이와 같이 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 장신구 탈부착형 모자는, 상기 모자장식물(200)에 상기 제1탈부착수단(300)이 구비되고, 상기 모자본체(100)에 상기 제2탈부착수단(400)이 구비됨으로써, 의상에 따라 착용자가 원하는 다양한 상기 모자장식물(200)을 편리하게 교체하여 착용 가능하여, 착용자의 만족도를 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
또한, 상기 제1탈부착수단(300)은 금형 사출 방식에 의해 표면에 다수개의 플라스틱 후크돌기(310)가 형성되고, 상기 제2탈부착수단(400)은 편물 방식으로 직조된 원단을 이용하여 제작됨으로써, 모자장식물(200)의 부착시 돌출 높이를 최소화하여 이질감을 낮추고, 상품성이 향상된 장식물 탈부착형 모자를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 상기 제2탈부착수단(400)은, 도 3 및 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 가방이나 의류 등에 탈부착형 장식물을 적용할 때에도 사용될 수 있다.
한편, 도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 제2탈부착수단(400)을 상기 모자본체(100)에 교체 가능하게 장착할 수도 있다.
구체적으로 상기 모자본체(100)에는 개구부(150)가 개방 형성되고, 상기 개구부(150)의 둘레를 따라 상기 모자본체(100)의 내측에 제3탈부착수단(500)이 구비된다.
상기 제3탈부착수단(500)은 표면에 다수의 루프이 형성된 것으로, 상기 제2탈부착수단(400)과 동일한 재질과 방식으로 형성된 것이다.
또한, 상기 제2탈부착수단(400)은, 상기 제2탈부착수단(400)과 탈부착 가능하게 결합되는 노출부(400a)와, 상기 노출부(400a)의 둘레를 따라 구비되며 상기 제3탈부착수단(500)과 탈부착 가능하게 결합되는 결합부(400b)로 구분된다.
이러한 상기 제2탈부착수단(400)은 상기 결합부(400b)가 상기 제3탈부착수단(500)에 부착되어 상기 모자본체(100)와 결합되며, 상기 노출부(400a)에 상기 모자장식물(200)이 부착된다.
만약 상기 제2탈부착수단(400)을 장기간 사용하여 부착력이 저하되거나 표면이 손상되면, 상기 제2탈부착수단(400)을 상기 모자본체(100)에서 분리하여 쉽게 교체할 수 있는 효과가 발생 된다.
본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않으며, 이하의 부속 청구 범위의 사상 및 영역을 이탈하지 않는 범위 내에서 당업자에 의해 여러 형태로 변형 실시될 수 있으며, 따라서 이와 같은 변형은 본 발명의 영역 내에 있는 것으로 해석해야 할 것이다.
본 발명은 다양한 장신구를 개인의 취향에 따라 모자에 탈부착할 수 있고, 모자장식물을 모자본체에 부착시 돌출 높이를 최소화하여 이질감을 낮추고, 상품성을 향상키며, 신축성이 뛰어난 편물의 특징에 의해 모자와 같은 굴곡진 제품에도 적용이 수월하고, 모자의 제작이 용이한 장점이 있는 최적의 발명이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 모자본체(100);
    상기 모자본체(100)에 장착되는 모자장식물(200);
    상기 모자장식물(200)에 장착되며, 금형 사출 방식으로 제작되고, 표면에 다수개의 플라스틱 후크돌기(310)가 형성된 제1탈부착수단(300);
    상기 모자본체(100)에 장착되며, 편물 방식으로 원단을 직조한 후 냅 가공을 통해 다수의 루프(410)가 형성된 제2탈부착수단(400); 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장신구 탈부착형 모자.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1탈부착수단(300)은 나일론 재질로 이루어지고, 상기 제2탈부착수단(400)은 폴리에스터 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장신구 탈부착형 모자.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,.
    상기 후크돌기(310)는,
    지지부(311);
    상기 지지부(311)의 선단에서 폭 방향으로 서로 멀어지게 돌출되며, 상방향으로 볼록한 호 형상으로 형성된 걸림부(312); 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장신구 탈부착형 모자.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 모자본체(100)에는 개구부(150)가 개방 형성되고, 상기 개구부(150)의 둘레를 따라 상기 모자본체(100)의 내측에 제3탈부착수단(500)이 구비되되,
    상기 제3탈부착수단(500)에는 편물 방식으로 원단을 직조한 후 냅 가공을 통해 다수의 루프가 형성되며,
    상기 제2탈부착수단(400)은,
    상기 제2탈부착수단(400)과 탈부착 가능하게 결합되는 노출부(400a);
    상기 노출부(400a)의 둘레를 따라 구비되며, 상기 제3탈부착수단(500)과 탈부착 가능하게 결합되는 결합부(400b); 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장신구 탈부착형 모자.
