一种卷发烫发方法
本申请要求于2018年03月01日提交中国专利局、申请号为CN201810171201.6、发明名称为“一种卷发烫发方法”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及美发造型技术领域,特别涉及一种卷发烫发方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,美发造型已经成为人们追求美丽的生活方式,由此各种美发工具应运而生,如直发器、卷发器等。卷发器是一种用来把头发烫卷的手持式电子产品,它的主要组成部分是一个手持柄和一个发热卷筒。卷发器的设计采用电路面板控制温度,发热卷筒的材质为电气石陶瓷面板,可以平均分散热力,循环加热,改善头发蛋白质结构制造弯曲,并在烫卷的过程中保护发质。
现市场上卷发器按照使用方式可以分为手动卷发器,半自动卷发器二类,且卷发器的发热部分往往裸露在外,在使用时容易造成烫伤。手动卷发器如果自己在家卷发需要其他人帮助才能完成,操作不便。
当然,也有自动卷发器产品逐渐出先在市场上,然而这些自动卷发器在卷发过程中,容易出现头发卡住的情况,造成头发的损伤。
因此,如何提供一种卷发烫发方案,能够在方便完成卷发的同时,能够完成与现有技术中不同的卷发造型,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种卷发烫发方法,能够在方便完成卷发的同时,能够完成与现有技术中不同的卷发造型。其具体方案如下:
一种卷发烫发方法,应用于一种自动卷发器,所述自动卷发器,包括:整体呈条形的第一手柄、第二手柄及发热板;所述第一手柄的第一端与所述第二手柄的第一端铰接,所述第一手柄的第二端朝向第二手柄的一侧设有卷发装置;所述卷发装置,包括:朝向第二手柄、竖直设置于所述第一手柄的绕发柱,连接有电动装置能够围绕所述绕发柱转动的拨发部;所述拨发部外周设有保护墙;所述保护墙设有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽的底部低于所述拨发部的顶部;所述发热板,包括:设于所述绕发柱底部外周的第一发热板,设于所述第二手柄的第二端、与所述第一发热板相对的第二发热板;
该方法包括:
S11:将头发置入所述第一凹槽;
S12:控制所述电动装置驱动所述拨发部围绕所述绕发柱转动,以便将所述头发缠绕在所述绕发柱上;
S13:将所述第一手柄、所述第二手柄合并,并控制所述第一发热板、所述第二发热板加热所述绕发柱上缠绕的头发。

在上述具体实施方式的基础上,本具体实施方式,将更加具体地说明该S形立体自动卷发器各个部件的连接和位置关系。如图,可以看到在第二手柄8的第一端,设有能够接通外界电源的电源线12,为了方便电源线的安装,设置有尾盖11,尾盖11与第二手柄8通过卡扣的方式连接。PCB板10设置于第二手柄8的中部,第二盖板9将PCB板限制在第二手柄8内。第二手柄8的第二端设置有卷发装置和第二发热板3,具体地,在第二手柄8的第二段底部设置定位板7,定位板7上设置有定位卡槽,内筒6与定位板7转动方向固定连接,内筒6的内侧设置有齿轮5,齿轮5能够转动,齿轮5与环状体4卡扣固定,拨发部34为环状体边沿有沿轴向的凸起。为了减少第二手柄8的厚度,将电机14设置于定位板7的侧面,通过齿轮5与环状体4传动连接,进而能够驱动拨发部34围绕绕发柱16转动。
进一步地,为了方便S形立体自动卷发器电源的开关,可以将S形立体自动卷发器的电源开关15设于所述第一手柄1、所述第二手柄8中任一的相对内侧;当所述第一手柄1和所述第二手柄8合并时,能够使所述电源开关15闭合。这样在具体使用该S形立体自动卷发器时,就不需要特地去打开开关,只要将第一手柄1和第二手柄8闭合即可。
值得指出的是,为了减少S形立体自动卷发器的发热板对头发的损伤,还可以在第二手柄8设置蒸汽喷雾器。当然,也可以在第一手柄1设置蒸汽喷雾器。为了将头发的造型制作的更加圆润,可以将绕发柱16设置为圆柱或椭圆柱。当然也可以将绕发柱16制造成其他的形状,例如边缘带圆角的方形柱等。在具体制造时,可以将绕发柱16和第二发热板33一体加工制造而成,也可以将绕发柱16、第二发热板33分别制造,可拆卸安装,进而可 以安装更多种截面形状的绕发柱16。
在上述具体实施方式的基础上,本具体实施方式中,为了使得本S形立体自动卷发器加工生成的发型更加多变,还可以将所述第一发热板2的表面设置为呈圆滑的波浪状;相应地,所述第二发热板3的表面呈与第二发热板3的表面相匹配的波浪状。当然,也可以将第一发热板2、第二发热板3的表面制造呈其他的形状,例如,可以将所述第一发热板2的表面设置为呈凸出的弧形面;相应地,所述第二发热板3的表面呈与第二发热板2的表面相匹配形状,即凹陷的弧形面。
在上述具体实施方式的基础上,本具体实施方式中,所述绕发柱16设有沿其轴向方向伸缩的弹性装置。该伸缩装置能够在第一手柄1和第二手柄8合并时,进行弹性缓冲,减少对S形立体自动卷发器的损伤,同时,还能使得第一发热板2和第二发热板3夹持头发更加的紧密,能够适应不同头发量的夹持和造型。
请参考图4、图5、图6、图7,图4为使用本发明一种该具体实施方式提供的S形立体自动卷发器放置头发的示意图;图5为使用本发明一种该具体实施方式提供的S形立体自动卷发器放置头发的局部剖视示意图;图6为使用本发明一种该具体实施方式提供的S形立体自动卷发器绕发过程的局部剖视示意图;图7为使用本发明一种该具体实施方式提供的S形立体自动卷发器绕发完成的剖视图。
在具体使用上述具体实施方式中的S形立体自动卷发器时,首先将头发放置于第一凹槽41和第二凹槽,控制所述电动装置驱动所述拨发部34围绕所述绕发柱16转动,以便将所述头发缠绕在所述绕发柱16上形成纺锤体合并所述第一手柄1、所述第二手柄8,并控制所述第一发热板2、所述第二发热板3加热所述纺锤体。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种卷发烫发方法,应用于一种自动卷发器,所述自动卷发器,包括:整体呈条形的第一手柄、第二手柄及发热板;所述第一手柄的第一端与所述第二手柄的第一端铰接,所述第一手柄的第二端朝向第二手柄的一侧设有卷发装置;所述卷发装置,包括:朝向第二手柄、竖直设置于所述第一手柄的绕发柱,连接有电动装置能够围绕所述绕发柱转动的拨发部;所述拨发部外周设有保护墙;所述保护墙设有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽的底部低于所述拨发部的顶部;所述发热板,包括:设于所述绕发柱底部外周的第一发热板,设于所述第二手柄的第二端、与所述第一发热板相对的第二发热板;
    其特征在于,该方法包括:
    S11:将头发置入所述第一凹槽;
    S12:控制所述电动装置驱动所述拨发部围绕所述绕发柱转动,以便将所述头发缠绕在所述绕发柱上;
    S13:将所述第一手柄、所述第二手柄合并,并控制所述第一发热板、所述第二发热板加热所述绕发柱上缠绕的头发。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卷发烫发方法,其特征在于,
    所述保护墙设有第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽的底部高于所述保护墙的拨发部的顶部;
    所述步骤S11,包括:将头发置入所述第一凹槽、所述第二凹槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的卷发烫发方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S12,还包括:
    获取所述电动装置的工作电流;
    判断所述驱动电流是否超过预设阈值;
    如果是,则控制所述电动装置停止工作。
  4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的卷发烫发方法,其特征在于,
    所述绕发柱设有沿其轴向方向伸缩的弹性装置;
    所述步骤S13,还包括:
    合并所述第一所述、所述第二手柄至所述弹性装置发生弹性形变。
