　前記底辺の長さは９．０ｃｍ～１５．０ｃｍであり、前記開放辺の長さは１６．０ｃｍ～２２．０ｃｍであり、前記折り畳み式容器の高さは、５．０ｃｍ～１０．０ｃｍの高さを有しても良い。この場合には、泡立てやすさ、容器の安定性、良好な使用性を向上させることができる。
　第１の態様に係る折り畳み式容器において、前記底辺の長さは１３．０ｃｍであり、前記開放辺の長さは１７．２ｃｍであっても良い。この場合には、泡立てやすさ、容器の安定性、良好な使用性を更に向上させることができる。
　第１の態様に係る折り畳み式容器において、前記折り畳み式容器は、少なくとも１０００ｃｍ３の容積を有しても良い。この場合には、頭髪の染毛に求められる染毛剤量を満たすことができる。
　第１の態様に係る折り畳み式容器において、前記折り畳み式容器は、折り畳み時に、最大長さが１６．０ｃｍ～２２．０ｃｍ、最大幅が５．０ｃｍ～１０．０ｃｍであっても良い。この場合には、泡立てやすさ、容器の安定性、使用性を確保しつつ、規定の製品箱内へ収容することができる。
　第２の態様は、染毛剤セットを提供する。第２の態様に係る染毛剤セットは、第１剤および第２剤を含む染毛剤と、手揉み用の泡立部材と、第１の態様に係る折り畳み式容器と、を備える。第２の態様に係る染毛剤セットによれば、泡立部材を手揉みして染毛剤を発泡させる際に適した折り畳み式容器を備えることができる。
　第２の態様に係る染毛剤セットにおいて、前記手揉み用の泡立部材は、網目状繊維材であっても良い。この場合には、発泡操作を容易化することができる。

　以下、本開示に係る、染毛剤を発泡させるために用いられる折り畳み式容器および染毛剤セットについて、図面を参照しつつ、実施形態に基づいて説明する。なお、本明細書および特許請求の範囲において、染毛剤とは、染料を含まない脱色・脱染剤を含むヘアカラーの総称として用いられる。
　第１の態様形態：
　図１は、第１の実施形態に係る折り畳み式容器を斜め上方から見た説明図である。図２は、第１の実施形態に係る折り畳み式容器の側面図である。図３は、第１の実施形態に係る折り畳み式容器の正面図である。図４は第１の実施形態に係る折り畳み式容器の平面図である。図５は第１の実施形態に係る折り畳み式容器を形成する前の展開図である。
　第１の実施形態に係る折り畳み式容器１００は、図５に示す１枚のシート状の部材を折り目に従い折り曲げ加工することによって形成され、展開時には、有底で上部に向かって開口面の面積が広がる箱形形状を有している。折り畳み式容器１００は、底面２０Ａ、一対の第１の側面２０Ｌ、２０Ｒ並びに一対の第２の側面２０Ｆ、２０Ｂを備えている。底面２０Ａは、四角形状を有する。本実施形態においては正方形を例にとって示すが、長方形であっても良い。底面２０Ａは、対角を結ぶ２本の山折りの折り目Ｌ１、Ｌ２、並びに底面２０Ａと連続する第１の側面２０Ｌ、２０Ｒの底辺２２Ｌ、２２Ｒの中点を結ぶ谷折りの折り目Ｌ３を有している。なお、本実施形態においては、折り畳み式容器１００の内側に頂部が向かう折り目を山折り、折り畳み式容器１００の外側に向かう折り目を谷折りと定義する。
　第１の側面２０Ｌ、２０Ｒは、それぞれ、底面２０Ａから鈍角の傾斜角θ１をなすように折り返され（図２参照）、底面２０Ａを介して対向する。第１の側面２０Ｌ、２０Ｒは、それぞれ台形状を有し、山折りの折り目Ｌ３Ｌ、Ｌ３Ｒを有している。第１の側面２０Ｌ、２０Ｒは、底面２０Ａと繋がる底辺２２Ｌ、２２Ｒと、底辺２２Ｌ、２２Ｒの対辺をなす開放辺２１Ｌ、２１Ｒとを備えている。折り目Ｌ３Ｌ、Ｌ３Ｒは、底面２０Ａにおける折り目Ｌ３と繋がり、底辺２２Ｌ、２２Ｒの中点と開放辺２１Ｌ、２１Ｒの中点とを結ぶ。第１の側面２０Ｌ、２０Ｒの内面には、第１の側面２０Ｌ、２０Ｒを形成する際、すなわち、折り畳み式容器１００を形成する際に生じるタブＴＬ、ＴＲが畳み込まれている。本実施形態において、タブＴＬ、ＴＲは、第１の側面２０Ｌ、２０Ｒに熱溶着により接着されていおり熱溶着部ＨＳが形成されている。なお、熱溶着に代えて、接着剤や接着材を用いて接着されても良い。第１の側面２０Ｌ、２０Ｒにのみ折り目Ｌ３Ｌ、Ｌ３Ｒを備えることにより、折り目を低減し、折り目に対する染毛剤の溜まりを低減することができる。
　第２の側面２０Ｆ、２０Ｂは、それぞれ、底面２０Ａから傾斜角θ１をなすように折り返され（図３参照）、底面２０Ａを介して対向する。第２の側面２０Ｆ、２０Ｂは、それぞれ台形状を有し、折り目を有していない。第２の側面２０Ｆ、２０Ｂは、底面２０Ａと繋がる底辺２２Ｆ、２２Ｂと、底辺２２Ｆ、２２Ｂの対辺をなす開放辺２１Ｆ、２１Ｂとを備えている。
　図２および図３に示すように、第１の側面２０Ｌ、第２の側面２０Ｆの各底辺２２Ｌ、２２Ｆは、長さＬＬ（ｃｍ）を有し、各開放辺２１Ｌ、２１Ｆは、長さＵＬ（ｃｍ）を有する。折り畳み式容器１００は、高さＨ（ｃｍ）を有する。底面２０Ａと第１の側面２０Ｌ、第２の側面２０Ｆとがなす傾斜角θ１は、以下の式によって規定される。
　　θ１＝１８０－（ｔａｎ－１（２Ｈ／（ＵＬ－ＬＬ））×１８０／π）
なお、第１の側面２０Ｒ、第２の側面２０Ｂについても同様であり、以下では、第１の側面２０Ｌ、第２の側面２０Ｆを例にとって説明する。
　染毛剤を発泡させるための折り畳み式容器１００としては、後述するように、傾斜角θ１は１００°～１２０°であることが望ましい。また、各底辺２２Ｌ、２２Ｆの長さＬＬは、９．０～１５．０ｃｍであることが望ましく、各開放辺２１Ｌ、２１Ｆの長さＵＬは１６．０～２２．０ｃｍであることが望ましい。また、各底辺２２Ｌ、２２Ｆ、すなわち、底辺一辺に対する各開放辺２１Ｌ、２１Ｆ、すなわち、開放辺一辺の比（底辺／開放辺）は、０．５２～０．７６であることが望ましい。さらに、折り畳み式容器１００の高さは５．０～１０．０ｃｍであることが望ましい。また、毛髪全体を染毛するために求められる量の発泡された染毛剤を生成するために、１０００ｃｍ３以上の容積を有していることが望ましい。
　図５に示すように、折り畳み式容器１００は、１枚の樹脂製の加工前シート材１００ｂを折り目Ｌ１、Ｌ２、Ｌ３、Ｌ３Ｌ、Ｌ３Ｒ、Ｌ４、Ｌ５、Ｌ６、Ｌ７に従って折り曲げることによって形成される。加工前シート材１００ｂは、例えば、ポリプロピレン製であり、厚さは好ましくは０．１ｍｍ～０．３ｍｍ、より好ましくは０．１８ｍｍである。一枚のシート材を折り曲げて折り畳み式容器１００が形成されるので、複数の面部材を組み合わせる場合に生じ得る各面の継ぎ目や接合部からの染毛剤の漏れを防止することができる。なお、折り目は、山折りまたは谷折りが共通する限り同一の符号で示されている。加工前シート材１００ｂは、折り曲げ後に、底面２０Ａ、第１の側面２０Ｌ、２０Ｒ、第２の側面２０Ｆ、２０Ｂ、タブＴＬ、ＴＲを構成する、底面構成部２０Ａｂ、第１の側面構成部２０Ｌｂ、２０Ｒｂ、第２の側面構成部２０Ｆｂ、２０Ｂｂ、タブ構成部ＴＬｂ、ＴＲｂを有している。加工前シート材１００ｂは、内容物が視認できるように透明または半透明の樹脂であることが望ましい。
　図６は第１の実施形態に係る折り畳み式容器が折り畳まれた際の態様を示す説明図である。図６において、透過によって確認できる構成については（）を付して示されている。折り畳み式容器１００は、折り畳み時に、第１の側面２０Ｌ、２０Ｒがそれぞれ折り目Ｌ３Ｌ、Ｌ３Ｒに沿って折り曲げられ、第２の側面２０Ｆ、２０Ｂの内側に収納される。したがって、折り畳まれた折り畳み式容器１００は、第２の側面２０Ｆ、２０Ｂが表面および裏面となる略板状形状を有する。折り畳まれた折り畳み式容器１００は、長さＬ（ｃｍ）、幅Ｗ（ｃｍ）を有する。折り畳まれた折り畳み式容器１００の最大長は１６．０ｃｍ～２２．０ｃｍ、最大幅は５．０ｃｍ～１０．０ｃｍである。
　折り畳み式容器１００に対しては、染毛剤を泡立てるという側面、並びに、染毛剤、泡立部材と共に製品箱内に収容して販売される染毛剤セットに用いられるという側面から、以下の条件を満たすことが望まれる。
・製品箱の寸法には、広く用いられている既存の寸法が存在しており、販売店の陳列棚の寸法は既存の製品箱の寸法、例えば、高さが２２ｃｍ、幅が１０ｃｍ、奥行きが１０ｃｍに合わせて決定されている。したがって、既存の寸法よりも大きな製品箱は棚に入らず陳列販売できない場合がある。また、寸法が大きければ大きいほど運搬および保管にコストがかかる。したがって、折り畳み式容器は、既存の寸法の製品箱に収容可能な寸法を有していることが求められる。
・使用に至るまで長期にわたり保存された後であっても、折り畳み式容器１００には、直ちに所望の形状に復元する復元性が求められる。復元性が悪い場合、例えば、復元の程度が低い場合には染毛剤を上手く発泡させることができず、復元に時間を要する場合には、ユーザの使い勝手を阻害してしまう。
・折り目や角が少ない折り畳み式容器が求められる。角や折り目か多い複雑な構造の折り畳み式容器では、角や折り目に溜まる混合液の量が増え、折り畳み式容器に投入した染毛剤の全量を効率よく発泡させることができない可能性がある。
・発泡の対象が、染毛剤または脱色剤であり、折り畳み式容器から周囲に泡が飛び散らないことが求められる。周囲が染毛剤に含まれる染料により染色されたり、脱色剤によって脱色されてしまうおそれや、発泡に用いられる薬剤の減量により色むらの原因にもなる。
・通常、染毛剤は、アルカリ剤と酸化剤、酸化染料を含有しており、肌との接触を避けるため手袋が用いられる。したがって、手袋で守られていない、例えば、腕に泡が付着することなく泡立て可能な折り畳み式容器が求められる。
・例えば、泡立てネットといった泡立部材を手で揉み込んで染毛剤を発泡させる場合、手が入れやすくかつ折り畳み式容器内において手を動かしやすい形状が求められる。また、手揉みによって染毛剤を発泡させている際に容易に染毛剤がこぼれ出さないことが求められる。
　以上の点を考慮して、染毛剤を発泡させるための折り畳み式容器１００として適した寸法特性について検証した。検証に際しては、以下の組成を有する染毛剤を用いた。

　折り畳み式容器１００内において、手揉みにて染毛剤を発泡させるための泡立部材としては、以下の特性を有する網目状繊維材、すなわち、泡立てネット、を用いた。なお、折り畳み式容器１００と、表１および表２に示す染毛剤と、泡立てネットによって染毛剤セットが構成される。

　発泡手順、すなわち、泡立ては以下の手順で行った。
（１）折り畳まれた状態の折り畳み式容器を展開して折り畳み式容器１００を形成し、泡立てネットを入れ第１剤と第２剤を泡立てネットにかけるように投入する。
（２）ゴム製の手袋を着用し泡立てネットを握るように折り畳み式容器１００内で揉み込み泡立てる。このとき「泡立てネットの揉み込み」と「液を泡立てネットに染みこませるため、底面を円を描くように数回かき混ぜる」を繰り返すことにより泡立てることが望ましい。
（３）泡が折り畳み式容器１００内に一杯になるか、混合液全量が泡になるまで泡立てを継続する。
（４）得られた泡状の混合液をゴム手袋を着用した手に泡を直接のせて、毛髪試験用ドール（株式会社ビューラックス社製「カットマネキンＮＯ．７７５Ｓ」）の毛髪全体に手で塗布し、指を立ててやさしく髪全体を揉み込んで頭の上でも泡立てる。混合液の全量が泡状になる前に折り畳み式容器１００容器を満たした場合は、再度、残りの混合液を用いて泡立てを行い泡となった混合液を塗布する。
（５）２０分間放置後洗い流し、シャンプー・コンディショナーをした後、乾燥する。
　容器の評価は以下の評価方法で行った。
　２５℃の条件下でパネラー１０名が泡立て・染毛操作を行い評価した。
（Ａ）「泡立てやすさ」の評価基準
「手が動かしやすく泡立てやすい」、「手を動かしにくく泡立てにくい」の２択で評価を行い、「手が動かしやすく泡立てやすい」と回答したパネラー数が、
１０～８名を優（１）、７～５名を可（２）、４名以下を不可（３）とした。
（Ｂ）「容器の安定性」の評価基準
「容器が安定していて容器から泡がこぼれない」、「容器が不安定で泡がこぼれた」の２択で評価を行い、「容器が安定していて容器から泡がこぼれない」と回答したパネラー数が、
１０～８名を優（１）、７～５名を可（２）、４名以下を不可（３）とした。
（Ｃ）「使用性」の評価基準
「手袋で守られていない腕の部分や周囲を汚すことなく染毛できた」、「手袋で守られていない腕の部分や周囲に泡がついてしまい汚してしまった」の２択で評価を行い、「手袋で守られていない腕の部分や周囲を汚すことなく染毛できた」と回答したパネラー数が、
１０～８名を優（１）、７～５名を可（２）、４名以下を不可（３）とした。
　その上で、３つの評価基準の総合評価結果として、可（２）２つまでを合格とした。

　表３においては、開放辺長ＵＬおよび高さＨを一定とし、底辺長ＬＬを変化させた場合の検証結果が実施例１～３として示されている。開放辺長ＵＬは、製品箱内への収容や使用性の観点から１７．２ｃｍとした。なお、厳密に１７．２ｃｍであることは求められず、例えば、１６．０ｃｍ～２２．０ｃｍといったように、概ね１７ｃｍ前後であれば良い。折り畳み式容器１００は、泡立てやすさ（Ａ）、容器の安定性（Ｂ）、使用性（Ｃ）を向上させるために、第１の側面２０Ｌ、２０Ｒおよび第２の側面２０Ｆ、２０Ｂは、底面２０Ａとからは傾斜角θ１をなして折り返されている。すなわち、第１の側面２０Ｌ、２０Ｒおよび第２の側面２０Ｆ、２０Ｂは、底面２０Ａから開口部に向かって開口面積が広がるように勾配角を備えることによって、容器に対する手のひらの出し入れを容易にし、また、容器内における泡立て操作時に開放辺２１Ｆ、２１Ｂ、２１Ｌ、２１Ｒと手首の干渉を防止または低減している。

　表４においては、開放辺長ＵＬおよび底辺長ＬＬを一定とし高さＨを変化させた場合、底辺長ＬＬおよび高さＨを一定とし開放辺長ＵＬを変化させた場合、高さを一定とし、開放辺長ＵＬおよび底辺長ＬＬを変化させた場合の検証結果が実施例４～実施例１０として示されている。高さＨは、製品箱内への収容や使用性の観点から８ｃｍとした。なお、厳密に８ｃｍであることは求められず、例えば、５ｃｍ～１０ｃｍといったように、概ね８ｃｍ前後であれば良い。
　表３および表４の検証結果によれば、傾斜角θ１が、１００°～１２０°であれば、泡立てやすさ（Ａ）の評価において不可（３）はなく、また、傾斜角θ１が１００°～１１４°であれば、泡立てやすさ（Ａ）、容器の安定性（Ｂ）のいずれの評価においても優（１）のみとなる。傾斜角θ１が１００°未満の場合、泡立てやすさ（Ａ）の評価は不可（３）であり、泡立てやすさ（Ａ）の観点からは傾斜角θ１は１００°以上であることが望ましい。すなわち、傾斜角θ１が直角に近くなるに連れて容器に対する手のひらの出し入れが容易でなくなる。また、高さＨが高くなると容器内において泡立部材を手揉み等する発泡操作の際に開放辺が手首等に当たってしまい、泡立てにくさをもたらす（比較例５、８）。したがって、高さＨは１３ｃｍ未満、さらに１０ｃｍ以下であることが望ましい。さらに、底辺長ＬＬが短い、すなわち、容器の接地面積が小さくなると容器内における発泡操作に伴う手のひらの動きが制限される（比較例１）。したがって、底辺長ＬＬは、７ｃｍ以上であり、さらには、１０ｃｍ以上であることが望ましい。
　一般的に、開放辺長ＵＬが長くなると、開放面積が大きくなり手のひらのみならず、手首や腕も容器内に入り易くなり、発泡された染毛剤と接触し易くなり、使用性が低下する。また、容器の容積が１０００ｃｍ３未満となると、容器から発泡された染毛剤があふれ易くなり、手首や腕に付着し使用性が低下する（比較例４）。製品箱の寸法制限により、開放辺長ＵＬおよび底辺長ＬＬとして取り得る長さは制限されるため、高さＨが低くなると求められる容積を確保できなくなる。表３および表４の検証結果によれば、使用性（Ｃ）の観点からは、開放辺長ＵＬの長さは２２ｃｍ以下であること、さらには、２０ｃｍ以下であることが望ましく、高さＨは５ｃｍ以上であることが望ましい。
　一般的に、底辺長ＬＬが短い、すなわち、容器の接地面積が小さくなると容器の安定性は低下する（比較例１）。また、底辺長ＬＬが短い、あるいは、高さＨが低いと、容器に求められる容積を確保できなくなる（比較例１、４）。この結果、容器の安定性（Ｂ）が低下する。表３および表４の検証結果によれば、容器の安定性（Ｂ）の観点からは、底辺長ＬＬの長さは７ｃｍ以上であり、さらには、１０ｃｍ以上であることが望ましく、高さＨは５ｃｍ以上であることが望ましい。
　以上の検証結果をまとめると、折り畳み式容器１００は、傾斜角θ１として、１００°～１２０°を有し、容積として１０００ｃｍ３以上であることが望ましい。また、底辺長ＬＬの長さと開放辺長ＵＬの長さとの比（底辺／開放辺）が０．５２～０．７６であると共に、底辺長ＬＬが９．０ｃｍ～１５．０ｃｍであり、開放辺長ＵＬが１６．０ｃｍ～２２．０ｃｍであり、高さＨが５．０ｃｍ～１０．０ｃｍであることがさらに望ましい。さらに、底辺長ＬＬが１３．０ｃｍであり、開放辺長ＵＬが１７．２ｃｍであり、高さＨが５．０ｃｍ～１０．０ｃｍであることが望ましい。この場合には、求められる容積を確保しつつ、折り畳み時にコンパクトであり、また、泡立てやすさ（Ａ）、容器の安定性（Ｂ）および使用性（Ｃ）に優れた折り畳み式容器１００を実現することができる。
　本実施形態に係る折り畳み式容器１００によれば、泡立部材を手揉みして染毛剤を発泡させる際に適した折り畳み式容器が提供される。より具体的には、本実施形態に係る折り畳み式容器１００は、泡立てやすさ（Ａ）、容器の安定性（Ｂ）および使用性（Ｃ）に優れる。優れた泡立てやすさ（Ａ）、容器の安定性（Ｂ）および使用性（Ｃ）を実現するために本実施形態に係る折り畳み式容器１００は、
・既存の寸法の製品箱に収容可能な寸法を有し、
・使用に至るまで長期にわたり保存された後であっても、直ちに所望の形状に復元する復元性を有し、
・折り目や角が少なく、
・周囲に泡が飛び散らず、手袋で守られていない、手首や腕に泡が付着することなく泡立て可能であり、
・泡立部材を手で揉み込んで染毛剤を発泡させる場合に、手が入れやすくかつ容器内において手を動かし易く、手揉みによって染毛剤を発泡させている際に容易に染毛剤がこぼれ出さない、特性を有している。
　また、本実施形態における折り畳み式容器１００を備える染毛剤セットは、泡立部材、例えば、網目状繊維材、ネット、スポンジを用いて染毛剤を発泡させることができるので、染毛剤の成分処方幅を拡大することができる。すなわち、泡立部材を用いた発泡操作によれば、噴射剤や振とう操作等により発泡させる場合よりも容易に発泡が可能であり、発泡のために染毛剤の成分が制約されることはない。また、折り畳み式容器１００に染毛剤の全量を投入し、発泡させることが可能であるから、毛髪への塗布の途中で再度、染毛剤を容器から吐出させる等の操作を行うことなく染毛操作を継続することができる。さらに、折り畳み式容器１００を使用することによって製品箱の寸法をコンパクト化することや染毛剤セットを内包する製品を軽量化することができる。
　その他の実施形態：
（１）上記第１の実施形態においては、染毛剤を用いているが、同様にして表５および６に示す第１剤および第２剤からなる脱色剤が用いられても良い。なお、表５および表６における注釈の意味は表１および表２における注釈と同じ意味である。

  1. 　１枚のシート材によって形成された、染毛剤を発泡させるために用いられる折り畳み式容器であって、
    　展開時に、
    　四角形状の底面と、
    　前記底面から鈍角の傾斜角を成して折り返され、それぞれが開放辺を有する４つの側面であって、
    　　前記底面を介して対向し、折り目を有する一対の台形状の第１の側面と、
    　　前記底面を介して対向し、折り目を有さない一対の台形状の第２の側面と、を含む４つの側面とを備える、折り畳み式容器。
  2. 　請求項１に記載の折り畳み式容器において、
    　前記底面は、対角を結ぶ２つの山折りの折り目と、前記第１の側面における前記折り目と連続する谷折りの折り目を有する、折り畳み式容器。

  5. 　請求項１から３のいずれか一項に記載の折り畳み式容器において、
    　前記第１の側面および前記第２の側面は、前記底面と繋がり前記開放辺の対辺をなす底辺を有し、前記底辺の一辺の長さと前記開放辺の一辺の長さの比（底辺／開放辺）は、０．５２～０．７６であり、
    　前記底辺の長さは９．０ｃｍ～１５．０ｃｍであり、前記開放辺の長さは１６．０ｃｍ～２２．０ｃｍであり、前記折り畳み式容器の高さは、５．０ｃｍ～１０．０ｃｍの高さを有する、折り畳み式容器。
  6. 　請求項４に記載の折り畳み式容器において、
    　前記底辺の一辺の長さと前記開放辺の一辺の長さの比（底辺／開放辺）は、０．５２～０．７６であり、
    　前記底辺の長さは９．０ｃｍ～１５．０ｃｍであり、前記開放辺の長さは１６．０ｃｍ～２２．０ｃｍであり、前記折り畳み式容器の高さは、５．０ｃｍ～１０．０ｃｍの高さを有する、折り畳み式容器。
  7. 　請求項５または６に記載の折り畳み式容器において、
    　前記底辺の長さは１３．０ｃｍであり、前記開放辺の長さは１７．２ｃｍである、折り畳み式容器。
  8. 　請求項１～７のいずれか一項に記載の折り畳み式容器において、
    　前記折り畳み式容器は、少なくとも１０００ｃｍ３の容積を有する、折り畳み式容器。
  9. 　請求項１～８のいずれか一項に記載の折り畳み式容器において、
    　前記折り畳み式容器は、折り畳み時に、最大長さが１６．０ｃｍ～２２．０ｃｍ、最大幅が５．０ｃｍ～１０．０ｃｍである、折り畳み式容器。
  10. 　染毛剤セットであって、
    　第１剤および第２剤を含む染毛剤と、
    　手揉み用の泡立部材と、
    　請求項１～９のいずれか一項に記載の折り畳み式容器と、
    を備える染毛剤セット。
  11. 　請求項１０に記載の染毛剤セットにおいて、
    　前記手揉み用の泡立部材は、網目状繊維材である、染毛剤セット。
