一种模块化键盘 技术领域
本实用新型涉及键盘设备领域,具体为一种模块化键盘。
背景技术
键盘是用于操作设备运行的一种指令和数据输入装置,也指经过系统安排操作一台机器或设备的一组功能键(如打字机、电脑键盘)。键盘也是组成键盘乐器的一部分,也可以指使用键盘的乐器,如钢琴、数位钢琴或电子琴等,键盘有助于练习打字。键盘是最常用也是最主要的输入设备,通过键盘可以将英文字母、数字、标点符号等输入到计算机中,从而向计算机发出命令、输入数据等。还有一些带有各种快捷键的键盘,但起初这类键盘多用于品牌机,并曾一度被视为品牌机的特色。随着时间的推移,渐渐的市场上也出现独立的具有各种快捷功能的产品单独出售,并带有专用的驱动和设定软件,在兼容机上也能实现个性化的操作,外壳为了适应不同用户的需要,常规键盘具有CapsLock(字母大小写锁定)、NumLock(数字小键盘锁定)、ScrollLock(滚动锁定键)三个指示灯(部分无线键盘已经省略这三个指示灯),标志键盘的当前状态。这些指示灯一般位于键盘的右上角,不过有一些键盘采用键帽内置指示灯,这种设计可以更容易地判断键盘当前状态,但工艺相对复杂,所以大部分普通键盘均未采用此项设计。
技术问题
现有技术中的键盘中,每一个按键都需要一个单独的开关,每一个按键也都需要由一个独立的微动组成,整个键盘的控制核心主要在于键盘电路板,一旦电路损坏维修成本很高,所以需要一种模块分开化键盘来解决上述出现的问题。
本实用新型目的是提供一种模块化键盘,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种模块化键盘,包括按键、顶板、触点、电路板、外壳、底板和控制器,所述按键活动连接在顶板上端面,所述触点设置在电路板上端面,所述触点与按键相匹配,所述底板设置在外壳下端面,所述控制器设置在外壳内部,所述电路板固定设置在外壳内部,所述顶板固定设置在外壳顶端,所述电路板与控制器电性连接。
进一步地,所述按键设有若干个,若干个所述按键按键盘分布规律设置在顶板上端面。
进一步地,所述触点设有若干个,若干个所述触点对应按键设置在电路板上端面。

本实用新型在工作时:使用人员将本设备通过数据线与外接设备连接,电路板4接收电能,使用人员通过按键1触发指令,指令传递至触点3,触点3将指令传递至控制器7,控制器7发出指令至外接设备,从而解决了现有技术中键盘为一体式控制,设计简陋,操作繁琐的问题,同时更为重要的是因为将电路板进行分开成两块的设置方案,即将控制器与电路板连接按键的设置分开,有效的减少维护成本并且极大的提高了生产效率。
