Ceci permet une revue efficace par des experts du domaine. Ceci est en outre permis par l'intermédiaire de l'utilisation d'un portail numérique en nuage et de services de réseautage social qui mettent en œuvre un modèle de collaboration sociale pour capturer et permettre une revue et un échange de connaissances intermédiaires pendant un processus de revue et d'évaluation.
