上述平台梯上设有扶手、安全网和围栏,用户攀爬平台梯时可用手握住扶手,给身体一个上升的力,使用户可轻松攀爬平台梯;平台梯顶部至平台之间周围设置安全网,可防止工具掉落;安全网外设置围栏,对安全网起到固定作用,且可防止用户跌落。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本实用新型,下面将参照相关附图对本实用新型进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本实用新型的较佳实施方式。但是,本实用新型可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施方式。相反地,提供这些实施方式的目的是使对本实用新型的公开内容理解的更加透彻全面。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。

如图1所示,一种平台梯,包括第一爬梯100、第二爬梯200和连接于第一爬梯100、第二爬梯200之间的平台300。
如图1所示,第一爬梯100和第二爬梯200的宽度相同,且第一爬梯100的长度大于所述第二爬梯200,第一爬梯100和第二爬梯200组成倒y型结构。第一爬梯100和第二爬梯200的底部齐平,第二爬梯200的顶端与第一爬梯100的距顶部一定距离的位置处转动连接,使得两爬梯可打开和折叠。打开状态下,用户可在平台梯上作业,折叠状态下,平台梯占用空间小,容易放置。所述平台300位于平台梯的中上部,且低于两爬梯的转动连接处,平台300一端与第一爬梯100转动连接,另一端设置在第二爬梯200的脚蹬板上。平台梯打开状态下,平台300水平放置,用户可站立在平台上作业,平台梯折叠时,平台300相对于第一爬梯100转动直至垂直状态。规定第一爬梯100的方向为平台梯的正面,第二爬梯200的方向为平台梯的背面,用户通过平台梯的正面攀爬第一爬梯100而上下平台梯。
所述第一爬梯100包括第一侧杆121、第二侧杆122和第一脚蹬板123。第一侧杆121与第二侧杆122平行,第一脚蹬板123水平设置于第一侧杆121和第二侧杆122之间,数量可以为多个,且第一脚蹬板123低于平台300;所述第二爬梯200包括第三侧杆221、第四侧杆222和第二脚蹬板223,所述第三侧杆221与第四侧杆222平行,所述第二脚蹬板223水平设置于第三侧杆221和第四侧杆222之间,数量可以为多个,且最高位置的第二脚蹬板223支撑平台300的背面。一般情况下,用户会从正面攀爬平台梯,背面的第二脚蹬板223的使用率低于第一脚蹬板123,所以为避免资源浪费、节约加工成本,第二脚蹬板223的数量低于第一脚蹬板123的数量,即第一脚蹬板123之间间隔的距离小于第二脚蹬板223之间间隔的距离。
如图1所述,在一实施例中,所述第一爬梯100上设有扶手110,扶手110包括顶杆111和与顶杆111连接的竖状杆112。所述竖状杆112位于第一侧杆121和第二侧杆122上,且竖状杆112具有一定的弯曲度,顶部弯曲为水平状,与第一侧杆121和第二侧杆122的顶部在同一高度,竖状杆112的底部弯曲后与第一侧杆121和第二侧杆122接近于垂直,且固定在侧杆上。所述顶杆111为U型,开口朝向平台梯的正面,固定在第一侧杆121和第二侧杆122的顶部,且与竖状杆112的顶部在同一高度,顶杆111的开口的两个端部分别与两竖状杆112的水平顶部连接。
如图1所示,在一实施例中,所述平台梯上设置防止工具掉落的安全网400,所述安全网的外部设置固定安全网400的围栏210。所述安全网400的顶部固定在顶杆111上,安全网 400可以覆盖顶杆111的全部或部分位置。安全网400的底部固定在平台300上,安全网400可以围设平台300的除了正侧面之外的其余三个侧面。所述第三侧杆221的顶部与第二侧杆122转动连接,第四侧杆222的顶部与第一侧杆121转动连接,两连接点处设置水平的U形围栏210,围栏210与顶杆111之间设置竖钩116,如图4所示,竖钩116的两端分别钩住顶杆111和围栏210,防止围栏210转动。如图1所示,所述围栏210位于安全网400外部,与竖钩116一起固定安全网400,也同时增加平台上工作人员的安全性。
如图1至图3所示,在一实施例中,所述平台300包括踏板310、踢脚板320和支撑脚330。所述踏板310为具有一定厚度的水平板,包括第一侧面311、第二侧面312、第三侧面313、第四侧面314。所述踏板310的上表面上设置防滑坑纹,可防止用户滑倒以及防止工具滚动。所述第一侧面311位于第一爬梯100的两侧杆之间,位于平台梯的正面;所述第三侧面313位于第二爬梯200的两侧杆之间,位于平台梯的背面;所述第二侧面312和第四侧面314均位于第一爬梯100和第二爬梯200之间,位于平台梯的两侧面。所述踢脚板320围设踏板310的第二侧面312、第三侧面313和第四侧面314,防止工具滚落平台300。第一侧面311处不设置踢脚板320,方便从平台梯正面攀爬的工作人员踏上平台300。如图2和图5所示,支撑脚330位于所述踏板310的靠近平台梯背面的下表面处,支撑脚330的下表面与位置最高的第二脚蹬板223的上表面接触,且第二脚蹬板223给支撑脚330提供支撑。
如图1至图3所示,在一实施例中,所述平台300转动连接在第一、第二侧杆121、122上,且与第二爬梯200之间设置防翘装置。第二侧面312的靠近平台梯正面的端部处通过固定轴317和连接片318转动连接在第二侧杆122上,第四侧面314的靠近平台梯正面的端部处通过固定轴317和连接片318转动连接在第一侧杆121上。固定轴317固定在第一、第二侧杆121、122上,连接片318固定在第二侧面312和第四侧面314上,连接片318可绕固定轴317转动,使得平台300可与连接片318一起绕固定轴317相对于第一爬梯100转动,以达到第一爬梯100和第二爬梯200折叠时,平台300可与连接片318一起绕转动轴317转动直至平台300到达竖直状态的目的。平台300与转动轴317之间通过连接片318连接,使得平台300刚开始转动的瞬间不是竖直向上运动,而是存在少许平动的空间,以便解锁防翘装置。所述防翘装置位于第二爬梯200的侧杆与平台300的对应位置之间,图4所示为去除安全网400和部分第四侧杆222的结构示意图,图5所示为图4中B部结构放大示意图,图6为图4的另一视角示意图,图7为图6中C部结构放大示意图。如图4至图7所示,防翘装置包括相互配合的防翘板211和踏板锁316。所述防翘板211位于第二爬梯200的侧杆上, 包括防翘板2111、防翘转轴2113、弹弓2112。所述防翘转轴2113穿设防翘板2111,弹弓2112的中间部位缠绕在防翘转轴2113上,且弹弓2112抵顶防翘板2111,可使防翘板2111回弹归位。所述踏板锁316位于平台300的与第二爬梯200的侧杆相对应的位置处,底部为钩形,与防翘板2111配合,防翘板2111压制踏板锁316防止其翘起。
需将平台梯折叠时,需朝远离第一爬梯100的方向拉动平台300,使连接片318相对于固定轴317转动,踏板锁316相对于防翘板211水平移动直至脱离防翘板211,将第二爬梯200相对于第一爬梯100旋转闭合,且平台300继续绕固定轴317转动,直至第一爬梯100和第二爬梯200闭合,平台300竖直,完成平台梯的折叠。需将平台梯打开时,将第二爬梯200相对于第一爬梯100旋转直至规定的角度,该过程中旋转平台300,使之和连接片318一同绕固定轴317转动,直至踏板锁316与防翘板2111接触,用力按压平台300,防翘板2111发生弹性旋转,踏板锁316被按压至防翘板2111下部,之后防翘板2111通过弹弓2112回弹归位,位于踏板锁316上部,压制踏板锁316防止平台300翘起。
如图1、图8和图9所示,在一实施例中,第二侧面312和/或第四侧面314与第二爬梯200之间均设置支撑铰链315。所述支撑铰链315一端转动连接在最高的第二脚蹬板223上,另一端通过相互配合的异型孔3151和锁扣3152连接在第二侧面312和/或第四侧面314上,所述锁扣3152位于异型孔3151内。所述异型孔3151为L型,所述L的长边与支撑铰链315的长度方向平行,L的短边与支撑铰链315的长度方向垂直。平台梯工作状态下,支撑铰链315的两端均受到推力,锁扣3152位于异型孔3151的L型的短边处,不可移动,可固定平台300。当需要将平台梯折叠时,推支撑铰链315使锁扣3152位于异型孔3151的L型的长边处,锁扣3152可在异型孔3151的L型的长边内移动,随着第一爬梯100和第二爬梯200的折叠,第二脚蹬板223朝向第一爬梯100移动,平台300绕固定轴317转动至竖直状态(如图3所示),第二脚蹬板223位于异型孔3151下方。
如图1和图10至图13所示,在一实施例中,所述两竖状杆112之间靠近平台梯顶部处设置可拆卸的栏杆113,防止工作人员从平台300上跌落。所述栏杆113的一端与一竖状杆112通过限位旋转铰114连接,所述栏杆113的另一端与另一竖状杆112通过锁115可拆卸连接。图11至图13为图1中的限位旋转铰114的爆炸图,限位旋转铰114包括第一限位部1141、第二限位部1142、限位转轴1143、相互配合的限位凹槽1144和限位凸起1145,所述第一限位部1141位于竖状杆112上,第二限位部1142位于栏杆113上,限位转轴1143位于第一限位部1141上,且第二限位部1142上设有与限位转轴1143配合的轴孔,所述限位凹槽 1144位于第一限位部1141的远离平台梯顶部的一端,所述限位凸起1145位于第二限位部1142的远离平台梯顶部的一端。在另一实施例中,所述限位凸起1145位于第一限位部1141的靠近平台梯顶部的一端,所述限位凹槽1144位于第二限位部1142的靠近平台梯顶部的一端。不管是哪种方式,限位旋转铰114均使得栏杆113的另一端只能向远离平台梯的顶部的方向转动。栏杆113绕限位旋转铰114在竖直面上向下旋转,转至不在两竖状杆112之间时,用户便可上下平台300。如图10所示,所述锁115包括第一锁定部1151和第二锁定部1152,第一锁定部1151开口朝下,使得栏杆113只能朝下移动,所述第二锁定部1152上设有凹槽,槽口背向竖状杆112,凹槽固定栏杆113的下表面,防止栏杆113向下移动。所述第二锁定部1152可相对于竖状杆112移动,需打开栏杆113时,只需掰动第二锁定部1152,使第二锁定部1152的凹槽离开栏杆113的下表面,栏杆113即可绕限位旋转铰114向下转动。
如图1所示,在一实施例中,所述第一爬梯100和/或第二爬梯200的侧杆的底端设置具有防滑坑纹的脚胶231,可防止平台梯的底面与地面产生滑动,提高平台梯水平放置时的稳定性。在另一实施例中,所述第二爬梯200的脚胶231上部设置脚轮230,需移动平台梯时,仅需使平台梯倾斜,使得脚轮230着地,便可拉动平台梯,省时省力。
如图14所示,在另一实施例中,所述第二爬梯200的第三侧杆221、第四侧杆222外侧均设置有伸缩斜撑,所述伸缩斜撑包括依次连接的固定座501、伸缩套管502、支撑杆504、连接杆505和支撑座506,所述伸缩套管502上端与固定座501枢接,所述伸缩套管502上端通过固定座501固装在第二爬梯200的侧杆外侧;所述支撑杆504上部穿设在伸缩套管502内,所述支撑杆504与伸缩套管之间设置有定位支撑杆504的弹片卡扣503,所述支撑杆504表面沿轴向设置有限制支撑杆504自转的卡条;所述支撑杆504下部通过连接杆505与支撑座506连接,所述连接杆505与支撑座506枢接,所述支撑座506底部设置有防滑胶垫。在平台梯使用时,将伸缩斜撑相对第二爬梯200的两侧杆倾斜打开,通过伸缩套管502和支撑杆504调节支撑座506着地,便可以加强平台梯的稳定性,避免平台梯在使用过程中发生侧翻,保证使用过程的安全性。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种平台梯,包括第一爬梯(100)、第二爬梯(200)和连接于第一爬梯(100)和第二爬梯(200)之间的平台(300),所述第二爬梯(200)的一端与第一爬梯(100)转动连接,其特征在于,还包括扶手(110)、安全网(400)和围栏(210),所述扶手(110)设置在所述第一爬梯(100)上,所述安全网(400)设置在所述扶手(110)的顶部与平台(300)之间,所述围栏(210)围设所述安全网(400)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的平台梯,其特征在于:所述围栏(210)设置在所述第二爬梯(200)的与第一爬梯(100)转动连接的端部。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的平台梯,其特征在于:所述扶手(110)包括顶杆(111)和与顶杆(111)连接的竖状杆(112),所述竖状杆(112)设置在第一爬梯(100)的两侧杆上,所述竖状杆(112)的顶部与第一爬梯(100)的顶部在同一高度,所述顶杆(111)同时连接竖状杆(112)和第一爬梯(100)的顶部,所述顶杆(111)挂设安全网(400)。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的平台梯,其特征在于:所述两竖状杆(112)之间靠近竖状杆(112)顶部处设置可拆卸的栏杆(113)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的平台梯,其特征在于:所述栏杆(113)的一端与一竖状杆(112)通过限位旋转铰(114)连接,所述栏杆(113)的另一端与另一竖状杆(112)通过锁(115)可拆卸连接,所述限位旋转铰(114)使得栏杆(113)只能向远离平台梯的顶部的方向转动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的平台梯,其特征在于:所述限位旋转铰(114)包括第一限位部(1141)、第二限位部(1142)、限位转轴(1143)、相互配合的限位凹槽(1144)和限位凸起(1145),所述第一限位部(1141)位于竖状杆(112)上,第二限位部(1142)位于栏杆(113)上,限位转轴(1143)位于第一限位部(1141)上,且第二限位部(1142)上设有与限位转轴(1143)配合的轴孔,所述限位凹槽(1144)位于第一限位部(1141)的远离平台梯顶部的一端,所述限位凸起(1145)位于第二限位部(1142)的远离平台梯顶部的一端。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的平台梯,其特征在于:所述锁(115)包括位于竖状杆(112)上的相互配合的第一锁定部(1151)和第二锁定部(1152),所述第一锁定部(1151)为开口结构且开口背向平台梯的顶部,所述第二锁定部(1152)设有凹槽,且槽口背向竖状杆(112)。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的平台梯,其特征在于:所述平台(300)包括踏板(310)、踢脚板(320),所述踏板(310)包括第一侧面(311)、第二侧面(312)、第三侧面(313)和第四侧面(314),所述第一侧面(311)位于第一爬梯(100)的两侧杆之间,所述第三侧面(313)位于第二爬梯(200)的两侧杆之间,所述第二侧面(312)和第四侧面(314)均位于第一爬梯(100)和第二爬梯(200)之 间,所述踢脚板(320)围设踏板(310)的第二侧面(312)、第三侧面(313)和第四侧面(314),所述第二侧面(312)、第四侧面(314)的靠近第一侧面(311)的端部与第一爬梯(100)的两侧杆转动连接,所述踏板(310)的靠近第三侧面(313)的一端由第二爬梯(200)的脚蹬板支撑,所述第三侧面(313)以及至少部分第二侧面(312)、第四侧面(314)固定安全网(400)的底端。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的平台梯,其特征在于:所述平台(300)还包括固定在平台(300)下表面上的支撑脚(330),所述支撑脚(330)位于平台(300)和第二爬梯(200)的脚蹬板之间。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的平台梯,其特征在于:所述第二侧面(312)和/或第四侧面(314)与第二爬梯(200)之间设置支撑铰链(315)。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的平台梯,其特征在于:所述支撑铰链(315)一端转动连接在第二爬梯(200)上,另一端通过相互配合的异型孔(3151)和锁扣(3152)连接在第二侧面(312)和/或第四侧面(314)上,所述锁扣(3152)位于异型孔(3151)内。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的平台梯,其特征在于:所述第二爬梯(200)的侧杆与平台(300)的对应位置之间设置防翘装置。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的平台梯,其特征在于:所述第二侧面(312)、第四侧面(314)与第一爬梯(100)的两侧杆之间设置转动装置,所述转动装置包括相互配合的固定轴(317)和连接片(318),所述固定轴(317)固定在第一爬梯(100)的两侧杆上,所述连接片(318)固定在第二侧面(312)和第四侧面(314)上,所述连接片(318)与所述固定轴(317)转动连接,所述防翘装置包括相互配合的踏板锁(316)和防翘板(211),所述踏板锁(316)位于平台(300)上,所述防翘板(211)位于第二爬梯(200)的侧杆上,且平台梯处于打开状态时,所述防翘板(211)抵挡所述踏板锁(316)用于阻挡平台(300)发生转动,需折叠平台梯时,朝远离第一爬梯(100)的方向拉动平台(300),使连接片(318)相对于固定轴(317)转动,踏板锁(316)相对于防翘板(211)移动直至脱离防翘板(211)。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的平台梯,其特征在于:所述第一爬梯(100)和/或第二爬梯(200)的侧杆的底端设置具有防滑坑纹的脚胶(231)。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的平台梯,其特征在于:所述第二爬梯(200)的脚胶(231)的上部设置脚轮(230)。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的平台梯,其特征在于:所述第二爬梯(200)的两侧杆外侧均设置有伸缩斜撑,所述伸缩斜撑包括依次连接的固定座(501)、伸缩套管(502)、支撑杆(504)、连接杆(505)和支撑座(506),所述伸缩套管(502)上端与固定座(501)枢接,所述伸缩套管(502) 上端通过固定座(501)固装在第二爬梯(200)的侧杆外侧;所述支撑杆(504)上部穿设在伸缩套管(502)内,所述支撑杆(504)与伸缩套管之间设置有定位支撑杆(504)的弹片卡扣(503),所述支撑杆(504)表面沿轴向设置有限制支撑杆(504)自转的卡条;所述支撑杆(504)下部通过连接杆(505)与支撑座(506)连接,所述连接杆(505)与支撑座(506)枢接,所述支撑座(506)底部设置有防滑胶垫。
