一种电加热香烟的嘴棒结构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电加热香烟,尤其是指一种电加热香烟的嘴棒结构。
背景技术
现有的电加热香烟包括嘴棒和烟草棒,嘴棒依次包括白棒、冷却元件、中空嘴棒,中空嘴棒与烟草棒直接接触,冷却元件采用PLA(聚乳酸)材料填充,使用加热器的电加热香烟必须拥有冷却元件,否则无法冷却保护加热器,同时人体有害;冷却元件不能直接接触加热器,因为PLA材质接触高温的话,会溶化接触高温底部都变硬块对吸度变低,故此种复合嘴棒的结构相对复杂,同时因为复合嘴棒的结构和加热器的尺寸限制了烟草棒的长度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决了上述技术问题,提供一种电加热香烟的嘴棒结构,结构简单,不仅使高温溶化硬块部分面积大大减小,保持降温功能的同时保持吸入度,也提供了给烟草棒的尺寸空间。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种电加热香烟的嘴棒结构,其特征在于,所述的嘴棒结构包括PLA卷棒和包裹在PLA卷棒外圆周面的丝素结构。
进一步的,所述的PLA卷棒为多个PLA片材捆绑成卷。
进一步的,所述的PLA卷棒为由PLA线绳编织而成中空圆柱体。
一种电加热香烟的嘴棒结构,其特征在于,所述的嘴棒结构采用PLA纤维卷制成型。
一种电加热香烟的嘴棒结构,其特征在于,所述的嘴棒结构包括丝素卷棒和PLA细条,所述的PLA细条插入丝素卷棒中。
进一步的,所述的丝素结构采用醋酸纤维。
本实用新型,利用PLA的降温功能,保护电子香烟加热管里的加热片或者电子香烟的加热棒,不仅使高温溶化硬块部分面积大大减小,保持降温功能的同时保持吸入度,同时结构简单,成本低,也对烟草棒的长度限制低。

如图1所示,一种电加热香烟的冷却结构,所述的冷却结构包括PLA卷棒10和包裹在PLA卷棒10外圆周面的丝素结构20,所述的PLA卷棒10为多个PLA片材捆绑成卷,所述的所述的丝素结构20采用醋酸纤维,通过在PLA卷棒10外侧包裹丝素结构,。
图2所示实施例二中与实施例一的区别在于,所述的PLA卷棒10为由PLA线绳编织而成中空圆柱体。
图3所示实施例三,嘴棒结构包括丝素卷棒31和PLA细条32,所述的PLA细条32插入丝素卷棒31中,制作时把直径0.5mm的PLA细条32不规则位置插进丝素中同时卷成棒。
图4所示实施例三,嘴棒结构采用PLA纤维卷制成型PLA卷棒40。
上述四中实施例,嘴棒结构简单,利用PLA的降温功能,保护电子香烟加热器里的加热片或者电子香烟的加热棒,不仅使高温溶化硬块部分面积大大减小,保持降温功能的同时保持吸入度,同时结构简单,成本低,也对烟草棒的长度限制低。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本实用新型,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本实用新型的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上对本实用新型做出各种变化,均为本实用新型的保护范围。
