Abstract

本发明提供一种锂电池内短路电压电流异常检测方法及系统,包括如下步骤:S1:对锂电池进行充放电并确定所述锂电池进入充放电状态;S2:同步实时采集所述锂电池两端的电压数据和通过所述锂电池的电流数据中的至少一者;S3:判断所述电压数据和所述电流数据是否异常;当所述电压和/或所述电流异常时,停止自动化生产。可以有效避免因锂电池内短路造成的化成分容过程中的热失控,提高锂电池自动化生产的安全性。
