本公开实施方式的电路板、电路板组件、云台及无人机,由于在补强板 上设置有供用户握持的握持部,用户对握持部施加力以使连接器公端与连接器母端分离,方便拆卸且不会对电路板及主板造成损坏。

另外,下面结合附图描述的本公开的实施方式是示例性的,仅用于解释本 公开的实施方式,而不能理解为对本公开的限制。
在本公开中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
请参阅图1,本公开实施方式的无人机1000包括机身400及云台200。云台200搭载在机身400上。无人机1000可以为固定翼无人机、旋翼无人机,例如四旋翼无人机。云台200可以搭载相机300以使相机300能够平稳拍摄。
请参阅图2,本公开实施方式的云台200包括转轴40、驱动装置50、及电路板组件100。云台200可以为单轴云台、两轴云台(横滚(Roll)轴和俯仰(Pitch)轴),也可以为三轴云台(偏航(Yaw)轴、横滚(Roll)轴和俯仰(Pitch)轴)。驱动装置50设置在转轴40上。电路板组件100与驱动装置50连接以控制驱动装置50驱动转轴40转动。驱动装置50用于驱动转轴40运动以使云台200的姿态呈跟随成像物体运动的姿态。驱动装置50可以为电机。电机的数量可以为多个。
请一并参阅图3及图4,本公开实施方式的电路板组件100包括电路板10、主板20、及连接器母端30。
电路板10包括基板11、连接器公端12、及补强板13。补强板13与连接器公端12相对应地设置在基板11的两侧,补强板13包括依次连接的补强部131、延伸部132及握持部133,补强部131设置在基板11上,延伸部132自与补强部131向远离基板11的方向延伸,握持部133设置在延伸部132的远离补强部131的一端。
基板11为柔性电路板或软硬结合电路板,上面设置有印刷电路。具体地,基板11包括相背的第一面111和第二面112。基板11的基材为聚酰亚胺(Polymide,PI)或聚酯薄膜等,印刷电路的材料为铜箔等。
连接器公端12安装在基板11的尾端。具体地,连接器公端12安装在第二面112上。连接器公端12包括外壳121及收容在外壳121内的连接端子(图未示)。
补强板13安装在基板11上。具体地,补强板13安装在第一面111上并与连接器公端12对应。补强板13的位置与连接器公端12的位置对应,如此以起到补强的作用。补强板13包括依次连接的补强部131、延伸部132和握持部133。
补强部131设置在基板11上。具体地,补强部131的形状为板状结构并铺设在第一面111上,以增大补强部131与基板11的面积。补强部131的材料可以是不锈钢、聚酰亚胺。补强部131可以通过胶合的方式设置在第一面111上。
延伸部132自补强部131向远离基板11的方向延伸。延伸部132与补强部131之间形成夹角。夹角的大小可以为0°至180°之间的任意一个角度,例如60°、90°、120°。延伸部132的长度(Y方向的长度)可以与铺设在基板11上的补强部131的长度(Y方向的长度)等长。
握持部133设置在延伸部132远离补强部131的一端。补强部131、延伸部132及握持部133可以是一体成型制得的。握持部133的长度(Y方向的长度)可以与延伸部132的长度等长。握持部133远离补强部131且与延伸部132形成供用户握持的拆卸空间134。
主板20可以是印刷线路板,印刷线路板可以是硬板、软板或软硬结合板。连接器母端30和其他电子元器件,例如转轴40、驱动装置50、相机300等均可以与主板20连接。
连接器母端30设置在主板20上。连接器母端30包括壳体31、限位凸台33、及接触端子34。壳体31包括底壁311及自底壁311的周缘延伸的侧壁312。底壁311及侧壁312共同形成收容空间32,限位凸台33及接触端子34设置在收容空间32内,且接触端子34并列排布设置在限位凸台33的相对两侧。
连接器公端12与连接器母端30插接以实现电连接与机械连接。具体地,连接器公端12的连接端子与连接器母端30的接触端子34电连接以实现连接器公端12与连接器母端30的电连接及机械连接。当握持部133受到来自拆卸空间134的沿拆卸方向Z(图3所示)的外力(来自人手或诸如扳手等拆装工具)时,补强部131能够带动连接器公端12沿拆卸方向Z与连接器母端30分离。如此,确保了在连接器公端12及连接器母端30在分离的过程中,不会因单边受力而出现单边翘起的情况,而是连接器公端12与连接器母端30之间的整个连接面上都受力,从而基板11、连接器公端12、及连接器母端30不会因受力 过大而受到破坏。另外,当握持部133受到来自拆卸空间134的沿安装方向(Z的反向)的外力(来自人手或诸如扳手等拆装工具)时,补强部131能够带动连接器公端12沿安装方向与连接器母端30结合。如此,便于用户将连接器公端12插接到连接器母端30上,实现电路板100的组装。综上,本公开实施方式的电路板10、电路板组件100、云台200、及无人机1000,由于在补强板13上设置有供用户握持的握持部133,便于用户对握持部133施加力以使连接器公端12与连接器母端30分离,方便拆卸及安装且不会对电路板10及主板20造成损坏。
请继续参阅3及图4,在某些实施方式中,握持部133包括至少一个握持支板1331。至少一个握持支板1331与延伸部132连接。握持支板1331的数量可以为一个、两个或者两个以上。至少一个握持支板1331与延伸部132形成拆卸空间134。用户将手或者拆卸工具伸入拆卸空间134,并沿拆卸方向Z对握持支板1331施加外力,如此,以使连接器公端12与连接器母端30分离。
请继续参阅3及图4,在某些实施方式中,至少一个握持支板1331中的任一握持支板1331与延伸部132形成的夹角不小于90°。而且,至少一个握持支板1331关于延伸部132对称设置。具体地,握持部133包括两个握持支板1331。两个握持支板1331与延伸部132形成的夹角为钝角,例如,120°、130°、150°。当两个握持支板1331与延伸部132之间的夹角相等时,握持支板1331与延伸部132共同的截面形状呈“Y”字形,也即是说,两个握持支板1331关于延伸部132对称。设置至少两个握持支板1331,供用户的手或者拆卸工具可握持的部位增大,如此,便于将连接器公端12与连接器母端30分离以实现电路板10与主板20分离。另外,在电路板组件100活动范围小的空间时,例如在云台200上的转轴40上,用户较难将手伸入转轴40内部,由于“Y”字形的补强板13横向(图3中的X方向)体积较小,故可以适用于电路板组件100活动范围小的空间。当然,两个握持支板1331与延伸部132也可以不关于延伸部132对称设置,例如其中一个握持支板1331与延伸部132之间的夹角为120°,另一个握持支板1331与延伸部132之间的夹角为150°。如此,根据电路板组件100的活动范围大小,可以灵活设置至少两个握持支板1331与延伸部132之间的夹角。当然,两个握持支板1331与延伸部132形成的夹角也可以 为直角,此时,握持支板1331与延伸部132共同的截面形状呈“T”字形,也即是说,两个握持支板1331关于延伸部132对称。
请一并参阅图5及图6,在某些实施方式中,基板11包括相背的第一面111和第二面112。第一面111形成有安装槽14。补强部131收容在安装槽14内。安装槽14用于限制补强部131的位置。连接器公端12安装在第二面112上并与安装槽14对应。具体地,安装槽14的长度与宽度分别略大于补强部131的长度及宽度。在安装补强板13时,可以先在安装槽14内注入胶水,然后将补强部131伸入安装槽14内。在胶水的粘结作用下,补强板13与基板11牢靠地结合,同时胶水容纳在安装槽14内,避免胶水四处流动而影响基板11上的其他电路结构。
请一并参阅图7及图8,在某些实施方式中,基板11包括相背的第一面111和第二面112。第一面111上形成有凸出于第一面111的环形凸台15。补强部131收容在环形凸台15内。环形凸台15用于限制补强部131的位置。连接器公端12安装在第二面112上并与环形凸台15对应。具体地,环形凸台15的长度与宽度分别略大于补强部131的长度及宽度。在安装补强板13时,可以先在环形凸台15内注入胶水,然后将补强部131伸入环形凸台15内。在胶水的粘结作用下,补强板13与基板11的牢靠地结合,同时胶水容纳在环形凸台15内,避免胶水四处流动而影响基板11上的电路结构。由于第一面111上形成环形凸台15,环形凸台15能够增加补强板的13补强作用。
请参阅图9,在某些实施方式中,握持部133包括至少一个握持支板1331。至少一个握持支板1331与延伸部132连接。至少一个握持支板1331中的任一握持支板1331与延伸部132形成的夹角不小于90°。具体地,握持部133包括一个握持支板1331。握持支板1331与延伸部132形成的夹角还可以等于90°。握持部133包括相对的两个自由端。延伸部132相接于握持部133的任意一个自由端。此时,补强板13的截面形状为“匚”字形。握持部133与延伸部132形成朝向基板11尾端的拆卸空间134。如此,用户沿着X方向将手或者拆卸工具伸入拆卸空间134,并沿着拆卸方向Z施加外力,使基板11尾端上的连接器公端12与连接器母端30更加平稳地分离。其中,补强板13与基板11之间的连接方式可以为上述实施方式所述的胶合、安装槽14安装、环形凸台15 安装的方式,在此不再赘述。
请参阅图10,在某些实施方式中,当握持部133包括一个握持支板1331且握持支板1331与延伸部132形成的夹角等于90°时,延伸部132还可以相接于握持支板1331的相对的两个自由端之间的任意位置,例如中点位置、三分之二处(距离某一个自由端的距离为握持支板1331总长的三分之二)的位置。根据与延伸部132相接的位置(比如图10中的AA),握持支板1331分为第一子支板13311及第二子支板13312。例如,当相接位置为中点位置时,第一子支板13311及第二子支板13312与延伸部132共同的截面形状为“T”字形,也即是说,握持支板1331关于延伸部132对称设置。再如,当相接位置为三分之二处的位置时,例如第一子支板13311的长度占握持部133的长度的三分之二,第二子支板13312的长度占握持部133的长度的三分之一,第一子支板13311及第二子支板13312不关于延伸部132对称设置。第一子支板13311与延伸部132形成的拆卸空间134朝向基板11的尾端,第二子支板13312与延伸部132形成的拆卸空间134背向基板11的尾端。由于沿着X方向,第一子支板13311供用户的手或者拆卸工具握持的部位比第二子支板13312供用户的手或者拆卸工具握持的部位大,如此,连接器公端12与连接器母端30可以更加平稳地分离。故本公开的补强板13可以根据补强部131受力分布调整延伸部132与握持部133相接的位置。另外,补强板13与基板11之间的连接方式可以为上述实施方式所述的胶合、安装槽14安装、环形凸台15安装的方式,在此不再赘述。

Claims (32)

  1. 一种电路板,其特征在于,包括:
    基板;
    连接器公端;及
    补强板,所述补强板与所述连接器公端相对应地设置在所述基板的两侧,所述补强板包括依次连接的补强部、延伸部和握持部,所述补强部设置在所述基板上,所述延伸部自与所述补强部向远离所述基板的方向延伸,所述握持部设置在所述延伸部的远离所述补强部的一端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电路板,其特征在于,所述基板包括相背的第一面和第二面,所述补强板安装在所述第一面上,所述连接器公端安装在所述第二面上并与所述补强部对应。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电路板,其特征在于,所述基板包括相背的第一面和第二面,所述第一面形成有安装槽,所述补强部收容在所述安装槽内,所述连接器公端安装在所述第二面上并与所述补强部对应。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电路板,其特征在于,所述基板包括相背的第一面和第二面,所述第一面形成有环形凸台,所述补强部收容在所述环形凸台内,所述连接器公端安装在所述第二面上并与所述补强部对应。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的电路板,其特征在于,所述握持部包括至少一个握持支板,所述至少一个握持支板与所述延伸部连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电路板,其特征在于,所述至少一个握持支板中的任一握持支板与所述延伸部形成的夹角不小于90°。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电路板,其特征在于,所述握持部包括两个所述握持支板,所述两个握持支板与所述延伸部共同的截面形状呈“Y”字形或“T”字形。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的电路板,其特征在于,所述至少一个握持支板关于所述延伸部对称设置。
  9. 一种电路板组件,其特征在于,包括:电路板;主板;及设置在所述主板上的连接器母端,连接器公端与所述连接器母端插接;
    所述电路板包括:基板;所述连接器公端;及补强板,所述补强板与所 述连接器公端相对应地设置在所述基板的两侧,所述补强板包括依次连接的补强部、延伸部和握持部,所述补强部设置在所述基板上,所述延伸部自与所述补强部向远离所述基板的方向延伸,所述握持部设置在所述延伸部的远离所述补强部的一端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电路板组件,其特征在于,所述基板包括相背的第一面和第二面,所述补强板安装在所述第一面上,所述连接器公端安装在所述第二面上并与所述补强部对应。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的电路板组件,其特征在于,所述基板包括相背的第一面和第二面,所述第一面形成有安装槽,所述补强部收容在所述安装槽内,所述连接器公端安装在所述第二面上并与所述补强部对应。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的电路板组件,其特征在于,所述基板包括相背的第一面和第二面,所述第一面形成有环形凸台,所述补强部收容在所述环形凸台内,所述连接器公端安装在所述第二面上并与所述补强部对应。
  13. 根据权利要求9-12任意一项所述的电路板组件板,其特征在于,所述握持部包括至少一个握持支板,所述至少一个握持支板与所述延伸部连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电路板组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个握持支板中的任一握持支板与所述延伸部形成的夹角不小于90°。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的电路板组件,其特征在于,所述握持部包括两个所述握持支板,所述两个握持支板与所述延伸部共同的截面形状呈“Y”字形或“T”字形。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的电路板组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个握持支板关于所述延伸部对称设置。
  17. 一种云台,其特征在于,包括:
    转轴;
    设置在所述转轴上的驱动装置;及
    电路板组件,所述电路板组件与所述驱动装置连接以控制所述驱动装置驱动所述转轴转动;
    所述电路板组件包括:电路板;主板;及设置在所述主板上的连接器母 端,连接器公端与所述连接器母端插接;
    所述电路板包括:基板;所述连接器公端;及补强板,所述补强板与所述连接器公端相对应地设置在所述基板的两侧,所述补强板包括依次连接的补强部、延伸部和握持部,所述补强部设置在所述基板上,所述延伸部自与所述补强部向远离所述基板的方向延伸,所述握持部设置在所述延伸部的远离所述补强部的一端。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的云台,其特征在于,所述基板包括相背的第一面和第二面,所述补强板安装在所述第一面上,所述连接器公端安装在所述第二面上并与所述补强部对应。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的云台,其特征在于,所述基板包括相背的第一面和第二面,所述第一面形成有安装槽,所述补强部收容在所述安装槽内,所述连接器公端安装在所述第二面上并与所述补强部对应。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的云台,其特征在于,所述基板包括相背的第一面和第二面,所述第一面形成有环形凸台,所述补强部收容在所述环形凸台内,所述连接器公端安装在所述第二面上并与所述补强部对应。
  21. 根据权利要求17-20任意一项所述的云台,其特征在于,所述握持部包括至少一个握持支板,所述至少一个握持支板与所述延伸部连接。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的云台,其特征在于,所述至少一个握持支板中的任一握持支板与所述延伸部形成的夹角不小于90°。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的云台,其特征在于,所述握持部包括两个所述握持支板,所述两个握持支板与所述延伸部共同的截面形状呈“Y”字形或“T”字形。
  24. 根据权利要求21所述的云台,其特征在于,所述至少一个握持支板关于所述延伸部对称设置。
  25. 一种无人机,其特征在于,包括:机身;及云台,所述云台搭载在所述机身上;
    所述云台包括:转轴;设置在所述转轴上的驱动装置;及电路板组件,所述电路板组件与所述驱动装置连接以控制所述驱动装置驱动所述转轴转动;
    所述电路板组件包括:电路板;主板;及设置在所述主板上的连接器母端,连接器公端与所述连接器母端插接;
    所述电路板包括:基板;所述连接器公端;及补强板,所述补强板与所述连接器公端相对应地设置在所述基板的两侧,所述补强板包括依次连接的补强部、延伸部和握持部,所述补强部设置在所述基板上,所述延伸部自与所述补强部向远离所述基板的方向延伸,所述握持部设置在所述延伸部的远离所述补强部的一端。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述基板包括相背的第一面和第二面,所述补强板安装在所述第一面上,所述连接器公端安装在所述第二面上并与所述补强部对应。
  27. 根据权利要求25所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述基板包括相背的第一面和第二面,所述第一面形成有安装槽,所述补强部收容在所述安装槽内,所述连接器公端安装在所述第二面上并与所述补强部对应。
  28. 根据权利要求25所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述基板包括相背的第一面和第二面,所述第一面形成有环形凸台,所述补强部收容在所述环形凸台内,所述连接器公端安装在所述第二面上并与所述补强部对应。
  29. 根据权利要求25-28任意一项所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述握持部包括至少一个握持支板,所述至少一个握持支板与所述延伸部连接。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述至少一个握持支板中的任一握持支板与所述延伸部形成的夹角不小于90°。
  31. 根据权利要求29所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述握持部包括两个所述握持支板,所述两个握持支板与所述延伸部共同的截面形状呈“Y”字形或“T”字形。
  32. 根据权利要求29所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述至少一个握持支板关于所述延伸部对称设置。
