报界面中自然就包含有产品销售信息的输入框,销售人员就可以在产品销售信息输入框中输入产品销售信息。
作为一种示例,销售人员可以通过输入单元150,例如键盘、触摸笔等,在销量提报界面中的产品销售信息输入框中输入产品销售信息。举例来说,产品销售提报界面中显示店面信息输入框,销售人员可以通过触摸笔手写的方式在该店面信息输入框中输入销售店面信息,终端设备100中的处理器130在检测到输入销售店面信息的输入指令后,可以在该店面信息输入框中显示销售店面信息。
可选的,销售店面信息可以是销售店面的店面名称、店面地址等等,当然还可以包括店面的联系方式等。销售人员信息可以是销售人员的姓名、联系方式、家庭地址等等。购买人员信息可以是购买人员的姓名、联系方式等等。
作为另一种示例,销售人员还可以通过输入单元150触发一触发指令,该触发指令用于触发终端设备100自动获取产品销售信息,然后将获取的产品销售信息填充在产品销量提报界面中。这里所述的触发指令可以是触发特定操作产生的指令,特定的操作例如手势操作,或者触发销量提报界面中特定的操作控件的操作例如触发扫描/拍摄控件产生的触发指令等。由于产品销售信息的种类较多,下文将分别介绍终端设备100自动获取每种类型的产品销售信息的过程。
一、产品销售信息包含销售店面信息。
前面提到过,每个销售人员可以下载并安装销量提报应用程序,当安装成功后,销售人员可以注册该应用程序的账户,在注册过程中销售人员可以填写基本资料,例如昵称、姓名、联系方式、工作单位(销售店面)等等。当然在实际应用过程中,若一个销售商有多家店面,为了方便统一管理,每个店面中的每个销售人员在注册应用程序的账户时,可 以填写统一的基本信息。例如A店面中的销售人员B,注册该应用程序的账户时,可以在基本资料中填写:昵称、姓名:B,联系方式(邮箱、电话等),工作单位:店面A。
因此,终端设备100中的处理器130可以获取登陆销量提报应用程序的登陆账户信息,从所述登陆账户信息中提取销售店面信息,然后将提取的销售店面信息自动填充到销量提报界面中销售店面输入框中。
二,产品销售信息包含销售人员信息。
终端设备100中的处理器130获取登陆应用程序的登陆账户信息(参见前述内容),从所述登陆账户信息中提取销售人员信息,例如将提取的昵称或姓名作为销售人员信息。
三、产品销售信息包含购买人员信息。
终端设备100中的处理器130可以通过摄像头170采集购买人员面部图像、身份证图像等等。处理器130得到身份证图像后,可以自动识别得到身份证图像中的信息(例如姓名、身份证号、家庭住址等),然后将识别得到的购买人员信息自动显示在产品销量提报界面中包含的购买人员信息输入框中。
四,产品销售信息包含销售时间。
终端设备100中的处理器130在接收到用于获取产品销售信息的触发指令后,可以检测终端设备100中计时器当前的时间信息,将检测到的时间信息作为销售时间自动显示在产品销量提报界面中包含的购买时间输入框中。
五、产品销售信息包含产品图像:
若销售人员触发的是产品销量提报界面中的拍摄控件,则终端设备通过摄像头170拍摄产品的图形码(二维码和/或条形码),得到图形码的图像后,终端设备还可以直接将摄像头170拍摄得到的原始图像显示于产品销量提报界面中包含的产品图像显示区域中。或者,终端设备100中的处理器130还可以根据存储器140中预先存储的一些图像处理算法对摄像头170拍摄得到的原始图像进行处理,例如在得到的原始图像中的某一区域添加产品码或销售时间等信息,然后将处理后的图像显示于产品销量提报界面包含的产品图像显示区域中,销售人员当然也可以从产品销量提报界面中下载或保存处理后的图像。
六、产品销售信息包含当前的地理位置信息。
可选的,产品销售提报界面中可以显示有定位启动标志,销售人员可以通过输入单元150,比如通过触控面板151触发该定位启动标志,这样处理器130在检测到该定位启动标志启动后,就可以启动终端设备100中携带的定位模块,例如GPS(图1中未示出)来定位终端设备100当前所在的地理位置信息,然后处理器130将定位模块定位到的地理位置信息自动写入到产品销售提报界面中显示的店面信息输入框中。
S206:终端设备100的显示面板161显示的产品销量提报界面中显示产品销售信息。如前述内容可知,产品销售信息可以有多种,每种产品销售信息可以显示在产品销量提报界面中的不同显示区域中。
示例性的,图3A-3D示出了本申请实施例提供的产品销量提报界面的示意图。
在图3A中,终端设备的显示界面中显示多个应用程序,其中,多个应用程序中包含销量提报应用程序30。销售人员可以触发启动销量提报应用程序30。终端设备检测到用于触发启动销量提报应用程序30的指令后,显示产品销量提报界面31,请参见图3B。
在图3B中,产品销量提报界面31中包含拍摄控件311、产品码显示区域312、销售人员信息显示区域313、销售店面信息显示区域314、产品图像显示区域315、购买人员信 息显示区域316以及上报控件317。
在图3C中,若终端设备检测到用于触发拍摄控件311的触发指令后,可以启动摄像头,打开拍摄预览界面32,对产品的图形码(二维码和/或条形码)进行拍摄,如图3C所示,销售人员将终端设备中的摄像头对准产品的图形码,则拍摄预览界面32中,显示图形码的预览图像,当终端设备检测到拍摄完成指令(检测到销售人员触发拍摄预览界面32中的“拍摄”按钮321)后,得到产品图形码的图像,将该图像显示于产品销量提报界面31中的产品图像显示区域315中,并通过识别图像中的图形码,得到产品的产品码,例如识别出产品的IMEI码或SN号,同时将识别出的产品码自动填充在产品销量提报界面31中的产品码显示区域312中,例如SN为11DD000000000000,IMEI为6666666666666666。
在图3D中,销售人员可以在产品销量提报界面31中输入其他产品销售信息后,产品销量提报界面31中可以进而在销售人员信息显示区域313中显示销售人员姓名“张三”,在销售店面信息显示区域314中显示“店面A”,在购买人员信息显示区域316中显示购买人员姓名“李四”等。
S207:销售人员通过输入单元150触发产品销量提报界面中的上报控件,如图3B中的上报控件317。
前面提到过,产品销量提报界面中包含上报控件317,销售人员可以通过输入单元150或通信接口180触发产品销量提报界面中的上报控件317,该上报控件用于触发将上面显示的产品销量提报界面中已显示的信息提交至服务器。
S208:终端设备100中的处理器130在检测到产品销量提报界面中的上报控件317被触发后,将上面显示的产品销售提报界面中已显示的信息通过RF电路110或WiFi模块190上报给服务器。
如前述内容,产品销量提报界面中显示有销售店面信息、销售人员信息、销售时间、地理位置信息、购买人员信息、产品的图像等。当处理器130通过输入单元150接收到上报控件317被触发的指令后,如果通过无线方式,则可以通过RF电路110或WiFi模块190将产品销售提报界面中已显示的信息一并提交至服务器,如果通过有线方式,则可以通过通信接口180将产品销售提报界面中已显示的信息一并提交至服务器。
服务器对接收的至少一个产品码和产品销售信息进行判断,然后向终端设备发送确认结果,终端设备接收到确认结果后,显示提示信息,该提示信息用于提示用户是否上报成功。关于服务器的判断过程,以及终端设备显示提示信息的内容将在后续介绍。
当终端设备100将产品销量提报界面中已显示的信息提交至服务器之后,服务器可以根据接收到的信息生成销量报告。
S209:服务器根据接收到的信息,生成销量报告。
为了提高销量统计的准确性,服务器在执行S209之前,可以对接收到的信息的真实性进行判断,由前述内容可知,服务器接收到终端设备100上报的信息包含产品码和产品销售信息,所以服务器可以分别对产品码和产品销售信息的真实性进行判断,以下将分别进行介绍。
一、服务器对接收到的产品码的真实性进行判断的方式。
方式一:服务器判断接收到的产品码是否符合预设规则,若是,则确定接收到的产品码是真实产品码,所述预设规则为产品码的位数、命名要求等。
在本申请实施例中,销售商提供的产品的产品码可以按照预设规则来设计,例如,每 个产品码为16位数,或者每个产品码的命名要求为字母加数字的组合例如前几位是字母,之后是数字等。服务器接收到产品码之后,可以判断该产品码是否符合预设规则。例如,接收到的产品码为13位数,而预设规则中规定产品码为16位,此时,服务器可以确定接收到的产品码为虚假产品码。
当服务器确定终端设备100提交的产品码不符合预设规则时,可以向终端设备100发送提示信息。终端设备100接收到提示信息之后,可以通过显示单元160在显示面板161上显示该提示信息。
图4A示出了终端设备100显示提示信息的示意图。在图4A中,提示信息为“产品码不存在,请确认是否继续”。若终端设备100检测到触发“确认”控件的触发指令后,将确认继续的指示发送给服务器,服务器接收到该指示后,根据终端设备100提交的信息生成销量报告。若终端设备100检测到触发“取消”控件的触发指令后,终端设备100将确认取消提交的指示发送给服务器,服务器接收到该指示后,可以删除已接收到的终端设备100上报的信息。
方式二,若服务器确定接收到的产品码与产品列表中第一产品的第一产品码相同,则确定接收到的产品码是真实产品码,其中,所述产品列表包含店面中的所有未销售产品的产品码。
在本申请实施例中,服务器中可以存储有产品列表,该产品列表中包含店面中所有未销售产品的产品码。服务器接收到的产品码不在该产品列表中,说明终端设备100提交的产品码错误。一种可能的场景为,销售人员销售的产品不属于本店面的未销售产品。比如,销售商A中的销售人员将销售商B的销售产品的产品码输入到产品码输入框中,以作为该销售人员的业绩。再比如,销售商A的销售人员自己编撰一个产品码,并将编撰的产品码输入到产品码输入框中。对于这种情况,服务器确定终端设备100提交的产品销售信息为虚假销售信息,不作为该销售人员的业绩。
因此,在方式二中,服务器接收到终端设备100上报的产品码可以有多个。以三个为例,比如2个IMEI码和1个SN号,服务器可以分别确定这三个产品码中每个产品码是否正确。当确定所有的产品码均正确时,则确定上报的产品码属实,否则,确定上报的产品码是虚假信息。通过这种方式,可以更加提高销量统计的准确性。
当然,服务器确定接收到的产品码在该产品列表中后,还可以判断该产品码是否被重复提交。服务器中可以存储已经成功提交的产品的产品码,当服务器再次接收到该产品码时,确定该产品码被重复提交。
当服务器确定终端设备100提交的产品码被重复提交时,可以向终端设备100发送提示信息。终端设备100接收到提示信息之后,可以通过显示单元160在显示面板161上显示该提示信息。
图4B示出了终端设备100显示提示信息的示意图。在图4B中,提示信息为“产品码重复,请确认是否继续”。若终端设备100检测到触发“确认”控件的触发指令后,将确认继续的指示发送给服务器,服务器接收到该指示后,根据终端设备100提交的信息生成销量报告。若终端设备100检测到触发“取消”控件的触发指令后,终端设备100将确认取消提交的指示发送给服务器,服务器接收到该指示后,可以删除已接收到的终端设备100上报的信息。
当然,如果服务器判断产品码为虚假产品码后,可以直接向终端设备发送提示信息, 该提示信息用于提示上报失败。图4C示出了终端设备100显示提示信息的示意图。在图4C中,提示信息为“产品码重复,提交失败”。
在本申请实施例中,销售商可以避免销售人员上报虚假产品码来作为该销售人员的业绩,虚假产品码例如非该销售商销售的产品的产品码,通过这种方式,有助于提高销量统计的准确性。
如前述内容可知,一个产品的产品码可以有多个,以两个为例,若服务器接收到终端设备100上报的产品码有两个,例如IMEI码和SN号,服务器可以分别对每个产品码的真实性进行判断。当确定所有的产品码均为真实产品码后,服务器根据接收到的信息生成销量报告,通过这种方式,可以更加提高销量统计的准确性。
二、服务器对接收到的产品销售信息的真实性进行判断的方式。
方式一、当产品销售信息包含终端设备100的地理位置时,服务器判断终端设备100的地理位置与店面地址之间的距离是否小于等于预设距离,若是,则确定产品销售信息为真实产品销售信息。
在实际应用过程中,一个店面通常具有固定的店面地址,服务器中可以存储该店面的店面地址,服务器接收到终端设备100上报的地理位置时,将该地理位置与店面地址进行对比,若二者之间的距离大于预设距离,则服务器确定该产品销售信息为虚假销售信息,否则,确定该产品销售信息为真实销售信息。预设距离的具体值,本申请实施例不作限定。
举例来说,在实际应用中,销售人员可能在距离店面的店面地址较远的地点处,通过终端设备100中的销量提报应用程序上报该店面的产品的产品码和产品销售信息,为了避免这种场景出现,通过本申请实施例提供的技术方案可以较为准确的锁定提报产品销售信息的地理范围,将产品销售行为精准聚焦到销售店面内。
可选的,服务器确定终端设备100的地理位置与店面地址之间的距离大于预设距离后,可以向终端设备100发送提示信息。图5示出了终端设备100显示提示信息的示意图。在图5中,提示信息为“当前地理位置超出销售地理范围,请确定是否继续提交”。若终端设备100检测到触发“确认”控件的触发指令后,确定继续提交,并将确认继续提交的指示发送给服务器,服务器接收到确认继续提交的指示后,根据终端设备100提交的信息生成销量报告。若终端设备100检测到触发“取消”控件的触发指令后,终端设备100将确认取消提交的指示发送给服务器,服务器可以删除已接收到的终端设备100上报的信息。
方式二、当产品销售信息包含产品图像时,服务器判断产品图像是否为虚假产品图像,若不是,则确定产品销售信息属实。
可选的,服务器判断产品图像是否为虚假产品图像的方式可以有多种。比如,比如,服务器可以判断该产品图像是否为翻拍图像,若是,则确定图像为虚假产品图像。或者,服务器可以判断该产品图像是否经过复印,若是,则确定图像为虚假图像。
以服务器判断图像是否为翻拍图像为例。服务器可以从产品图像中提取特征向量,将图像的特征向量输入已经训练好的分类器,该分类器是将多个已知是否为翻拍图像的图像作为图像库对分类器进行训练后,得到的已经训练好的分类器,根据该分类器的输出结果判断该产品图像是否是翻拍图像。例如输出结果为是,则确定产品图像为翻拍图像,若输出结果为否,则确定产品图像不是翻拍图像。
若图像中包含产品的图形码时,服务器可以判断该图像中的图形码是否是经过复印后的图形码。通常,销售商将图形码粘贴到产品的包装盒外表面,终端设备100拍摄的图像 是产品包装盒的图像时,服务器可以判断粘贴于包装盒外表面的图形码是否是经过复印后的图形码。若服务器确定产品的图像中的图形码是复印后的图形码,则判定终端设备提交的产品销售信息为虚假销售信息。
通过本申请实施例提供的技术方案,销售商可以避免销售人员在提交产品销售信息的过程中,提交虚假产品图像以此作为该销售人员的销售业绩的情况。通过这种方式,终端设备100可以获取未经翻拍或者复印的产品图像,即销售人员在销售产品的过程中现场拍摄的图像,有助于提供销量统计的准确性。
当服务器对接收到的信息的真实性进行判断后,执行S209,即根据接收到的信息生成销量报告。例如,在销量报告中记录该产品码和产品销售信息,以便后续查阅。当然,服务器在生成销量报告的过程中,可以对虚假产品码或虚假产品销售信息作一定标识,例如备注。
通过图2所示的实施例的技术方案,产品销售信息的提交过程中,无需进行线下提交过程,销售人员可以通过终端设备将产品销售信息以及产品码一并上报服务器,由服务器进行销量信息的统计,有助于节省劳动资源。
实施例二:
在实施例一中,图形码(二维码/图形码)扫描技术应用在销售人员提交产品销售信息的过程中。实际上,目前图形码还逐渐应用于扫码支付的过程中。比如,第一终端设备(付款方设备)可以扫码第二终端设备(收款方设备)生成的图形码,或者图形码的照片,向收款方付款。在扫码支付的过程中,用户往往关注的是支付的安全性。而图形码自身通常难以被肉眼识别,所以用户无法通过图形码是否来自收款方,一旦收款方的图形码被替换,将造成付款方的经济损失。
为了解决该技术问题,本申请实施例提供一种支付方法。在该方法中,付款方设备或者收款方设备对图形码进行扫描之后,可以获取较多的信息,通过获得的信息综合判断扫描是否正确,有助于提高扫描支付的安全性。具体请参见图6,为本申请实施例提供的一种支付方法的流程图。如图6所示,该方法包括:
S601:第一终端设备对图形码进行扫描,该图形码为第二终端设备中的第二应用程序产生的,该图形码中包含第二应用程序的标识信息、用户登录第二应用程序的用户ID、第二终端设备当前所处的地理位置信息,时间信息等。
在本申请实施例中,第一终端设备扫描第二终端设备产生的图形码,有多种可能的场景。比如,第一终端设备作为付款方设备,第二终端设备作为收款方设备,付款方设备扫描收款方设备产生的图形码。再比如,第一终端设备作为收款方设备,第二终端设备作为付款方设备,收款方设备扫描付款方设备产生的图形码。在不同场景下,第一终端设备和第二终端设备分别承担不同的角色。
一种可能的实施例为,第一终端设备作为收款方设备,第二终端设备作为付款方设备。以第一终端设备是收银扫码枪,第二终端设备是消费者的手机(或ipad)为例。
消费者打开手机中的第二应用程序。其中,第二应用程序可以是手机中具有生成付款码功能的应用程序,比如微信、支付宝等。
当然,不同的第二应用程序生成的付款码不同。以第二应用程序是微信为例。消费者触发微信的操作界面中的“收付款”控件后,手机可以获取微信的标识信息比如微信的图标、当前登录微信的用户ID比如微信号、昵称等、时间信息等。若手机检测到GPS当前处于 开启状态,还可以获取当前所处的地理位置信息。
当手机获取到这些信息之后,可以在本地基于这些信息中的至少一种信息生成付款码。比如,手机获取的信息有微信的标识信息、当前登录微信的用户ID、时间信息、地理位置信息。则手机可以基于其中的登录微信的用户ID和时间信息生成付款码,或者可以基于获得的全部信息生成付款码。具体的,手机可以将所述至少一种信息转换成数字矩阵。比如0、1数字矩阵,0表示“空”,1表示“点”,然后手机根据数字矩阵生成付款码的图形。
当然,手机也可以将获得的信息中的至少一种信息发送给服务器。服务器基于接收到的信息生成数字矩阵。然后,服务器将数字矩阵发送给手机,手机基于接收到的数字矩阵生成付款码的图形,手机将该付款码显示于显示屏上。服务器也可以基于接收到的信息生成关联的验证信息后发送给手机,手机将验证信息转换成数字矩阵。
收银扫码枪的摄像头扫描手机显示屏上显示的付款码后,获得付款码中包含的信息,并将获得的信息显示于与收银扫码枪连接的显示器上。
另一种可能的实施例:第一终端设备作为付款方设备,第二终端设备作为收款方设备。以第一终端设备是消费者的手机,第二终端设备是商店工作人员的手机为例。
通常,商店会展示多种收款码,以方便消费者扫码支付。其中,多种收款码可以是不同的第二应用程序产生的。比如第二应用程序是微信时,产生微信收款码。第二应用程序是支付宝时,产生支付宝收款码。因此,商店的工作人员的手机中的第二应用程序产生收款码时,该收款码中包含第二应用程序的标识信息、用户登录第二应用程序的用户ID、时间信息,地理位置信息等。以第二应用程序是微信为例,收款码中包含有微信的标识信息,当前登录微信的用户ID、当前所处的地理位置信息,时间信息等等。
消费者打开手机中的第一应用程序,该第一应用程序为终端设备中具有摄像头访问权限的应用程序,比如相机、微信、支付宝、淘宝、京东商城、腾讯QQ、钉钉、微博等。当第一应用程序启动的摄像头后,消费者将已启动的摄像头对准商店出示的收款码进行扫描。
如前述内容,商店通常会展示多个收款码,比如微信收款码,支付宝收款码。目前,消费者结账时,通常在多个收款码中选择一个收款码,然后打开手机中与该收款码对应的应用程序,通过该应用程序扫描选择的收款码。
但在本申请实施例中,消费者可以启动手机中任一具有摄像头访问权限的应用程序,来扫描商店出示的收款码。以相机为例,消费者打开手机中的相机,启动摄像头,然后将已启动的摄像头对准商店展示的多个收款码中的任意一个收款码进行扫描,扫描之后,手机的显示屏上的显示界面跳转为与所述任意一个收款码对应的应用程序的操作界面。
一种可能的实现方式为,消费者打开相机,启动摄像头对商店出示的微信收款码进行扫描,得到扫描结果。扫描结果中包含微信的名称,比如扫码结果中包含关键字“weixin”。则手机启动搜索功能,寻找安装在手机中的微信,然后启动微信。
另一种可能的实现方式为,消费者打开相机,启动摄像头对商店出示的微信收款码进行扫描,得到扫描结果。扫描结果可以是序列号或链接。以序列号为例,比如获得的序列号为100987634321。序列号的前三位号码为“100”,手机可以根据序列号的前三位号码与应用程序的对应关系,确定与“100”对应的应用程序是微信。手机启动搜索功能,寻找安装于手机中的微信,然后启动微信。表1作为一种示例,示出了序列号的前三位号码与应 用程序的对应关系。例如表1形式的数据可以存储在手机上或者服务器上,供手机查询。

又一种可能的实现方式为,消费者打开相机,启动摄像头对商店出示的微信收款码进行扫描,得到扫描结果。扫描结果可以是序列号或链接。以序列号为例,手机将获得的序列号发送给服务器。服务器确定序列号的前三位号码是“100”,然后根据序列号的前三位号码与应用程序的对应关系(参见表1),确定与“100”对应的应用程序是微信。然后,服务器将微信的名称“weixin”发送给手机。手机获取到微信的名称后,启动搜索功能,寻找安装在手机中的微信,然后启动微信。
示例的,图7A-7B示出了手机中的相机扫描收款码的示意图。
在图7A中,以收款码是店面出示的微信收款码为例。消费者打开手机中的相机,启动摄像头,消费者将已启动的摄像头对准商店出示的微信收款码。即手机的显示屏上显示预览界面701,该预览界面701中显示收款码。消费者可以触发预览界面中“识别二维码”控件702,当终端设备检测到用于触发该控件702的触发指令后,识别收款码。然后,终端设备的显示界面跳转到微信的支付界面,请参见图7B所示。
在图7B中,终端设备的显示屏上显示的是微信的支付界面703。消费者可以在该支付界面703中的金额输入框中输入金额,完成支付。
因此,在本申请实施例中,消费者无需在商店出示的多个图形码中选择一个图形码,然后在手机中寻找到与该图形码对应的应用程序,启动该应用程序,然后通过该应用程序对图形码进行扫描。消费者可以选择手机中的任意一个具有摄像头访问权限的应用程序,通过该应用程序扫码商店示出的某个图形码,手机便可跳转到与该图形码对应的应用程序的支付界面,过程简单,方便消费者操作。
消费者的手机扫描商店出示的收款码之后,获得收款码中包含的信息,可以将获得的信息显示在手机的显示屏上。
又一种可能的实施例为,第一终端设备作为付款方设备,第二终端设备作为收款方设备。以第一终端设备是消费者的手机,第二终端设备是自动售货机为例。
消费者打开手机中的第一应用程序,该第一应用程序为终端设备中具有摄像头访问权限的应用程序。比如相机、微信、支付宝、淘宝、京东商城、腾讯QQ、钉钉、微博等。
当第一应用程序启动的摄像头后,消费者将已启动的摄像头对准收款码进行扫码,所述收款码为自动售货机生成的,并且所述收款码包含商品信息,比如商品名称、商品价格、生产商信息、销售商信息、自动售货机所处的地理位置信息以及、商品在自动售货机中的位置信息等。
举例来说,消费者在自动售货机上购物时,当消费者选中某个商品时,自动售货机的显示器上显示一收款码。该收款码中包含消费者选中的商品的商品信息。该收款码可以是微信收款码或者支付宝收款码。
以微信收款码为例,消费者打开手机中第一应用程序比如相机,扫描该收款码后,手机的显示屏跳转到微信的支付界面,该在支付界面中显示获取的与该收款码相关的信息。 即消费者的手机上显示购买的商品的商品信息。
S602:第一终端设备获得所述图形码中包含的信息,并将获得的信息显示在显示屏上。
一种可能的实施例为,收银扫码枪的摄像头扫描消费者的手机显示的付款码后,获得付款码中包含的信息。
一种可能的实现方式为,付款码本身携带有信息,即收银扫码枪扫描消费者的手机显示的付款码后,直接得到该付款码中包含的信息。以手机显示的是微信付款码为例,消费者的手机在生成微信付款码时,将当前登录微信的用户ID、时间信息、手机当前所处的地理位置信息等信息编译于付款码中。收银扫码枪扫描手机显示的微信付款码后,可以直接获得微信付款码中包含的信息。
举例来说,以消费者的手机显示的付款码是微信付款码为例。微信付款码中可以包含用户头像。即手机在生成微信付款码时,将用户头像编译于付款码中。收银扫码枪扫描消费者的手机显示的付款码后,获取付款码中所包含的用户头像。
另一种可能的实现方式为,收银扫码枪扫描消费者的手机显示的付款码后,得到的是序列号或者链接,该序列号或者链接中携带有信息。以手机显示的是微信付款码为例。收银扫码枪扫描消费者的手机显示的付款码后,得到序列号或者链接。序列号或者链接中关联当前登录微信的用户ID、时间信息、手机当前所处的地理位置信息等信息。收银扫码枪将序列号或者链接发送给服务器。服务器对序列号或者链接进行解析,得到序列号或者链接中携带的信息。之后,服务器将获得的信息发送给收银扫码枪。
举例来说,收银扫码枪扫描消费者的手机显示的付款码后,获取付款码中所包含的用户ID或者查询码。查询码用于查询用户信息,所述用户信息中可以包含用户头像。收银扫码枪将用户ID或查询码发送到服务器。服务器根据用户ID寻找与用户ID对应的用户信息。或者,服务器可以根据查询码与用户信息之间的对应关系,确定用户信息。服务器确定用户信息后,将用户信息中的用户头像发送给收银扫码枪。或者,服务器将全部的用户信息发给收银扫码枪,比如用户昵称、联系方式、用户头像等等。
收银扫码枪将获得的信息发送给与收银扫码枪连接的显示器,由该显示器显示获得的信息。商店收银人员可以通过显示器上显示的信息判断扫描是否正确。
收银扫码枪可以将用户头像发送给与收取扫码枪连接的显示器。显示器上显示用户头像,商店收银人员可以对比显示器上显示的用户头像和消费者是否为同一人。
当然,收银扫码枪对消费者的手机呈现的付款码扫描之后,可以对扫码得到的信息的正确性进行判断,然后输出判断结果,并将判断结果显示于显示器上。商店收银人员可以通过显示器上显示的判断结果,判断是否继续交易。或者,收取扫码枪经过判断,确定扫码得到的信息不正确,可以在显示器上显示扫码不成功,无法交易的信息。
举例来说,收银扫码枪对消费者出示的付款码扫描后,得到付款码中所包含的地理位置信息,可以判断获得的地理位置信息与商店的店面位置之间的距离是否大于预设距离,若大于,则显示器显示提示信息,以提示距离较远,存在风险。当然,提示信息还可以是语音信息。商店收银人员可以通过提示信息确定消费者出示的付款码是否正确。再比如,收银扫码枪对消费者出示的付款码扫描后,得到付款码中所包含的时间信息,可以判断获取的时间信息与当前的时间信息之间的时间差,若时间差大于预设时间差,则输出提示信息,以提示时间较长,存在风险。
另一种可能的实施例,消费者的手机扫描商店出示的收款码之后,获得收款码中包含 的信息,将获得的信息显示在手机的显示屏上。
以商店出示的收款码是微信收款码为例,消费者的手机扫描微信收款码之后,手机的显示屏上显示微信收款码中包含的信息。比如地理位置信息、用户登录微信的用户ID。消费者可以根据手机显示屏上显示的信息判断此次扫描支付是否安全。当然,本申请实施例中的地理位置信息可以是经纬度,也可以是商店的商店名称。
当然,消费者的手机扫描商店出示的收款码之后,也可以对获得的信息的真实性进行判断,然后输出判断结果。消费者可以通过手机显示屏上显示的判断结果,决定是否继续交易。或者,手机经过判断,确定扫描收款码后得到的信息不正确,可以在显示屏上出示扫码不成功,无法交易的信息。
以商店出示的收款码是微信收款码为例,消费者的手机扫描微信收款码之后,获得微信收款中包含的地理位置信息后,可以判断获得地理位置与手机自身当前所处的地理位置之间的距离差是否大于预设值,若是,输出提示信息,该提示信息用于提示距离较远,扫描存在风险。若不是,则输出微信支付界面。或者,消费者的手机扫描微信收款码之后,获得微信收款中包含的商店名称,可以判断商店的地理位置与手机自身当前所处的地理位置之间的距离是否大于预设值,若是,则输出提示信息,用以提示手机当前不在商店内,需谨慎支付。
可选的,提示信息可以是显示于终端设备显示屏上的文字信息,也可以是终端设备话筒播放的语音信息。用户可以通过提示信息,判断此次扫描支付是否安全,有助于提高扫描支付的安全性。
在本申请实施例中,图形码中还可以包含第二资金账户。通常,第一终端设备可以关联第一资金账户,第二终端设备可以关联第二资金账户,当所述第一终端设备扫描第二终端设备产生的图形码时,可以获得所述图形码中关联的第二资金账户。第一终端设备扫描图形码后,得到第二资金账户,或者与第二资金账户相关联的信息。终端设备显示支付界面,在所述支付界面中包含提示信息、交易金额(第一终端设备可以直接显示交易金额,比如第二终端设备产生的图形码中包含交易金额。或者,第一终端设备也可以显示金额输入框,在金额输入框中输入交易金额)和转账控件。若用户触发转账控件,则所述第一终端设备将交易金额、第一资金账户和第二资金账户发送给交易服务器。其中,交易服务器可以用于管理第一资金账户和第二资金账户。当交易服务区接收到第一终端设备发送的交易金额、第一资金账户和第二资金账户后,交易服务区可以在第一资金账户的余额中减去交易金额,在第二资金账户的余额中加上交易金额。
示例性的,图8A-8C示出了消费者的手机的显示屏的示意图。图8A-8C是以消费者的手机扫描711便利店出示的微信收款码为例。
在图8A中,以应用程序是微信为例,消费者通过微信扫码711便利店出示的微信收款码。如图8A所示,手机80的显示屏上显示微信的操作界面,消费者可以触发该操作界面中的扫描控件(例如图8A中的“扫一扫”),手机80检测到触发扫描控件的触发指令后,启动摄像头,手机80的显示屏上显示扫描取景界面801,请参见图8B所示。
在图8B中,消费者将手机80中的已启动的摄像头对准711便利店出示的微信收款码802,扫描取景框801中显示该微信收款码802。手机80对微信收款码802进行扫描后,获得与该微信收款码802相关的信息,比如获得微信收款码802中包含的地理位置信息。之后,手机80将获得的地理位置与手机80自身当前所处的地理位置进行比较,得到二者 之间的距离。当该距离大于预设距离时,输出提示信息803,请参见图8C所示。
图8C中,手机80的显示屏上显示提示信息803,该提示信息用于提示扫描存在风险。在图8C中,提示信息为“距离711便利店100公里,存在风险,是否继续”。手机80检测到用户触发的“继续”控件的触发指令后,隐藏提示信息803,显示支付界面,消费者在支付界面的金额输入框中输入金额数字,触发转账控件(图中未示出),完成支付。
消费者的手机扫描商店出示的收款码后,获取与所述收款码相关的信息,例如商店所处的地理位置信息。若手机自身当前所处的地理位置与商店的地理位置之间的距离大于预设距离,则输出提示信息。消费者可以通过该提示信息判断此次扫描是否安全。例如商店和消费者当前均处于地点A,消费者的终端设备扫描商店出示的图形码后,终端设备的显示屏上显示商店地理位置为地点B,而地点A与地点B相距甚远,则消费者可以确定扫描的图形码错误,通过这种方式,可以提高扫码支付的安全性。
另一种可能的实施例,消费者的手机扫描电子设备比如自动售货机显示的收款码后,消费者的手机的显示屏上显示购买的商品的商品信息。消费者可以判断显示屏上显示的商品信息是否正确,若正确,则支付费用。通常,消费者在自动售货机上选择购买的商品时,可以触发设置在自动售货机上的按钮,当用户触发某个按钮,即选中与该按钮对应的商品后,自动售货机上显示收款码,用户的手机扫描该收款码进行费用支付。
示例的,图9示出了手机扫描自动售货机的显示器上显示的收款码后,手机显示屏的示意图。
在图9中,消费者的手机的显示屏上显示微信支付界面901,在支付界面901中显示消费者购买的商品为水杯,生产商是“深圳**有限公司”,地点是在“**教学楼自动售货机”、时间是“2018.3.8”。消费者可以判断手机显示屏上显示的商品信息是否正确,若正确,则可以操作“确认支付”的控件901。若不正确,可以操作“取消支付”的控件902。
当然,消费者在无人超市购物后,也可以通过手机扫描购买的商品上设置的收款码。收款码中携带有该商品的商品信息。手机获得收款码中包含的商品信息后,将获得的商品信息显示在手机显示屏上。手机显示屏的显示界面可以参见图9。当用户确认手机显示屏上显示的信息无误后,操作“确认支付”控件。
本申请的各个实施方式可以任意进行组合,以实现不同的技术效果。
上述本申请提供的实施例中,从终端设备作为执行主体的角度对本申请实施例提供的方法进行了介绍。为了实现上述本申请实施例提供的方法中的各功能,终端设备可以包括硬件结构和/或软件模块,以硬件结构、软件模块、或硬件结构加软件模块的形式来实现上述各功能。上述各功能中的某个功能以硬件结构、软件模块、还是硬件结构加软件模块的方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。

生成单元1302,用于在所述第二终端设备响应于用户针对所述第一控件的操作后,生成图形码,其中,所述图形码中关联的所述第二终端设备当前所处的第二地理位置和所述第二资金账户,其中,所述图形码为二维码和/或条形码。
可选的,所述图形码还关联于第二账户信息,所述第二账户信息为当前登录所述第二应用程序的账户的信息。
可选的,所述第二账户信息包括用户头像和/或用户昵称。
可选的,所述图形码还关联于商品信息。
可选的,所述商品信息包括商品名称、商品价格、生产商中的一种或多种信息。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种产品销量提报方法,其特征在于,包括:
    终端设备响应于用户针对第一应用程序的操作,在所述终端设备的显示屏上显示第一界面,所述第一界面中包含第一控件;
    所述终端设备响应于用户针对所述第一控件的操作,在所述显示屏上显示第二界面,所述第二界面中包括摄像头的预览画面;当所述预览画面中包含图形码时,所述终端设备识别所述图形码,得到所述图形码中关联的至少一个产品码;其中,所述至少一个产品码用于标识所述已销售产品;
    所述终端设备响应于获得所述至少一个产品码,所述终端设备在所述显示屏上显示第三界面,所述第三界面中显示所述至少一个产品码、产品销售信息以及第二控件;所述产品销售信息包括销售店面信息和/或销售人员信息;其中,所述销售店面信息关联于所述终端设备当前所处的地理位置信息,所述销售人员信息关联于所述终端设备登陆所述第一应用程序的账户信息;
    所述终端设备响应于用户针对所述第二控件的操作,所述终端设备将所述至少一个产品码、所述销售店面信息和/或销售人员信息提交至服务器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第三界面中还包含所述图形码的第一图像,所述第一图像上的第一显示区域显示所述至少一个产品码。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第三界面中还包括输入框;所述方法还包括:
    所述终端设备检测到所述输入框中被输入第一信息后,在所述输入框中显示所述第一信息;
    当所述终端设备检测到针对所述第二控件的操作时,将所述输入框中显示的第一信息提交至服务器;
    其中,所述第一信息包括购买人员信息和/或销售时间。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端设备接收服务器发送的确认结果,所述终端设备显示第四界面,所述第四界面中包含提示信息,所述提示信息关联于所述确认结果;其中,所述提示信息用于提示用户所述至少一个产品码和所述产品销售信息是否上报成功。
  5. 一种支付方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于第一终端设备,所述第一终端设备关联于第一资金账户,所述方法包括:
    所述第一终端设备响应于用户针对第一应用程序的第一操作,在所述第一终端设备的显示屏上显示第一界面;其中,所述第一界面中包含摄像头的预览画面;
    当所述预览画面中包含图形码时,所述第一终端设备识别所述图形码,获得所述图形码中关联的第二地理位置和第二资金账户,所述图形码为二维码和/或条形码;
    所述第一终端设备响应于识别所述图形码,在所述显示屏上显示第二界面,所述第二界面中包含提示信息和第一控件;所述提示信息用于提示用户支付存在风险,所述提示信息为所述第一终端设备基于所述第二地理位置得到的;
    所述第一终端设备响应于用户针对所述第一控件的操作,将第一资金账户和所述第二资金账户发送给交易服务器。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端设备响应于针对所述第一控件的操作,将第一资金账户和所述第二资金账户发送给交易服务器,包括:
    所述第一终端设备响应于针对所述第一控件的操作,在所述显示屏上显示第三界面,所述第三界面中包含密码输入区域;
    若所述密码输入区域被输入的第一密码与预设密码一致,所述第一终端设备将第一资金账户和所述第二资金账户发送给交易服务器。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一终端设备将所述第一资金账户和所述第二资金账户的交易金额发送给所述交易服务器。
  8. 根据权利要求5-7任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端设备基于所述第二地理位置得到所述提示信息,包括:
    所述第一终端设备判断所述第二地理位置与第一地理位置之间的距离是否大于预设距离;其中,所述第一地理位置为所述第一终端设备当前所处的地理位置;
    当所述距离大于所述预设距离时,所述第一终端设备生成所述提示信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二地理位置中包含商店地址。
  10. 根据权利要求5-9任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述图形码还关联于第二账户信息,所述第二账户信息为登录第二终端设备中的第二应用程序的账户的信息,所述第二终端设备为生成所述图形码的设备。
  11. 一种图形码生成方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于第二终端设备,所述第二终端设备关联于第二资金账户,所述方法包括:
    所述第二终端设备响应于用户针对第二应用程序的操作,在所述第二终端设备的显示屏上显示第一界面,所述第一界面中包括第一控件;
    所述第二终端设备响应于用户针对所述第一控件的操作,生成图形码,其中,所述图形码中关联的所述第二终端设备当前所处的第二地理位置和所述第二资金账户,其中,所述图形码为二维码和/或条形码。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述图形码还关联于第二账户信息,所述第二账户信息为登录所述第二应用程序的账户的信息。
  13. 根据权利要求10或12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二账户信息包括用户头像和/或用户昵称。
  14. 根据权利要求5-13任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述图形码还关联于商品信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述商品信息包括商品名称、商品价格、生产商中的一种或多种信息。
  16. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:处理器和存储器;
    所述存储器用于存储一个或多个计算机程序;
    当所述存储器存储的一个或多个计算机程序被所述处理器执行时,使得所述电子设备能够实现如权利要求1至15任一所述的方法。
  17. 一种计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质包括计算机程序,当计算机程序在终端设备上运行时,使得所述终端设备执行如权利要求1至15任一所述的方法。
